The injection pipe 22 is detachably connected with the support pipe 41 through the second reducer union 5, so that the injection pipe 22 is easy to replace, the strength of the position of the injection pipe 22 can be increased, and the bending deformation of the injection pipe 22 is avoided.
In this embodiment, the injection pipe 22 is a 1/4in gauge pipe, which ensures that the water mist and the compressed gas inside the pipe have sufficient pressure.
Further, the injection pipe 22 is an elbow so that the injection pipe 22 can clean or purge the probe of the flame detector from the side. Preferably, the nozzle of the end of the injection pipe 22 remote from the draft tube 21 is a flat port through which the water mist or dry compressed gas is injected to increase the pressure at which the water mist and compressed gas are injected, thereby enabling the surface of the probe to be cleaned or purged.
It should be noted that the pressure when the water mist and the compressed gas are sprayed should be less than the safety threshold, that is, the water mist and the compressed gas have a certain safety pressure when being sprayed out from the spraying pipe 22, which not only can effectively clean or purge the surface of the probe, but also can avoid the damage to the probe caused by the over-pressure.
It is obvious that the above embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Numerous obvious variations, rearrangements and substitutions will now occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments.
