When the mold plate 200 is disassembled, after the locking member 50 is pulled out of the first hole 32a and the second hole 40a, the moving member 30 will be lowered by gravity until the bottom of the supporting portion 31 contacts the fixing member 40, that is, the fixing member 40 will support the supporting portion 31, and meanwhile, the distance between the supporting portion 31 and the stopper 20 will be increased, so that the mold plate 200 can be taken away, and the purpose of preventing the mold plate 200 from directly falling to the ground can be achieved, thereby achieving the purpose of simplifying the structure and improving the disassembling efficiency of the mold plate 200. As an illustrative example, the opposite sides of the support portion 31 in the X direction are respectively used for fixing one template 200, that is, the support portion 31 can fix two templates 200.
In some embodiments, the top surface of the supporting portion 31 is provided with two first stopping protrusions 311. The two first stopping protrusions 311 are respectively located at the edges of the opposite sides of the supporting portion 31 for fixing the template 200 along the X direction. Each first stopping protrusion 311 extends along the edge of the corresponding side of the supporting portion 31, and a gap 311a is provided between two ends of each first stopping protrusion 311 and the other two opposite side edges of the supporting portion 31, that is, the length of the first stopping protrusion 311 is less than the length of the edge of the supporting portion 31 on the side where the first stopping protrusion is located. The gap 311a is located between the tilted portion 312 and the first stopping protrusion 311. The tilted portion 312 is used to stop the sidewall 230 of the mold plate 200 along the Y direction, so as to prevent the mold plate 200 from separating from the supporting portion 31. The width of the gap 311a is the same as the thickness of the bottom of the sidewall 230, so that the tilted portion 312 and the first stopping protrusion 311 can clamp the sidewall 230, thereby improving the stability of the mold plate 200.
