The actuating portion 330 is disposed on a side of the key body 310 close to the first key 200. When the key portion 320 is pressed, the key body 310 can move toward the first key 200 and drive the actuating portion 330 to move toward the first key 200, so that the actuating portion 330 presses the first key 200. In this way, it is very convenient for the user to indirectly press the first key 200 through the second key 300.
In the present embodiment, the housing 610 has a cavity 610a. A first through hole 612a communicating with the cavity 610a is formed on one side of the housing 610 away from the first key 200. A second through hole 614a communicated with the cavity 610a is formed in one side of the casing 610 close to the first key 200, and the second through hole 614a is arranged corresponding to the first key 200. The key body 310 is movably disposed in the cavity 610a and can move towards or away from the first key 200 in the cavity 610a. The key portion 320 is disposed corresponding to the first penetration hole 612a and exposed from the first penetration hole 612a. The actuating portion 330 is disposed corresponding to the second through hole 614a and exposed from the second through hole 614 a.
The key body 310 is movably disposed in the cavity 610a, so that the cavity wall of the cavity 610a can limit the key body 310, and the second key 300 is prevented from falling off the housing 610. The key portion 320 is exposed from the first through hole 612a, so that the operator can apply force to the key portion 320 by using a finger or an external tool, and the actuating portion 330 is exposed from the second through hole 614a, so that the actuating portion 330 can press the first key 200.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the housing 610 may not have the cavity 610a, or even if the housing 610 has the cavity 610a, the key body 310 is not disposed in the cavity 610a. At this time, the housing 610 has a mounting plate, and the second button 300 can be movably inserted into the through hole of the mounting plate, and the second button is limited on the mounting plate by the elastic reset member.
In this embodiment, the housing 610 includes a first mounting plate 612 and a second mounting plate 614 disposed at opposite intervals, and the first mounting plate 612, the second mounting plate 614, the main frame 400 and the massage patch 500 are sequentially arranged. A first aperture 612a opens in the first mounting plate 612 and a second aperture 614a opens in the second mounting plate 614. The key body 310 is limited between the first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614, and can move between the first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614.
In the present embodiment, the key portion 320 is protruded from a side of the key body 310 away from the first key 200, that is, the key portion 320 is protruded from a side of the key body 310 close to the first mounting plate 612, wherein an outer diameter of the key portion 320 is smaller than an outer diameter of the key body 310. The actuating portion 330 is protruded from a side of the key body 310 close to the first key 200, that is, the actuating portion 330 is protruded from a side of the key body 310 close to the second mounting plate 614, wherein an outer diameter of the actuating portion 330 is smaller than an outer diameter of the key body 310. The actuating portion 330 is opposite to the first key 200. The use of the smaller outer diameter key portion 320 and the smaller outer diameter actuator portion 330 facilitates the reduction in size of the second key 300 while meeting the requirement of being able to press the first key 200, and avoids the oversize of the external battery pack 10b.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the outer diameter of the key portion 320 may be equal to the outer diameter of the key body 310, and the outer diameter of the actuating portion 330 may be equal to the outer diameter of the key body 310, in this case, the second key 300 may be a cylinder, and the housing 610 may be a hollow structure with two open ends, the two open ends respectively correspond to the first through hole 612a and the second through hole 614a, and the second key 300 is slidably disposed in the housing 610.
In the present embodiment, when the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), the key portion 320 movably penetrates through the first through hole 612a, and the key portion 320 protrudes out of a side of the housing 610 away from the first key 200, i.e. the key portion 320 protrudes out of a side of the first mounting plate 612 away from the second mounting plate 614. Therefore, the key body 310 can be better limited between the first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614, and the key body 310 is prevented from being inclined relative to the first mounting plate 612 or the second mounting plate 614. But also more convenient for the operator to press the key part 320 with the fingers without the aid of an external tool, thereby making the operation more convenient.
In the embodiment, when the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), one end of the actuating portion 330 away from the key body 310 is located in a side of the casing 610 close to the first key 200, that is, one end of the actuating portion 330 away from the key body 310 does not protrude out of a side of the second mounting plate 614 away from the first mounting plate 612, that is, when the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), one end of the actuating portion 330 away from the key body 310 is located between the first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614 or located in the second through hole 614 a. Thus, the actuating portion 330 can be prevented from touching the first button 200 by mistake.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), the actuating portion 330 is movably disposed through the second through hole 614a, and an end of the actuating portion 330 away from the key body 310 is located in the second through hole 614 a. Thus, not only the actuating portion 330 can be prevented from touching the first key 200 by mistake, but also the key body 310 can be better limited between the first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614, and the key body 310 can be prevented from being inclined relative to the first mounting plate 612 or the second mounting plate 614.
