The utility model provides a paste type massage instrument.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-5, the patch massager 10 includes a massage patch 200 and a battery assembly 300. Wherein, paste formula massage appearance 10 passes through massage paster 200's flexibility and pastes in human skin, pastes formula massage appearance 10 and supplies power for massage paster 200 through battery pack 300 to make massage paster 200 produce massage effects such as hot compress and/or electro photoluminescence, in order to alleviate pain. It is to be understood that the massage effect of the massage patch 200 is not limited to the heat application and the electrical stimulation, and the massage effect of the massage patch 200 may also include a massage effect such as vibration.
In the present embodiment, the battery assembly 300 and the massage patch 200 are both electrically and mechanically connected, i.e., the battery assembly 300 and the massage patch 200 are integrally formed. In this manner, it is highly convenient for the battery assembly 300 to power the massage patch 200.
In the traditional paste type massage instrument, the mechanical connection between the battery pack and the massage patch is fixed mechanical connection and is not detachable. When the battery pack is charged after the electric quantity of the battery pack is used up, the battery pack and the massage patch are fixed together. Because the massage paster is bulky, when charging the battery pack fixed together with the massage paster, the massage paster occupies a large space, which causes charging inconvenience. And when the battery pack fixed with the massage patch is charged, the storage of the massage patch is not facilitated, and the massage patch is easily stained.
To solve the above problem, in the present embodiment, the mechanical connection between the massage patch 200 and the battery assembly 300 is a detachable mechanical connection, while the electrical connection between the massage patch 200 and the battery assembly 300 is a detachable electrical connection, so that the massage patch 200 and the battery assembly 300 can be completely separated. The battery assembly 300 includes a battery 310 and a charging structure 320. The charging structure 320 is electrically connected to the battery 310, and the charging structure 320 is used for converting an external power source to charge the battery 310. After the electric quantity of the battery pack 300 is used up, when the battery pack 300 is charged, the battery pack 300 can be detached from the massage patch 200 to charge the battery pack 300, and compared with the charging of the battery pack 300 fixed together with the massage patch 200, the battery pack 300 charging device needs to occupy a small space, reduces the space required by charging and is convenient to charge. Meanwhile, when the battery pack 300 is charged, the massage patches 200 can be bagged for storage, thereby preventing the massage patches 200 from being contaminated during charging.
In this embodiment, the massage patch 200 includes opposing conformable side 202 and connective side 204. The attachment side 202 is for attachment to human skin. The battery assembly 300 is located on the connection side 204. In this way, the battery assembly 300 can be prevented from contacting the human skin.
In the present embodiment, the charging structure 320 is a wired charging structure. The wired charging structure has mature technology and lower cost. In other embodiments, the charging structure 320 may also be a wireless charging structure, and the wireless charging structure does not need to be provided with an exposed charging interface, and can keep the appearance of the battery assembly 300 complete.
In the present embodiment, the charging structure 320 is a wired charging structure. The charging structure 320 includes a charging circuit board 322 and a charging interface 324 disposed on the charging circuit board 322. Charging interface 324 is exposed from an outer surface of battery assembly 300. The charging circuit board 322 is electrically connected to the battery 310. The charging interface 324 may be a ype-C charging interface, a USB charging interface, or a lighting charging interface.
In the present embodiment, the outer surface of the battery assembly 300 includes a connection surface 302, an operation surface 304, and an outer peripheral surface 306 connecting the connection surface 302 and the operation surface 304. The connection face 302 is closer to the massage patch 200 than the operating face 304. Charging interface 324 is exposed from connection surface 302, that is, charging interface 324 is exposed from the side of battery assembly 300 close to massage patch 200. Thus, when the battery pack 300 and the massage patch 200 are mounted together, the massage patch 200 can play a role of sealing the charging interface 324, and particularly after the massage patch 200 is attached to the skin of a human body, the massage patch 200 can further seal the charging interface 324, so that gas, dust, foreign matters and the like in the external environment can be prevented from reaching the charging interface 324 through a gap between the massage patch 200 and the battery pack 300. After the battery assembly 300 is detached from the massage patch 200, the charging interface 324 can be exposed to allow charging.
