Specifically, the elastic detection portion further includes a bent portion 424, the contact 412 of the water flood prevention device 41 is connected to one side of the bent portion 424, the contact 412 is pressed against the bent portion 424, and the other side of the bent portion 424 is pressed against the side wall of the front plate recess 1241, so that the structure is tightly connected, the effective connection between the contact 412 and the elastic sheet 421 is facilitated, and the detection accuracy is ensured.
Referring to fig. 8, the contacts 412 are provided in two, and the two contacts are respectively provided as a first contact and a second contact, the first contact being provided on one side of the protector 413, and the second contact being provided on the other side of the protector 413. The two elastic sheets 421 are connected to the contacts 412 on the corresponding sides, so as to form a loop for preventing overflow. It should be noted that the number of the contacts 412 is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the contacts 412 can send out an effective electrical signal to make the control board 302 react when water overflows to the position of the contact 412.
Referring to fig. 12, the middle part of the cooking cover body 100b is provided with a cover body water injection part 5, the position of the cover body water injection part 5 corresponds to the setting position of the water injection port 21, so that water can directly pass through the water injection port 21, the water enters the cooking body 100a through the cover body water injection part 5, a user can directly inject water through setting, the user operation is simplified, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 12, the cover water filling part 5 includes a cover opening 51 provided on the cooking cover 100b, and the cover opening 51 is positioned to correspond to the water filling port 21 to facilitate direct passage of water. The bottom of the cover opening 51 is structurally provided with a water hole which may or may not be in the same vertical direction as the water injection hole.
Referring to fig. 12, the cover water injection part 5 includes a water passing part 52 and a water injection cover 53, the water passing part 52 is disposed on the cooking body 100a, one side of the water passing part 52 away from the cooking body 100a is set to be an open structure, one side of the water passing part 52 close to the cooking body 100a is provided with at least one first water passing through hole 523, the water injection cover 53 is mounted on and covers the open structure, a second water passing through hole 531 is disposed on the water injection cover 53 at a position corresponding to the water injection port 21, the first water passing through hole 523 and the second water passing through hole 531 are not disposed in the same vertical plane or are not disposed correspondingly, so that the water passing function is performed through the first water passing through hole 523 and the second water passing through hole 531, and simultaneously, the steam in the heating process is effectively prevented from being discharged from the second water passing through hole 531 and the first water passing through hole 523, thereby preventing accidental scalding and effectively solving the problems of damage to the casing and cleaning caused by the steam when the head 13 protrudes out of the cooking cover 100b.
The inside of water portion 52 is formed with water holding chamber, and the top of water holding chamber sets up to above-mentioned open architecture, and the bottom of water holding chamber is provided with above-mentioned second water through-hole 531, and water injection lid 53 installs and covers on open architecture, is provided with first water through-hole 523 on the water injection lid 53.
Through the setting of above-mentioned lid water injection portion 5 and air vent 37, the steam that makes the production in the culinary art process can be got rid of through air vent 37, further prevents that steam from directly discharging the casing and taking place the condensation, leads to the difficult clearance of casing.
Referring to fig. 12-13, the water filling portion 5 of the cover further includes a sealing member 54, and a sealing hole is formed at a side of the water passing portion 52 away from the cooking body 100a for installing the sealing member 54. Specifically, one side of the water passing part 52 close to the cooking body 100a is provided with a first water passing hole 523, the first water passing hole 523 is arranged on one side of the water passing part 52 along the long side direction, a sealing hole is arranged on the other side of the water passing part 52 opposite to the first water passing hole 523, a sealing element 54 is arranged on the sealing hole, and when steam enters the water passing part 52 through the first water passing hole 523 in a small amount in the cooking process, the steam is discharged, so that the steam is prevented from being burnt due to outflow through the second water passing hole 531.
Referring to fig. 12, the sealing member 54 includes a sealing body and a sealing protrusion, the sealing protrusion is installed in the middle of the sealing hole, and the sealing protrusion is set to be gradually thicker and thinner from one side of the sealing body to one side of the sealing hole, so as to achieve the purpose that the sealing protrusion can smoothly enter the sealing hole, and is clamped in the sealing hole, so that the sealing protrusion is not easily separated, and the stability of installation between the sealing member 54 and the sealing hole is ensured.
The sealing member 54 may be provided with a soft structure, and for example, the sealing member 54 may be provided with a rubber material to facilitate the installation of the sealing member 54 in the sealing hole.

