Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to detect the stamping quality of the stamped metal plate, a standard plate 5 is fixedly connected to the supporting table 1 on one side of the end portion of the pressing roller 22, the side wall of the standard plate 5 is tightly attached to the side wall of the stamping plate 11, a checking hole 51 corresponding to the shape of the side edge of the arc-shaped die 13 is formed in the standard plate 5, and the opening height of the checking hole 51 on the standard plate 5 corresponds to the height of the metal plate on the arc-shaped die 13. The standard plate 5 is fixedly connected with a receiving table 52 at one side far away from the stamping plate 11, the receiving table 52 is fixedly connected on the supporting table 1, and qualified metal plates can be placed on the receiving table 52 through the inspection holes 51.
One side of the stamping plate 11, which is far away from the standard plate 5, is provided with a sliding assembly 6, the sliding assembly 6 comprises a pushing block 61 fixedly connected to the supporting table 1, two sliding rods 62 used for pushing the metal plate to one side of the standard plate 5 are arranged in the pushing block 61, the sliding rods 62 penetrate through the pushing block 61 and are connected to the pushing block 61 in a sliding mode, the two sliding rods 62 are arranged in parallel, the height of each sliding rod 62 corresponds to the height of the metal plate on the arc-shaped die 13, and the end portions of the two sliding rods 62 correspond to the two end portions of the metal plate respectively.
The end of the sliding rod 62 away from the stamping plate 11 is provided with a connecting plate 64, and the end parts of the two sliding rods 62 away from the pushing block 61 are connected to the side wall of the connecting plate 64, so that the two sliding rods 62 can slide synchronously through the connecting plate 64. The middle section side wall of the connecting plate 64 far away from one side of the sliding rod 62 is fixedly connected with a push block 65, so that external force can be applied to the connecting plate 64 conveniently, and the stress of the two sliding rods 62 is more uniform.
After the metal plate is punched, the locking bolt 32 is rotated to place the metal plate on the arc mold 13, and then an external force is applied to the pushing block 65 toward the arc mold 13, so that the end of the sliding rod 62 abuts against the sidewall of the metal plate and pushes the metal plate to move toward the standard plate 5.
The sliding rod 62 is fixedly connected with a spring 63 between the pushing block 61 and the connecting plate 64, the spring 63 is arranged around the arc-shaped side wall of the sliding rod 62, and the spring 63 applies force to the sliding rod 62 far away from one side of the punching plate 11. After the sliding rod 62 pushes the metal plate on the arc mold 13 into the standard plate 5, the sliding rod 62 slides away from the arc mold 13 in the pushing block 61 under the action of the spring 63, so that the sliding rod 62 is reset.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: one end of the metal plate is fixed on the sliding block 31 by the locking bolt 32, then the screw rod 42 is rotated to make the sliding block 31 slide towards one side of the arc mould 13, when the other end of the metal plate is abutted against the central side wall of the arc mould 13, the hydraulic cylinder 2 is started, the piston rod 21 pushes the press roll 22 to press the metal plate downwards, the metal plate is deformed according to the radian of the arc mould 13, then the screw rod 42 is adjusted again, and the operation is repeated until the whole radian of the metal plate is the same as the radian of the arc mould 13. Then, the pushing block 65 is pushed to enable the end portion of the sliding rod 62 to push the metal plate to one side of the standard plate 5, when the radian of the metal plate meets the requirement, the metal plate can pass through the inspection hole 51 and be placed on the receiving table 52, when the radian of the metal plate does not meet the requirement, the metal plate can be clamped on the standard plate 5, and then the metal plate is repeatedly punched according to the above mode until the metal plate can pass through the inspection hole 51.
