It should be noted that the electronic components on the electronic control circuit board 120 may include components such as capacitors, resistors, processors, and memories, fuses, and filters, and different electronic components may be connected by cables according to the design of the circuit.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of an internal structure of an external unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 6 is a schematic view of another perspective structure of the internal structure of the external unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 7 is a schematic view of an assembly of a middle electric control assembly and a middle partition plate of the external unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 8 is a schematic view of a structure at a position C in fig. 7.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including a casing 200, a middle partition 300, a fan assembly 400, a compressor assembly 500 and the electric control assembly 100 in the foregoing technical solution, where the middle partition 300 may be disposed inside the casing 200 and divides the inside of the casing 200 into a first accommodating cavity 210 and a second accommodating cavity 220, the fan assembly 400 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 210, the compressor assembly 500 is disposed in the second accommodating cavity 220, and the electric control assembly 100 may be mounted on a side of the middle partition 300 facing the second accommodating cavity 220, so as to fully utilize the space inside the casing 200 and provide space utilization.
It will be appreciated that the first receiving chamber 210 has a larger rotation space for the fan of the fan assembly 400, and the second receiving chamber 220 has a larger clearance space for the duct of the compressor assembly 500. For example, a compressor may be disposed below the second receiving cavity 220, the electronic control assembly 100 may be disposed above the second receiving cavity 220, and other electronic control components may be further disposed in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, for example, in a three-phase electronic control scheme, there may also be a three-phase reactor 600, and the three-phase reactor 600 may be separately disposed at an upper end of the side of the middle partition plate 300 facing the first receiving cavity 210 through a bracket.
In some embodiments, the electronic control assembly 100 may include a mounting bracket 110 and an electronic control circuit board 120 disposed on the mounting bracket 110, the electronic control circuit board 120 may control operations of the fan assembly 400 and the compressor assembly 500, the mounting bracket 110 includes a first mounting plate 111 and a second mounting plate 112 connected to each other, a notch 301 may be disposed at a top of the middle partition plate 300, the notch 301 extends along a height direction of the middle partition plate 300, the first mounting plate 111 is inserted into the notch 301 from top to bottom, that is, along an X direction in fig. 7, and the second mounting plate 112 extends away from the middle partition plate 300, which may improve guidance for mounting the first mounting plate 111, thereby improving convenience of assembling the electronic control assembly 100 with the middle partition plate 300.
It is understood that the first mounting plate 111 corresponds to a side plate surface of the middle partition plate 300 facing the second accommodating chamber 220, the second mounting plate 112 corresponds to a side inner wall of the second accommodating chamber 220, and the supporting member 113 may be located at the top of the second accommodating chamber 220 and connect the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112, so that the electric control assembly 100 as a whole may avoid the piping of the compressor assembly 500 in the second accommodating chamber 220.
The manner in which the first mounting plate 111 and the middle spacer 300 are butted will be described in detail.
With continued reference to fig. 5 to 8, in a possible implementation manner, first folding edges 310 may be disposed on two opposite sides of the notch 301, the first folding edges 310 may extend along an edge of the notch 301 to define a moving track from the bottom to the top within the notch 301, a protrusion 1112 is disposed on a side of the first mounting plate 111 facing the middle partition plate 300, the protrusion 1112 matches in shape with the notch 301, and a side of the protrusion 1112 abuts against the first folding edge 310, when the first mounting plate 111 is assembled on the middle partition plate 300, the protrusion 1112 may move along the first folding edge 310, so as to limit the left and right positions of the first mounting plate 111, and prevent the first mounting plate 111 from greatly swaying relative to the notch 301.
It is understood that the heat sink 124 of the electronic control assembly 100 may be disposed on the protrusion 1112, and the heat sink 124 at least partially extends into the first accommodating cavity 210, so that the heat dissipation speed of the heat sink 124 can be accelerated by the fan assembly 400 in the first accommodating cavity 210, and the heat dissipation effect can be improved.
