The ornamental object 23 is pre-assembled such that the ornamental object 23 is received in the receiving space 500B defined between the receiving body 50B and the blocking member 14B, and the ornamental object 23 is held above the beverage 300.

The cup body 11B is a substantially cylindrical shape with an opening gradually increasing in an axial direction, and a plurality of cup bodies 11B can be stacked, thereby saving a space for transporting the cup body 10B.

In the modified embodiment, the cross section of the blocking part 14B is implemented as a "C" shape, and the cross section of the container 20 is circular, that is, the container 20 does not have the recessed part 212 in the modified embodiment, so that the drinking channel 102B is defined by the container 20 and the blocking part 14B after the container 20 is inserted into the blocking part 14B.

Referring to fig. 8 of the drawings, another preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and explained in detail, and unlike the container 50B of the previous preferred embodiment, the container 20 of the present preferred embodiment is implemented as the container 20 of the first preferred embodiment, that is, the container 20 is connected to the cup body 10B in a different manner to become a new embodiment.

The container 20 is retained by the retaining member 14B after being inserted into the cup body 11B, so that the container 20 and the cup body 11B and the retaining member 14B jointly define the drinking channel 102.

The containing body 20 is retained by the retaining member 14B, and the hanging arm 22 of the containing body 20 is retained above the opening end 110B of the cup body 10B, so that the holding portion 220B of the containing body 20B can be used for convenient holding.

The embodiments of the various embodiments can be freely combined, and the present invention is not limited in any way in this respect.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention as described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the present invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims

1. Beverage cup, characterized in that, includes:

the cup body is provided with a liquid containing space and an opening for communicating the liquid containing space with the external space, and is provided with an opening end part for limiting the opening;

the containing body is limited at the opening end part of the cup body; and

the beverage cup is further provided with at least one drinking channel, when the containing body is limited and kept at the opening end part of the cup body, the containing body and the cup body are jointly limited to form the drinking channel, and the drinking channel conducts the liquid containing space to the external space so as to drink the beverage contained in the liquid containing space.

2. The beverage cup as set forth in claim 1, wherein the body includes a body having at least one recess, wherein the recess is formed in an outer sidewall of the body, the body recess being defined by the cup body to form the drinking channel when the body is captively retained to the open end of the cup body.

3. A beverage cup as recited in claim 2, wherein the carrier further comprises a snap arm, wherein the snap arm is integrally formed with the carrier body, wherein the snap arm extends radially from a sidewall of the carrier body, and wherein the snap arm is blocked by the open end of the cup when the carrier body is inserted into the liquid-receiving space of the cup.

4. The beverage cup as claimed in claim 3, wherein the container further comprises a holding portion and has a holding space and a holding opening communicating the holding space with the external space, wherein the container main body comprises a surrounding main body and a recessed portion formed on the surrounding main body in a recessed manner, wherein the hanging arm and the recessed portion constitute the holding portion, so that the user can hold the container with a thumb engaged between the hanging arm and the open end of the cup body and an index finger engaged with a high end of the recessed portion.

5. A drinking cup as claimed in claim 2, wherein the receptacle-defining recess is formed in an outer side wall of the receptacle, and the recess is generally triangular, circular or square in cross-section.

6. A drinking cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the receptacle comprises at least one support, wherein the support is of a type selected from the group of floral foam, reticulated struts, sponges.

7. The beverage cup of claim 1, wherein the type of ornamental is selected from the group of types of simulated flowers, dried flowers, decorations, food.

8. A drinking cup as claimed in claim 6, wherein the support and the ornamental are pre-assembled.

9. The beverage cup of claim 1, wherein the beverage cup further comprises a straw, wherein the straw is exposed to an exterior space in cooperation with the ornamental after being inserted into the drinking channel to fittingly become a part of the ornamental.

10. The beverage cup of claim 1, wherein the cup body further comprises a cup body and a detent formed in an interior sidewall of the cup body, wherein the pod is inserted into the cup body and a bottom of the pod is blocked by the detent to retain the pod in the opening of the cup body.

11. A beverage cup as claimed in claim 10, wherein the detent is formed radially around the inner side wall of the cup body; the containing body comprises a containing main body with at least one groove, and the groove of the containing body and the clamping piece jointly define the drinking channel.

12. The beverage cup of claim 10, wherein the receptacle is a disk having a recess notch, the recess notch of the receptacle and the detent collectively defining the drinking channel.
