Detailed Description

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present embodiment provides a sterile cover 100, and the sterile cover 100 includes a cover body 110, a sealing ring 120 and a tightening band 130. The cover 110 is made of a sterile film, and the shape of the cover 110 completely matches the shape of the surgical robot. The sealing ring 120 may be an O-ring. The cover 110 is formed by sealing the sealing ring 120 at an end of the cover 110 corresponding to the end of the mechanical arm, and sealing the tightening strap 130 at an end of the cover 110 away from the end of the mechanical arm. The sterile cover 100 is mounted on the surgical robot, and does not shield the tracking reflected light of the surgical robot tracker, so that the sterile barrier of the surgical robot is guaranteed, and the optical positioning accuracy of the surgical robot tracker is also guaranteed.

The sealing ring 120 of the sterile cover 100 passes through the second collar 3, so that the second collar 3 is sleeved on the sterile cover 100; after the sealing ring 120 is sleeved on the fixing sleeve 1, the first clamping ring 2 and the second clamping ring 3 are slid, the first clamping ring 2 presses the sealing ring 120 and is connected with the second clamping ring 3, and the connection of the sterile cover 100 and the sterile cover fixer 200 is completed.
When the surgical robot 500 is to be isolated, the sterile cover 100 is inserted from the end of the robot arm, the surgical robot 500 is gradually covered with the sterile cover 100, and the sterile cover holder 200 is disposed at the end of the robot arm to tightly connect the tightening band 130 to the bottom of the surgical robot 500.
The aseptic cover fixer 200 of the embodiment has a simple structure, is convenient to install, can firmly fix the aseptic cover 100 at the tail end of the mechanical arm, and has an obvious aseptic barrier guarantee effect.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the first collar 2 includes a first ring body 22 and a hook 23, the first inner hole 21 is located on the first ring body 22, and the hook 23 is disposed on an end surface of the first ring body 22. Optionally, the number of the hooks 23 is multiple, and the multiple hooks 23 are evenly distributed around the circumference of the axis of the first ring body 22. When the first collar 2 is mounted to the fixing sleeve 1, the hooks 23 are located outside the first flange 11 in the radial direction of the first flange 11. The second collar 3 comprises a hook hole 32 adapted to the hook 23. Optionally, a plurality of the clipping holes 32 are evenly distributed around the circumference of the axis of the second collar 3. The hook 23 is clamped with the clamping hole 32 so as to enable the first clamping ring 2 and the second clamping ring 3 to be detachably connected.
As shown in fig. 9, in an alternative solution, the hook 23 includes a hook body 231 and a limit block 232. The hook 231 is approximately L-shaped, and the top end of the hook 231 is connected to the end surface of the first ring body 22. The stop block 232 is located on the upper surface of the hook 231 at the end remote from the first ring body 22.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the card hole 32 includes a hole body 321 and a card slot 322. The hole body 321 penetrates both ends of the second collar 3, and the hole body 321 allows the hook body 231 to pass through. The clamping groove 322 is arranged on the bottom surface of the second retainer ring 3, the clamping groove 322 is positioned on one side of the hole body 321, and the clamping groove 322 is communicated with the hole body 321. When the first clamping ring 2 and the second clamping ring 3 are connected, the clamping hook 23 penetrates into the hole body 321, the first clamping ring 2 is rotated, the limiting block 232 enters the clamping groove 322, and the first clamping ring 2 and the second clamping ring 3 are clamped. Since the first collar 2 compresses the sealing ring 120 of the sterile cover 100, the resilience of the sealing ring 120 causes the first collar 2 to be forced away from the second collar 3, and the limit block 232 contacts with the side wall of the clamping groove 322, so as to prevent the hook 23 from separating from the clamping hole 32.
As shown in fig. 12, the first inner bore 21 of the first collar 2 is a stepped bore, the first inner bore 21 includes a first small-diameter portion 211 and a first large-diameter portion 212, the first small-diameter portion 211 and the first large-diameter portion 212 communicate, and the first large-diameter portion 212 is disposed near the hook 23. The first small-diameter portion 211 has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the first flange 11 of the fixing sleeve 1. The shoulder between the first small-diameter portion 211 and the first large-diameter portion 212 can compress the seal ring 120 of the sterile cover 100. The first collar 2 protects the sealing ring 120.
