Wherein, the host machine 10 is provided with a cooking cup 14 and a waste water cavity 111. The rotary cover 20 is rotatably connected to the main body 10, and the rotary cover 20 is provided with an outlet 21 for discharging water to the cooking cup 14. The water supply assembly 30 includes a water supply pipe 31, a first branch pipe 32, a second branch pipe 33, and a selection valve 34 provided in the rotary cover 20, the selection valve 34 having a valve inlet 341, a first valve outlet 342, and a second valve outlet 343, the valve inlet 341 being switchably communicated with one of the first valve outlet 342 and the second valve outlet 343, the water supply pipe 31 being connected to the valve inlet 341, one end of the first branch pipe 32 being communicated with the first valve outlet 342 and the other end being communicated with the outlet 21, the second branch pipe 33 having one end being communicated with the second valve outlet 343 and the other end for discharging water toward the waste water chamber 111.
Specifically, the spin cover 20 is provided on the main body 10, the water supply assembly 30 is provided in the spin cover 20, and the selector valve 34 of the water supply assembly 30 is connected to the water supply pipe 31 through the valve inlet 341, the first branch pipe 32 through the first valve outlet 342, and the second branch pipe 33 through the second valve outlet 343. When a user needs to use the food processor 100 to add water, the valve 34 is first switched to connect the valve inlet 341 and the second valve outlet 343, water flows into the selector valve 34 through the water supply pipe 31, and waste liquid after the last use is discharged into the waste water chamber 111 through the second branch pipe 33. After the waste liquid in the pipeline of the food processor 100 is discharged, the selector valve 34 is controlled to switch, so that the valve inlet 341 is communicated with the first valve outlet 342, and the fresh water flows out from the outlet 21 of the rotary cover 20 through the first branch pipe 32 and further flows into the food processing cup 14 for being taken by the user.
As shown in fig. 4-5, it can be understood that there are two water flow paths in the food processor 100, wherein one of the water flows from the water supply pipe 31, enters the selector valve 34 through the valve inlet 341 of the selector valve 34, flows out of the first valve outlet 342 of the selector valve 34 to the first branch, and flows into the outlet 21 of the rotating cover 20 from the first branch for the user to take. The other water flows in through the water supply pipe 31, enters the selector valve 34 through the valve inlet 341 of the selector valve 34, flows out to the second branch through the second valve outlet 343 of the selector valve 34, and flows into the waste water chamber 111 through the second branch, so as to discharge waste water.
After the food processer 100 is used for each time, water remains in the water supply assembly 30, and after the food processer is not used for a period of time, a large amount of bacteria can be generated in waste liquid, even peculiar smell can be generated, and the user can generate health hidden troubles after eating. Therefore, before the food processer 100 is used, the waste liquid in the water supply assembly 30 can be discharged into the waste water cavity 111, and after the waste liquid is completely discharged, the selector valve 34 is controlled to be switched to enable the fresh water flow to flow out for the user to take, so that the safety of the user is ensured.
According to the utility model discloses cooking machine 100, the cooking machine 100 of this application can be before the user uses waste liquid discharge before, and the user uses water to remain fresh throughout to increase the security, can control the flow direction that gets into cooking machine 100's rivers through selector valve 34 simultaneously, simple structure, low in production cost.
Alternatively, the second branch pipe 33 has one end communicating with the second valve outlet 343 and the other end communicating with the waste water chamber 111. The user is when carrying out the water receiving operation through cooking machine 100, and the waste liquid flows into second branch pipe 33 behind selector valve 34, and the other end and the useless water chamber 111 of second branch pipe 33 communicate all the time, can make during the waste liquid all flows into useless water chamber 111, and then prevents that the waste liquid from flowing into cooking machine 100 inside and causing the damage to components and parts, and then increase cooking machine 100's life.
Further alternatively, one end of the second branch pipe 33 communicates with the second valve outlet 343, and the other end is connected to the rotary cover 20. Rotatory lid 20 rotationally is connected with host computer 10, and the other end of second branch pipe 33 can follow rotatory lid 20 synchronous rotation, closes when cooking cup 14 at rotatory lid 20 lid, and the other end of second branch pipe 33 can communicate with waste water chamber 111 to arrange the waste liquid into waste water chamber 111, when rotatory lid 20 is opened from cooking cup 14, the other end of second branch pipe 33 can break away from with waste water chamber 111, in order to make things convenient for cooking cup 14 to take out.
