The metal water tank 7 is provided with an electromagnetic coil 10 on the outside, a high-temperature radiation heat dissipation coating on the inner surface of the metal water tank 7, a temperature sensor 14 is arranged in the metal water tank 7, and the electromagnetic coil 10 and the temperature sensor 14 are respectively connected with a controller 11. In winter, can produce alternating magnetic field through solenoid 10, metal water tank 7 is generated heat by oneself this moment, prevents that the water in the water tank from freezing, also can use this device to carry out the dust fall to the building site and handle like this winter.

A water level sensor 16 connected with the controller 11 is further arranged on the upper portion of the second filter screen 8 in the box body 1, and when the water level sensor 16 detects that the water level reaches the warning water level, the controller 11 sends an alarm for replacing the second filter screen 8 to a user through an alarm device.
The water pump 12 is connected with the controller 11 and has a plurality of working gears, when the water level sensor 16 detects that the water level reaches the warning water level, if the water pump 12 is working at the lowest working gear, the controller 11 sends an alarm for replacing the second filter screen 8 to a user through an alarm device and turns off the water pump 12; if the water pump 12 is operated at a non-lowest operating position, the controller 11 downshifts the water pump 12. It will be appreciated that the longer the second filter 8 is operated, the more dirt that is blocked from its surface and the poorer the water passing capacity, and that the operating range of the pump 12 should be lowered in order to control the water level below a safe level.
Preferably, a guide plate 9 is arranged at the lower part of the second filter screen 8, the guide plate 9 is arranged obliquely, one end of the guide plate is fixed on the side wall of the box body 1, and the other end of the guide plate is connected with the metal water tank 7. The bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a plurality of universal wheels 17. And an air outlet of the water mist air duct 18 is arranged in an upward inclined manner.