For example, the protrusion 1112 may have a square shape, each corner of the protrusion 1112 may be chamfered to facilitate machining, and the protrusion 1112 may also have a shape including, but not limited to, a circle, an ellipse, or another regular polygon, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
After the first mounting plate 111 is inserted into the notch 301, the first mounting plate 111 needs to be supported and fixed by a structure on the middle partition plate 300, in some embodiments, the top edge of the middle partition plate 300 may be provided with a second flange 320, the top edge of the first mounting plate 111 may be provided with a hanging portion 1113, and the hanging portion 1113 abuts against the second flange 320. So configured, the middle partition 300 can support the first mounting plate 111.
In addition, the first folding edge 310 and the hanging part 1113 may be provided with opposite mounting holes, and after the first mounting plate 111 is inserted into the notch 301 and the hanging part 1113 abuts against the first folding edge 310, the first mounting plate 111 and the middle partition plate 300 may be fixedly connected by sequentially passing through the hanging part 1113 and the first folding edge 310 through a threaded connector.
Illustratively, the hooking portion 1113 may include a first extension and a second extension, the first extension may extend toward the first accommodating cavity 210, the second extension may connect with a terminal of the first extension and extend downward, when the hooking portion 1113 is engaged with the first folding edge 310, the first extension may abut against an upper surface of the first folding edge 310, and the second extension may be blocked at a side of the first folding edge 310, so as to prevent the first mounting plate 111 from being removed from the notch 301.
In some embodiments, the bottom of the notch 301 may be provided with a third folding edge 330, the bottom of the first mounting plate 111 may be provided with a limiting portion 1114, and the limiting portion 1114 abuts against the third folding edge 330, so that the bottom of the first mounting plate 111 may be supported and fixed.
It can be understood that the third folded edge 330 may extend toward the first accommodating cavity 210, and the lower end of the limiting portion 1114 may be bent at a certain angle relative to the protruding portion 1112 toward a direction away from the first mounting plate 111, so as to ensure that the lower end of the limiting portion 1114 may abut against the upper surface of the third folded edge 330.
It should be noted that, the size of the notch 301 may be set according to the size of the first mounting plate 111, and the size of the first mounting plate 111 may be set according to the electronic control circuit board 120 that needs to be laid out, which is not specifically limited in this application. In addition, two sides of the middle partition 300 may also be provided with folded edges, so as to facilitate the installation and connection of the middle partition 300 and the inner wall of the housing 200.
In this embodiment, all technical solutions of the electronic control component in all the embodiments are adopted, so that at least all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
The embodiment of the application further provides an air conditioner, which can comprise an air conditioner internal unit and an air conditioner external unit in the technical scheme, wherein the air conditioner external unit is communicated with the air conditioner internal unit in a weak mode through a pipeline for heat exchange medium flowing, and an electric control assembly in the embodiment is arranged in the air conditioner external unit.
The air conditioner can be a central air conditioner, the air conditioner indoor unit is arranged indoors, the air conditioner outdoor unit is arranged outdoors, the air conditioner indoor unit and the air conditioner outdoor unit can be multiple, the air conditioner indoor units can be arranged in the same indoor space or can be arranged in different indoor spaces, the air conditioner outdoor units can be provided with the electric control boxes to control different air conditioner outdoor units respectively, communication can be carried out between different air conditioner outdoor units, and the air conditioner outdoor units are matched with each other to realize multi-host combined work.
The air conditioner of this embodiment adopts all technical solutions of the electric control assembly and the air conditioner external unit in the foregoing embodiments, so that at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", "axial", "radial", "circumferential", and the like, indicate the orientation or positional relationship indicated based on the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or to implicitly indicate the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. Claims (15)

1. An electric control assembly is characterized by comprising a mounting bracket and a plurality of electric control circuit boards, wherein the mounting bracket comprises a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate and a supporting piece;
first mounting panel with second mounting panel interconnect, just first mounting panel with become the contained angle each other between the second mounting panel, support piece connect in first mounting panel with between the second mounting panel.