In the present embodiment, when the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), one end of the first key 200 close to the second key 300 is movably disposed through the second through hole 614 a. The cooperation of the first button 200 and the second through hole 614a can play a role in assembly positioning, and prevent the idle operation from being disabled when the assembly alignment is not correct.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the second key 300 is in the natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), one end of the first key 200 close to the second key 300 is located in the second through hole 614 a. In this way, the cooperation between the first key 200 and the second through hole 614a not only can play a role of assembling and positioning, but also can enable the end of the actuating portion 330 far away from the key body 310 to be located in the second through hole 614 a.
In the embodiment, when the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), one end of the actuating portion 330 away from the key body 310 contacts the first key 200. Thus, when the second key 300 is pressed, the actuating portion 330 can be prevented from colliding with the first key 200 to generate noise. Because, when there is a gap between the actuating portion 330 and the first key 200, the actuating portion 330 collides with the first key 200 to generate noise when the second key 300 is pressed.
In this embodiment, the second button 300 further includes an elastic supporting portion 340. The elastic support 340 is disposed on a side of the key body 310 close to the first key 200, that is, the elastic support 340 is disposed on a side of the key body 310 close to the second mounting plate 614. When the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), the elastic supporting portion 340 contacts the inner wall of the housing 610 close to the first key 200, so that the key body 310 and the housing 610 are spaced apart from each other close to the inner wall of the first key 200, and an active space of the key body 310 is formed, that is, the elastic supporting portion 340 contacts the second mounting plate 614, so that the key body 310 and the second mounting plate 614 are spaced apart from each other, and an active space of the key body 310 is formed. Thus, it is very convenient to form the activity space of the key body 310. Meanwhile, the elastic supporting part 340 has a deformation characteristic, so that the first key 200 can be triggered by pressing the second key 300.
In other embodiments, the first key 200 may be movably disposed through the second through hole 614a and protrude out of a side of the second mounting plate 614 close to the first mounting plate 612, and the first key 200 may abut against the actuating portion 330 and support the key body 310, such that the key body 310 and the second mounting plate 614 are spaced apart from each other and form a movable space. In this case, the elastic support 340 may be omitted. It should be noted that, when the first button 200 supports the button body 310, the weight of the second button 300 is required to be satisfied, so that the first button 200 cannot be triggered.
In the present embodiment, the elastic supporting portion 340 includes a plurality of (two or more) elastic supporting legs 342. The plurality of elastic support legs 342 are disposed at intervals on a side of the key body 310 close to the first key 200 and surround the actuating portion 330 for a circle, that is, the plurality of elastic support legs 342 are disposed at intervals on a side of the key body 310 close to the second mounting plate 614 and surround the actuating portion 330 for a circle. When the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e., when the second key 300 is not pressed), the at least one elastic supporting leg 342 contacts the inner wall of the casing 610 close to the first key 200, so that the key body 310 is spaced apart from the second mounting plate 614, and an active space of the key body 310 is formed, that is, the at least one elastic supporting leg 342 contacts the second mounting plate 614, so that the key body 310 is spaced apart from the second mounting plate 614, and an active space of the key body 310 is formed. The elastic support 340 includes a plurality of elastic support legs 342 for supporting the key body 310 more stably.
In the embodiment, the key body 310 is polygonal, and the number of the elastic supporting legs 342 is the same as the number of corners (number of sides) of the key body 310. The elastic supporting legs 342 are respectively disposed at a plurality of corners of the key body 310. Therefore, the effect of stable support can be achieved. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the key body 310 is a quadrilateral, and the number of the elastic supporting legs 342 is four.
In other embodiments, the key body 310 is polygonal, but the number of the elastic support legs 342 may not be the same as the number of corners (number of sides) of the key body 310, for example, when the number of the corners of the key body 310 is greater than or equal to four, the number of the elastic support legs 342 may also be three, the three elastic support legs 342 are disposed corresponding to any one of the three angular bisectors of the triangle, that is, the three elastic support legs 342 are arranged in a shape that spreads from the center to the outer periphery, and the distance between two connected elastic support legs 342 is gradually reduced in the direction from the center to the outer periphery. Thus, the three elastic supporting legs 342 can play a role of stable support. In other embodiments, the key body 310 may not be polygonal, but may be circular, elliptical or other irregular shapes, and at this time, the number of the elastic support legs 342 may also be three, and the three elastic support legs 342 are disposed corresponding to three angle bisectors of a triangle.