Referring to fig. 20, the water injection system further comprises a water pump 6, the water pump 6 is arranged in the accommodating cavity and located below the instant heating module 7, and a water outlet of the water pump 6 is communicated with a water inlet of the instant heating module 7, so that the water pump 6 supplies water into the instant heating module 7. The water pump 6, i.e., the heating module 7 and the water filling port 21 are provided so that the cooking machine 10 can discharge hot water for cooking.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the water injection system may further include a water storage box 8, the water storage box 8 is disposed at a rear side of the housing and is mounted on a rear back plate 14 of the housing, so as to facilitate water taking of the cooking machine 10, a water outlet cavity is formed in the water storage box 8, the water injection port 21 is communicated with the water outlet cavity, a bottom plate water outlet hole is disposed on the head bottom plate 132, the water injection port 21 is disposed at the bottom plate water outlet hole, wherein the water injection port 21 may be disposed on the bottom plate water outlet hole and connected to the bottom plate water outlet hole, or the water injection port 21 is disposed in the bottom plate water outlet hole, or the water injection port 21 penetrates through the bottom plate water outlet hole and is disposed on a lower surface of the head bottom plate 132.
Referring to fig. 18 to 19, the water storage box 8 is mounted on the housing backplate 14, specifically, the water storage box 8 is fastened to the outer side of the housing backplate 14, at least one pair of housing fasteners arranged oppositely is arranged on the housing backplate 14, the plate surfaces of the two paired housing fasteners arranged oppositely are provided with a fastener projection 82, the opposite side walls of the water storage box 8 are provided with a water storage box pit 141, and the fastener projection 82 is fastened into the water storage box pit 141 to fasten the water storage box 8 to the housing backplate 14.
Referring to fig. 18, a placement portion 9 is provided at the bottom of the cabinet back panel 14, and the water trap box 8 is placed on the placement portion 9 and is snapped to the cabinet back panel 14. The placing part 9 may be used to fix the position of the water trap 8.
The water inlet of the water pump 6 of the water injection system is communicated with the water inlet of the water storage box 8, the water storage box 8 is used for supplying water to the water pump 6, and the water pump 6 takes out the water in the water storage box 8 and is used for cooking by the cooking machine 10.
Referring to fig. 21, the placement portion 9 includes a placement portion case 91, a water through hole 92 is formed in the placement portion case 91, a through hole is formed in the placement portion case 91 to allow one end of the water through hole 92 to communicate with the water storage box 8, and the other end of the water through hole 92 is connected to the water pump 6 to facilitate introduction of water in the water storage box 8 into the cabinet through the water pump 6. Specifically, the connecting portion are provided with through hole 93, and through hole 93 upper end and the apopore intercommunication of depositing box 8 or bottled water, the lower extreme of through hole 93 is through connecting the water pipe and 6 water inlets intercommunication of water pump.
A micro switch 94 is arranged at one side of the water through hole 92 to detect whether the water storage box 8 or the barreled water is installed in place, an elastic structure is arranged on the micro switch 94, and when the water storage box 8 is installed in place, the elastic structure of the micro switch 94 is pressed down by the bottom plate of the water storage box. Similarly, when the auxiliary outlet installation part 110 is installed in place, the bottom of the auxiliary outlet installation part 110 presses down the elastic column of the microswitch 94.
The side of the housing 91 is also provided with a harness through hole 96 for conducting the power-on operation of the whole device through the harness.
Referring to fig. 16 to 17, in order to improve the service life of the cooking machine 10, a water outlet auxiliary installation part 110 may be provided on the placing part 9 for installing the barreled water, and the barreled water may be directly installed on the water outlet auxiliary installation part 110 for use.
Referring to fig. 27 to 28, a space is provided at both sides of the connection portion between the placing portion 9 and the rear housing plate 14, so that the auxiliary outlet installation portion 110 can be fitted over the placing portion 9, resulting in a stable structure.

Referring to fig. 27, the first connection plate 901 is integrally formed with the base plate 112, which facilitates production and reduces assembly steps, thereby improving production efficiency.

One end of the water storage box 8 is connected with a water outlet hole of the water storage box 8, the other end of the water storage box extends into a water outlet pipe of the water storage box 8 at the bottom of the water storage box 8, a water inlet of the water pump 6 is communicated with the water outlet hole of the water storage box 8 through a connecting water pipe, and the water pump 6 pumps water in the water storage box 8 into the water pump 6 and sends the water into the instant heating module 7.
The placing part case 91 and the base bottom plate 112 can be integrally formed, so that the number of mounting parts can be reduced, and the stability between the base 11 and the water outlet auxiliary mounting part 110 of the cooking machine 10 can be improved, thereby improving the mounting efficiency.

