Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
For foods such as lollipops and cheese sticks, and articles such as flowers, toothbrush heads and catnip balls, the food products are not usually used for one time, and for example, the toothbrush heads and the catnip balls can be repeatedly used for many times. However, when the above-mentioned article is not used, it is easily contaminated with impurities such as dust, and the sanitary condition is poor.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides an article storage device, a lollipop toy, a pet toy, a living tool, and a gift wrapping device, wherein the to-be-stored member can be fixed on the body, and the to-be-stored member is stored by buckling two buckling members. When the storage piece is used to be needed, the pair of wiping pieces are used as the driving piece to drive the two buckling pieces to be separated, at the moment, the storage piece is exposed in the air, the user can take the storage piece to be taken down, or the user can directly use the storage piece through the device, at the moment, the device can also be used as a toy, for example, when the storage piece is a catmint ball, the opening and closing of the buckling pieces are used for interacting with pets.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the present embodiment provides an article storage device 10, which includes a body 100, wherein the body 100 may have different shapes, such as a rod shape, a ball shape, etc., according to requirements, when the article storage device 10 is used, the body 100 may be used as a holding portion for a user to hold, and the operation is convenient.
The body 100 is used for fixing the to-be-stored piece 800, and the to-be-stored piece 800 can be foods such as lollipops and cheese sticks, and articles such as flowers, toothbrush heads and catnip balls. Depending on the shape of the item to be stored 800, it may have a rod-like structure, such as a holding rod for lollipops and cheese sticks, a stem for flowers, a stem for a toothbrush head. The storage member 800 may be a ball-shaped object such as a catmint ball. The present embodiment does not limit the shape, kind, and the like of the storage 800.
The body 100 is provided with a fixing portion for fixing the to-be-stored member 800, and the fixing portion may have different structures according to the type of the to-be-stored member 800, for example, when the to-be-stored member 800 has a rod-shaped structure, the fixing portion is an insertion structure inserted into the rod-shaped structure.
Article storage device 10 also includes fasteners 200, with two fasteners 200. In order to avoid the to-be-stored member 800, the two fastening members 200 are provided with accommodating cavities 210 for accommodating the to-be-stored member 800, so that the to-be-stored member 800 can be exposed when the two fastening members 200 are separated from each other. When the two fasteners 200 are fastened to each other, the two receiving cavities 210 are opposite to each other and form a receiving cavity for receiving the to-be-stored component 800, so as to isolate the to-be-stored component 800 from the outside air.
The two fasteners 200 can be spherical after being fastened. In some embodiments, after the two fasteners 200 are fastened, they may be shaped like a bear (as shown in fig. 1), a pig (not shown), or a dinosaur (not shown), or the two fasteners 200 and the body 100 together form a toy gun (not shown), so that the appearance of the article storage device 10 is beautiful and interesting.
In order to facilitate driving the fasteners 200, the article storage device 10 further includes a transmission assembly and a driving member 400, wherein each fastener 200 is correspondingly provided with a set of transmission assemblies, so that the driving member 400 can simultaneously drive two sets of transmission assemblies and simultaneously drive two fasteners 200 to move, which is convenient for operation.
In some embodiments, for convenience of illustration, one set of driving components is taken as an example, the driving components include a bar 310, a first end of the bar 310 is rotatably connected to the main body 100, a second end of the bar 310 is rotatably connected to the fasteners 200, and a driving component 400 is connected to the bar 310 and drives the bar 310 to rotate, such that the moving trajectory of the fasteners 200 is an arc with a center of a rotation axis of the first end of the bar 310 and a radius of the arc is a distance between the rotation axes of the first end and the second end of the bar 310.
Thus, when the two sets of transmission assemblies respectively drive the two fasteners 200 to move, the two fasteners 200 can be separated from each other and expose the to-be-stored part 800, or fastened with each other and store the to-be-stored part 800.
In view of the rotational attachment of fastener 200 to runner bar 310, to avoid the irregular rotation of fastener 200 relative to runner bar 310 during opening and closing of fastener 200, in some embodiments, article storage device 10 further comprises a limiter 320, wherein limiter 320 is attached to fastener 200 and is configured to limit the rotational position of fastener 200 relative to body 100 during rotation of runner bar 310.
In some embodiments, when fastener 200 is rotated relative to body 100, fastener 200 is fixed relative to runner bar 310, i.e., relative rotation between fastener 200 and runner bar 310 does not occur. At this time, the limiting member 320 may be a fastening member such as a locking screw.