In the present embodiment, the key body 310 is provided with an escape groove 310a. When the second key 300 is pressed, the key body 310 can be attached to the inner wall of the casing 610 close to the first key 200, that is, the key body 310 can be attached to the second mounting plate 614, that is, the maximum stroke of the key body 310 is the height H of the active space. At this time, the elastic support leg 342 is accommodated in the escape groove 310a.
In this embodiment, one end of the elastic supporting leg 342 is connected to the inner wall of the avoiding groove 310a on the side close to the actuating portion 330, and the other end extends toward the edge of the key body 310 and the direction of the inner wall of the housing 610 close to the first key 200, and contacts with the inner wall of the housing 610 close to the first key 200, that is, the other end extends toward the edge of the key body 310 and the direction of the second mounting plate 614, and contacts with the second mounting plate 614. That is, in the present embodiment, the elastic support legs 342 extend obliquely. Therefore, the second key 300 can be pressed more conveniently, and the key body 310 is attached to the second mounting plate 614.
In other embodiments, the elastic support legs 342 may also extend along the direction of the second mounting plate 614 and the key body 310. At this time, one end of the elastic support leg 342 is received in the escape groove 310a, and the other end thereof is in contact with the second mounting plate 614.
In the present embodiment, the inner wall of the casing 610 close to the first key 200 includes a first arc surface 614b convex toward the key body 310, that is, the surface of the second mounting plate 614 close to the first mounting plate 612 includes a first arc surface 614b convex toward the first mounting plate 612. The end surface of the resilient support leg 342 near the first key 200 includes a second arc surface 342a protruding outward toward the first key 200, that is, the end surface of the resilient support leg 342 near the second mounting plate 614 includes a second arc surface 342a protruding outward toward the second mounting plate 614, and at this time, the second arc surface 342a is a reverse arc surface relative to the first arc surface 614b. The second cambered surface 342a is in contact with the first cambered surface 614b. Thus, when the second button 300 is pressed, no friction noise is generated in the process of relative sliding between the elastic support leg 342 and the second mounting plate 614.
In the embodiment, when the second key 300 is in a natural state (i.e. when the second key 300 is not pressed), the key body 310 contacts the inner wall of the casing 610 far away from the first key 200, i.e. the key body 310 contacts the side of the first mounting plate 612 close to the second mounting plate 614. Therefore, the key body 310 can be better limited between the first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614, and the key body 310 is prevented from moving between the first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614 when no external force acts on the key body.
In the present embodiment, the maximum stroke of the key body 310 is the height H of the activity space. The height H of the activity space is greater than or equal to the stroke of the first key 200. Therefore, the first key 200 can be pressed in place, and the situation that the first key 200 is pressed to be invalid is avoided.
In this embodiment, the housing 610 also includes a hollow cylinder 616. The first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614 are respectively disposed at two ends of the hollow cylinder 616, and enclose the hollow cylinder 616 to form a cavity 610a. Wherein the second mounting plate 614 is removably coupled to the hollow cylinder 616. Thus, the second key 300 is very convenient to disassemble and assemble.
In this embodiment, the second mounting plate 614 is provided with a locking groove 614c, the hollow cylinder 616 is provided with a locking buckle 616a, and the locking buckle 616a is locked with the locking groove 614c. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the catches 616a may be provided on the second mounting plate 614, while the catches 614c are provided on the hollow cylinder 616. The snap 616a mates with the catch 614c, which greatly facilitates the removable connection of the second mounting plate 614 to the hollow cylinder 616.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the key body 310 is provided with a sliding groove 310b, the inner wall of the hollow cylinder 616 is provided with a convex rib 616b, and the convex rib 616b is inserted into the sliding groove 610 b. The rib 616b can slide in the sliding groove 310b. Thus, when the second key 300 is pressed, the rib 616b is in sliding fit with the sliding groove 310b, so that the movement of the key body 310 is more stable. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the rib 616b may be disposed on the outer wall of the key body 310, and the sliding groove 310b may be disposed on the inner wall of the hollow cylinder 616.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the key body 310 is provided with a spacing groove 310c. The latch 616a is disposed on the inner wall of the hollow cylinder 616 corresponding to the avoiding groove 310c. A connecting block 6142 is convexly arranged on one side of the second mounting plate 614 close to the first mounting plate 612. The connecting block 6142 is located between the outer wall of the key body 310 and the inner wall of the hollow cylinder 616, and located in the avoiding groove 310c. The card slot 614c is opened on the connection block 6142. The provision of the clearance groove 310c and the connection block 6142 greatly facilitates the connection of the second mounting plate 614 with the hollow cylinder 616.