As shown in fig. 2-3, in some embodiments, the rotary cover 20 is connected to the main body 10 via a rotary shaft 24 and has a switchable use position and an avoidance position. The outlet 21 is aligned with the upper end of the cooking cup 14 when in the use position, the other end of the second branch pipe 33 is communicated with the upper end of the waste water cavity 111, the rotary cover 20 avoids the upper part of the cooking cup 14 when in the avoidance position, and the second branch pipe 33 is separated from the waste water cavity 111.
Specifically, when the rotary cover 20 is in the use position, the outlet 21 of the rotary cover 20 can discharge water, the other end of the second branch pipe 33 is communicated with the waste water cavity 111, before the rotary cover 20 discharges water, the selector valve 34 is controlled to enable waste liquid in the water supply assembly 30 to flow into the waste water cavity 111 through the second branch pipe 33, so as to clean the pipeline in the water supply assembly 30, the selector valve 34 is switched, and fresh water flows into the cooking cup 14 through the outlet 21 for a user to take. When the rotating cover 20 is in the avoiding position, the rotating cover 20 avoids the upper part of the cooking cup 14, the second branch pipe 33 is not communicated with the waste water cavity 111, the cooking machine 100 cannot perform water discharging operation, and at this time, waste liquid in the waste water cavity 111 can be cleaned, so that the waste water cavity 111 is kept clean.
Therefore, the waste liquid can be smoothly discharged into the waste water cavity 111 when the rotary cover 20 is at the use position, the waste water in the waste water cavity 111 can be treated when the rotary cover is at the avoidance position, and the operation convenience of the food processor 100 is improved.
Optionally, a position switch is disposed on the rotary cover 20 and electrically connected to the selector valve 34 to control the selector valve 34 when the selector valve 34 is in the use position or the avoidance position.
Specifically, the position switch detects the position of the rotary cover 20, and controls the opening and closing of the selector valve 34 according to the position of the rotary cover 20. When the position switch detects that the rotary cover 20 is in the avoiding position, which indicates that the second branch pipe 33 is in the separation state from the waste water cavity 111, the position switch controls the selector valve 34 to make the selector valve 34 in the off state, and at this time, the water flow is blocked by the selector valve 34 and cannot enter the outlet 21 of the rotary cover 20 or the waste water cavity 111. When the position switch detects that the rotary cover 20 is in the use position, which indicates that the second branch pipe 33 is connected to the waste water chamber 111, the position switch controls the selector valve 34 to make the selector valve 34 in a closed state, and the selector valve 34 can control the water flow to the outlet 21 of the rotary cover 20 or the waste water chamber 111 by switching the position.
From this, accessible position switch and selector valve 34's linkage guarantees that cooking machine 100 can't go out water when rotatory lid 20 is in the dodge state to prevent that rivers from getting into the inside damage that causes inside components and parts of cooking machine 100, increase cooking machine 100's life.
As shown in fig. 4, a waste water outlet 25 is provided on the rotary cover 20, and the other end of the second branch pipe 33 is connected to the waste water outlet 25. The top of the waste water chamber 111 has a waste water inlet 112, and the waste water discharge port 25 is disposed opposite to the waste water inlet 112 when the rotary cover 20 is in the use position. Therefore, the waste liquid can be prevented from flowing into the main machine 10 of the food processor 100 to damage the internal components, thereby prolonging the service life of the food processor 100.
Optionally, waste drain 25 is an interference fit with waste inlet 112 when swivel cap 20 is in the use position. Therefore, a good seal can be formed between the waste water outlet 25 and the waste water inlet 112, so that the leakage of waste liquid from the joint of the waste water outlet and the waste water inlet is prevented, the safety of the internal components of the food processor 100 is ensured, and the service life of the food processor 100 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 2, the rotary lid 20 optionally includes an upper lid 22 and a lower lid 23 that are snap-fit together, the outlet 21 is disposed on the lower lid 23, the second branch pipe 33 is integrally formed on the lower lid 23, and the first branch pipe 32 and the selector valve 34 are disposed between the upper lid 22 and the lower lid 23.
