Referring to fig. 3-7, fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a first embodiment of fig. 3 at a, enlarged partially; FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the schematic diagram shown in FIG. 1 at A, partially enlarged; fig. 5 illustrates a bottom view of the protective cover of fig. 1 applied to the display device 400; FIG. 6 shows a first embodiment schematic at partial magnification at B shown in FIG. 5;
fig. 7 shows a partially enlarged schematic view of the second embodiment at B shown in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a first bracket assembly 100 of a protective cover according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first upper bracket plate 110 and a second upper bracket plate 120 connected thereto, and the first upper bracket plate 110 and the second upper bracket plate 120 are disposed at an angle and can form a first receiving cavity 130; the cavity wall of the first accommodating cavity 130 is used for clamping with the top end of the display device 400; the aseptic film layer 300 is adhered to the outer walls of the first and second upper bracket plates 110 and 120 on the side away from the first receiving chamber 130.
A first receiving cavity 130 is formed through the first upper support plate 110 and the second upper support plate 120, and the top end of the display device 400 is clamped in the first receiving cavity 130, so that the first support assembly 100 is connected with the top end of the display device 400 in a clamping manner. When the protective cover is needed to cover the display panel 410 of the display device 400, the top end of the display device 400 is clamped in the first accommodating cavity 130, so that the first support assembly 100 is connected with the top end of the display device 400, and the mounting and dismounting are very convenient.
In one specific embodiment, the first upper bracket plate 110 and the second upper bracket plate 120 are both disposed at 90 °. Of course, in other embodiments, the first upper bracket plate 110 and the second upper bracket plate 120 may be disposed at 60 °, 75 °, 110 ° or 120 °, which is not limited to this, and may be adaptively adjusted according to the structural size of the top end of the display device 400.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a first upper support plate 110 of the protective cover according to an embodiment of the present invention abuts against a first housing wall 420 of a display device 400, and a second upper support plate 120 abuts against a second housing wall 430 of the display device 400, wherein the first housing wall 420 and a display panel 410 of the display device 400 are disposed at an angle, and the second housing wall 430 is away from the display panel 410 of the display device 400.
When the top end of the display device 400 is clamped in the first receiving cavity 130, the first upper bracket plate 110 abuts against the first casing wall 420 of the display device 400. It should be noted that, when the display panel 410 of the display device 400 faces the operator, the top wall of the display device 400 is the first wall 420. The second upper bracket plate 120 abuts against the second wall 430 of the display device 400; the second housing wall 430 is a housing wall facing away from the display panel 410. The sterile film layer 300 disposed opposite to the second upper support plate 120 is covered on the display panel 410. The first upper bracket plate 110 abuts against the first housing wall 420 at the top end of the display device 400, so that the top end of the display device 400 exerts an abutting force on the first upper bracket plate 110, and the whole first bracket assembly 100 can be hung on the top end of the display device 400.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the second upper bracket plate 120 has a certain gap with the second wall 430 of the display device 400. Whether the second upper bracket plate 120 abuts against the second wall 430 of the display device 400 is not limited, but is related to the length of the first upper bracket plate 110 itself, the position where the first upper bracket plate engages with the first wall 420, and the thickness of the display device 400 itself.
Referring to fig. 2, the number of the second upper support plates 120 of the protective cover according to an embodiment of the present invention is at least two, and the at least two second upper support plates 120 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the first upper support plate 110, specifically, the length direction of the first upper support plate 110 is xx' direction in fig. 2. Through setting up a plurality of second upper bracket boards 120 for aseptic rete 300 can bond with the outer wall that a plurality of second upper bracket boards 120 deviate from first holding chamber 130 one side. When the length of the display device 400 is large, the abutting area between the second upper support plates 120 and the first housing wall 420 at the top end of the display device 400 is large, so that the vertical tension on the sterile film 300 can be dispersed and balanced under the action of the second upper support plates 120, and finally the sterile film 300 covering the front of the display panel 410 is not easy to wrinkle and has better flatness; and when the whole protective cover is covered on the display device 400, the stability is better.
In one specific embodiment, the number of the second upper bracket plates 120 is two, and the two second upper bracket plates 120 are spaced apart along the length direction of the first upper bracket plate 110. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the second upper support plate 120 may also be one, three or four, etc., which is not limited to this, and it can be adjusted adaptively according to the length dimension of the first housing wall 420 of the display device 400.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an interval between an end of the second upper support plate 120 far from the first upper support plate 110 and the first upper support plate 110 is 8-10 cm. By setting the distance between the end of the second upper bracket plate 120 remote from the first upper bracket plate 110 and the first upper bracket plate 110 to 8-10cm, that is, the size of h2 in fig. 3 and 4 is 8-10 cm. When the medical staff needs to adjust the inclination angle and position of the display device 400, the medical staff is not easy to touch the second shell wall 430 of the display device 400 when the fingers abut against and hold the second upper support plate 120, thereby reducing the risk of cross infection. In one specific embodiment, the end of the second upper bracket plate 120 remote from the first upper bracket plate 110 is spaced 8cm from the first upper bracket plate 110.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the length of the side of the sterile film layer 300 adhered to the second upper support plate 120 away from the first receiving cavity 130 is greater than the width of the second upper support plate 120 itself by 8-10cm, that is, the size of h3 in fig. 3 is 8-10 cm. Therefore, when the medical staff adjusts the inclination angle and the position of the display device 400, the staff is not easy to touch the second shell wall 430 of the display device 400, and the medical staff is safer.
Referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment, the length of the side of the sterile film layer 300 adhered to the second upper support plate 120 away from the first receiving cavity 130 is equal to the width of the second upper support plate 120 itself. When the sterile film layer 300 is adhered to the second upper support plate 120, the side of the sterile film layer 300 is only required to be aligned and adhered to the side of the second upper support plate 120, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In one embodiment, the first bracket assembly 100 further includes a rotation shaft, and the first upper bracket plate 110 and the second upper bracket plate 120 are rotatably connected by the rotation shaft. The first upper support plate 110 and the second upper support plate 120 are rotatably connected through the rotating shaft, so that the angle between the first upper support plate 110 and the second upper support can be adjusted, and the display device 400 with different angles between the first shell wall 420 and the second shell wall 430 can be adapted, so that the whole protective cover has wider adaptability; meanwhile, the second upper support plate 120 can be abutted to the second wall 430 more tightly, and the stability of the whole first support assembly 100 being clamped to the top end of the display device 400 is better.
In one embodiment, the first bracket assembly 100 further includes an elastic member having one end connected to the first upper bracket plate 110 and the other end connected to the second upper bracket plate 120; the elastic member serves to apply an elastic force for rotating the first and second upper bracket plates 110 and 120 in a direction to approach each other. Through setting up the elastic component for when first bracket component 100 joint in the top of display device 400, can receive the pulling force of the elastic component that is in tensile state between first upper bracket board 110 and the second upper bracket board 120, and then make first upper bracket board 110 and second upper bracket board 120 all rotate to the one side of mutual direction of being close to each other to compress tightly on first conch wall 420 and second conch wall 430, the joint stability of first bracket component 100 and the top of display device 400 is better.
In some implementations, at least one of the first bracket assembly 100 and the second bracket assembly 200 is made of an elastically deformable material. The first bracket assembly 100 or the second bracket assembly 200 can adjust the attaching position and the attaching angle of the first bracket assembly 100 or the second bracket assembly 200 with the shell wall through the elastic deformation characteristic of the first bracket assembly 100 or the second bracket assembly 200, so that the first bracket assembly 100 or the second bracket assembly 200 is tightly connected with the display device 400 in a clamping manner, and the sterile film layer 300 is not prone to wrinkling.
In one embodiment, the first bracket assembly 100 is made of an elastically deformable material, and the second bracket assembly 200 is made of a common stainless steel material. Therefore, when the protection cover is required to be covered on the display device 400, the first bracket assembly 100 can be adjusted in the joint position and the joint angle of the shell wall of the first bracket assembly 100 and the display device 400 through the elastic deformation characteristic of the first bracket assembly 100, so that the first bracket assembly 100 and the display device 400 are clamped more tightly, and the sterile film layer 300 is not prone to wrinkle.
Specifically, the elastically deformable material is composed of a fine aluminum wire and a rubber sleeve. Wherein, the rubber sleeve has the cover and establishes the hole, and the thin aluminium silk can insert the cover that inserts the rubber sleeve and establish downtheholely, therefore first bracket component 100 can be comparatively easy break off with the fingers and thumb through the hand and make thin aluminium silk buckling deformation and keep the shape characteristic after this deformation, and at this in-process, the thin aluminium silk of deformation then drives the rubber sleeve and warp, finally makes first bracket component 100 closely laminate in display device 400's the conch wall, aseptic rete 300 then is difficult for taking place the fold.
In another specific embodiment, the second bracket assembly 200 is made of an elastically deformable material, and the first bracket assembly 100 is made of a common stainless steel material. In yet another embodiment, the first bracket assembly 100 and the second bracket assembly 200 are both made of an elastically deformable material. The analysis of the beneficial effects of the bracket assembly made of the elastically deformable material is the same as the above, and the detailed description thereof is omitted.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5-7, a second bracket assembly 200 of a protective cover according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first side bracket plate 210 and a second side bracket plate 220 connected thereto, wherein the first side bracket plate 210 and the second side bracket plate 220 are disposed at an angle and can form a second receiving cavity 230; the cavity wall of the second accommodating cavity 230 is used for clamping with the side end of the display device 400; the sterile film layer 300 is adhered to the outer walls of the first side frame plate 210 and the second side frame plate 220 on the side facing away from the second receiving chamber 230.
The second accommodating cavity 230 is formed by the first side support plate 210 and the second side support plate 220, and the side end of the display device 400 is clamped in the second accommodating cavity 230, so that the second support assembly 200 is clamped and connected with the side end of the display device 400. When the display device 400 is required to be covered by the protection cover, the side end of the display device 400 is clamped in the second accommodating cavity 230, so that the connection between the second bracket assembly 200 and the side end of the display device 400 can be realized, and the protection cover is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
In one particular embodiment, the first side holder plate 210 and the second side holder plate 220 are both disposed at 90 °. Of course, in other embodiments, the first side frame plate 210 and the second side frame plate 220 may also be disposed at 110 °, 120 °, etc., which is not limited thereto, and may be adaptively adjusted according to the structural size of the side end of the display device 400 itself.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first side supporting plate 210 of the protecting cover abuts against the third wall 440 of the display device 400, and the second side supporting plate 220 abuts against the second wall 430 of the display device 400, wherein the third wall 440 is disposed at an angle with the first wall 420 and the second wall 430. When the side end of the display device 400 is clamped in the second accommodating cavity 230, the first side bracket plate 210 abuts against the third casing wall 440 of the display device 400, and it should be noted that when the display panel 410 of the display device 400 faces the operator, the third casing wall 440 is the casing wall of the side end of the display device 400 on the left and right sides of the display panel 410; the second side bracket plate 220 abuts against the second housing wall 430 of the display device 400. The first side support plate 210 abuts against the wall of the side end of the display device 400, so that the side end of the sterile film layer 300 is pulled by the first side support plate 210, the sterile film layer 300 is not prone to wrinkling, and the flatness is better.