In this embodiment, the massage patch 200 is removably electrically connected to the battery assembly 300 via the charging structure 320. In this way, the electrical components of the battery assembly 300 can have a high integration level, that is, the electrical components of the battery assembly 300 can be modularized, thereby facilitating assembly.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the massage patch 200 includes a first electrical connector 210. The plurality of first electrical connectors 210 are spaced apart from one side of the massage patch 200 adjacent to the battery assembly 300. The charging structure 320 further includes a second electrical connector 326, wherein the second electrical connector 326 is disposed on the charging circuit board 322 and electrically connected to the charging circuit board 322. The second electrical connectors 326 are multiple, and the multiple second electrical connectors 326 are electrically connected with the multiple first electrical connectors 210 in a one-to-one detachable manner. In this manner, it is very convenient for the massage patch 200 to be detachably and electrically connected to the battery assembly 300.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the battery assembly 300 may also include a second electrical connector separate from the charging structure 320, having one end electrically connected to the battery 310 and the other end removably electrically connected to the first electrical connector 210 of the massage patch 200.
In this embodiment, the second electrical connectors 326 are spaced apart from each other on a side of the battery assembly 300 close to the massage patch 200 and surround the charging interface 324. Therefore, the stability of the electrical connection between the massage patch 200 and the battery pack 300 is more facilitated, the charging interface 324 can be better protected, and gas, dust, foreign matters and the like in the external environment are prevented from reaching the charging interface 324 through a gap between the massage patch 200 and the battery pack 300.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the connection side 204 of the massage patch 200 is opened with a first through hole 200a corresponding to the first electrical connector 210. The connection surface 302 of the battery assembly 300 is opened with a second through hole 300a corresponding to the second electrical connector 326. One of the first electrical connecting element 210 and the second electrical connecting element 326 is a pogo pin, and the other one is a conductive element, and the pogo pin penetrates through the first through hole 200a and the second through hole 300a and then abuts against the conductive element for electrical connection. In this manner, it is greatly facilitated that the massage patch 200 be removably and electrically connected to the battery assembly 300. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the first electrical connection element 210 is a pogo pin, and the second electrical connection element 326 is a conductive element.
In the embodiment, the number of the first electrical connectors 210 is multiple, and the number of the first through holes 200a is the same as that of the first electrical connectors 210, and the first through holes are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Accordingly, in the present embodiment, the number of the second electrical connectors 326 is the same as that of the first electrical connectors 210, and they are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. The number of the second through holes 300a is the same as that of the second electrical connectors 326, and the second through holes are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence.
In this embodiment, the massage patch 200 is magnetically connected to the battery assembly 300. In this manner, the removable mechanical connection of the massage patch 200 to the battery assembly 300 is greatly facilitated. In other embodiments, the detachable mechanical connection of the battery assembly 300 and the massage patch 200 may further include at least one of snap-fit, peelable adhesive, or screw connection, wherein the detachable connection is simple and efficient.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the battery assembly 300 further includes a plurality of magnetic attraction pieces 330. The magnetic attraction pieces 330 are spaced at a distance from one side of the battery assembly 300 close to the massage patch 200 and surround the charging interface 324 for a circle. The second electrical connectors 326 and the magnetic elements 330 are disposed in a one-to-one manner. The magnetic connecting members 330 are annular, the first electrical connecting members 210 further have a magnetic function, the plurality of first electrical connecting members 210 and the plurality of magnetic connecting members 330 are inserted and magnetically attracted one by one, and the plurality of first electrical connecting members 210 and the plurality of second electrical connecting members 326 are in abutting electrical connection one by one. Thus, the massage patch 200 is magnetically connected to the battery assembly 300, and the massage patch 200 is electrically connected to the battery assembly 300 in a detachable manner. And the stability of the electric connection between the massage patch 200 and the battery pack 300 is facilitated, the charging interface 324 can be better protected, and gas, dust, foreign matters and the like in the external environment are prevented from reaching the charging interface 324 through a gap between the massage patch 200 and the battery pack 300.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the magnetic element 330 is annular. The magnetic member 330 is disposed in the second through hole 300a. An end of the second electrical connector 326 remote from the charging circuit board 322 is located within the magnetic element 330. The first electrical connector 210 has both the conductive function and the magnetic attraction function. The first electrical connector 210 is inserted into the magnetic element 330, magnetically attracted to the magnetic element 330, and electrically connected to the second electrical connector 326.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the first electrical connector 210 may have only an electrical conductive function. At this time, the magnetic member having the magnetic function is disposed on the massage patch 200. For example, the massage patch 200 includes a first magnetic member, and the first magnetic member is disposed on a side of the massage patch 200 close to the battery assembly 300. The battery assembly 300 further comprises a second magnetic attraction piece, wherein the second magnetic attraction piece is arranged on one side of the battery assembly 300 close to the massage patch 200 and is connected with the first magnetic attraction piece in a magnetic attraction manner. In some embodiments, the second magnetic attraction member is ring-shaped and surrounds the charging interface 324. In some embodiments, there are a plurality of second magnetic attraction members (the magnetic attraction members 330), which are arranged at intervals and surround the charging interface 324 for a circle. At this time, the second electrical connector 326 may be located at the outer periphery of the second magnetic attraction. Thus, the charging interface 324 can be better protected, and gas, dust, foreign matters and the like in the external environment can be prevented from reaching the charging interface 324 through the gap between the massage patch 200 and the battery assembly 300.
