The application relates to a garbage collection box.
Background
Garbage collection bins are commonly used to collect and transport garbage. A general garbage collection box is generally shaped like a rectangular parallelepiped, and a plurality of reinforcing frames and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the top surface, the side surfaces, and the bottom surface. These reinforcing frames and ribs add significant weight to the garbage collection bin.
In recent years, regulations governing highway overloading have become more stringent, which severely limit the overall vehicle weight of refuse handling vehicles. In other words, the sum of the weight of the waste collection bin and the waste inside the bin cannot exceed an upper limit. Under the unchangeable condition of whole car weight restriction, the weight of rubbish collection box is bigger, and the quantity of the rubbish that can load in the box is just less. In this case, the number of times of transportation of the transferring vehicles required to transfer the bulk of the garbage increases, resulting in deterioration of economy.
Furthermore, due to the poor flowability of the solid waste, it is not possible to completely fill the waste collection bin even with the aid of a filling device. The space near the ridge of the upper portion of the garbage collection box is hardly completely filled with garbage, which causes a waste of the inner space of the garbage collection box and also causes a deterioration of economy.
In view of the above, it is desirable to develop a garbage collection box which is light in weight and has a high utilization rate of an internal space.

According to an alternative embodiment, the rear door comprises a door frame, a rear door latch and a gate; wherein the door frame is pivotally connected to the rear flange; wherein the rear door lock is disposed at an outer periphery of the door frame and configured to selectively engage the chest lock to selectively lock the rear door; wherein, under the condition that the rear door is locked, the projection of the door frame in a plane vertical to the length direction of the box body is approximately rectangular; wherein the gate is slidably disposed in the door frame; and wherein, in a case where the rear door is locked, a projection of the shutter in a plane perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the box body is substantially rectangular, and a range of the projection of the shutter in the plane perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the box body does not exceed a range enclosed by the box body in the plane perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the box body.
Compared with a garbage collection box which is approximately in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the garbage collection box changes the bottom frame type support into the framework type support, reduces the amount of materials required for manufacturing the cylinder wall, and reduces the number of reinforcing frames and reinforcing ribs, so that the weight of the box body is reduced under the condition that the length, the width and the height are approximately unchanged. Compared with the garbage collection box which is approximately in a cuboid shape, the garbage collection box according to the application can fill the space in the garbage collection box without excessive flowing when being filled with garbage, so that the waste of the inner space of the garbage collection box is reduced.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a trash collection bin according to one embodiment of the present application. The garbage collection box 1 includes a box 10 and a rear door 12. The tank 10 has a substantially cylindrical shape. A rear door 12 is provided at one end of the cabinet 10.
The cabinet 10 includes a cabinet upper portion 100, a cabinet lower portion 101, a fastening frame 102, and a supporting frame 103. The tank upper portion 100 extends curvedly in a first arc around the lengthwise direction of the tank 10. The lower case portion 101 is connected to the upper case portion 100 by welding, and includes a straight portion 1010 and two bent portions 1011 (see fig. 3). The curved portion 1011 extends curvedly in a second arc about the length of the housing 10. The straight portion 1010 is disposed between the two bent portions 1011 and connected to the two bent portions 1011 by welding. The fastening frame 102 is fixed to the tank 10 and extends around the length direction of the tank 10. The fastening frame 102 is provided to improve the resistance to disassembly and deformation of the case 10. The enclosure 10 may include a plurality of fastening frames 102 spaced along the length of the enclosure 10, as desired. The support frame 103 partially surrounds the case lower 101 and is configured to support the case lower 101. The support frame 103 is provided to further improve the deformation resistance of the cabinet 10.
The housing 10 also includes a rear flange 104. The rear flange 104 is provided at an end of the cabinet 10 near the rear door 12 and is fixed to the cabinet upper portion 100 and the cabinet lower portion 101. A bin lock 1040 is provided on the rear flange 104 for selectively locking the rear door 12.
