Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a handheld cleaning device provided by the present application will now be described.
The handheld cleaning equipment comprises a handle 10 and a base 20, wherein a cleaning brush 31 and a driving piece for driving the cleaning brush 31 to rotate are arranged on the base 20; the handle 10 is rotatably connected with the base 20, so that the base 20 can rotate relative to the handle 10 to switch between a cleaning state and a storage state, when the base 20 is in the cleaning state, the base 20 is horizontally arranged to enable the cleaning brush 31 to be suitable for contacting with a surface to be cleaned and performing cleaning operation under the driving of the driving piece, and when the base 20 is in the storage state, the base 20 is vertically arranged to enable the cleaning brush 31 to be separated from the surface to be cleaned. It should be noted that the standing position does not require the base 20 to be perpendicular to the placement surface, but may be inclined; by flat it is meant that the base is substantially parallel to the surface to be cleaned, for example when sweeping a slope, the base is parallel to the slope, but inclined to the horizontal.
The handheld cleaning device further comprises a detection device 33 and a control device, wherein the detection device 33 is used for detecting the state of the base 20, and the control device is used for controlling the driving part to be in a non-working state when the base 20 is in the storage state.
The handheld cleaning appliance may be a handheld cleaning appliance. When the handheld cleaning device performs cleaning operation, the driving member drives the cleaning brush 31 to rotate so as to perform brushing operation on the surface to be cleaned. The cleaning brush 31 may be a disc brush or a roll brush. In the present embodiment, the cleaning brush 31 includes two disk brushes, and the driving member is configured to drive the two disk brushes to rotate in opposite directions to each other. The two disk brushes rotate opposite to each other, that is, one of the two disk brushes rotates clockwise and the other rotates counterclockwise, and the two disk brushes can push garbage in front of the disk brushes to the middle position of the connecting line of the two disk brushes along the advancing direction of the base 20.
It will be appreciated that the surface to be cleaned may be a floor, including a street floor, a shop floor or a household floor, may be a wall surface of a glass exterior wall or a tile interior wall, or may be an exterior surface of a device or structure. For convenience of description, the hand-held cleaning device will be described by taking the surface to be cleaned as the floor.
In this embodiment, the base 20 can be rotated relative to the handle 10 to be switched between a cleaning state and a storage state, and when the base 20 is in the cleaning state, the base 20 is horizontally placed to make the cleaning brush 31 contact the ground and perform cleaning work by driving a driving member, and when the base 20 is in the storage state, the base 20 is vertically placed to separate the cleaning brush 31 from the ground (the cleaning brush 31 is suspended).
The base 20 is placed horizontally when in the cleaning state and is placed vertically when in the storage state. For convenience of description, a surface facing the ground when the base 20 is horizontally placed is named a first supporting surface, and a surface facing the ground when the base 20 is vertically placed is named a second supporting surface. It will be appreciated that the base 20 is shown in a flat position during cleaning operation of the hand-held cleaning device, and the base 20 will be described in an orientation of this position. The lower surface of the base 20 is a first supporting surface. Either one of the peripheral side surfaces of the base 20 may be a second supporting surface. The cleaning brush 31 protrudes from the first supporting surface, and when the base 20 is in a cleaning state, the cleaning brush 31 contacts the ground downwards to perform a cleaning operation. In other words, the cleaning brush 31 contacts the ground to support the handheld cleaning device (in practical structure, the base 20 may be additionally provided with a rotating wheel, and the rotating wheel and the cleaning brush 31 support the handheld cleaning device together). After the handheld cleaning device finishes the cleaning operation, the base 20 is rotated relative to the handle 10, and the second supporting surface of the base 20 faces the ground and provides support for the handheld cleaning device. The cleaning brush 31 is also lifted off the floor as it rotates about the junction of the base 20 and the handle 10. Thereby avoiding the problem that the cleaning brush 31 is easy to grow mildew due to the humid environment. It should be noted that, since the present solution realizes the lifting of the cleaning brush 31 from the ground by the rotation of the base 20 relative to the handle 10, the handheld cleaning device is still supported by the base 20.
Taking the cleaning brush 31 as a disc brush as an example, when the base 20 is in a cleaning state, the bristles of the cleaning brush 31 extend downward to contact the ground; when the base 20 is in the storage state, the disc brush is far away from the horizontal plane of the floor, and the extending direction of the brush bristles is parallel to the cleaning surface or inclined to the floor.
It can be understood that, when the cleaning brush 31 is away from the cleaning surface, dust or sewage attached to the cleaning brush 31 is easily splashed around when the cleaning brush 31 rotates, thereby causing problems such as pollution of the surrounding environment.
