The sealing member 142 is configured to be plural and adapted to seal a gap between the inlet end 12a and the first water inlet port 1411a and a gap between the outlet end 12b and the first water outlet port 1411 b. Specifically, the filter device 12 is mounted on the bracket body, the condensed water flows between the filter device 12 and the bracket body, and the sealing member 142 is adapted to seal the matching position of the filter device 12 and the bracket body, such as the gap between the inlet end 12a of the filter device 12 and the first water inlet port 1411a and the gap between the outlet end 12b of the filter device 12 and the first water outlet port 1411b, so as to prevent the water circulation assembly 10 from leaking water and improve the safety of the air conditioner 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the distance between the inlet end 12a and the outlet end 12b of the filtering device 12 is the same as the distance between the first water inlet 1411a and the first water outlet 1411b, and since the distance between the inlet end 12a and the outlet end 12b of the filtering device 12 with different sizes is different, the bracket bodies are arranged in two adjustable distances, and both bracket bodies have the first surface 1411 and the second surface 1412, wherein the first surface 1411 of one bracket body forms the first water inlet 1411a and the second surface 1412 forms the second water inlet 1412a, the first surface 1411 of the other bracket body forms the first water outlet 1411b and the second surface 1412b forms the second water outlet, so that the user can adjust the distance between the first water inlet 1411a and the first water outlet 1411b to adapt the mounting bracket 14 to the filtering device 12 with other sizes, thereby the water circulation assembly 10 can be assembled according to the user's needs and meet the user's needs.
In the prior art, the filter structure for filtering the condensed water and the water structure for using the condensed water occupy a large space and are distributed in the air conditioner 1, which affects the arrangement of the internal structure of the air conditioner 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the water storage device 13 is formed with a mounting surface 131, and the mounting bracket 14 is fixed to the mounting surface 131 and mounts the filter device 12 to the water storage device 13. Specifically, the mounting bracket 14 is disposed on the mounting surface 131 of the water storage device 13, the filter device 12 is located on the mounting surface 131 of the water storage device 13 after being matched with the mounting bracket 14, the first pipeline 15 and the second pipeline 16 are both connected with the mounting bracket 14, and the first pipeline 15 and the second pipeline 16 are also arranged adjacent to the mounting surface 131. Since the mounting bracket 14 connects the first pipeline 15, the second pipeline 16 and the filtering device 12, the mounting bracket 14 is fixed on the mounting surface 131 of the water storage device 13, so that the first pipeline 15, the second pipeline 16 and the filtering device 12 are all arranged adjacent to the mounting surface 131, the overall structure of the water circulation assembly 10 is compact, and the occupied space of the water circulation assembly 10 is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the mounting surface 131 is formed with an avoidance groove (not shown) to avoid at least part of the first pipeline 15 and at least part of the second pipeline 16. Specifically, because first and second conduits 15, 16 are disposed adjacent mounting surface 131, mounting surface 131 provides an avoidance channel to avoid at least a portion of first conduit 15 and at least a portion of second conduit 16 for ease of conduit placement. More specifically, the avoidance slots are configured as one or more, and in some embodiments, one and the same avoidance slot that simultaneously avoids at least a portion of the first conduit 15 and at least a portion of the second conduit 16, facilitating user manipulation to mount the first and second conduits 15, 16 to the mounting bracket 14; in other embodiments, the avoidance slots are two and respectively avoid at least part of the first pipeline 15 and at least part of the second pipeline 16.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the avoidance groove is configured as an arc-shaped groove that is concave toward a direction away from the mounting surface 131.