In the present embodiment, each of the avoiding grooves 310c corresponds to two sliding grooves 310b, and the two sliding grooves 310b are respectively located at two sides of the avoiding groove 310c in the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the key body 310.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, the functional main body 600 further includes a second battery 620, and the second battery 620 is disposed in the second button 300 and can be detachably and electrically connected to the massage main body 10a. In this way, the second battery 620 can be linked with the second button 300, so that the second button 300 can protect the second battery 620 and prevent the second battery 620 from being damaged when the second button 300 is pressed.
In this embodiment, the second battery 620 is disposed in the second button 300 and can be detachably and electrically connected to the first battery 410 of the massage body 10a.
In the present embodiment, when the second button 300 is in the natural state, the second battery 620 is elastically abutted and electrically connected with the massage body 10a. When the second key 300 is pressed, the second key 300 can press the first key 200. Thus, when the second button 300 is pressed, the elastic interference electrical connection between the second battery 620 and the massage body 10a is further compressed, so that the second button 300 can move toward the first button 200 and press the first button 200. Thus, the second button 300 can not only perform the blank operation on the first button 200, but also ensure high reliability of the electrical connection between the second battery 620 and the massage body 10a.
In other embodiments, when the second button 300 is in the natural state, the second battery 620 is electrically disconnected from the massage body 10a. When the second button 300 is pressed, the second button 300 can press the first button 200, and the second battery 620 is electrically connected to the massage body 10a in an abutting manner. In this way, the second button 300 can not only operate the first button 200, but also operate the second battery 620 to electrically connect and disconnect the massage body 10a to and from the second button 300.
In the present embodiment, the key body 310 includes a bowl 312 and a sealing part 314. The opening of the bowl 312 is directed towards the first key 200, i.e. the opening of the bowl 312 is directed towards the second mounting plate 614. The sealing part 314 is detachably connected to the opening of the bowl 312 and seals the opening of the bowl 312. The key portion 320 is provided on the bowl 312. The actuator 330 is provided on the sealing portion 314.
The second battery 620 is disposed in the bowl-shaped portion 312, and two sides of the second battery 620 in the pressing direction respectively abut against the bowl-shaped portion 312 and the sealing portion 314, that is, two sides of the second battery 620 in the arrangement direction of the first mounting plate 612 and the second mounting plate 614 respectively abut against the bowl-shaped portion 312 and the sealing portion 314.
Therefore, pretightening force can be provided for the sealing part 314, the situation that the actuating part 330 arranged on the sealing part 314 is loosened from the second key 300 and cannot be pressed in place is prevented, and the occurrence of air-separation operation failure is avoided. The sealing part 314 is detachably connected with the opening end of the bowl-shaped part 312, so that the second battery 620 is very convenient to disassemble and assemble.
In the above structure, the second battery 620 is packaged in the key body 310 and is indirectly disposed in the housing 610 through the key body 310. In other embodiments, the second battery 620 may not be packaged in the key body 310. At this time, the second battery 620 may be located outside the case 610 and fixed to the outer wall of the case 610.
In the present embodiment, the bowl 312 is provided with a notch 312a, the sealing portion 314 is provided with a stopper 314a, and the stopper 314a is engaged with the notch 312a. It is understood that in other embodiments, the latch 314a may be disposed on the bowl 312 and the notch 312a may be disposed on the sealing portion 314.
In the present embodiment, the engagement piece 314a and the engagement piece 312a connecting the bowl-shaped portion 312 and the sealing portion 314, and the engagement piece 616a and the engagement piece 614c connecting the second mounting plate 614 and the hollow cylinder 616 are disposed in a staggered manner.
In the present embodiment, the sealing portion 314 and the actuator 330 are both elastic. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sealing portion 314, the actuating portion 330 and the elastic supporting leg 342 are integrally formed.