2. An electrical control assembly according to claim 1, wherein the side edges of the first mounting plate abut the side edges of the second mounting plate, the first end of the support member being connected to the side of the first mounting plate facing away from the second mounting plate, and the second end of the support member being connected to the side of the second mounting plate facing away from the first mounting plate.
3. An electrical control assembly according to claim 2, wherein the plate surface of the first mounting plate and the plate surface of the second mounting plate are perpendicular to each other.
4. An electrical control assembly according to claim 2, wherein one of the first and second mounting plates is provided with a catch on a side thereof and the other of the first and second mounting plates is provided with a catch on a side thereof, the catch being engaged in the catch.
5. The electronic control assembly according to claim 4, wherein the number of the fasteners and the number of the locking grooves are plural, and the plural fasteners and the plural locking grooves are in one-to-one correspondence and are respectively arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the side edges of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.
6. An electrical control assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the support member comprises a support section and two connecting sections, the two connecting sections being connected to respective ends of the support section;
the edge of the first mounting plate and the edge of the second mounting plate are both provided with flanges, and the two connecting sections are respectively connected with the flanges of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate.
7. An electrical control assembly according to claim 6, wherein the connecting section has a plug portion, and the flange has a socket, and the plug portion passes through the socket and is folded in a direction away from the support member.
8. The electronic control assembly according to claim 6, wherein the connecting section has a first bending portion on a side thereof, the flange has a second bending portion bent relative to the flange, and the first bending portion is located above the second bending portion and abuts against the second bending portion.
9. An electronic control assembly according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the plurality of electronic control circuit boards comprises a first electronic control board, a second electronic control board, and a third electronic control board, and the electronic control assembly further comprises a heat sink, the first electronic control board is located on a side of the first mounting plate facing the second mounting plate, the heat sink is located on a side of the first mounting plate facing away from the second mounting plate, and the second electronic control board and the third electronic control board are respectively located on opposite sides of the second mounting plate.
10. An air conditioner outdoor unit, which is characterized by comprising a shell, a middle partition plate, a fan assembly, a compressor assembly and an electric control assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the middle partition plate is arranged inside the shell and divides the interior of the shell into a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity, the fan assembly is arranged in the first accommodating cavity, the compressor assembly is arranged in the second accommodating cavity, and the electric control assembly is arranged on one side of the middle partition plate facing the second accommodating cavity.
11. The outdoor unit of claim 10, wherein a notch is formed in the top of the middle partition plate, the first mounting plate of the electronic control assembly is embedded in the notch, and the second mounting plate of the electronic control assembly extends in a direction away from the middle partition plate.
12. The outdoor unit of claim 11, wherein the lateral edges of the opposite sides of the notch extend in a vertical direction, the lateral edge of the notch is provided with a first folded edge, one side of the first mounting plate facing the middle partition plate is provided with a protruding portion protruding toward the second accommodating cavity, the protruding portion has a shape matched with the shape of the notch, and the side of the protruding portion abuts against the first folded edge.
13. The outdoor unit of claim 12, wherein the electrical control assembly comprises a heat sink disposed on the projection and extending at least partially into the first receiving cavity.
14. The outdoor unit of claim 11, wherein a second folded edge is formed at the top edge of the middle partition plate, and a hanging part is formed at the top edge of the first mounting plate and abuts against the second folded edge; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the bottom of the notch is provided with a third folded edge, the bottom of the first mounting plate is provided with a limiting part, and the limiting part is abutted to the third folded edge.
15. An air conditioner, characterized by comprising an air conditioner indoor unit and the air conditioner outdoor unit as claimed in any one of claims 10 to 14, wherein the air conditioner indoor unit is connected with the air conditioner outdoor unit.