In some embodiments, fastener 200 is pivotally connected to runner bar 310. Fastener 200 can also rotate relative to runner bar 310 simultaneously when fastener 200 rotates relative to body 100. In this case, fasteners 200 rotate at different speeds relative to runner bar 310, and fasteners 200 can have different rotation states. For example, taking the user holding the main body 100 and the user's face facing the fastener 200 with the bear face as shown in fig. 1 as an example, the fastener 200 with the bear face can always face the user's face during the opening and closing process of the fastener 200, so that the user has a strong interest.
That is, the article storage device 10 can protect articles such as lollipops, flowers, catmints, and the like. Meanwhile, under the condition that the to-be-stored member 800 is fixed to the body 100, the to-be-stored member 800 can be exposed through opening and closing of the buckling member 200, and the article storage device 10 is used, so that the interestingness is strong.
The position-limiting member 320 can be a rod-shaped structure, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, fig. 6, fig. 7, and fig. 9, the connecting rod 310 is rotatably connected to the main body 100 through a first rotating shaft, the connecting rod 310 is rotatably connected to the fastener 200 through a second rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are parallel to each other; the limiting member 320 is rotatably connected to the body 100 through a third rotating shaft, the limiting member 320 is rotatably connected to the fastener 200 through a fourth rotating shaft, and the third rotating shaft and the fourth rotating shaft are parallel to each other.
Thus, the link 310, the position-limiting element 320, the fasteners 200 and the body 100 form a four-bar linkage with a planar structure, and according to the difference between the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, the distance between the second rotating shaft and the fourth rotating shaft, the distance between the third rotating shaft and the fourth rotating shaft and the distance between the first rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft, when the link 310 drives the fasteners 200 to rotate (equivalent to revolution) relative to the body 100, the fasteners 200 can have different rotating speeds and rotating directions (equivalent to rotation) relative to the link 310.
In order to avoid the interference between the two fasteners 200 and the to-be-stored member 800 during the opening and closing process, in some embodiments, the distance between the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft is the same as the distance between the third rotating shaft and the fourth rotating shaft, and the distance between the first rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft is the same as the distance between the second rotating shaft and the fourth rotating shaft.
Thus, link 310, stopper 320, fasteners 200, and body 100 form a parallelogram link mechanism of planar structure, when link 310 rotates, fasteners 200 translate around the first end of link 310, that is, receiving cavities 210 of two fasteners 200 are always disposed oppositely, receiving cavities 210 always face one side of a to-be-stored article 800, the structure of article storage device 10 is simple, and interference between two fasteners 200 and the to-be-stored article 800 during opening and closing processes can be avoided.
Fig. 6-9 are schematic views showing two fasteners 200 in an intermediate state, wherein when two fasteners 200 are switched from the closed state of fig. 1 to the intermediate state, fasteners 200 are translated in both the horizontal direction of fig. 6-9 to avoid storage member 800 and in the vertical direction of fig. 6-9, such that when two fasteners 200 are in the separated state, storage member 800 extends to the outside of two fasteners 200 (as shown in fig. 4 and 5, storage member 800 is located above fasteners 200), such that when a user uses storage member 800, for example, a lollipop, no interference occurs between fasteners 200 and the user, and the use is convenient.
The connecting rod 310 and the limiting member 320 may be straight rods or curved rods as shown in fig. 2, 6, 7, and 9, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the retaining member 320 may also be a flexible transmission member, such as a belt or a chain, both of which are well known to those skilled in the art.
Wherein, a first driving wheel 220 is arranged on the fastener 200, the first driving wheel 220 is relatively fixed with the fastener 200, a second driving wheel 110 is arranged on the body 100, the second driving wheel 110 is relatively fixed with the body 100, and two ends of the flexible driving member are respectively coated on the first driving wheel 220 and the second driving wheel 110. It can be understood that when the flexible transmission member is a transmission belt, the first transmission wheel 220 and the second transmission wheel 110 are both belt wheels, and when the flexible transmission member is a chain, the first transmission wheel 220 and the second transmission wheel 110 are both chain wheels.
Thus, the flexible transmission has four parts, a first part enveloping the first drive wheel 220, a second part enveloping the second drive wheel 110, and a third part and a fourth part respectively located between the first and second parts. For convenience of description, a line connecting the first portion and the third portion and a line connecting the first portion and the fourth portion may form a first connection line 450, and a line connecting the second portion and the third portion and a line connecting the first portion and the fourth portion may form a second connection line 460.