The tank 10 also includes an end plate 105. An end plate 105 is provided at an end of the cabinet 10 remote from the rear door 12 and fixed thereto to close the end. The end plate 105 includes a lifting fixture 1050 for securing to a lifting device (e.g., a boom truck) to lift one end of the tank 10.
The case 10 also includes rollers 106. A roller 106 is rotatably provided at the bottom of the rear flange 104 for moving the casing 10 in a state where one end of the casing 10 is lifted.
The tank 10 also includes a drain 107. A drain pipe 107 is fluidly connected to the tank lower portion 101 for draining the liquid in the tank 10.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the garbage collection bin of fig. 1. The rear door 12 includes a door frame 120, a rear door locking piece 121, and a shutter 122. The door frame 120 is connected to the rear flange 104 by hinges or the like to pivot about the rear flange 104. A rear door lock 121 is disposed about the periphery of the door frame 120 and is configured to selectively engage the chest lock 1040 to selectively lock the rear door 12 against pivoting. In the case where the rear door 12 is locked, the door frame 120 has a substantially rectangular projection in a plane perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the cabinet 10. The shutter 122 is slidably disposed in the door frame 120. In the case where the rear door 12 is locked, a projection of the shutter 122 in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the box body 10 is substantially rectangular, and a range of the projection of the shutter 122 in the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the box body 10 does not exceed a range enclosed by the box body 10 in the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the box body 10.
Compared with the garbage collection box in a roughly rectangular parallelepiped shape, the garbage collection box 1 according to the present application changes the bottom frame type support into the skeleton type support, reduces the amount of material required for manufacturing the cylinder wall and reduces the number of reinforcing frames and reinforcing ribs, thereby reducing the box weight with roughly unchanged length, width, and height. This is achieved by means of the shape and configuration of the upper tank part 100, the lower tank part 101, the fastening frame 102 and the support frame 103. Because the whole vehicle weight of the garbage transfer vehicle has an upper limit, namely the sum of the weight of the garbage collection box and the weight of the garbage in the garbage collection box cannot exceed a specified upper limit value, the garbage collection box can load more garbage under the condition that the weight of the garbage collection box is reduced. In the case where the amount of garbage to be transported per day is relatively stable, loading more garbage at a time means a reduction in the number of times of transportation, so that the economy of garbage transportation is improved.
Compared with the garbage collection box which is approximately in a cuboid shape, the garbage collection box 1 according to the present application enables garbage to fill the space in the garbage collection box 1 without excessive flow when being filled with garbage, thereby reducing the waste of the inner space of the garbage collection box.
The general flow of transferring waste by means of the waste collection bin 1 according to the present application is described below.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a garbage collection bin according to an embodiment of the present application, in which the gate 122 is raised.
When it is desired to fill the waste collection bin 1 with waste, the waste collection bin 1 is docked with a waste compression device (not shown). After the docking is completed, the gate 122 is raised and the waste is pushed into the waste collection bin 1 by the waste compression device. This is repeated until the garbage collection box 1 is filled with garbage, and then the shutter 122 is lowered.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the garbage collection box according to an embodiment of the present application, in which one end of the housing 10 is lifted.
When it is desired to move the garbage collection box 1, the lifting fixing member 1050 (see fig. 1) fixed to the lifting device is lifted by a lifting device (e.g., a boom wagon), thereby lifting one end of the box body 10. After one end of the housing 10 is lifted, the garbage collection box 1 is moved by the rollers 106, thereby pulling the garbage collection box 1 up the transporting vehicle.
When it is desired to discharge the refuse from the refuse collection bin 1, the rear door locking member 121 is disengaged from the bin locking member 1040 to unlock the rear door 12. After the rear door 12 is unlocked, the lifting fixing member 1050 fixed to the lifting device is lifted using a lifting device (e.g., a boom truck), thereby lifting one end of the case 10. After one end of the housing 10 is lifted, the rear door 12 is pivoted by gravity to be opened, and the garbage is discharged from the garbage collection bin 1 by gravity.

