In some embodiments, the wearable display device 100 further includes a buffer member 6, the buffer member 6 is disposed at an end of the insertion portion 11, for example, the buffer member 6 may be disposed at an end surface of the insertion portion 11, or may be wrapped outside the end of the insertion portion 11, when the insertion portion 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 21, the buffer member 6 abuts against an inner wall surface of the insertion groove 21, so as to prevent the end of the insertion portion 11 from directly colliding with the inner wall surface of the insertion groove 21, thereby preventing the insertion portion 11 and the insertion groove 21 from being worn, and playing roles of buffering, protecting, and absorbing shock.
Further, the first cover 5 is provided with a mounting groove 51, and the buffer member 6 is mounted in the mounting groove 51 such that the buffer member 6 abuts against the bottom surface of the inserting groove 21 when the inserting portion 11 is inserted into the inserting groove 21. By providing the mounting groove 51 on the first cover 5, the mounting position of the buffer member 6 defined by the mounting groove 51 can be utilized for the mounting arrangement of the buffer member 6.
The buffer member 6 may be a member made of a flexible material or an elastic material, such as a silicone member, a rubber member, a plastic member, or a foam member.
In some embodiments, the wearing structure 1 has a second receiving cavity 115, and the wearing structure 1 is provided with a fourth opening 116 and a fifth opening 117 communicated with the second receiving cavity 115, or the display module 2 has the second receiving cavity 115, and the display module 2 is provided with a fourth opening 116 and a fifth opening 117 communicated with the second receiving cavity 115, for example, as shown in fig. 1, 6 and 9, the connector 1b of the wearing structure 1 has the second receiving cavity 115. The fourth opening 116 is disposed opposite to the insertion groove 21, the fourth opening 116 and the fifth opening 117 are disposed opposite to each other, the fifth opening 117 is communicated with the first opening 112, the pressing component 32 and the second elastic component 34 are disposed in the second accommodating cavity 115, and the pressing component 32 sequentially penetrates through the fifth opening 117 and the first opening 112, so that the second inclined surface 32a is slidably connected to the first inclined surface 31a, when the insertion portion 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 21, the pressing component 32 penetrates through the fourth opening 116, so that at least a portion of the pressing component 32 is located outside the fourth opening 116, and the pressing component 32 is pressed. By arranging the pressing assembly 32 and the second elastic component 34 in the second accommodating cavity 115 of the connector 1b, the space occupied by the pressing assembly 32 and the second elastic component 34 is mainly the inner space of the connector 1b, so that the whole structure of the wearable display device 100 is relatively compact, and the miniaturized design of the wearable display device 100 is facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the pressing assembly 32 may include an abutting member 321 and a pressing member 322, at least one side of the abutting member 321 is provided with a connecting portion 3213, the connecting portion 3213 is connected to an inner wall surface of the second accommodating chamber 115 through the second elastic member 34, the second inclined surface 32a is provided on the abutting member 321, the abutting member 321 is disposed through the fifth opening 117 and the first opening 112, so that the second inclined surface 32a is slidably connected to the first inclined surface 31a, the pressing member 322 abuts against the abutting member 321, and the pressing member 322 is disposed through the fourth opening 116, so that the pressing member 322 is at least partially located outside the fourth opening 116, so that the pressing member 322 is pressed. When the user needs to detach the display module 2 from the connector 1b, the user can press the pressing member 322 to push the abutting member 321 to move, so that the second inclined surface 32a slides relative to the first inclined surface 31a and pushes the second buckling part 31 to move, so that the second buckling part 31 is separated from the first buckling part 211, the plugging part 11 can be pulled out from the plugging slot 21, and the display module 2 and the connector 1b can be detached. The pressing assembly 32 has the above structure, and the structure is relatively simple.
Further, two sides of the abutting part 321 are provided with two connecting portions 3213, that is, there may be two connecting portions 3213, and two second elastic part corresponding parts, wherein one connecting portion 3213 is connected to the inner wall surface of the second accommodating cavity 115 through a first one of the second elastic parts 34, and the other connecting portion 3213 is connected to the inner wall surface of the second accommodating cavity 115 through another one of the second elastic parts 34. By providing two second elastic members 34, it is possible to ensure that a large urging force is provided to push the pressing member 322 to be reset when the pressing member 322 in the pressed state is released.