As shown in fig. 13, the second inner bore 31 of the second collar 3 is a stepped bore, the second inner bore 31 includes a second small-diameter portion 311 and a second large-diameter portion 312, and the second small-diameter portion 321 and the second large-diameter portion 322 communicate, wherein the second small-diameter portion 321 is remote from the first flange 11. The second large diameter portion 322 has a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the first flange 11, and a shoulder between the second small diameter portion 321 and the second large diameter portion 322 can abut the first flange 11. When the first clamping ring 2 and the second clamping ring 3 are clamped, the shoulder of the second inner hole 31 is abutted against the first flange 11, and the first clamping ring 2 is clamped with the second clamping ring 3 after the sealing ring 120 is pressed from the upper part.
As shown in fig. 7, the outer wall of the first collar 2 is provided with a plurality of notches 24. Optionally, a plurality of gaps 24 are evenly distributed around the circumference of the axis of the first collar 2. A gap 24 is arranged on the outer wall of the first clamping ring 2, so that an operator can rotate the first clamping ring 2 conveniently.
As shown in fig. 4, 6 and 14, the side wall of the fixing sleeve 1 is provided with a hollow structure 12 to prevent the fixing sleeve 1 from shielding the optical elements at the end of the mechanical arm of the surgical robot 500. The sterile cover fixer 200 also comprises a transparent sleeve 4, and the transparent sleeve 4 is made of transparent materials. The transparent sleeve 4 is sleeved on the fixed sleeve 1, and the first retainer ring 2 is sleeved on the transparent sleeve 4. The shape of the transparent sleeve 4 is matched with that of the fixed sleeve 1, one end of the transparent sleeve 4, which is close to the first flange 11, is provided with a second flange 41, and the second flange 41 is abutted against the first flange 11. The smallest diameter of the first bore 21 of the first collar 2 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second flange 41. The sealing ring 120 of the sterile cover 100 is sleeved on the transparent sleeve 4, and the transparent sleeve 4 and the sealing ring 120 can be pressed when the first collar 2 is connected with the second collar 3. The transparent sleeve 4 seals the hollow structure 12 on the fixed sleeve 1, and the sterile isolation effect is improved.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present embodiment provides a sterile cover assembly comprising a sterile cover 100 and a sterile cover holder 200 as described above, wherein a sealing ring 120 of the sterile cover 100 is fitted over the sterile cover holder 200, and a first collar 2 and a second collar 3 are coupled to compress the sealing ring 120.
In an alternative embodiment, the sterile cover assembly further comprises a strap 300, and the strap 300 may be disposed on the cover 110 of the sterile cover 100 by an adhesive. After the sterile cover 100 is covered on the surgical robot 500, the band 300 is wound around the robot arm, and the sterile cover 100 is further fixed.
As shown in fig. 5 and 15, the sterile cover assembly further includes a sealing membrane 400, the sealing membrane 400 being used to close the port of the sterile cover holder 200 remote from the sterile cover 100 when the sterile cover assembly is not in use. When the sterile cover 100 is required to be covered on the surgical robot 500, the sealing film 400 is torn off from the sterile cover holder 200.
The assembly process of the sterile cover assembly includes:
fixing the sealing ring 120 and the tightening band 130 on the cover body 110 in a heat sealing manner to form the sterile cover 100;
the fixed sleeve 1, the transparent sleeve 4, the first clamping ring 2 and the second clamping ring 3 are assembled into the sterile cover fixer 200, and the first clamping ring 2 and the second clamping ring 3 are not required to be connected and locked;
adhering the band 300 to the sterile cover 100;

The use process of the sterile cover assembly comprises the following steps:
the dialysis bag is disassembled, and the sterile cover component is taken out;
the sterile cover 100 is sleeved at the tail end of a mechanical arm of the surgical robot, the sterile cover fixer 200 is installed on the mechanical arm, the surgical robot is covered by the sterile cover 100, the binding belt 300 is wound on the mechanical arm, and the binding belt 130 is tightened;
the sealing film 400 is torn off, and a surgical tool is mounted on the robot arm.

6. The sterile hood holder of claim 1, wherein the first collar has a plurality of cutouts formed in an outer wall thereof.

The sterile cover holder according to claim 1, wherein the securing sleeve comprises a hollowed-out structure, the sterile cover holder further comprising a transparent sleeve, the transparent sleeve is sleeved on the securing sleeve, one end of the transparent sleeve is provided with a second flange, and the second flange abuts against the first flange.
8. A sterile cover assembly, comprising:
the sterile hood holder of any one of claims 1-7;
the aseptic cover, aseptic cover's one end is provided with the sealing washer, the sealing washer cover is in on aseptic cover fixer, first rand compresses tightly the sealing washer.
