The air replenishing and exhausting valve has the functions of a tent column one-way valve and an air exhausting one-way valve, can replenish air and exhaust air for the floating tire, can replenish air into the floating tire through the valve when insufficient air exists in the floating tire, and can exhaust air through the valve interface when the floating tire needs to be exhausted.

A heat assembly process for a liferaft comprising the steps of:

s200, mounting accessories, fixing the accessories and the material sheets in a welding die, starting a 7.5KW high-frequency heat sealing machine, adjusting the current of the heat sealing machine to 0.25-0.5A, keeping for 4-6S, and performing heat sealing and welding on the accessories and the material sheets firmly;
s300, splicing sheets, namely sequentially performing edge heat sealing splicing on the sheets by using a hot air heat sealing machine to form an upper floating tire 2, a lower floating tire 3, a raft bottom 11 and a tent column 12;
s400, assembling a raft body 1, namely moving an upper floating tire 2, a lower floating tire 3 and a raft bottom 11 to a rotary workbench surface for alignment and fixation, sequentially moving aligned corners to a 7.5KW high-frequency heat sealing machine for heat sealing and firm, sequentially moving heat sealing edges among the upper floating tire 2, the lower floating tire 3 and the raft bottom 11 to a 35KW high-frequency heat sealing machine for heat sealing and connection, sleeving a tent column 12 on a knife edge mold, starting the heat sealing machine after alignment to heat seal the foot opening of the tent column 12 to a tent column foot 4 or a tent column quick connecting piece 5, then rotating the knife edge mold for 180 degrees for heat sealing again, then using the same method for heat sealing the foot opening of the other tent column 12, assembling the tent column foot 4 or the tent column quick connecting piece 5 on the upper floating tire 2 in a heat sealing manner, and finally installing accessories to finish the assembly of the life raft;
s500, storing, namely exhausting gas in the assembled life raft by using an exhaust fan, stacking the life raft in an inflatable unfolding mode, binding the life raft by using a string, adding an anti-scratch material into the raft shell, loading the bound life raft into the raft shell, and loading a sealing rubber strip at the joint of the raft shell.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, step S400 includes the steps of:
s410, heat insulation protection, wherein before the tent columns 12 are thermally sealed, heat insulation paper is arranged between the upper floating tires 2 and the lower floating tires 3 and between the lower floating tires 3 and the raft bottom 11;
s420, detecting air tightness, wherein the upper floating tire 2 and the lower floating tire 3 need to be inflated and detected before the raft body 1 is connected, the whole raft body 1 needs to be inflated and detected after the raft body 1 is connected, the pressure gauge is connected to an air supply and exhaust valve after inflation to detect the air pressure in the upper floating tire 2 and the lower floating tire 3, the air inflation bottle supplies air to the pressure gauge through the air inlet one-way valve until the pressure column of the pressure gauge is 100mmHg high, the pressure is kept not to exceed 5% after the air pressure is kept for 30min, and if the pressure exceeds 5%, the leakage position needs to be checked and remedied.
Before the production process of the life raft, quality test experiments such as a tensile strength experiment, a tearing strength experiment, a heat seal strength experiment, an air valve fixing strength experiment and the like of the TPU composite material are also required, so that the performance of the assembled life raft according to the working procedures can meet the use requirements.