Furthermore, two second guide grooves 3214 are formed in each of the two connecting portions, that is, two second guide grooves are formed, two third guide grooves 1151 are formed in the inner wall surface of the second accommodating cavity 115, the two third guide grooves 1151 and the two second guide grooves 3214 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, one end of one of the second elastic members 34 is arranged in one of the second guide grooves 3214, the other end of one of the second elastic members 34 is arranged in one of the third guide grooves 1151, one end of the other second elastic member 34 is arranged in the other second guide groove 3214, and the other end of the other second elastic member 34 is arranged in the other third guide groove 1151. The second and third guide grooves 3214, 1151 can guide the second elastic member 34 when it is deformed or restored to be deformed, at the same time, by the second and third guide grooves 3214, 1151.
In some embodiments, the wearable display apparatus 100 further includes a second cover 7, the second cover 7 covers the fourth opening 116, and the second cover 7 has a sixth opening 71 communicating with the second accommodating cavity 115. Specifically, the second cover plate 7 is recessed along a direction close to the fifth opening to form an accommodating groove 72, the sixth opening 71 is disposed on the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 72, and the pressing member 322 of the pressing assembly 32 is disposed through the sixth opening 71, so that at least a portion of the pressing member 322 is located in the accommodating groove 72, so that the pressing member 322 is pressed. By providing the sixth opening 71, the abutment member 321 and the pressing member 322 are conveniently disposed in the second receiving cavity 115. And by defining the second cover plate 7 as having a structure in which the accommodating groove 72 is formed by recessing in the direction close to the fifth opening, the space occupied by the second cover plate 7 is mainly the inner space of the connector 1b, meanwhile, a part of the pressing member 322 may be located in the accommodating groove 72, and another part may be located in the second accommodating cavity 115, so that the space occupied by the pressing member 322 is also mainly the inner space of the connector 1b, thereby facilitating the realization of the miniaturized design of the wearable display device.
Further, a guide sidewall 73 is protruded from a surface of the second cover 7 facing the fifth opening 117, and the pressing member 322 is provided with a guide portion slidably coupled to the guide sidewall 73, so that the guide sidewall 73 can play a certain guiding role in pressing the pressing member 322 and in resetting the pressing member 322, so that the user can smoothly press the pressing member 322.
The disassembly and assembly processes of the display module 2 and the connector 1b will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 4, 5 and 6.
Assuming that the insertion part 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 21 and the second locking part 31 is locked to the first locking part 211 in the initial state, as shown in fig. 4, when the display module 2 and the connector 1b need to be detached, the pressing member 322 is pressed to push the abutting member 321 to move and compress the second elastic member 34, so that the second inclined surface 32a slides relative to the first inclined surface 31a, so that the two second locking parts 31 move toward the middle to be separated from the first locking part 211, and the first elastic member 33 contracts toward the middle, as shown in fig. 5, at this time, the insertion part 11 is pulled out of the insertion groove 21 toward the left, so that the insertion part 11 and the insertion groove 21 can be separated, and the detachment of the display module 2 and the connector 1b is realized, as shown in fig. 6. When the display module 2 is mounted to the connector 1b, the inserting portion 11 is pushed to the right, the two second locking portions 31 may touch the inner wall surface of the inserting groove 21, at this time, under the guiding action of the guiding surface 31b, the two second locking portions 31 may move towards the middle while moving towards the right, and compress the first elastic component 33 until the two second locking portions 31 move towards the right until the two second locking portions 31 respectively correspond to the corresponding first locking portions 211, and at this time, the two second locking portions 31 are locked with the corresponding first locking portions 211 under the action of the first elastic component 33, as shown in fig. 4, so that the inserting portion 11 may be stably connected to the inserting groove 21, so as to achieve the connection between the display module 2 and the connector 1 b.