Instant heating module 7 is located and is held the intracavity, instant heating module 7's delivery port and water filling port 21 intercommunication, and the rivers that come out from instant heating module 7 are followed water filling port 21 department and then are followed water filling port 21 and are flowed.
The water inlet of the instant heating module 7 is connected with the water through hole 92 of the placing part 9 through a connecting water pipe, and the water in the water storage box 8 or the barreled water enters the instant heating module 7 to be heated and flows to the water injection port 21 through the connecting water pipe.
The instant heating module 7 is heated to 150 ℃ continuously, the instant heating module 7 needs to be cooled, and the first temperature sensor 207 is arranged in the instant heating module 7 to continuously monitor the temperature of the heating pipe in the instant heating module 7, so that the temperature of the heating pipe is in a controllable range, the normal operation of the instant heating module 7 can be guaranteed, and the influence of overheating of the instant heating module 7 on the normal operation of the instant heating module 7 is avoided.
I.e., the upper end of the thermal module 7 is connected to the head base plate 132 through the thermal module 7 connector and the lower end thereof is connected to the body front plate 124.
Referring to fig. 16-17, cooking machine 10 further includes a heating module to heat a cooking vessel containing food. Specifically, the heating module is disposed in the base 11, and the cooking container is placed on the base 11 to be heated.
Referring to fig. 24, the housing 11 includes a heat transfer plate 201 disposed on a top thereof, the heat transfer plate 201 is disposed on a front side of the body 12, and the heat transfer plate 201 may be a glass ceramic or a ceramic plate.
The heating module includes a coil panel 202, the coil panel 202 is disposed in the housing 11, and the coil panel 202 is disposed under the heat transfer plates 201 to heat the cooking container placed on the heat transfer plates 201.
The cooking machine 10 further has a heat sink provided in the housing 11 and located at the rear side of the coil panel 202 for dissipating heat.
The base 11 has a base bottom plate 112, a base side plate 113 and a base 11 front plate, the base bottom plate 112 is provided with a bottom air outlet at the rear of the coil panel 202, and the base side plate 113 and/or the base 11 front plate is provided with a lower air inlet.
The cooking machine 10 further comprises a first fan, the first fan is arranged in the base 11 and located above the bottom air outlet, the first fan is provided with a fan air outlet facing the bottom air outlet and a fan air inlet located on the side portion of the first fan, the first fan is used for air outlet downwards and air inlet on the side portion, and the first fan is used for sucking air into the base 11 from the lower air inlet and exhausting the air from the bottom air outlet through the first fan.
Referring to fig. 5, the base 11 includes a base lower shell 204 and a base upper shell 205, the base upper shell 205 is fastened to an upper portion of the base lower shell 204, an upper shell through hole 20693 is formed in an upper plate surface of the base upper shell 205, and the heat transfer plate 201 is connected to an upper portion of the base upper shell 205 to cover the upper shell through hole 20693.
The bottom plate of the lower base shell 204 is the base bottom plate 112, and the side plates of the lower base shell 204 and the side plates of the upper base shell 205 form the base side plates 113.
The cooking machine 10 further has a temperature sensor 207 for measuring the temperature of the cooking container, the temperature sensor 207 is disposed in the base 11 and has an elastic column 208 protruding from the upper surface of the heat transfer plate 201, and the cooking container is placed on the heat transfer plate 201 such that the elastic column 208 of the temperature sensor 207 is pressed down to enable the cooking container to be in close contact with the elastic column 208, thereby accurately measuring the temperature of the cooking container.
Referring to fig. 24, a gap is provided between the elastic column 208 and the heat transfer plate 201 as a water passing port for water to pass through, and the cooking machine 10 further includes a water discharging part connected to the elastic column 208, and when water drops on the heat transfer plate 201 or a water flow occurs on the heat transfer plate 201, the water flows into the water discharging part from an edge of the elastic column 208 and is discharged to the outside of the cabinet through the water discharging part.
It should be noted that the elastomeric columns 208 may be configured to allow water to pass therethrough in both the ejected state and the retracted state, or may be configured to allow water to pass therethrough in the retracted state.
Referring to fig. 25, the water discharging member includes a water guiding part 209, an upper portion of the water guiding part 209 is connected to the elastic column 208, a lower portion of the water guiding part 209 is adjacent to the lower housing shell 204, and water on the heat transfer plate 201 flows into the water guiding part 209 along the periphery of the elastic column 208 and flows to the lower housing shell 204 through the water guiding part 209 to flow out of the exterior of the cabinet. The water accumulation on the heat transfer plate 201 can be effectively prevented, and the heating effect is influenced.
