Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种织机的辅助装置，它由导轨 (1)，调节杆(2)和定位脚(3)组成。导轨(1)上开有齿 形导槽，调节杆(2)与导轨(1)固定连接，定位脚(3)与 调节杆(2)滑动连接，定位脚(3)上设有固定螺母 (4)。本实用新型使综框的前后左右晃动度限止在导 轨(1)的齿形导槽内，可有效地避免综框与相邻机件 碰撞损坏。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种织机的辅助装置。
传统织机综框由二根吊综带带动而上下运动，吊综带固定过紧、虽可限止综框幌动，但容易使综框变形，综丝断裂，经纱断头增加；若固定过松，综框会产生左右前后急剧幌动，与相邻机件碰撞，造成综框断裂。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种减少综框左右前后幌动，避免与相邻机件碰撞，造成综框断裂的综框导轨。
本实用新型由导轨（1）、调节杆（2）和定位脚（3）组成。参见附图1，导轨（1）上开有齿形导槽，用以限止综框工作时前后左右幌动，调节杆（2）与导轨（1）固定连接。定位脚（3）与调节杆（2）滑动连接，定位脚（3）上设有固定螺母（4）。综框导轨以相同的二只为一付，使用时将定位脚（3）固定在织机顶梁或小墙板上，如图2所示，综框安装在导轨（1）的齿形导槽内。根据综框的宽度，通过调节杆（2）和固定螺母（4）可调节二只综框导轨间的距离。为增加导轨（1）的强度，可在导轨（1）的背部增加一块托板（5）。
本实用新型能有效地阻止综框在工作时前后左右幌动，使幌动幅度限止在导轨（1）的齿形槽内，避免了综框与相邻机件碰撞损坏。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于织机的综框导轨，其特征为导轨(1)上开有齿形导槽，调节杆(2)与导轨(1)固定连接，定位脚(3)与调节杆(2)滑动连接，定位脚(3)上设有固定螺母(4)。
2、按权利要求1所述的综框导轨，其特征为导轨（1）的背面可以有一块托板（5）。