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-3, the water circulation assembly 10 further comprises a third pipeline 17. The third pipeline 17 connects the water outlet 13b with the water using device. Specifically, the water storage device 13 stores relatively clean condensed water, and the third pipeline 17 is connected to the water outlet 13b of the water storage device 13 to communicate the water storage device 13 with the water using device and guide the condensed water to the water using device. The first pipeline 15 is communicated with the water collecting device 11 and the filtering device 12, the second pipeline 16 is communicated with the filtering device 12 and the water storage device 13, the third pipeline 17 is communicated with the water storage device 13 and the water using device, and the first pipeline 15, the second pipeline 16 and the third pipeline 17 are communicated with the water circulation assembly 10 to form a path for flowing condensed water, so that the circulating filtration and utilization of the condensed water in the air conditioner 1 are realized.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-3, the water inlet 13a of the water storage device 13 is located at the top of the water storage device 13, and the water outlet 13b is located at the bottom of the water storage device 13. Specifically, the second pipeline 16 is connected to the water inlet 13a, the third pipeline 17 is connected to the water outlet 13b, the condensed water enters the water storage device 13 through the water inlet 13a at the top of the water storage device 13 and flows out of the water storage device 13 through the water outlet 13b at the bottom of the water storage device 13, and the positions of the water inlet 13a and the water outlet 13b are set so that the condensed water flows out of the water storage device 13 under the action of gravity.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-3, water circulation assembly 10 further includes pumping device 18. The third line 17 communicates with the water consuming device via a pumping device 18. In particular, the pumping means 18 are adapted to control the flow of the condensed water from the water storage means 13 to the water consuming means, when the water consuming means requires water, the pumping means 18 causing the condensed water in the water storage means 13 to flow along the third conduit 17 to the water consuming means. Since the air conditioner 1 has various water consumption devices, the pumping device 18 can pump the condensed water in the water storage device 13 and supply the condensed water to the water consumption devices at various positions, so that the water circulation assembly 10 can work smoothly.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-3, the water circulation assembly 10 further includes a water pump mounting portion 19. The water pump mounting portion 19 includes a housing 191 and a damper 192, a housing cavity 191a is formed inside the housing 191, and the damper 192 is wrapped around the pumping device 18 and disposed in the housing cavity 191 a. Specifically, in some embodiments, water pump mounting portion 19 is adapted to mount pumping device 18 to water storage device 13, pumping device 18 being located within water pump mounting portion 19, and water pump mounting portion 19 being secured to mounting surface 131 of water storage device 13. More specifically, since the pumping device 18 vibrates during operation to generate noise, the vibration damping member 192 is disposed between the pumping device 18 and the housing 191 of the water pump mounting portion 19 to perform sound insulation and vibration isolation treatment on the pumping device 18, so that the water circulation assembly 10 has low noise during operation, and provides a quiet and comfortable use environment for users.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-3, the water collection device 11 is configured as a centrifugal pump and is fixed to the mounting surface 131. Specifically, the water collecting device 11, the mounting bracket 14 and the water pump mounting portion 19 are all arranged on the mounting surface 131 of the water storage device 13, and the projection of the first pipeline 15, the projection of the second pipeline 16 and at least part of the projection of the third pipeline 17 are also positioned in the mounting surface 131, so that the water circulation assembly 10 is compact in structure, small in occupied space in the air conditioner 1, convenient for arrangement of other structures of the air conditioner 1 and suitable for the air conditioners 1 with various sizes.