Specifically, when the rotary cover 20 is manufactured, the second branch pipe 33 may be integrally formed on the lower cover 23, the first branch pipe 32 and the selection valve 34 may be arranged inside the rotary cover, and the rotary cover may be mounted by engaging the upper cover 22 with the lower cover 23. Therefore, the assembly difficulty of the food processor 100 can be reduced, and the production cost can be reduced.

Further, a part of the upper lid 22 on the side close to the rotary shaft 24 is formed as a convex box 221, and the selector valve 34 is located in the convex box 221. After the upper cup cover 22 and the lower cup cover 23 are buckled and connected, a sealed cavity can be formed in the rotary cover 20, and the selection valve 34 is arranged in the convex box 221, so that the use stability of the selection valve 34 can be ensured. This makes it possible to increase the degree of integration in the rotary cover 20, thereby improving the reliability of the food processor 100.
Here, the fixing manner of the selector valve 34 in the boss box 221 is not particularly limited, and the selector valve 34 may be fixed to the boss box 221 by adhesion, may be fixed to the boss box 221 by bolting, may be fixed to the selector valve 34 by a seal ring, and may be selected according to actual needs.
Because the selector valve 34 needs to be electrified, when the selector valve 34 is fixed with the convex box 221 through the sealing ring, the sealing ring is positioned outside the selector valve 34 and the convex box 221, so that the selector valve 34 is fixed, and meanwhile, the water flow is prevented from entering the selector valve 34 to cause short circuit, the service life of the selector valve 34 is prolonged, and the reliability of the food processor 100 is improved.
Alternatively, the selector valve 34 is fixed inside the convex box 221 by potting. Therefore, the selection valve 34 and the convex box 221 can be stably connected, and the water inlet of the selection valve 34 can be prevented from generating short circuit, thereby improving the reliability of the food processor 100.
As shown in fig. 6-7, in some embodiments, the main body 10 is provided with a detachable waste water box 11, the waste water box 11 is located on one side of the cooking cup 14 close to the rotating shaft 24 of the rotating cover 20, and the waste water box 11 has a waste water cavity 111 therein.
Specifically, the food processor 100 can discharge the waste water in the water supply assembly 30 into the waste water box 11 before discharging the water through the outlet 21 of the rotary cover 20, and then discharge the fresh water flow out of the outlet 21 to the food processing cup 14 for the user to take. After using the completion, the user accessible is dismantled waste water box 11 from host computer 10 to pour out the water in waste water box 11 or clean waste water box 11, thereby guarantee the cleanliness factor in waste water cavity 111, reduce bacterial contamination's probability, improve the security. After the wastewater box 11 is cleaned, it can be loaded into the main machine 10 for the next operation.
Thus, the waste water box 11 can be detached when the waste water chamber 111 needs to be cleaned, thereby improving convenience of cleaning.
It should be noted that, the connection manner of the waste water box 11 and the main machine 10 is not particularly limited, and the connection manner of the waste water box 11 and the main machine 10 may include: the plug-in connection, the buckle connection or the thread connection can be selected according to actual needs.
It should be further noted that, the inside of the waste water box 11 is a cavity structure, and the inside of the waste water box is provided with the waste water cavity 111, and the production process of the waste water box 11 is not specifically limited, and the waste water box 11 can be produced through a blow molding process, or a plurality of pieces can be combined and produced through an ultrasonic bonding process, and only if the waste water box 11 is ensured to have good sealing performance, the production process can be selected according to actual needs.
Optionally, a magnet is disposed on the top end of the waste water box 11, and the position switch on the rotary cover 20 is a magnetic switch, and the position of the magnetic switch corresponds to the magnet on the top end of the waste water box 11.
Specifically, the magnetic switch can be opened and closed by an induction magnet, and when the rotary cover 20 is in the use position, the magnetic switch is attracted with the magnet, and at this time, the magnetic switch is closed, so that the selector valve 34 can be controlled, and the selector valve 34 is in the closed state, and at this time, the selector valve 34 can control the water flow to enter the outlet 21 of the rotary cover 20 or the waste water cavity 111 by switching the position. When the rotary cover 20 is in the retracted position, the magnetic switch is away from the magnet, and the magnetic switch is turned off, so that the selector valve 34 is controlled to be in the off state, and the water flow is blocked by the selector valve 34 and cannot enter the outlet 21 of the rotary cover 20 or the waste water chamber 111.
