Background
In order to reduce the temperature rise of components in the variable frequency controller of the air conditioner, a radiator is required to be added to the variable frequency controller to perform auxiliary heat dissipation and cooling.

For example, the variable frequency controllers of the variable frequency split type machine and the variable frequency window machine are arranged on the outdoor unit (side), and the radiator is arranged in the air duct of the outdoor unit (side) to radiate heat by utilizing outdoor inlet air. However, when the outdoor temperature is high, the temperature difference between the surface temperature of the radiator and the outdoor environment temperature is small, and the heat exchange condition is poor, so that the radiator cannot effectively radiate heat, and finally, the temperature rise of components is over-standard, the reliability is low, the frequency of the whole air conditioner is reduced, the refrigeration effect is poor, even the whole air conditioner cannot normally operate.
In addition, the specific method for radiating heat by using the low-temperature refrigerant comprises the following steps: a low-temperature refrigerant is led out from a refrigerant pipeline of the air conditioner to the radiator, and the low-temperature refrigerant pipeline is wound on the radiator to be cooled. The scheme can effectively solve the problem of temperature rise of components at high outdoor temperature, but the arrangement method is complex in structure, high in cost and low in reliability.

The fan blades are centrifugal fan blades, under the suction force of the centrifugal fan blades, airflow on the indoor side enters the indoor side portion 20 from the inner side air inlet 25 (such as a grating or a through hole on a panel of an air conditioner) and the indoor heat exchanger 24, passes through the indoor heat exchanger 24 and then enters the indoor air inlet chamber, and then reaches the centrifugal fan blades through the air inlet on the volute casing 23, and the centrifugal fan blades push the air to the inner side air outlet 26 to supply air to the indoor side, so that a path for inside air circulation is formed.
In order to ensure the performance of the air conditioner during refrigeration, the air entering the machine from the grille or the through hole on the panel must be discharged through the inner air outlet 26, so except the utility model discloses an air conditioner sets up on the existing structure basis like the gas communication part shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the outdoor side part 10 and the indoor side part 20 are isolated from each other to ensure that the air current pushed out by the centrifugal fan blade is all discharged through the inner air outlet 26 and has no other path.
The utility model discloses an air conditioner's working process as follows:
(1) When the radiator 40 does not need cooling, the damper 70 is in a state of closing the gas circulation part, the outdoor part 10 and the indoor part 20 are completely disconnected, the airflow at the air outlet of the indoor fan 22 cannot enter the outdoor side through the gas circulation part, the airflow sucked by the centrifugal fan blade of the indoor fan 22 is completely discharged from the inner side air outlet 26, and at this time, the whole machine is in a normal working mode.
(2) When the radiator 40 has a cooling requirement and the outdoor side is at a low temperature, the air door 70 is in a state of closing the air circulation part, the outdoor side part 10 and the indoor side part 20 are completely disconnected, the air flow at the air outlet of the indoor fan 22 cannot enter the outdoor side part 10 through the air circulation part, the air flow sucked by the centrifugal fan blade of the indoor fan 22 is completely discharged from the inner side air outlet 26, and at the moment, the whole machine is in a normal working mode; the centrifugal fan blades of the outdoor fan 11 suck the cold airflow outside the room into the outdoor part 10 through the outside air inlet 13 to dissipate heat of the heat sink 40 and exchange heat with the outdoor heat exchanger 12, and finally discharge the cold airflow outside the room from the outside air outlet 14.
(3) When the heat sink 40 needs cooling and the outdoor side is at high temperature, the active cooling mode is opened, the damper 70 is in a state of opening the gas circulation part, and because positive pressure exists at the air outlet of the volute 23 of the indoor fan 22, and the resistance at the gas circulation part is small, a part of the air flow pushed out by the centrifugal fan blade of the indoor fan 22 flows out to the indoor side through the inner side air outlet 26, and the other part flows to the outdoor side part 10 through the gas circulation part, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling the heat sink 40.
(4) With the cooling demand of the radiator 40 cancelled, the active cooling mode ends, and the damper 70 closes the gas circulation portion.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the utility model discloses an air conditioner includes outdoor side portion 10, indoor side portion 20 and gas intercommunication portion, outdoor side portion 10 is used for the air current business turn over of outdoor side in order to exchange heat with outdoor heat exchanger 12 in outdoor side portion 10, outdoor side portion 10 is provided with variable frequency controller 30 and its radiator 40; an indoor side section 20 for treating the airflow from the indoor side to provide a treated airflow to the indoor side; the gas communication is used for communicating the indoor side portion 20 with the outdoor side portion 10, so that the cold air flow of the indoor side portion 20 reaches the outdoor side portion 10 through the gas communication to dissipate heat of at least one of the inverter controller 30 and the radiator 40. In this way, by providing the air communicating portion, the inverter controller 30 and the heat sink 40 of the outdoor portion 10 are cooled by the cold airflow flowing out from the air outlet of the indoor fan 22, and the heat sink has the same heat dissipation effect as the heat sink by the refrigerant, thereby solving the problem of poor heat dissipation effect of the heat sink in the inverter controller of the air conditioner in the prior art when the outdoor temperature is high. Especially, 99% of frequency conversion window type air conditioners in the current market do not have the function of long-term stable operation under the ultra-high temperature working condition, after the gas communication part is added on the air conditioner, the reliability of the air conditioner in long-term operation under the ultra-high temperature working condition can be improved, the structure is simple, the cost is low, and the frequency conversion window type air conditioner has absolute advantages compared with a high-cost two-stage compression frequency conversion air conditioner (the air conditioner can stably operate under the ultra-high temperature), so that the selling points of the air conditioner are increased, and the market competitiveness of the air conditioner is improved.