In the present embodiment, the charging interface 324 has a rectangular shape. In the length direction of the charging interface 324, the plurality of magnetic attraction pieces 330 are arranged at intervals, and the charging interface 324 is located between two magnetic attraction pieces 330 that are connected; in the width direction of the charging interface 324, the magnetic attraction pieces 330 are arranged at intervals, and the charging interface 324 is located between the two magnetic attraction pieces 330.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the second through holes 300a is four, wherein two second through holes 300a are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the charging interface 324, and the other two second through holes 300a are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the charging interface 324. The pitch between the two second through holes 300a in the length direction of the charging interface 324 is different from (greater than or equal to) the pitch between the two second through holes 300a in the width direction of the charging interface 324. So, when connecting massage paster 200 and battery pack 300, need not to distinguish the installation direction, have the fool-proof effect, can guarantee not to connect the mistake, ensure to connect the electric safety. In the present embodiment, a finger position 300b is disposed on the battery assembly 300, and the finger position 300b is used for disassembling and assembling the battery assembly 300 and the massage patch 200. Thus, the battery assembly 300 and the massage patch 200 can be easily disassembled to apply force.
In the present embodiment, the charging interface 324 and the finger rest 300b are located on different sides of the outer surface of the battery assembly 300. Thus, when the user detaches the battery assembly 300 through the finger position 300b, the user can be effectively prevented from touching the charging interface 324, and the situation that the charging interface 324 is loosened due to repeated touching is effectively avoided (the stability of the electrical connection between the charging interface 324 and the charging circuit board 322 is affected by the looseness of the charging interface 324).
In the present embodiment, the finger position 300b is a groove formed on the outer surface of the battery assembly 300. Thus, the finger 300b can be prevented from scratching the user. In other embodiments, the finger position 300b may be a protrusion protruding from the outer surface of the battery assembly 300.
In this embodiment, at least a portion of the finger position 300b is located on the outer peripheral surface 306. Thus, it is very convenient for the user to operate the finger position 300b.
In this embodiment, at least a portion of the finger position 300b is located on the outer peripheral surface 306, and at least a portion of the finger position 300b is located on the connection surface 302. That is, the finger position 300b is formed at the intersection of the connecting surface 302 and the outer peripheral surface 306. In this manner, the finger position 300b is formed between the connection side 202 of the massage patch 200 and the battery assembly 300, which is more advantageous for forming a relatively large finger position 300b on a battery assembly 300 having a small height (the size of the battery assembly 300 in the arrangement direction of the battery assembly 300 and the massage patch 200), and is also more advantageous for hiding the finger position 300b. In addition, the contact area between the connection surface 302 and the massage patch 200 can be reduced, so that the influence of the hard battery assembly 300 on the flexibility of the massage patch 200 is reduced, and the massage patch 200 can be more conveniently and stably attached to the skin of a human body. In other embodiments, the finger position 300b may be formed only on the outer peripheral surface 306 or the operation surface 304.
In the present embodiment, the width of the opening of the finger position 300b on the outer peripheral surface 306 is 1/5-1/2 times the height H of the outer peripheral surface 306 in the arrangement direction of the connection surface 302 and the operation surface 304. Thus, when the battery 320 or the charging structure 320 is disposed, the battery 320 or the charging structure 320 may be disposed on the non-finger position 300b in the height direction of the battery assembly 300, taking the perspective shown in fig. 2 as an example, that is, the battery 320 or the charging structure 320 may be disposed above the finger position 300b, so as to prevent the battery 320 or the charging structure 320 from being affected by the finger position 300b, and further to make the battery 320 or the charging structure 320 more regular.
In the present embodiment, in the arrangement direction of the massage patches 200 and the battery assembly 300, the battery 310 and the charging circuit board 322 are stacked up and down, and the charging circuit board 322 is closer to the massage patches 200 than the battery 310. In the arrangement direction of the connection surface 302 and the operation surface 304, the charging circuit board 322 is disposed corresponding to the finger position 300b, and the battery 310 is located on a side of the finger position 300b away from the massage patch 200.