In this embodiment, the functional body 600 further includes a charging circuit board 630. The charging circuit board 630 is disposed in the bowl 312 and between the second battery 620 and the sealing portion 314. The charging circuit board 630 can be externally connected with a power supply circuit to charge the second battery 620. In this way, when the second battery 620 is used up, the second battery 620 can be charged through the charging circuit board 630 without replacing the second battery 620 with a new one. And when the paste type massage apparatus 10 is used, the charging circuit board 630 can be charged, so that the electric quantity relay is realized, and the paste type massage apparatus 10 can be continuously used for a longer time.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-4, host 400 further includes a first electrical connection 420. One end of the first electrical connector 420 is electrically connected to the first battery 410, and the other end is exposed from the end of the main unit 400 away from the massage patch 500.
Functional body 600 also includes a second electrical connector 640. One end of the second electrical connector 640 is electrically connected to the second battery 620, and the other end is exposed from one end of the functional body 600 near the massage patch 500, that is, from the mouth portion 314.
When the second button 300 is in the natural state, the second electrical connector 640 is elastically abutted and electrically connected with the first electrical connector 420. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second electrical connector 640 is electrically connected with the second battery 620 through the charging circuit board 630.
In the present embodiment, at least one of first electrical connector 420 and second electrical connector 640 is a pogo pin (pogo pin). Thus, the elastic interference electrical connection between the second electrical connector 640 and the first electrical connector 420 is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the first electrical connector 420 is a metal component, and the second electrical connector 640 is a pogo pin. A through hole 402 is opened at one end of the main body 400 far from the massage patch 500, and a first electric connector 420 is disposed through the through hole 402. The end of first electrical connector 420 that is distal to the massage patch 500 is lower than the end of the host 400 that is distal to the massage patch 500 or is flush with the end of the host 400 that is distal to the massage patch 500.
The main frame 400 is not provided with a raised spring thimble, and the first electric connector 420 is not higher than the end surface of the main frame 400 far away from the massage patch 500, so that the appearance smoothness of the main frame 400 is maintained, and meanwhile, the spring thimble is prevented from being arranged on the main frame 400 and protruding out of the end surface of the main frame 400 far away from the massage patch 500, so that the spring thimble is easy to touch and damage.
In this embodiment, one end of the surrounding portion 700 near the massage patch 500 is spaced apart from the massage patch 500. I.e., there is a gap between the surround 700 and the massage patch 500. The gap can prevent the rigid external battery component 10b from influencing the flexibility of the massage patch 500, and the gap can also be used for partially extending an auxiliary tool or a finger of a user into the gap when the external battery component 10b is detached from the host 400, so that the auxiliary tool is convenient to exert force and is convenient to detach. It can be understood that if the surrounding portion 700 directly contacts with the massage patch 500, the external battery assembly 10b is detached only by the friction force between the hand and the outer surface of the external battery assembly 10b, which is not easy to detach.
In this embodiment, the surround 700 is integrally formed with the hollow cylinder 616. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the surrounding portion 700, the hollow cylinder 616 and the first mounting plate 612 are integrally formed.
In this embodiment, the distance between the end of the surrounding part 700 close to the massage patch 500 and the massage patch 500 is 1.5mm to 5.5mm. The distance is too large, which is not conducive to the external battery assembly 10b being stably mounted on the main frame 400, and too small, which is not conducive to the insertion of auxiliary tools or fingers of a user. In combination with the above factors, the distance between the end of the surrounding part 700 close to the massage patch 500 and the massage patch 500 is set to be 1.5mm to 5.5mm. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the distance between one end of the surrounding portion 700 close to the massage patch 500 and the massage patch 500 is 3.0mm to 4.0mm. In this manner, the insertion of the user's fingers is greatly facilitated, so that no auxiliary tool is required for detaching the external battery pack 10b. More specifically, in the present embodiment, the distance between one end of the surrounding portion 700 close to the massage patch 500 and the massage patch 500 is 3.5mm.
In the present embodiment, the surrounding portion 700 surrounds the host 400 by one circle. Therefore, the surrounding part 700 limits the movement of the external battery assembly 10b in the horizontal direction, so as to avoid the external battery assembly 10b from being loosened when receiving the horizontal acting force, and further facilitate the firm connection between the external battery assembly 10b and the host 400. It is understood that in other embodiments, the surrounding portion 700 may have a notch on the circumference of the main body 400, i.e. the surrounding portion 700 does not surround the main body 400.
