Description

本实用新型涉及一种在储运过程中可折叠堆放的周转箱。
现有技术中，用于盛装物品的周转箱均为固定结构，在空箱储存和运输途中，箱体占用空间大，仓储利用率低，运输成本大。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种四边侧板可翻转折叠，空箱占用空间小的周转箱，以利于空箱储存和运输。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术措施来实现：由四面侧板、底板及上框圈组成，其特征是两相对设置的短侧板与上框圈之间设有铰链，两相对设置的长侧板由两块面积等同的板通过铰链联结而成，长侧板与底板和上框圈之间分别设有铰链。为使短侧板直立后定位，在与短侧板结合处的底板上设有固定短侧板的凸台。
本实用新型的四面侧板可翻转折叠，使空箱的体积缩小了5倍，从而提高了仓储效率，并可减少空箱的运输费用。由于短侧板的整体结构和长侧板的铰链联结，保证了周转箱的上提和下压受力强度。
以下结合附图给出实施例。
如图1所示，周转箱由四面侧板、底板及上框圈组成。其中上框圈2为一矩形整体框圈。两相对设置的短侧板4与上框圈2之间通过铰链3连接，两短侧板可绕上框圈翻转90度至水平位置。两相对的长侧板5由两块面积等同的板通过铰链1联结成整体板，该板与底板8和上框圈2之间分别设有铰链7和铰链6。为了保证两短侧板在直立位置时的稳定性，在与短侧板结合处的底板8上设有固定短侧板的凸台9，该凸台位于短侧板的内侧。在空箱储存或运输过程需折叠箱子时，用双手向内推两短侧板、使两短侧板脱离定位凸台9后绕上框圈翻转90度至水平位置。这时，两长侧板由于失去两短侧板的支承而自然对折。上框架随长侧板的对折与底板叠合。整个箱体体积较固定结构缩小5倍。展开时，上提上框圈，并带动两长侧板展开成一平面。两短侧板则自然下垂并趋向垂直。这时，用于将两短侧板向外推，迫使该板卡入底板上的凸台而定位。

1、一种折叠式周转箱，由四面侧板、底板及上框圈组成，其特征在于：两相对的短侧板(4)与上框圈(2)之间设有铰链(3)；两相对的长侧板(5)由两块面积等同的板通过铰链(1)联结而成，长侧板与底板(8)和上框圈(2)之间分别设有铰链(7)和铰链(6)。
2、如权利要求1所述的折叠式周转箱，其特征是：在与短侧板（4）结合处的底板（8）上设有固定短侧板的凸台（9）。
