The steam box 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail in a specific embodiment with reference to fig. 1 to 3. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended as a specific limitation on the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the steam box 1000 includes a box body 100, a heating mechanism 200, a water spraying mechanism 300, and a controller.
The box body 100 is provided with a cavity 101, the cavity 101 is used for placing food, the front end of the box body 100 is provided with a taking and placing opening for taking and placing food, and the box body 100 is provided with an opening and closing door for opening and closing the taking and placing opening; the side wall and the top plate 105 of the box body 100 are provided with exhaust holes 102, the exhaust holes 102 are communicated with the cavity 101 and are used for exhausting air in the cavity 101, an air collecting groove 106 for collecting air is concavely formed on the top plate 105 of the box body 100, and at least one exhaust hole 102 is arranged on the part, which defines the air collecting groove 106, of the top plate 105; the upper surface of the bottom plate 103 of the box body 100 is provided with a concave position 104 for collecting water; the top plate 105 of the box body 100 and the side plate 107 of the box body 100 are in arc transition, and the bottom plate 103 of the box body 100 and the side plate 107 of the box body 100 are in arc transition; a steaming tray 108 is arranged above the water spraying mechanism 300 in the cavity 101 of the box body 100, and a plurality of air holes 109 are formed in the steaming tray 108.
The heating mechanism 200 is configured as a flat heater which is attached to the lower surface of the bottom plate 103 and corresponds to the concave 104.
The water spraying mechanism 300 includes a plurality of atomizer heads connected to the side wall of the box body 100, the plurality of atomizer heads are arranged at different positions, the atomizer heads are connected with water inlet pipes, and the water inlet pipes are connected with the pump body 302.
The controller is electrically connected with the heating mechanism 200 and the water spraying mechanism 300, wherein the controller is set to control the heating mechanism 200 to work for a preset time and then control the water spraying mechanism 300 to spray water.

Claims (10)

1. Steam ager, its characterized in that includes:
the box body is provided with a cavity and is provided with an exhaust hole communicated with the cavity;
the heating mechanism is arranged in the box body;
and the water spraying mechanism is arranged on the box body and can spray water towards the heating mechanism.
2. The steam box of claim 1, wherein the water spraying mechanism comprises an atomizing nozzle, the atomizing nozzle is connected with a water inlet pipe, and the atomizing nozzle and/or the water inlet pipe are/is arranged on the side wall of the box body.
3. The steam box as claimed in claim 2, wherein the plurality of the atomizer nozzles are arranged at different positions.
4. The steam box of claim 1, wherein an atomizer is connected to the water spray mechanism for atomizing water passing through the water spray mechanism.
5. The steamer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heating mechanism is provided on the bottom wall, the side wall or the top wall of the box body, and the heating mechanism is configured as a flat heater, an electric heating tube or an electric heating plate.

The steam box of claim 5, wherein the heating mechanism is disposed on a bottom wall of the box body, the bottom wall of the box body is provided with a bottom plate, the heating mechanism is disposed on a lower surface of the bottom plate, and a concave position is disposed on a corresponding position of an upper surface of the bottom plate and the heating mechanism.
7. The steam box of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the vent is located above the water spray mechanism.
8. The steam box as claimed in claim 7, wherein the top of the box body is provided with a top plate, the top plate is concavely provided with an air collection groove, and at least one exhaust hole is arranged on the part of the top plate, which defines the air collection groove.
9. The steam box of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a controller electrically connecting the heating mechanism and the water spray mechanism;
the controller is arranged to control the water spraying mechanism to spray water after the heating mechanism works for a preset time.
10. Integrated cooker, characterized in that it comprises a steam box according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