Thus, the flexible driving member, the first driving wheel 220 and the second driving wheel 110 are evolved into a four bar linkage, and the fasteners 200 can have different rotation speeds and rotation directions (corresponding to rotation) relative to the runner bar 310 during the rotation (corresponding to revolution) of the fasteners 200 relative to the main body 100 driven by the runner bar 310 according to the outer diameter of the first driving wheel 220, the outer diameter of the second driving wheel 110, the length of the third portion and the length of the fourth portion.
In order to avoid interference between the two fasteners 200 and the article 800 to be stored during opening and closing, in some embodiments, the first driving wheel 220 and the second driving wheel 110 have the same outer diameter. Thus, the third and fourth portions can be considered to be in a parallel state, and the first connection line 450 is parallel to the second connection line 460. The flexible transmission member, the first transmission wheel 220 and the second transmission wheel 110 evolve to be a parallelogram-like link mechanism, when the connecting rod 310 rotates, the flexible transmission member rolls on the first transmission wheel 220 and the second transmission wheel 110 and drives the first transmission wheel 220 to rotate relatively, at this moment, the fasteners 200 perform translation with the first end rotating shaft of the connecting rod 310 as a center, namely, the accommodating cavities 210 of the two fasteners 200 are always arranged relatively, the accommodating cavities 210 are always towards one side of the to-be-stored part 800, the structure of the article storage device 10 is simple, and interference between the two fasteners 200 and the to-be-stored part 800 in the opening and closing process can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the flexible drive member is an annular member and is wrapped around the first drive wheel 220 and the second drive wheel 110. In some embodiments, the flexible transmission member may also be two independent bar-shaped flexible members (not shown), wherein two ends of one bar-shaped flexible member are respectively wrapped on the first transmission wheel 220 and the second transmission wheel 110, and two ends of the other bar-shaped flexible member are respectively wrapped on the first transmission wheel 220 and the second transmission wheel 110, and the two ends of the two bar-shaped flexible members are spaced apart. Thus, the third portion and the fourth portion correspond to the suspended portions of the two strip-shaped flexible members between the first driving wheel 220 and the second driving wheel 110, respectively.
In order to drive the connecting rod 310 to rotate, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the driving member 400 is a sliding member, and the sliding direction of the driving member 400 may be parallel to the length direction of the connecting rod 310. In some embodiments, the sliding direction of the driving member 400 is at an angle with the length direction of the connecting rod 310, so as to conveniently drive the connecting rod 310 to rotate.
Accordingly, one of the body 100 and the sliding member is provided with a sliding protrusion 440, and the other is provided with a sliding slot 130, for example, the sliding slot 130 is provided on the body 100, and the sliding protrusion 440 is provided on the sliding member (as shown in fig. 2).
The extending direction of the sliding groove 130 is parallel to the sliding direction of the sliding member, so that the user can drive the sliding member to move by applying force in a manual manner, and the buckling member 200 can be driven to open and close, and the structure of the article storage device 10 is simpler.
In some embodiments, the link 310 may also be driven to rotate by an automatic control method, referring to fig. 9, the article storage device 10 is further provided with a first motor (not shown), the first motor is of a kind well known to those skilled in the art, an output end of the first motor is connected to a rotating shaft at the first end of the link 310, and the driving member 400 constitutes a driving switch for controlling the start and stop of the first motor. Therefore, the user can control the start and stop of the first motor by controlling the driving part 400, and the operation is labor-saving.
Specifically, a touch switch (not shown) electrically connected to the first motor may be disposed on the body 100, and the touch switch may be a photoelectric switch, a conductive elastic sheet, a reed switch, a touch switch, etc. known to those skilled in the art, and when the driving member 400 abuts against or separates from the touch switch, the on/off of the first motor may be controlled by the on/off of the touch switch.
It can be understood that, at this time, the rotation range of the connecting rod 310 can be controlled by controlling the rotation stroke of the output end of the first motor, so as to avoid the situation that the connecting rod 310 is interfered with the body 100 when the connecting rod 310 exceeds the preset rotation range.
When the driving member 400 constitutes a driving switch, the driving member 400 can be translated or rotated relative to the body 100, for example, by pressing or toggling the driving member 400 to control the start or stop of the first motor.
