The side insert 7 is provided with a limiting strip 11 protruding along both sides of the length direction, the lower die 2 is correspondingly provided with a limiting groove 12 for the limiting strip 11 to slide, and the length direction of the limiting strip 11 is the same as the width direction of the side insert 7. The side insert 7 is connected with a plug-in post 16, and after the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are closed, the end part of the plug-in post 16 extends into the die cavity and is used for forming a side hole of a product.
The lower main insert 3 is embedded with two lower auxiliary inserts 5, and correspondingly, the upper main insert 4 is embedded with two upper auxiliary inserts 6. When the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are closed, two die cavities are formed, and two corresponding inserting columns 16 on the side insert 7 are respectively inserted into the two die cavities. An injection molding channel 15 is arranged between the upper main insert 4 and the lower main insert 3, two ends of the injection molding channel 15 are respectively communicated with the two mold cavities, and the glue inlet hole is positioned in the center of the injection molding channel 15.
The die can be fitted with a plurality of different sets of upper and lower minor inserts 6, 5, and different side inserts 7. When different products need to be injection molded, the lower auxiliary insert 5 and the upper auxiliary insert 6 are replaced simultaneously, and the injection molding machine can be used for injection molding of another product with the same overall appearance. Similarly, the side insert 7 is replaced, and hole sites with different shapes can be formed on the product due to the different shapes of the inserting columns 16 on the different side inserts 7. Through the combined die, the inner insert is convenient to replace, different products are formed, and the production cost is reduced.
