The replaceable refrigeration device according to claim 1, wherein the refrigeration module is a semiconductor refrigeration module (30), the semiconductor refrigeration module (30) comprises a semiconductor refrigeration sheet (31), a cold-end heat sink (32) and a hot-end heat sink (33), the cold-end heat sink (32) and the hot-end heat sink (33) are respectively in contact with a cold end and a hot end of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet (31), and the cold-end heat sink (32) is disposed within the water tank (10).

The replaceable refrigerating device of claim 1, wherein the control module comprises a control circuit board (40) and a temperature sensor (42), the control circuit board (40) being electrically connected with the refrigerating module and the temperature sensor (42) to be able to control the operating state of the refrigerating module according to temperature information detected by the temperature sensor (42).

The replaceable refrigeration device of claim 3, wherein the control module further comprises a touch display screen (41), the touch display screen (41) being electrically connected to the control circuit board (40) to enable setting of control information of the refrigeration module and/or display of an operating state of the refrigeration module.
5. The replaceable refrigerating device according to claim 1, wherein the replaceable cold storage module is a replaceable phase-change cold storage device (20), and a phase-change refrigerant is disposed in the phase-change cold storage device (20).

The replaceable refrigerating device according to claim 5, wherein the water tank (10) further comprises a water tank cover (11), an adding opening (16) is formed in the water tank cover (11), and the phase-change cold storage device (20) can be detachably arranged on the tray (21) and penetrates through the adding opening (16).

A body surface refrigeration device, characterized by comprising a body surface cooling device (3), a water inlet pipe (4), a water outlet pipe (5), a water pump (6) and the replaceable refrigeration device according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein a cooling liquid path is arranged in the body surface cooling device (3), the cooling liquid path is connected with the water inlet pipe (4) and the water outlet pipe (5), the water inlet pipe (4) and the water outlet pipe (5) are respectively connected with the water tank (10), and the water pump (6) is arranged on the water inlet pipe (4) or the water outlet pipe (5).

A body surface refrigerating device according to claim 7, characterized in that a water tank cover (11) is arranged on the water tank (10), a water inlet (12) is arranged on the water tank cover (11), a water outlet (13) is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the water tank (10), the water outlet (13) is connected with the inlet of the water pump (6), the outlet of the water pump (6) is connected with the water inlet pipe (4), and the water outlet pipe (5) is connected with the water inlet (12).

The body surface refrigerating device according to claim 8, characterized in that the control module comprises a temperature sensor (42), a partition plate (15) is arranged in the water tank (10), a water outlet cavity (14) is formed between the partition plate (15) and one side of the water tank (10), and the water outlet (13) and the temperature sensor (42) are arranged in the water outlet cavity (14).