In order to solve the potential risk caused by the rotation of the cleaning brush 31 when the base 20 is in the storage state, in this embodiment, a detection device 33 is added, please refer to fig. 3, the detection device 33 is used to detect the state of the base 20, when the base 20 is in the storage state, the detection device 33 sends a closing signal to the control device, and after receiving the closing signal, the control device controls the driving member to be in the non-working state. The manner of controlling the driving member to be in the inactive state may comprise switching off the driving member and maintaining the driving member in the off state, i.e. the de-energized state. In other words, the matching arrangement of the detection device 33 and the control device sets a limiting condition for the start of the driving member, and the driving member can be started only when the base 20 is in the non-storage state, so as to avoid the potential risk caused by the rotation of the cleaning brush 31 due to the mistaken touch of the switch. Furthermore, the detection means 33 and the control means are arranged in such a way that the drive member is in a de-energized state when the base 20 is in the storage state.
From above, the handheld cleaning device provided by this embodiment enables the cleaning brush 31 to be lifted off the ground when the base 20 is in the storage state through the rotation setting of the base 20 and the handle 10, and can avoid the problem that the mildew is easily bred due to the fact that the cleaning brush supports the ground. Through detection device 33 and controlling means's cooperation setting for the driving piece is in the outage state and avoids the mistake to touch the switch and makes the condition that the sewage that cleaning brush 31 rotated and brought splashes when base 20 was in the state of accomodating, improves product safety in utilization.
In another embodiment of the present application, the base 20 is further provided with a suction rake, the handle 10 is provided with a suction fan and a sewage tank, the suction rake is used for sucking sewage into the sewage tank when the suction fan works, and the control device is further used for controlling the suction fan to be in a non-working state when the base 20 is in the storage state.
Detection device 33 and controlling means's cooperation sets up, has set up the restrictive condition to suction fan's start-up, and only base 20 is in when non-storage state, just can be started to avoid the mistake to touch the switch and make the potential risk that the fan started and bring.
In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, a support wheel 32 is disposed on the base 20, and the support wheel 32 is used for supporting the base 20 when in the storage state. The support wheels 32 are provided on a second support surface of the base 20. After the cleaning operation is completed, the operator rotates the base 20 such that the second support surface of the base 20 faces the floor, and the support wheels 32 contact the floor and provide support to the base 20. It should be noted that when the base 20 is in the storage state, the support of the handheld cleaning device may be realized by the support wheels 32 and the handle 10 (leaning against the wall surface), or the support wheels 32 and the base 20 (the end of the second support surface far away from the support wheels 32) may support the handheld cleaning device together.
The second support surface is a front side surface or a rear side surface of the base 20 in the forward direction, so as to facilitate the use habit of the operator.
Preferably, the support wheels 32 are provided on the rear side surface of the base 20 in the forward direction. The support wheels 32 are provided on a rear side surface of the base 20, i.e., the second support surface is the rear side surface of the base 20. The position that combines the dish brush (the dish brush is located first supporting surface in the forward region of direction of going forward), this setting can increase the distance of supporting wheel 32 and dish brush to improve the unsettled height of dish brush when base 20 is in the state of accomodating, in order to reach better dry sanitary effect. In addition, if the supporting wheel 32 is disposed on the front side surface of the base 20, the supporting wheel 32 is easily interfered with the sofa or the like in front of the advancing direction of the handheld cleaning device, which can prevent the handheld cleaning device from advancing, and the supporting wheel 32 is disposed on the rear side surface of the base 20.
In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 2, the supporting wheel 32 is disposed on an end side of the second supporting surface facing away from the cleaning brush 31. Taking the direction of fig. 1 as an example, the upper end of the rear side surface of the base 20 in the forward direction is at a corner. When the handheld cleaning device base 20 is in the stowed state, the support wheels 32 support the handheld cleaning device (the handheld cleaning device handle 10 is against the wall), or the support wheels 32 and the base 20 (the corners of the rear side surface and the lower surface of the base 20) together support the handheld cleaning device. The support wheels 32 protrude from corners of the rear and upper surfaces of the base 20 to increase a distance of two support points (two corner positions of the rear surface), thereby improving support stability.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the supporting wheels 32 are fixedly connected to the base 20. In other embodiments, the support wheels 32 may be pivotally or slidably coupled to the base 20 to protrude from the base 20 when support is desired and to be received within the base 20 when support is not desired. The mounting of the support wheels 32 on the base 20, in contrast, simplifies the structural design.
