The pedal mounting bracket 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a pedal mounting bracket 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first connecting portion 11, a left side plate portion 12, and a right side plate portion 13.
Specifically, the first connecting portion 11 is provided between the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13, the first folded portion 121 is provided on the left side plate portion 12, the second folded portion 131 is provided on the right side plate portion 13, and the first folded portion 121 and the second folded portion 131 are folded in the same direction. The pedal mounting bracket 10 is a one-piece member.
In other words, the pedal mounting bracket 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is mainly constituted by the first connecting portion 11, the left side plate portion 12, and the right side plate portion 13 which are integrally molded. The pedal mounting bracket 10 is mounted on a dash panel of a vehicle for mounting a pedal 30.
The first connecting portion 11 is provided between the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13, that is, the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13 are connected by the first connecting portion 11. The first connection portion 11 may have a rectangular plate-like structure, and the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13 extend from both ends of the first connection portion 11 toward the same side of the first connection portion 11. The left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13 are spaced apart from each other, and together with the first connecting portion 11, form a semi-enclosed structure for mounting and connecting the pedal 30. It should be noted that the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13, although disposed opposite to each other, may be asymmetrical so that the pedal mounting bracket 10 is adapted to be mounted on the vehicle.
In addition, the left and right side plate portions 12 and 13 may extend outward from both ends of the first connecting portion 11 with a gradually expanding tendency, that is, a distance between a root of the left side plate portion 12 and a root of the right side plate portion 13 is smaller than a distance between a free end of the left side plate portion 12 and a free end of the right side plate portion 13, to improve the strength of the pedal mounting bracket 10.
It should be noted that the root of the left side plate portion 12 or the right side plate portion 13 may be a section of the left side plate portion 12 or the right side plate portion 13 near the first connection portion 11, and not only a connection portion where the left side plate portion 12 or the right side plate portion 13 is connected to the first connection portion 11. The suspended end of the left or right side plate portion 12 or 13 may be a section of the left or right side plate portion 12 or 13 away from the first connecting portion 11, rather than just an end face portion of the left or right side plate portion 12 or 13.
The first folded portion 121 is provided on the left side plate portion 12, and the second folded portion 131 is provided on the right side plate portion 13, and connects the pedal attachment bracket 10 to the dash panel of the vehicle. The left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13 are both elongated, and the first folded portion 121 and the second folded portion 131 may be provided at either one of the edges of the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13, respectively. For example, the first folded portion 121 and the second folded portion 131 may be provided on one edge of the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13, which is connected to the first connecting portion 11, or on one edge of the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13, which is opposite to the first connecting portion 11.
If the first folded portion 121 and the second folded portion 131 are respectively disposed on the edge of one of the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13 connected to the first connecting portion 11, the first folded portion 121 and the second folded portion 131 may extend along the edge to be connected to the first connecting portion 11, or may not be connected to the first connecting portion 11, but only be disposed at the free ends of the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13, and a gap is left between the first folded portion 121 and the first connecting portion 11.
The first folded portion 121 and the second folded portion 131 are folded in the same direction, specifically, the left side plate portion 12, the first connecting portion 11, and the right side plate portion 13 surround to form an avoidance area through which the pedal arm 20 can pass, the first folded portion 121 can be folded toward the avoidance area, and correspondingly, the second folded portion 131 is folded in a direction away from the avoidance area. Referring to fig. 3 as an example, the folding direction is illustrated, and as shown in fig. 3, both the first folding portion 121 and the second folding portion 131 are folded rightward.
In addition, the first folded portion 121 and the second folded portion 131 may be both folded leftward according to the limitation of the installation space of the dash panel of the vehicle, that is, the first folded portion 121 is folded outward, and the second folded portion 131 is folded inward.
Compared with the first folded part 121 and the second folded part 131 which are both folded outwards, the folding towards the same side reduces the space required for mounting the pedal mounting bracket 10 on the vehicle, and further ensures that the pedal mounting bracket 10 can be better arranged on the dash panel of the vehicle under the condition that the man-machine layout space is insufficient.
Compared with the first folded part 121 and the second folded part 131 which are folded inwards, the stability of the pedal mounting bracket 10 after being mounted on the vehicle can be ensured by folding towards the same side.
The first folded part 121 and the second folded part 131 may respectively include two strip-shaped plate structures inclined to each other, wherein the two plate structures close to the first connecting part 11 are parallel to each other, and the two plate structures far from the first connecting part 11 are also parallel to each other.
The pedal mounting bracket 10 is an integrally formed member, that is, the first connecting portion 11, the left side plate portion 12 and the right side plate portion 13 are integrally formed, for example, by an integral stamping process. Preferably, the pedal mounting bracket 10 is an integrally stamped and formed sheet metal part to improve the strength and durability of the pedal mounting bracket 10.
Therefore, according to the utility model discloses a pedal installing support 10, through setting up first connecting portion 11, left side board 12 and right side board 13 into an organic whole, compare by left side board, right side board, intermediate junction board and bottom plate welding with the pedal installing support among the prior art, no longer set up this structure of bottom plate. On one hand, the number of the moulds needed by the pedal mounting bracket 10 is reduced, and the production cost is reduced, on the other hand, the integrally formed part does not need to be assembled and welded, so that the assembly time of the pedal mounting bracket 10 and the subsequent pedal assembly 100 is reduced, the production efficiency is further improved, and meanwhile, the defect that the size is deviated after the welding and assembling is completed is overcome by the integrally formed process. Further, since the total parts of the pedal mounting bracket 10 are reduced, the quality inspection and the carrying work of the parts are also reduced, which is also beneficial to the light weight design of the product.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting portion 11 is provided with a first mounting structure 14, and the first mounting structure 14 is used for connecting the pedal mounting bracket 10 with the vehicle tubular beam mounting bracket 40.
