The embodiment of the application provides a bone screw package and a bone screw integrated component. The following are detailed below.
First, the present embodiments provide a bone screw package.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a bone screw package provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the bone screw package 120 includes at least one packaging member 1200, the packaging member 1200 being for packaging a plurality of bone screws 200. The plurality of bone screws 200 packaged by the packaging member 1200 are the same type and size of bone screws 200.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the packing member 1200 includes the mark 121 and the packing portion 122 connected to each other, and the packing portion 122 includes a plurality of sub-packing portions 1221 connected in series in a direction away from the mark 121, where the sub-packing portions 1221 have cavities 1222 for receiving the bone screws 200. Accordingly, the bone screw 200 can be placed within the cavity 1222 of each of the sub-packages 1221 of the package 1200, respectively, and the bone screw 200 within the cavity 1222 of each of the sub-packages 1221 is of the same size and gauge.
It should be noted that only one bone screw 200 may be placed in the cavity 1222 of each sub-package 1221, or a plurality of bone screws 200 may be placed in the cavity 1222, and of course, the former can prevent the plurality of bone screws 200 from rubbing or colliding with each other after being placed together, so as to cause wear.
A tear line 1211 is disposed between two adjacent sub-packaging portions 1221, so that the doctor can tear the two adjacent sub-packaging portions 1221 along the tear line 1211 to remove one or more sub-packaging portions 1221 from the packaging member 1200 and remove the bone screws 200 therein. In which a plurality of through holes distributed linearly may be opened at a connection region between two adjacent sub-packaging parts 1221 to form an easy-to-tear line 1211.
A tear line 1211 may be provided between the mark part 121 and the sub-packaging part 1221 connected to the mark part 121, so that the doctor can tear the sub-packaging part 1221 from the mark part 121 along the tear line 1211 between the sub-packaging part 1221 and the mark part 121.
Of course, the tear line 1211 may not be provided between the indicator 121 and the sub-package 1221 connected to the indicator 121. In this case, the bone screws 200 in the sub-package 1221 connected to the mark 121 may be removed, and the mark 121 and the sub-package 1221 connected to the mark 121 may be discarded as they are.
The identifier 121 of the packaging member 1200 is used for identifying the common characteristic information of the bone screws 200 in each sub-packaging part 1221 of the packaging member 1200, so that the doctor can quickly identify the bone screws 200 in each sub-packaging part 1221 through the common characteristic information identified on the identifier 121 of the packaging member 1200.
The common characteristic information on the identification part 121 may be marked on the surface of the identification part 121 or inside the identification part 121, and only the doctor needs to be able to see the common characteristic information of the bone screws 200 in each sub-packaging part 1221 marked on the identification part 121. The bone screw 200 common characteristic information identified on the identification portion 121 includes one or more of name information, model information, and specification information of the bone screw 200, so that a doctor can quickly identify the name, model, specification, use, and the like of the bone screw 200 in the packing member 1200 of the bone screw package 120 based on the common characteristic information identified on the identification portion 121. In addition, the characteristic information common to the bone screws 200 may further include a production date, a failure date, a sterilization lot number, a production address, and the like.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the application, the plurality of sub-packaging portions 1221 of the bone screw package 120 are connected with the identification portion 121 to form the packaging member 1200, the easy-to-tear line 1211 is provided between the plurality of sub-packaging portions 1221 of the packaging member 1200, and the identification portion 121 of the packaging member 1200 is used for identifying characteristic information common to the bone screws 200 in each sub-packaging portion 1221 of the packaging member 1200, so that a doctor can quickly identify the bone screws 200 in each sub-packaging portion 1221 of the packaging member 1200 through the identification portion 121 of the packaging member 1200, thereby facilitating the doctor to quickly find a required bone screw package 120 from a large number of different bone screw packages 120, and then tear off the sub-packaging portion 1221 from the packaging member 1200 to take out the required bone screws 200, which makes the doctor perform an operation more convenient, and improves the efficiency of the operation.
Moreover, the number of the sub-packaging parts 1221 of each packaging member 1200 of the bone screw package 120 is fixed, and the usage amount of various bone screws 200 in the traumatic bone surgery can be quickly calculated by counting the usage amount of each type of bone screw package 120 and the number of the sub-packaging parts 1221 torn off from the remaining bone screw packages 120, so that a nurse or a supplier can quickly count the specifications and the number of the bone screws 200 used in the surgery.
It should be noted that the bone screw package 120 may include one package member 1200, and may also include a plurality of package members 1200. When the bone screw package 120 includes a plurality of package members 1200, the identification portions 121 of the plurality of package members 1200 may be connected in sequence, and a tear line 1211 is disposed between two adjacent identification portions 121, so that the two adjacent package members 1200 are separated by tearing along the tear line 1211 between two adjacent identification portions 121.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the indicator 121 has a sheet-like structure. The identification part 121 has a first side edge 1212, and the first side edge 1212 is connected to the sub-package part 1221. The first side 1212 of the identification portion 121 is provided with a tear line 1211 extending along an edge line of the first side 1212. A first marking region 1213 is provided on one side surface of the marking 121, and the first marking region 1213 indicates the common characteristic information of the bone screws 200 in the respective sub-packages 1221 of the packaging member 1200. A second marker region 1214 is provided on the other surface of the marker 121, and the second marker region 1214 and the first marker region 1213 may identify the same information or different information. Of course, if the common characteristic information of the bone screws 200 in the sub-packages 1221 of the package member 1200 is also identified in the second identification region 1214 on the other side surface of the identification portion 121, the doctor can quickly identify the bone screws 200 in the package member 1200 from both side surfaces of the identification portion 121.