In some embodiments of the present invention, according to the present invention, the water circulation assembly 10 includes a water collection device 11, a filtering device 12, a water storage device 13, a mounting bracket 14, a first pipeline 15, a second pipeline 16, a third pipeline 17, a pumping device 18 and a water pump mounting portion 19. The water storage device 13 has a mounting surface 131, and the mounting surface 131 is formed with an arc-shaped groove recessed toward a direction away from the mounting surface 131. The mounting bracket 14 is fixed on the mounting surface 131, the mounting bracket 14 has a first surface 1411 and a second surface 1412 which are adjacent to each other, the first surface 1411 is formed with a first water inlet 1411a and a first water outlet 1411b, the second surface 1412 is formed with a second water inlet 1412a and a second water outlet 1412b, the first water inlet 1411a and the second water inlet 1412a are communicated to form a water inlet channel, and the first water outlet 1411b and the second water outlet 1412b are communicated to form a water outlet channel. The water pump mounting portion 19 is also fixed to the mounting surface 131, the water pump mounting portion 19 includes a housing 191 and a damper 192, the housing 191 includes an accommodating chamber 191a, and the pumping device 18 and the damper 192 are accommodated in the accommodating chamber 191 a. The inside of the filter device 12 forms a filter passage, and the two ends of the filter passage are an inlet end 12a and an outlet end 12b, respectively, and the inlet end 12a and the outlet end 12b are located on the same side surface of the filter device 12. When the water circulation assembly 10 is assembled, one end of the first pipeline 15 is connected with the butt joint port 11a of the water collection device 11, and the other end of the first pipeline 15 is connected with the second water inlet port 1412a of the mounting bracket 14, so that the water collection device 11 is communicated with the water inlet channel; one end of the second pipeline 16 is connected with the second water outlet port 1412b of the mounting bracket 14, and the other end of the second pipeline 16 is connected with the water inlet 13a of the water storage device 13, so that the water storage device 13 is communicated with the water outlet channel; one end of the third pipeline 17 is connected with the water outlet 13b of the water storage device 13, and the other end of the third pipeline 17 is communicated with the water using device through a pumping device 18; the periphery of the pumping device 18 is wrapped with a damping piece 192 and is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 191a of the water pump mounting part 19; the inlet end 12a of the filter device 12 is butted against the first water inlet port 1411a of the mounting bracket 14, and the outlet end 12b of the filter device 12 is butted against the first water outlet port 1411b of the mounting bracket 14, so that the filter passage of the filter device 12 is communicated with the water inlet passage and the water outlet passage.
The water circulation assembly 10 forms a path of condensed water circulation, wherein the water collection device 11 collects condensed water, the first pipeline 15 conveys the condensed water collected by the water collection device 11 to the filtering device 12, the filtering device 12 conveys the condensed water to the second pipeline 16 after filtering the condensed water, the second pipeline 16 guides the filtered condensed water to enter the water storage device 13, and the third pipeline 17 guides the condensed water in the water storage device 13 to flow to the water using device under the action of the pumping device 18. Specifically, the water collecting device 11 is configured as a centrifugal pump, the water collecting device 11 pumps the condensed water generated by the air conditioner 1 to the first pipeline 15, the first pipeline 15 conveys the condensed water to the water inlet channel of the mounting bracket 14, the condensed water flows into the filtering device 12 from the water inlet channel and enters the filtering channel, the condensed water filtered by the filtering device 12 flows to the water outlet channel and enters the second pipeline 16, the second pipeline 16 conveys the condensed water to the inside of the water storage device 13 from the water inlet 13a, and under the action of the pumping device 18, the condensed water in the water storage device 13 flows to the third pipeline 17 from the water outlet 13b and flows to the water using device along the third pipeline 17.

the two ends of the water outlet channel are respectively provided with a first water outlet port and a second water outlet port, the first water outlet port is formed in the first surface and is in butt joint with the outlet end, and the second water outlet port is formed in the second surface and is connected with one end of the second pipeline.
5. The water circulation assembly for an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the mounting bracket includes:
a stent body;
a seal configured in plurality and adapted to seal a gap between the inlet end and the first water inlet interface and a gap between the outlet end and the first water outlet interface.
6. The water circulation assembly for an air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the water storage device is formed with a mounting surface, and the mounting bracket is fixed to the mounting surface and mounts the filtering device to the water storage device.
7. The water circulation assembly for an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the mounting surface is formed with an avoidance groove to avoid at least a part of the first pipe and at least a part of the second pipe.
8. The water circulation assembly for an air conditioner according to claim 7, further comprising: and the third pipeline is connected with the water outlet and the water using device.
9. The water circulation assembly for an air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the water inlet of the water storage means is located at the top of the water storage means, and the water outlet is located at the bottom of the water storage means.
