Wherein the housing 100 is a base member of the cooking appliance of the present application, the housing 100 may provide a mounting base for at least some other components of the cooking appliance and may serve the purpose of protecting at least some other components of the cooking appliance. The case 100 may be made of a metal material having a relatively high strength, so that the case 100 of the cooking appliance has a high durability.
The casing 100 is provided with a cavity, the inner container 500 can be arranged in the casing 100, the inner container 500 is also provided with an inner cavity, the inner cavity of the inner container 500 can be used as a cooking cavity of a cooking appliance, and the inner cavity of the inner container 500 can be used for placing food materials to be cooked. Through set up inner bag 500 in casing 100, can make and wait to cook the food material and place in inner bag 500 and cook, wait to cook the food material and need heat at the culinary art in-process, inner bag 500 can be isolated at inner bag 500's inside with the at least part of the heat that produces in the culinary art process like this to play the temperature that reduces casing 100, prevent that casing 100 from scalding user's effect.
When the inner container 500 is disposed in the housing 100, the bottom wall of the housing 100 can support the inner container 500, so that the bottom wall of the inner container 500 contacts the bottom wall of the housing 100, the support member 700 can be disposed on the inner container 500, and the support member 700 is disposed between the bottom wall of the inner container 500 and the bottom wall of the housing 100, so that the support member 700 can support the inner container 500. When the case 100 is made of a metal material, the support member 700 is inserted between the case 100 and the inner container 500, so that the case 100 and the inner container 500 do not directly contact with each other, and the inner container 500 and the case 100 are prevented from being worn away from each other.
Specifically, the area of the projection formed by the support member 700 on the bottom wall of the inner container 500 may be set to be smaller than the area of the bottom wall of the inner container 500, so that the area of the bottom wall of the casing 100 contacting the support member 700 may be smaller, and the bottom wall of the casing 100 may be further prevented from being worn.
The supporting member 700 includes a fixing portion 710 and a supporting portion 720, wherein the fixing portion 710 is connected to a sidewall of the inner container 500, the supporting portion 720 is located at one side of the bottom of the inner container 500, the supporting portion 720 is connected to the fixing portion 710, the supporting portion 720 can be disposed between the bottom wall of the casing 100 and the bottom wall of the inner container 500 to prevent the inner container 500 from being worn due to direct contact with the casing 100, and the supporting portion 720 is connected to the fixing portion 710 so that the supporting portion 720 can be fixed to the inner container 500 through the fixing portion 710. The supporting portion 720 is not directly connected to the bottom wall of the inner container 500, so that the bottom force of the supporting portion 720 on the inner container 500 can be reduced, and the bottom wall of the inner container 500 can be further protected. In addition, after the fixing part 710 is connected with the side wall of the inner container 500, when the inner container 500 is located in the casing 100, the fixing part 710 is located between the side wall of the inner container 500 and the side wall of the casing 100, so that the fixing part 710 can be further arranged between the side wall of the inner container 500 and the side wall of the casing 100 in a cushioning manner, thereby preventing the side wall of the inner container 500 and the side wall of the casing 100 from being worn away from each other.
It should also be understood that moisture and grease are concentrated on the bottom wall of the inner container 500 during the cooking process of the food material in the inner container 500, so that the bottom of the inner container 500 has a relatively high temperature, and the side of the inner container 500 has a relatively low temperature, so that the fixing portion 710 is connected to the bottom of the inner container 500, so that the temperature of the connection between the support member 700 and the inner container 500 is relatively low, and the connection between the support member 700 and the inner container 500 is relatively reliable.
In the cooking apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, the support member 700 is disposed between the inner container 500 and the casing 100 by disposing the support member 700 in the inner container 500, so as to prevent the inner container 500 and the casing 100 from being worn away from each other. The supporting member 700 is configured to include a fixing portion 710 and a supporting portion 720, the fixing portion 710 is disposed on the sidewall of the inner container 500, and the supporting portion 720 is connected to the fixing portion 710 and located at the bottom of the inner container 500, so that the supporting portion 720 may not be directly connected to the bottom wall of the inner container 500, thereby reducing the bottom acting force of the supporting portion 720 on the inner container 500 to further protect the bottom wall of the inner container 500. Meanwhile, the fixing portion 710 may be padded between the sidewall of the inner container 500 and the sidewall inside the casing 100 to protect the sidewall of the inner container 500.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the food material to be taken into and out of the inner container 500, the inner container 500 may be configured to be taken into and out of the casing 100. Specifically, the housing 100 is provided with a first opening communicated with the inside of the housing 100, the first opening can be opened and closed, and the inner container 500 can slide relative to the housing 100, so that at least a part of the inner container 500 can move out of the housing 100. Thus, when the food material needs to be loaded into the inner container 500 or the food material in the inner container 500 needs to be taken out, the inner container 500 can be taken out of the casing 100 through the first opening of the casing 100. In the process of taking and placing the inner container 500 from the casing 100, the inner container 500 and the casing 100 slide relatively, so that in the process of sliding the inner container 500 relative to the casing 100 by providing the support member 700, the inner container 500 does not directly contact the casing 100, and the inner container 500 and the casing 100 can be prevented from sliding and being worn.