The wearable display device disclosed by the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail above, and the principle and the implementation of the present invention are explained by applying specific examples herein, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understanding the wearable display device and the core idea thereof; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be changes in the specific embodiments and the application range, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A wearable display device, comprising:
a wear structure;
one of the display module and the wearing structure is provided with an insertion groove, the other of the display module and the wearing structure is provided with an insertion part, the insertion part is inserted into the insertion groove, and the inner wall surface of the insertion groove is provided with a first buckling part; and
the button structure comprises a second buckling part, a pressing assembly, a first elastic component and a second elastic component, wherein the second buckling part is movably connected to the inserting part and provided with a first inclined surface;
when the inserting part is inserted into the inserting groove, the second buckling part is buckled with the first buckling part, and the pressing assembly is pressed to drive the second inclined surface to slide relative to the first inclined surface and compress the second elastic component, so that the second buckling part is separated from the first buckling part relatively and compresses the first elastic component.
2. The wearable display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a surface of the second fastening portion facing the pressing member is provided with a first groove, the first groove comprises a first side wall having a first inclined wall surface, the first inclined wall surface is arranged in an inclined manner from a connection with a bottom wall surface of the first groove in a direction away from a center of the first groove, and the first inclined wall surface forms the first inclined surface;
a second groove is formed in one surface, facing the second buckling part, of the pressing assembly, the second groove comprises a second side wall with a second inclined wall surface, the second inclined wall surface is arranged in an inclined mode along the direction deviating from the center of the second groove from the joint of the second inclined wall surface and the bottom wall surface of the second groove, and the second inclined wall surface of the second side wall forms a second inclined surface;
wherein the first sidewall is at least partially located in the second recess and the second sidewall is at least partially located in the first recess.
3. The wearable display device according to claim 1, wherein the insertion portion has a first receiving cavity, and the insertion portion has a first opening and a second opening communicating with the first receiving cavity, the first opening is disposed opposite to a bottom surface of the insertion groove, the second opening is disposed corresponding to the first locking portion, and the pressing member is disposed through the first opening to slidably connect the second inclined surface to the first inclined surface;
the second buckling part and the first elastic component are arranged in the first accommodating cavity, the second buckling part penetrates through the second opening, and at least part of the second buckling part is located outside the second opening and is connected with the first buckling part in a buckling mode.
4. The wearable display apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the number of the first buckling parts is two, and the two first buckling parts are arranged oppositely;
the number of the second openings is two, the two second openings are oppositely arranged, one second opening is arranged corresponding to one first buckling part, and the other second opening is arranged corresponding to the other first buckling part;
the number of the second buckling parts is two, the first elastic component is connected between the two second buckling parts, one of the second buckling parts penetrates through one of the second openings and is at least partially positioned outside one of the second openings to be buckled with one of the first buckling parts, and the other of the second buckling parts penetrates through the other of the second openings and is at least partially positioned outside one of the second openings to be buckled with the other of the first buckling parts.

The wearable display device according to claim 3, wherein the insertion portion further has a third opening communicated with the first receiving cavity, the third opening is opposite to the second opening, the wearable display device further comprises a first cover plate, the first cover plate covers the third opening, the first cover plate abuts against the second fastening portion, and the first cover plate is used for limiting the second fastening portion to move along the pressing direction of the pressing component when the pressing component is pressed.

The wearable display device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the wearable structure has a second receiving cavity, and the wearable structure has a fourth opening and a fifth opening that are communicated with the second receiving cavity, or the display module has a second receiving cavity, and the display module has a fourth opening and a fifth opening that are communicated with the second receiving cavity, the fourth opening is arranged opposite to the insertion slot, and the fourth opening and the fifth opening are arranged opposite to each other;
the pressing component and the second elastic component are arranged in the second accommodating cavity, the pressing component penetrates through the fifth opening, so that the second inclined surface is connected to the first inclined surface in a sliding mode, and when the inserting portion is inserted into the inserting groove, the pressing component penetrates through the fourth opening and is at least partially located outside the fourth opening.

The wearable display device according to claim 6, wherein the pressing member comprises an abutting member and a pressing member, at least one side of the abutting member is provided with a connecting portion connected to an inner wall surface of the second accommodating cavity through the second elastic member, the second inclined surface is provided on the abutting member, the abutting member is inserted into the fifth opening to enable the second inclined surface to be slidably connected to the first inclined surface, the pressing member abuts against the abutting member, and the pressing member is inserted into the fourth opening and is at least partially located outside the fourth opening.
8. The wearable display device of claim 6, further comprising a second cover plate covering the fourth opening, wherein the second cover plate is provided with a sixth opening communicated with the second accommodating cavity;
