The device obtained by the design can basically meet the requirements of the LED lighting device for illuminating the cultivated plants, the LED lighting height can be adjusted, the flexibility of use and adjustment is improved, meanwhile, the lamp is quickly cooled, and the cooling efficiency is improved.