In some embodiments, when the fastener 200 is manually controlled to open or close, the slider can be directly connected to the link 310, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the link 310 is provided with a strip-shaped driving slot 311, the extension length of the driving slot 311 can be determined according to the moving stroke of the slider, the rotating stroke of the link 310, and the like, the slider is provided with a convex guiding portion 410, and the guiding portion 410 extends into the driving slot 311 and can move relative to the driving slot 311. When the sliding member moves relative to the body 100, the connecting rod 310 can be effectively driven to rotate, and the operation is more convenient.
In some embodiments, the extension length of the driving groove 311 may be determined according to the rotational stroke of the link 310, and the like. The shape of the driving slot 311 may be determined according to the shape of the connecting rod 310, for example, the driving slot 311 may be a straight bar-shaped slot (as shown in fig. 6), and the driving slot 311 may also be an arc-shaped slot (not shown).
In some embodiments, when fastener 200 is manually opened or closed, slider can be indirectly connected to link 310, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, and rack portion 420 is disposed on the slider, gear portion 312 is fixedly connected to link 310, and gear portion 312 is engaged with rack portion 420. That is, a rack-and-pinion transmission is formed between the sliding member and the connecting rod 310, so that the transmission stability between the sliding member and the connecting rod 310 is improved, and the reciprocating rotation of the connecting rod 310 is easily realized. Meanwhile, according to the transmission characteristics of the gear and the rack, a user can drive the connecting rod 310 to rotate in a labor-saving manner, and the operation is convenient.
In some embodiments, the rack portion 420 may extend in a direction parallel to or at an angle with respect to the length direction of the connecting rod 310, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the sliding member and the connecting rod 310 can be indirectly connected by other methods, referring to fig. 10, the article storage device 10 further includes a transmission rod 330, and two ends of the transmission rod 330 are respectively connected to the sliding member and the connecting rod 310. Thus, the sliding member, the transmission rod 330, the connecting rod 310 and the body 100 form a rocker-slider mechanism, wherein the sliding member acts as an active member to drive the connecting rod 310 to swing. The length, extending direction, etc. of the driving lever 330 are not limited in the present embodiment.
In some embodiments, the slider may also be driven by a motor. Illustratively, the article storage device 10 is provided with a third motor (not shown), an output end of the third motor is provided with a screw (not shown), the sliding member is in threaded connection with the screw, and the third motor drives the screw to rotate in a reciprocating manner to drive the sliding member to move in a reciprocating manner along the axis direction of the screw.
In order to maintain the two fasteners 200 in the fastened state or the separated state, the driving member 400 needs to be maintained in the corresponding state, so as to avoid the automatic transition of the state between the driving member 400 and the body 100.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 11 and 12, one of the driving member 400 and the body 100 is provided with a locking protrusion 430, and the other is provided with a locking groove 120, for example, the driving member 400 is provided with the locking protrusion 430, and the body 100 is provided with the locking groove 120, wherein the locking groove 120 is plural, and the locking grooves 120 are arranged at intervals along the sliding direction of the driving member 400.
Thus, when the engaging protrusion 430 engages with different engaging grooves 120, the driving member 400 has different states relative to the body 100, and accordingly, the connecting rod 310 has different rotation angles.
The number of the clamping grooves 120 may be two, and when the clamping protrusion 430 is clamped with one of the clamping grooves 120, the two fasteners 200 are in a fastened state and a separated state.
In order to facilitate the disengagement of the engaging protrusion 430 from the engaging groove 120, at least one of the driving member 400 and the body 100 may be an elastic element with a predetermined strength, for example, the driving member 400 and the body 100 are both made of plastic or sheet metal. Thus, the latch protrusion 430 may be separated from or extend into the latch groove 120 by the deformation of the elastic member.
In some embodiments, the resilient member is in a natural state when the latch protrusion 430 is in a latched state with the latch recess 120. Thus, when the clamping protrusion 430 is separated from the clamping groove 120 or extends into the clamping groove 120, the deformation of the elastic element needs to be overcome, and the clamping stability of the clamping protrusion 430 and the clamping groove 120 is high.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 13, in order to maintain the two fasteners 200 in the fastened state or the separated state and prevent the fasteners 200 from rotating relative to the body 100 by themselves, the article storage device 10 may further include a stop elastic member 500, the stop elastic member 500 may be a rubber member, a silicone member or a spring, two ends of the stop elastic member 500 are respectively connected to the driving member 400 and the body 100, and the stop elastic member 500 is in the compressed state. Thus, the elastic force of the stopping elastic member 500 needs to be overcome when the driving member 400 moves or rotates relative to the body 100. That is, the stopping elastic member 500 tends to maintain the driving member 400 at its current stroke position, preventing it from moving or rotating by itself.