Claims (10)

1. A waste collection bin (1), the waste collection bin (1) comprising:
a case (10) having a substantially cylindrical shape;
a rear door (12) provided at one end of the case (10);
wherein the box body (10) comprises a box body upper part (100) and a box body lower part (101) connected to the box body upper part (100); and
wherein the case upper part (100) extends curvedly in a first arc around the length direction of the case (10).
2. Waste collection bin (1) according to claim 1,
the box body (10) comprises a fastening frame (102) and a supporting frame (103);
wherein the fastening frame (102) is fixed to the case (10) and extends around the length direction of the case (10); and
wherein the support frame (103) partially surrounds the lower box part (101) and is configured to support the lower box part (101).
3. A refuse collection bin (1) according to claim 2,
the lower part (101) of the box body comprises a straight part (1010) and two bent parts (1011);
wherein the curved portion (1011) extends curvedly in a second arc around the length direction of the case (10); and
wherein the straight portion (1010) is disposed between the two curved portions (1011) and connected to the two curved portions (1011).
4. A waste collection bin (1) according to claim 2 or 3,
the case (10) includes a plurality of fastening frames (102) spaced apart in a length direction of the case (10).
5. A refuse collection bin (1) according to claim 3,
the support frame (103) includes a plurality of straight beams (1030) extending in the longitudinal direction of the case body (10) and a plurality of reinforcing ribs (1031) extending around the longitudinal direction of the case body (10).
6. A refuse collection bin (1) according to claim 5,
the plurality of straight beams (1030) are fixed to the straight portion (1010) and spaced apart around the length of the tank (10); and
the plurality of reinforcing ribs (1031) are fixed to the bent portion (1011) and spaced apart in a length direction of the case (10).
7. A waste collection bin (1) according to any one of claims 1-3,
the case (10) includes a rear flange (104);
wherein the rear flange (104) is provided at an end of the box (10) near the rear door (12) and fixed to the box upper portion (100) and the box lower portion (101); and
wherein, a box locking piece (1040) for selectively locking the rear door (12) is arranged on the rear flange (104).
8. A waste collection bin (1) according to any one of claims 1-3,
the box (10) comprises an end plate (105);
wherein an end plate (105) is provided at an end of the cabinet (10) remote from the rear door (12) and fixed thereto to close the end; and
wherein the end plate (105) includes a lifting fixture (1050) for securing to a lifting device to lift an end of the tank (10).
9. A refuse collection bin (1) according to claim 7,
the box body (10) comprises a roller (106) and a drain pipe (107);
wherein the roller (106) is rotatably provided at the bottom of the rear flange (104) and configured to move the case (10) in a state where one end of the case (10) is lifted; and
wherein the drain pipe (107) is fluidly connected to the tank lower portion (101) and configured to drain the liquid in the tank (10).
10. Waste collection bin (1) according to claim 7,
the rear door (12) comprises a door frame (120), a rear door locking piece (121) and a gate (122);
wherein the door frame (120) is pivotably connected to the rear flange (104);
wherein the rear door lock (121) is disposed at an outer periphery of the door frame (120) and configured to selectively engage the case lock (1040) to selectively lock the rear door (12);
wherein, under the condition that the rear door (12) is locked, the projection of the door frame (120) in a plane vertical to the length direction of the box body (10) is approximately rectangular;
wherein the gate (122) is slidably disposed in the door frame (120); and
wherein, under the condition that the rear door (12) is locked, the projection of the gate (122) in a plane vertical to the length direction of the box body (10) is approximately rectangular, and the range of the projection of the gate (122) in the plane vertical to the length direction of the box body (10) does not exceed the range enclosed by the box body (10) in the plane vertical to the length direction of the box body (10).