Specifically, the first opening of the casing 100 may be disposed on a side wall of the casing 100, so that when the liner 500 is taken out of and placed in the casing 100, one side of the bottom of the liner 500 slides relative to the bottom wall of the casing 100, and the supporting portion 720 located on one side of the bottom of the liner 500 slides relative to the bottom wall of the casing 100, so that the bottom wall of the casing 100 does not directly slide relative to the bottom wall of the casing 100, and the bottom wall of the liner 500 and the bottom wall of the casing 100 are prevented from being worn away from each other when the liner 500 moves relative to the casing 100.
Of course, the first opening of the casing 100 may also be disposed at one side of the top of the casing 100, so that the inner container 500 can be taken and placed from the first opening at the top of the casing 100 by lifting the inner container 500, and therefore, the fixing portion 710 of the sidewall of the inner container 500 can slide relative to the sidewall of the casing 100 during the movement of the inner container 500, so that the sidewall of the casing 100 cannot directly slide relative to the sidewall of the casing 100, and the sidewall of the inner container 500 and the sidewall of the casing 100 are prevented from being worn away from each other during the movement of the inner container 500 relative to the casing 100.
In some embodiments, in order to enable the fixing portion 710 of the supporting member 700 to be connected to the sidewall of the inner container 500, the cooking appliance of the present application may further include a fixing member 800, the sidewall of the inner container 500 may be provided with a fixing hole, the fixing member 800 may be disposed at the fixing portion 710, and the fixing member 800 is engaged with the fixing hole, so that the fixing member 800 may be fixed in the fixing hole, and thus the fixing portion 710 may be fixed to the sidewall of the inner container 500. The fixing part 710 is connected to the sidewall of the inner container 500 by the fixing member 800 matching with the fixing hole, so that the fixing part 710 and the sidewall of the inner container 500 have stable and reliable connection effects.
Specifically, the fixing member 800 may be a bolt, the fixing hole may be a screw hole formed in the sidewall of the inner container 500, and correspondingly, the fixing portion 710 has a through hole corresponding to the screw hole, and the fixing portion 710 may be fixed to the sidewall of the inner container 500 by screwing the bolt into the through hole of the fixing portion 710 and the screw hole of the inner container 500. In addition, the fixing member 800 may also be a rivet, and the fixing portion 710 is fixed to the sidewall of the inner container 500 by means of pulling rivet.
In the related art, after the supporting member 700 is directly connected to the bottom of the inner container 500, in order to reliably connect the supporting member 700 and the inner container 500, the supporting member 700 and the inner container 500 may be connected by forming a fixing hole at the bottom of the inner container 500, however, grease and moisture precipitated from the food material in the inner container 500 during the cooking process may be concentrated at the bottom of the inner container 500, and forming a fixing hole at the bottom of the inner container 500 may cause the grease and moisture to leak through the fixing hole at the bottom of the inner container 500.
In this application, be connected with the lateral wall of inner bag 500 through setting up fixed part 710 for the fixed orifices can open the lateral wall of locating inner bag 500, and is corresponding, has certain clearance between the fixed orifices of the liquid level of the edible material grease moisture that separates out in the culinary art process and oil level and inner bag 500 lateral wall among the inner bag 500, can prevent like this that the edible material grease that separates out and moisture from spilling through the fixed orifices of inner bag 500, thereby can keep clean in making casing 100.
In some embodiments, in order to further prevent grease and moisture precipitated from the food material in the inner container 500 from leaking through the fixing holes on the side wall of the inner container 500, a preset distance may be set between the fixing holes on the side wall of the inner container 500 and the bottom wall of the inner container 500, the preset distance may take into account the maximum amount of grease and moisture precipitated from the food material to be cooked by the cooking utensil of the present application, and the fixing holes are specifically higher than the liquid level and the oil level height at which the maximum amount of grease and moisture precipitated from the food material is to be precipitated, so as to maximally prevent grease and moisture precipitated from the food material in the inner container 500 from leaking through the fixing holes of the inner container 500.
In some embodiments, in order to further prevent the bottom wall of the casing 100 from being worn, a projection area of the supporting portion 720 of the supporting member 700 formed on the bottom wall of the inner container 500 may be smaller than an area of the bottom wall of the inner container 500, so that an area of the supporting portion 720 contacting the bottom wall of the casing 100 is relatively smaller, thereby further protecting the bottom wall of the casing 100.