In some embodiments, the plurality of sub-packages 1221 of the packaging member 1200 are arranged in a direction perpendicular to a length direction of the bone screw 200 within the sub-package 1221. Alternatively, the arrangement direction of the plurality of sub-packing portions 1221 of the packing member 1200 may be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packing portion 1221. Of course, in the former case, the number of the sub-packaging portions 1221 of the packaging member 1200 can be kept unchanged, and the overall length of the packaging member 1200 is shorter, so that the bone screw package 120 can be transported and stored more conveniently.
Specifically, the plurality of sub-packing portions 1221 of the packing member 1200 are connected in series along a straight line. The length direction of the easy-tear line 1211 between two adjacent sub-package portions 1221 is perpendicular to the distribution direction of the plurality of sub-package portions 1221. The sub-package portion 1221 has a cavity 1222 therein extending along a length of the tear line 1211, and when the bone screw 200 is placed in the cavity 1222 of the sub-package portion 1221, the length of the bone screw 200 is substantially perpendicular to a direction of distribution of the plurality of sub-package portions 1221.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the sub-package 1221 includes opposing first and second attachment tabs 1223, 1227, the edges of the first and second attachment tabs 1223, 1227 being connected to enclose the cavity 1222. The first connecting piece 1223 is at least partially transparent. Thus, the surgeon can view the bone screw 200 within the cavity 1222 through the transparent portion of the first connecting tab 1223, thereby facilitating a more intuitive determination of the size and gauge of the bone screw 200 within the sub-package 1221 of the bone screw package 120. The first connecting piece 1223 can be completely or partially transparent, so long as the surgeon can view the bone screw 200 within the cavity 1222 through the first connecting piece 1223.
Among other things, the surface of the first connecting piece 1223 facing away from the second connecting piece 1227 may be used to identify the name, size, etc. of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221, so that the doctor can compare the information of the bone screw 200 identified on the surface of the first connecting piece 1223 with the information of the bone screw 200 seen through the first connecting piece 1223, thereby quickly and accurately determining the size and size of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first connecting piece 1223 includes a transparent area 1224, and a non-transparent area 1225 adjacent to the transparent area 1224, and a portion of the first connecting piece 1223 located in the transparent area 1224 is made of a transparent material to facilitate a surgeon viewing the bone screw 200 in the cavity 1222 through the transparent area 1224 of the first connecting piece 1223. The non-transparent area 1225 of the first connecting piece 1223 includes a third identification area 1226, and information such as the name and specification of the bone screw 200 in the sub-package 1221 is identified in the third identification area 1226.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the surface of the second connecting piece 1227 facing away from the first connecting piece 1223 is used for information identifying the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging portion 1221, so that the physician can compare the information identifying the bone screw 200 on the surface of the second connecting piece 1227 with the bone screw 200 viewed through the first connecting piece 1223, thereby quickly and accurately determining the size and gauge of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging portion 1221. Moreover, because the second connecting tab 1227 has a larger surface area facing away from the first connecting tab 1223, more and more specific bone screw 200 information can be identified. Specifically, the surface of the second connecting piece 1227 facing away from the first connecting piece 1223 has a fourth identification area 1228, and information such as the name, model, specification, manufacturing company, manufacturing address, bar code, two-dimensional code, manufacturing date, expiration date, and the like of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221 is identified in the fourth identification area 1228.
In some embodiments, the color of the surface of the identifier 121 of the packaging component 1200 is the same as the color of the bone screw 200 within the sub-packaging 1221. It can be understood that different types or specifications of bone screws 200 generally have different colors, and by setting the color of the surface of the identification part 121 of the packaging component 1200 to be the same as the color of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221, a doctor can preliminarily judge the type or specification of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221 through the color of the surface of the identification part 121, and the doctor can further conveniently identify the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221 according to the color of the identification part 121 of the packaging component 1200.
The color of a part of the surface of the mark 121 of the packaging member 1200 may be the same as the color of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221, or the color of the entire surface of the mark 121 of the packaging member 1200 may be the same as the color of the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221, so that the doctor can easily identify the bone screw 200 in the sub-packaging part 1221 according to the color of the surface of the mark 121 of the packaging member 1200.
In some embodiments, the sub-packaging 1221 of the packaging component 1200 is a sterile package. Thus, bacterial growth of the bone screw 200 during transportation and storage can be avoided. After the bone screw 200 is taken out of the sub-package, the bone screw 200 does not need to be sterilized or disinfected, or the bone screw 200 only needs to be simply sterilized and disinfected, so that the bone screw 200 can be implanted into the bone of a patient, and the operation efficiency of a doctor is improved.
