The connection module 10, the battery 20, the control module 30, and the camera module 40 will be specifically described below.
With respect to the above-mentioned connection module 10, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the connection module 10 is used for connecting and fixing the camera module 40, the control module 30 and the battery 20 together to form the handheld tripod head 100. Furthermore, the connection module 10 facilitates the user holding the handheld cradle head 100. The connection module 10 includes a connection housing 101, and a receiving groove 101a is formed in the connection housing 101, and the receiving groove 101a can be used for receiving the battery 20, the control module 30, and other components. The connecting housing 101 includes a contact portion 1011, a connecting portion 1012 and a fixing portion 1013, wherein one end of the contact portion 1011 is connected to one end of the connecting portion 1012, the other end of the connecting portion 1012 is connected to one end of the fixing portion 1013, and the contact portion 1011, the connecting portion 1012 and the fixing portion 1013 surround the receiving groove 101a. In some embodiments, a limiting protrusion 10121 is disposed in the receiving groove 101a, and the limiting protrusion 10121 can be used for connecting the battery 20, so as to achieve a detachable connection between the battery 20 and the connection module 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the groove wall of the receiving groove 101a is provided with a buckle 101aa, and the buckle 101aa can be used for connecting the battery 20, so as to realize the physical connection between the battery 20 and the connection module 10.
As for the above battery 20, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the battery 20 is used for providing electric power for the handheld tripod head. The battery 20 is at least partially disposed in the accommodating groove 101a, the battery 20 includes a battery case 201, a first electrical connection end 202 and a battery core assembly (not shown), the battery case 201 is provided with an accommodating cavity (not shown), the battery core assembly is disposed in the accommodating cavity, one end of the first electrical connection end 202 is connected to the battery core assembly, the other end of the first electrical connection end 202 extends out of the battery case 201, and the first electrical connection end 202 can be used for electrically connecting with the control module 30, so as to electrically connect the battery 20 and the control module 30.
The battery further comprises a power supply circuit board (not shown) which is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is connected with the electric core assembly. The power supply circuit board is used for charging and discharging management of the battery.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, at least two external structures 2013 are disposed on the battery casing 201, and are respectively used for physical connection with different external devices. Optionally, one of the external structures 2013 is a hook 2013a, the hook 2013a is located on the periphery of the battery case 201, and the hook 2013a can be connected to an external device in a clamping manner, so that the battery case 201 and the external device are physically connected. It is understood that, in order to make the physical connection between the battery case 201 and the external device more stable and firm, the number of the hooks 2013a may be two, and the two hooks 2013a are oppositely disposed on the periphery of the battery case.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, another external connection structure 2013 is an external nut 2013b, one end of the external nut 2013b is fixed on the battery casing 201, the other end of the external nut 2013b is used for connecting an external device, and the other end of the external nut 2013b is used for being screwed to the external device, so that the physical connection between the battery casing 201 and the external device is achieved.
In some embodiments, the battery housing 201 is further provided with a first external port 2014, the first external port is connected to the power circuit board, and the first external port can be used for charging or discharging a battery.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, an indicator light 2015 is disposed on the battery housing and connected to the power circuit board. The indicator light may be used to display the state of charge of the battery, for example: when the battery is not fully charged, the indicator light is in a red light state, and when the battery is fully charged, the indicator light is in a green light state.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, a limiting cavity 201a is formed on the battery housing 201, and the limiting protrusion 10121 in the receiving groove 101a can be inserted into the limiting cavity 201a, so as to achieve the detachable connection between the battery 20 and the connection module 10.
In some embodiments, a second electrical connector 2012 is disposed on the battery casing 201, and the second electrical connector 2012 is used for connecting with the connection module 10, so as to electrically connect the battery 20 and the connection module 10.
In some embodiments, a connection fixture block 2011 is disposed at an end of the battery housing 201 close to the control module 30, and the connection fixture block 2011 is configured to connect to the control module 30, so as to achieve a detachable connection between the battery 20 and the control module 30.
As for the above-mentioned camera module 40, as shown in fig. 2, the camera module 40 is configured to capture a current shooting environment image in response to a shooting instruction. The camera module 40 is disposed on a side of the control module 30 facing away from the battery 20, and the camera module 40 is partially located in the accommodating groove 101a. The camera module 40 includes a camera base 401, and the camera base 401 is provided with a plug hole (not shown) for facilitating the plug of the metal connecting column 1013a, so as to realize the electrical connection between the camera module 40 and the connecting module 10.
In some embodiments, a side of the camera base 401 close to the control module 30 is provided with a first connection hole (not shown) for connecting the control module 30, so as to realize detachable connection between the camera module 40 and the control module 30. Of course, it is understood that the detachable connection between the camera module 40 and the control module 30 is not limited to the above manner, and may be other manners, such as: screwing, riveting, snapping, etc.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the camera module 40 includes one of a double fisheye lens, a wide-angle lens and a one-inch lens, which can be replaced by the user according to actual needs. Of course, it is understood that the type of the lens in the camera module 40 may not be limited to the above, and the user may select and replace the lens according to actual needs to expand different product combinations of the handheld tripod head.
It should be noted that: the arrangement order of the camera module 40, the control module 30 and the battery 20 in the accommodating groove 101a is not limited to the order in which the battery 20, the control module 30 and the camera module 40 are arranged in sequence in this application, and may be other arrangement orders, for example: as shown in fig. 6, the user can select the camera module 40, the control module 30 and the battery 20 in the order according to actual needs and situations. When the battery 20 is located at the bottom of the accommodating groove 101a, in order to facilitate the connection between the battery 20 and the accommodating groove 101a, an external structure 2013 may be located on the battery case 201 at a side close to the bottom of the accommodating groove, and the external structure 2013 may be an external nut 2013b; when the battery 20 is located near the notch of the receiving cavity 101a, in order to allow the control module 30 and the camera module 40 to be stably connected in the receiving cavity 101a, an external structure 2013 may be located on one side of the battery case 201 near the wall of the receiving cavity 101a, and the external structure may be a hook 2013a.
As for the control module 30, as shown in fig. 2, the control module 30 is used for controlling the image capturing module 40 to capture images. The control module 30 is disposed on a side of the battery 20 away from the bottom of the accommodating groove 101a, and the control module 30 is at least partially located in the accommodating groove 101a. In some embodiments, a second external port 3013 is disposed on the control base 301, and the second external port 3013 can be used for plugging other electronic devices.
In some embodiments, a third electrical connection terminal 3014 is disposed on the control base 301, and the third electrical connection terminal 3014 is connected to the first electrical connection terminal 202, so as to electrically connect the control module 30 and the battery 20.