Specifically, the liner 500 of the present application may be provided with a first sidewall 540 and a second sidewall 550, and the casing 100 has a sidewall opposite to the first opening of the casing 100, wherein when the liner 500 is disposed in the casing 100, the first sidewall 540 of the liner 500 faces away from the sidewall of the casing 100 opposite to the first opening of the casing 100, and the second sidewall 550 of the liner 500 is adjacent to the inner wall of the casing 100 opposite to the first opening of the casing 100, so that when the liner 500 is loaded into the casing 100 from the outside of the casing 100, the second sidewall 550 of the liner 500 enters into the casing 100 first.
The fixing portion 710 of the support member 700 may be connected to the second sidewall 550 of the inner container 500, and the supporting portion 720 of the support member 700 may be disposed on the bottom wall of the inner container 500 at a position adjacent to the second sidewall 550 of the inner container 500, so that, when the inner container 500 is loaded into the casing 100 from the outside of the casing 100 and the second sidewall 550 of the inner container 500 just enters the casing 100, the supporting portion 720 of the support member 700 may contact the bottom wall of the casing 100, so that the bottom wall of the inner container 500 may not directly contact the bottom wall of the casing 100, and in the process of pushing the inner container 500 into the casing 100 completely, a user may lift the first sidewall 540 side of the inner container 500 so that a certain gap is formed between a portion of the inner container 500 away from the second sidewall 550 and the bottom wall of the casing 100, so that the inner container 500 enters the casing 100 completely by sliding the supporting portion 720 of the support member 700 relative to the bottom wall of the inner container 500.
Through the connection manner of the support member 700 and the inner container 500, the material consumption of the support portion 720 of the support member 700 is relatively small, and the support portion 720 can still support the inner container 500 in the process that the inner container 500 moves relative to the casing 100, so as to prevent the bottom wall of the inner container 500 from being worn due to direct contact with the bottom wall of the casing 100.
In some embodiments, after the supporting portion 720 of the supporting member 700 is disposed adjacent to the first sidewall 540 of the inner container 500, in order to prevent the bottom wall of the inner container 500 from contacting the bottom wall of the casing 100 when the inner container 500 is disposed in the casing 100, the cooking appliance of the present application may further include a door panel 530, the door panel 530 may be disposed to be connected to the first sidewall 540 of the inner container 500, and when the inner container 500 is fully disposed in the casing 100, the bottom wall of the casing 100 may support the door panel 530, so that the bottom wall of the inner container 500 may not be worn by contact with the bottom wall of the casing 100.
In addition, when the inner container 500 is disposed in the casing 100, the door 530 can further close the first opening of the casing 100, so that the inner container 500 is sealed in the casing 100, and thus, the inside of the casing 100 can maintain a high temperature, and the food in the inner container 500 can be cooked through high temperature heating.
In some embodiments, the cooking appliance of the present application may further include a partition board 200, the partition board 200 may be disposed in the housing 100, the partition board 200 may partition a cavity in the housing 100 into the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120, and the inner container 500 may be disposed in the first inner cavity 110, so that the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120 may be used to place food materials to be cooked, specifically, different types of food materials may be placed in the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120, so that the different types of food materials may be cooked in the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120, and the different types of food materials may be prevented from affecting each other in the cooking process.
In addition, it should be understood that the same type of food materials can be respectively placed in the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120 of the housing 100, so that the food materials can be prevented from being stacked in one inner cavity at the same time, and thus the food materials scattered in the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120 can be heated more sufficiently, so as to improve the cooking efficiency of the cooking appliance.
Of course, it should be noted that there may be a plurality of liners 500, and in particular, the number of liners 500 corresponds to the number of the inner cavities separated by the partition 200 in the casing 100, so that the liners 500 can be simultaneously placed in the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120.
In some embodiments, the partition board 200 may be further configured as a thermal insulation member, a thermal insulation cavity may be disposed inside the partition board 200, and the thermal insulation cavity may be filled with the thermal insulation portion 210, and the thermal insulation portion 210 may be specifically configured as a mica sheet, so that the partition board 200 has good thermal insulation performance, which can separate the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120 independently, and avoid the heat interaction effect in the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120.
In some embodiments, the cooking appliance of the present application is further provided with a heating assembly, which may be disposed on the housing 100, such that the housing 100 provides a mounting base for the heating assembly, and the heating assembly may heat the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120, such that the food materials placed in the first inner cavity 110 and the second inner cavity 120 may be heated, and the purpose of cooking the food materials is achieved. Of course, the heating assembly may also heat the first inner cavity 110 or the second inner cavity 120 separately, and when the food to be cooked is placed in the first inner cavity 110 or the second inner cavity 120, the heating assembly may heat the food in the first inner cavity 110 or the food in the second inner cavity 120 separately, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of the cooking appliance of the present application.
In some embodiments, in order that the heating assembly may heat the first and second inner cavities 110 and 120 of the housing 100 at the same time, or heat the first and second inner cavities 110 and 120 of the housing 100 separately, the heating assembly of the present application may be configured to include the first and second heating parts 300 and 400.
