When soaking and cooling are adopted, the communicated water level valve 4 is adjusted to be higher than the highest point of the pipe along the guide rail 21 and lower than the suction port 12 of the vacuum pressure pump for a certain distance; the spray water valve 22 is closed, the soaking water supply valve 16 is opened, the water pump 19 pumps water from the circulating water tank 7, and the water is delivered back to the water tank through the soaking water supply pipe 11.