In some embodiments, the end of the stopping elastic member 500 connected to the body 100 may be located in the middle of the two end positions of the stroke of the driving member 400 (as shown in fig. 13), and the stopping elastic member 500 is compressed by a larger amount and is in an unstable state, which tends to move the driving member 400 toward the end position of the stroke. And the elastic force received by the driving member 400 at the position where the driving member communicates with each stroke end is approximately the same, so that the user can apply approximately the same acting force to drive the driving member 400 to move or rotate, and the operation is convenient.
It is understood that elastic stop member 500 is suitable for driving fastener 200 to open and close manually, and is also suitable for automatic opening and closing of fastener 200.
In some embodiments, when the fastener 200 is controlled to open or close manually, the locking elastic member 500 can be further provided under the condition that the locking protrusion 430 and the locking groove 120 are provided between the sliding member and the body 100, so that the locking effect is better.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, the control unit 600 is disposed on the body 100, the control unit 600 may be a circuit board, and the body 100 is disposed with a swinging member (not shown) and/or a rotating member (not shown), wherein the swinging member and/or the rotating member are decoration members, and the swinging member and the rotating member may have different shapes, numbers, etc. according to the use requirement.
For example, the rotating member is in the shape of a fan blade, so that when the fan blade-shaped rotating member rotates, the fan can be formed and the temperature of a user can be reduced. In some embodiments, the swinging members may also be in the shape of a cat's claw, an arm, a fish fin, etc., and the number of the swinging members may be one or more, so that the swinging of the swinging members increases the interest of the use of the article storage device 10.
In some embodiments, both the oscillating member and the rotating member may be provided on the body 100.
In some embodiments, the control unit 600 controls the oscillating member to oscillate and/or the control unit 600 controls the rotating member to rotate. The control unit 600 may drive the swinging or rotating member by the first motor.
To improve the applicability of the article storage device 10, a second motor (not shown) may be provided on the article storage device 10, and the second motor is used to drive the swinging or rotating member, so that the operation of the swinging or rotating member is not limited by the driving manner of the connecting rod 310.
In some embodiments, control unit 600 can control the operation of the swing or rotating member when fasteners 200 are in the fastened state and the detached state. For example, when the fasteners 200 are in the separated state, and the control unit 600 simultaneously controls the operation of the swinging member, the control unit 600 may be provided with a touch switch and a decoration trigger switch, which may be a photoelectric switch, a conductive elastic sheet, a reed pipe, a touch switch, etc. known to those skilled in the art, when the driving member 400 controls the separation of the fasteners 200, the driving member 400 moves or rotates relative to the body 100 and simultaneously abuts against the touch switch and the decoration trigger switch, so as to control the operation of the swinging member through the decoration trigger switch.
When the operation of the oscillating member and/or the rotating member is independent of the opening and closing of the fastener 200, the body 100 may be provided with an oscillating member switch and/or a rotating member switch, which may be connected to the body 100, and the starting and stopping of the oscillating member and/or the rotating member may be controlled by the decoration trigger switch.
Of course, when the swing member and the rotation member are provided on the body 100 at the same time, the number of the second motors may be two.

It is understood that when driving member 400 is located at one of the end-of-travel positions, fastener 200 is in the fastened state. When fasteners 200 are in the separated state, driving member 400 can be located at another end-of-travel position, and at this time, storage member 800 is exposed outside two fasteners 200, and driving member 400 triggers and turns on prompting unit trigger switch 730.
In some embodiments, driver 400 can be positioned at a position intermediate its two end-of-travel positions when fastener 200 is in the disengaged condition, which position can be referred to as an intermediate position for ease of illustration, but this intermediate position does not limit its spacing from the two end-of-travel positions. That is, when the fastener 200 is in the separated state, the driving member 400 still does not trigger the prompting unit trigger switch 730, and the driving member 400 needs to be continuously operated to trigger the prompting unit trigger switch 730.
At this time, the driving member 400 can be maintained at the end position of its stroke, for example, by the catching protrusion 430 and the catching groove 120 or the stopper elastic member 500.
