The LED tubular lamp provided by the application is provided with the lens covering the LED lamp beads on the substrate, the light-emitting angle of the LED lamp beads can be increased, the using number of the LED lamp beads is further reduced, the cost is saved, the illumination brightness is softer, and the use experience is better.

Technical Field
The application relates to the field of lighting fixtures, in particular to an LED tubular lamp.
Background
The LED lighting is light emitting diode lighting and is a semiconductor solid light emitting device. The solid semiconductor chip is used as a luminescent material, and the carriers are compounded in the semiconductor to release excess energy to cause photon emission, so that red, yellow, blue and green light is directly emitted.
The LED tubular lamp comprises a lamp tube, end covers fixed at two ends of the lamp tube, a driving power supply located in the lamp tube, and an LED module located in the lamp tube and electrically connected with the driving power supply. The end cover is provided with two binding posts, each binding post is connected with a driving power supply, and the binding posts are inserted into the lamp holder to be communicated with an external power supply.
However, when the traditional LED tubular lamp is used, the light-emitting angle of the lamp tube is small, the light is dazzling, and the use experience is poor.

An LED tube lamp comprising:
a lamp tube having a first end portion and a second end portion;
the two end covers are respectively arranged at the first end part and the second end part of the lamp tube and are provided with conductive pieces for connecting an external power supply;
the light-emitting component is arranged inside the lamp tube and comprises a substrate, LED lamp beads arranged on the substrate and a lens covering the LED lamp beads;
and the driving power supply is composed of electronic components arranged at the end part of the substrate, and the driving power supply is electrically connected with the LED lamp beads and the conductive pieces.
Several alternatives are provided below, but not as an additional limitation to the above general solution, but merely as a further addition or preference, each alternative being combinable individually for the above general solution or among several alternatives without technical or logical contradictions.
Optionally, a protruding leg matched with the substrate is arranged on the back of the lens.
Optionally, the lamp tube is a U-shaped tube, the U-shaped tube has two straight tube sections and a U-shaped section, the two end covers are respectively a first end cover and a second end cover, and the first end cover and the second end cover are respectively disposed at ends of the two straight tube sections.
Optionally, both ends of the U-shaped section have a reduced diameter portion that mates with the straight tube section.
Optionally, the first end cover and the second end cover are connected through a connecting rod.
Optionally, the electronic component and the lens are distributed on the same side of the substrate.

In order to solve the technical problem, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present application provides an LED tubular lamp 100, which includes a lamp tube 10, two end caps 20, a light emitting assembly 30, and a driving power source 40. The lamp tube 10 is provided with a first end portion 11 and a second end portion 12, the two end caps 20 are respectively arranged at the first end portion 11 and the second end portion 12 of the lamp tube 10, and are provided with a conductive piece 23 for connecting an external power supply, the light emitting assembly 30 is arranged inside the lamp tube 10 and comprises a substrate 31, an LED lamp bead 32 arranged on the substrate 31, and a lens 33 covering the LED lamp bead 32, the driving power supply 40 is composed of an electronic component 41 arranged at the end portion of the substrate 31, and the driving power supply 40 is electrically connected with the LED lamp bead 32 and the conductive piece 23.
In one embodiment, the lens 33 is fixed on the substrate 31 by epoxy glue or UV glue, and for convenience of installation, the back surface of the lens 33 is provided with a protruding leg 331, and a corresponding positioning hole matched with the protruding leg 331 is provided on the substrate 31. Wherein, base plate 31 includes metal level, insulating layer and circuit layer, and LED lamp pearl 32 welds on the circuit layer.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, the lamp 10 is a U-shaped tube, the U-shaped tube has two straight tube sections 13 and a U-shaped section 14, the U-shaped section 14 is composed of two semicircular tubes, the two end caps 20 are a first end cap 21 and a second end cap 22, respectively, and the first end cap 21 and the second end cap 22 are respectively disposed at the ends of the two straight tube sections 13. In the present application, the straight section 13 and the U-shaped section 14 of the U-shaped tube are made of light diffusing PC.
The light emitting assembly 30 of the present application is applicable not only to U-shaped lamps but also to straight tube lamps.
In one embodiment, the U-shaped section 14 has reduced diameter portions 141 at opposite ends thereof that engage the straight tube section 13, the reduced diameter portions 141 having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the straight tube section 13, and the reduced diameter portions 141 extending into the straight tube section 13 during installation and being fixedly attached thereto by ultrasonic welding. According to the ultrasonic welding device, ultrasonic welding is adopted between the U-shaped section 14 and the straight pipe section 13 and between the two semicircular pipes of the U-shaped section 14, so that the connection strength between the two semicircular pipes is improved, and the process is relatively easy to realize.
In one embodiment, the first end cap 21 and the second end cap 22 are connected by the connecting rod 24, so that the two end caps 20 can move synchronously, and the problem that one end cap 20 cannot fall off is avoided.
In order to make good use of the space of the lamp 10 and to facilitate mounting, the electronic components 41 and the lens 33 are distributed on the same side of the substrate 31.
In one embodiment, the driving power source 40 is disposed at both ends of the substrate 31.
In order to fix the light emitting assembly 30, the inside of the lamp tube 10 is provided with a locking groove 131 matched with the substrate 31, as shown in fig. 3, the straight tube section 13 has a locking strip 132 extending along the length direction, the locking strip 132 and the tube wall form the locking groove 131, the distance between the two locking grooves 131 is consistent with the width of the substrate 31, and the tube wall clamps the light emitting assembly 30, thereby avoiding unnecessary shaking of the light emitting assembly 30.
All possible combinations of the technical features of the embodiments described above may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features. When technical features in different embodiments are represented in the same drawing, it can be seen that the drawing also discloses a combination of the embodiments concerned.

- An LED tube lamp, comprising:a lamp tube having a first end portion and a second end portion;the two end covers are respectively arranged at the first end part and the second end part of the lamp tube and are provided with conductive pieces for connecting an external power supply;the light-emitting component is arranged inside the lamp tube and comprises a substrate, LED lamp beads arranged on the substrate and a lens covering the LED lamp beads;and the driving power supply consists of electronic components arranged at the end part of the substrate, and the driving power supply is electrically connected with the LED lamp beads and the conductive pieces.
- 2. The LED tube lamp of claim 1, wherein the back surface of the lens is provided with a protruding foot that fits the substrate.
- 3. The LED tube lamp of claim 1, wherein the tube is a U-shaped tube having two straight tube sections and a U-shaped section, the two end caps are a first end cap and a second end cap, and the first end cap and the second end cap are respectively disposed at ends of the two straight tube sections.
- 4. The LED tube lamp of claim 3, wherein both ends of the U-shaped section have a reduced diameter portion that mates with the straight tube section.
- 5. The LED tube lamp of claim 3, wherein the first end cap and the second end cap are connected by a connecting rod.
- 6. The LED tubing lamp of claim 1, wherein the electronic component and the lens are disposed on a same side of the substrate.
- 7. The LED tubular lamp according to claim 1, wherein a driving power supply is provided at each of both ends of the substrate.
- 8. The LED tubular lamp of claim 1, wherein a slot is disposed inside the tube to engage with the substrate.