Referring to fig. 24, a water guide passage for receiving the water guide 209 is provided in the middle of the coil panel 202 in order to fit the water guide 209.
Referring to fig. 26 to 27, a drainage groove 2041 is formed in a portion of the lower housing 204 corresponding to the lower end of the water guide 209, the drainage groove 2041 includes a hollow columnar structure, the water guide 209 is installed, and the lower end of the water guide 209 extends into the columnar structure, so as to prevent the drained water from flowing out and affecting nearby heating components.
Referring to fig. 28, the upper surface of the base plate 112 is further provided with at least one mounting rib for assisting in mounting of components thereon.
Referring to fig. 26, a drain port 2042 is provided at a location where the base lower case 204 corresponds to the drain groove 2041, and water in the heat transfer plate flows into the water guide 209 through the edge of the elastic column 208 and is discharged through the drain port 2042 via the water guide 209.
The periphery of the water guide part 209 is provided with a water guide part mounting piece, the middle of the coil panel 202 is provided with a corresponding water guide part mounting seat, and the water guide part mounting piece is mounted on the water guide part mounting seat, so that the mounting stability of the water guide part 209 is ensured, and meanwhile, regular motion in the vertical direction of the elastic column 208 can be assisted. Specifically, the water guide part mounting member is provided with one, two or more water guide part mounting members, the water guide part mounting member is provided with a protrusion protruding from the periphery of the water guide part 209, one side of the protrusion close to the elastic column 208 is provided with a plane, and the surface of the protrusion is inclined from one side close to the elastic column 208 to one side far away from the elastic column 208 to the inner periphery of the elastic column 208. The water guide part mounting piece is obliquely immersed into the water guide part mounting seat and is clamped with the water guide part mounting seat.
Referring to fig. 29-30, the water guide portion 209 is a hollow structure, a water inlet is disposed at a side of the hollow structure close to the elastic column, a water outlet is disposed at a side of the hollow structure close to the water outlet 2042, and the water inlet, the water outlet and the hollow structure are communicated.
The water guiding part 209 comprises a water containing cavity 2091 positioned on the upper part of the water guiding part and a water guiding pipe 2092 positioned on the lower part of the water guiding part, the water containing cavity 2091 is communicated with the water guiding pipe 2092, the elastic column 208 is installed at a water inlet of the water containing cavity 2091, a water passing channel is formed between the periphery of the elastic column 208 and the inner periphery of the water containing cavity 2091, so that water flows through the water passing channel along the edge of the elastic column 208 and enters the water containing cavity 2091, a water containing opening 2094 is arranged on one side of the water containing cavity 2091 connected with the water guiding pipe, the water flows through the water containing opening 2094 and enters the water guiding pipe 2092 from the water containing cavity 2091, the lower end of the water guiding pipe 2092 is a water outlet, and the lower end of the water guiding pipe 2092 extends into the water draining groove 2041 and flows out of the machine shell through the water draining opening 2042. The arrangement effectively prevents water from splashing to other parts and ensures that the water is stably discharged out of the machine shell. The water inlet of the water containing cavity 2091 is the water inlet of the water guide 209, and the water outlet of the water guide pipe is the water outlet of the water guide 209.
The aperture of the upper edge of the water containing cavity 2091 is the same as or slightly larger than the aperture of the opening of the heat transfer plate 201 for accommodating the elastic column 208, so as to ensure that the water flowing down from the heat transfer plate 201 completely enters the water containing cavity 2091,
referring to fig. 24-25, the upper portion of the water containing cavity is further provided with a sealing ring mounting seat 2093, a sealing ring 210 is mounted on the sealing ring mounting seat 2093, and after assembly, the sealing ring 210 is pressed on the bottom of the heat transfer plate 201, so that the sealing performance of the device is ensured, water overflow is prevented, the function of surrounding parts is prevented from being affected, and meanwhile, the sanitation and hygiene problems caused by water overflow are avoided.
The sealing ring mounting seat 2093 is provided in an annular structure, and the annular structure is inclined from the outer ring to the inner ring to assist the water flow.
The position department that holds water chamber 2091 intercommunication aqueduct 2092 can set up the lowest face, and the lowest face sets up holds mouth of a river 2094, prevents to hold water chamber 2091 inside ponding, breeds the bacterium.

The operation of the knob assembly 300 includes pressing and rotating.
Referring to fig. 32, the display module includes a display screen 3011, a connector 3012, a display panel 3013 and a display screen mounting seat 3014, the connector 3012 is electrically connected to the control board 302, and various information of the cooking machine 10 can be displayed through the display screen 3011.