From this, the cooperation of accessible magnetic switch and magnet guarantees that cooking machine 100 can't go out water when rotatory lid 20 is in the state of dodging to prevent that rivers from getting into the inside damage that causes inside components and parts of cooking machine 100, increase cooking machine 100's life.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the host 10 further comprises: a base 12 and a table 13. The top of the base 12 is provided with a combining part 121, and the combining part 121 is used for combining the container. Workstation 13 encircles base 12 and sets up, and workstation 13 is annular or semi-annular, and the space that workstation 13 encircles is for holding the district 131, and joint 121 is located holding the district 131, and swivel cover 20 rotationally connects on workstation 13, and waste water box 11 detachably connects on the inner wall of holding the district 131. Therefore, the container is combined on the combining part 121, the combining part 121 is positioned in the accommodating area 131, the waste water box 11 is also arranged in the accommodating area 131, the distance between the waste water box 11 and the container can be reduced, the length of a pipeline between the waste water box 11 and the container is shortened, the waste liquid amount is reduced, and the water outlet efficiency of the food processor 100 is improved.
Further, the accommodation region 131 includes: a circular region 1311 and a rectangular region 1312. Bond 121 is located within circular region 1311. The rectangular area 1312 is located at one side of the circular area 1311, the coupling grooves 132 are formed on the opposite inner walls of the rectangular area 1312, the coupling bars 113 are formed on the opposite inner walls of the waste water box 11, and the coupling bars 113 are disposed in the coupling grooves 132. When the waste water box 11 is installed in the rectangular area 1312, the coupling groove 132 may be engaged by the coupling bar 113 so that the waste water box 11 is fixed in the accommodating area 131. Therefore, the waste water box 11 can be more stably installed in the rectangular area 1312 through the matching of the combining groove 132 and the combining strip 113, so that the overall stability of the food processor 100 is increased.
As shown in fig. 8, further, the upper end of the both side coupling grooves 132 has an opening 1321.
Specifically, when waste cartridge 11 is mounted in housing area 131, it is fixed by engagement of the engagement strip with engagement groove 132, and after selector valve 34 has discharged waste liquid in water supply unit 30 into waste cartridge 11 and is used, waste cartridge 11 can be withdrawn from housing area 131 through opening 1321 at the upper end of the engagement groove, and engagement strip 113 is disengaged from engagement groove 132 to pour waste liquid in waste cartridge 11 out or to clean waste cartridge 11. After the washing is completed, the waste water box 11 may be inserted into the receiving region 131 through the opening 1321 of the coupling groove 132 while the coupling bar 113 is engaged with the coupling groove 132, thereby stably mounting the waste water box 11 in the rectangular region 1312.
Thus, coupling strip 113 of waste water box 11 can be attached to and detached from upper opening 1321 of coupling groove 132, thereby increasing the convenience of attaching and detaching waste water box 11.
It is understood that the inner walls of the rectangular region 1312 may be provided with coupling bars 113 at opposite sides thereof, and the inner walls of the waste water box 11 may be provided with coupling grooves 132 at opposite sides thereof, the coupling bars 113 being provided in the coupling grooves 132. Thereby, stable mounting of the waste water box 11 within the rectangular region 1312 can also be achieved.
Alternatively, the depth of the coupling groove 132 is D1,0.5mm < D1 < 100mm, and the thickness of the coupling strip 113 in the direction parallel to the width extension of the waste water box 11 is D2,0.5mm < D2 < 100mm.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the bottom of the waste water box 11 is provided with a waste water outlet 114, and a waste water plug 115 is fitted at the waste water outlet 114. Therefore, the waste water plug 115 can be pulled out of the waste water outlet 114 to discharge waste water in the waste water box 11, and the waste water box 11 can be cleaned more easily.
It should be noted that, the connection manner of the waste water plug 115 and the waste water discharge port 114 is not particularly limited, and the waste water plug 115 and the waste water discharge port 114 may be connected by a screw thread, or may be directly connected by interference fit, and may be selected according to actual needs. When the waste water plug 115 is in interference fit with the waste water outlet 114, the waste water plug 115 may be made of soft silica gel, so that the waste water plug can be conveniently detached while ensuring the sealing performance.
