Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a limiting device for a cushion rod of a retractable seat, and more particularly to a limiting device for improving the stability of a cushion rod of a retractable seat.
Background
The bicycle is an environment-friendly and green energy-saving travel tool, and public bicycles scattered everywhere are arranged in cities can supplement the deficiency of the last road required by mass transportation wheel operation. In order to meet the riding requirements of users with different statures, the public bicycle needs to be capable of simply and quickly adjusting the setting height of the seat cushion, the common seat cushion is arranged on the frame for the telescopic seat cushion rod capable of being adjusted in a lifting way, the length of the telescopic seat cushion rod can be adjusted, and the setting height of the seat cushion is further changed.
In the conventional structure of a retractable seat post, such as the disclosure of taiwan patent No. 201615476, an anti-rotation post and a manufacturing method thereof and a rotation limiting structure of a bicycle seat applied thereto are disclosed, wherein at least one through hole is formed at a predetermined position of a core rod, and an anti-rotation post having a non-circular peripheral contour is formed on the core rod, so that an anti-rotation post structure capable of limiting rotation of the bicycle seat is obtained.
For example, taiwan patent publication No. M443553 discloses a seat adjusting mechanism for sports equipment, which mainly comprises a seat tube, a seat rod, an elastic member and a positioning member, wherein the seat tube is square, the seat rod is inserted into the seat tube to limit rotation, and the positioning member is pushed by the elastic member to penetrate through one positioning hole of the seat rod and the seat tube; and the control element is pulled by the flexible element to separate the positioning element from the inserted positioning hole, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the seat cushion unit to the proper height.
For example, taiwan patent publication No. M342324 discloses an adjustable bicycle seat tube structure, which mainly utilizes an adjustment mode of pneumatic and hydraulic control to change the height of a seat to meet the statures of different riders, and can guide a relative member to perform stable radial displacement of a ground wire, thereby reducing the wear of the member caused by deflection during lifting adjustment.
The above-mentioned technologies disclose various structures for adjusting the height of the seat cushion, but the technologies focus on preventing the seat cushion from being reversed, swaying, etc. when the height of the seat cushion is adjusted, and do not consider that the user has a special requirement for reversing the seat cushion.
Therefore, as disclosed in taiwan patent No. M565154, a "reversible telescopic cushion rod" is disclosed, in which the first tube and the second tube, as telescopic tubes, have limited sliding strokes that cannot rotate relative to the bicycle frame and free moving strokes that can rotate relative to the bicycle frame at different relative positions, and in cooperation with the design of the pull rod and the connecting rod, a user does not need to loosen the bundle of the quick release cushion, and can reverse the cushion by pulling up the pull rod and moving the first tube to the free moving strokes, so as to facilitate the single-hand operation and meet the requirements in use.
However, in such a design, since the seat cushion can only be reversed when the first tube and the second tube are located at the opposite specific positions, the local area where the first tube and the second tube are in contact with each other is easily worn away after long-term use, and the seat cushion may shake or become unstable, which may cause discomfort and safety in riding.

In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, each of the limiting grooves 71 further has two protrusions 711 and a recess 712, the two protrusions 711 are arranged side by side, and the recess 712 is located between the two protrusions 711. As shown in fig. 2, the pull link 31 may be further engaged and fixed in the recess 712.
In addition, for convenience of operation, as shown in fig. 1, the two protrusions 711 each have an inclined surface 713 on a side (e.g., outer side) relatively far from the recess 712, and the two protrusions 711 each have a cliff surface 714 on a side (e.g., inner side) relatively near the recess 712. In a preferred embodiment, the angle of inclination of the bevel 713 is between about 30 and 60 degrees, and the angle of inclination of the cliff face 714 is about 90 degrees (e.g., vertical), as provided by the bevel 713, when the pull link 31 slides on the upper surface 55, and on the side of the protrusion 711 having the inclined surface 713, the pull rod link 31 can be guided and slid along the inclined plane 713 to correspondingly rise, so that the pull rod link 31 gradually passes over the top end of the convex part 711, the pull rod link 31 is prevented from passing over the shoulder surface 714 and is maintained in a state of being fixed to the recess 712 by the design that the pull rod link falls into the recess 712 after passing over the shoulder surface 714 and the shoulder surface 714 is a vertical surface, the pull rod 31 of the seat base 30 is received in the recess 712 of the at least one position-limiting groove 71, so as to improve the stability of the seat base, and the pull rod 31 can be properly clamped to avoid the swinging and swaying problems.
Referring to fig. 5, the saddle 50 may further have a belly ring surface 56, and the shape of the belly ring surface 56 is smooth, so that when the saddle 50 is used with the seat tube bundle 20, an outer ring surface 21 of the seat tube bundle 20 may be designed to be the same as or similar to the belly ring surface 56 of the saddle 50, and the same or similar shape is provided to make the whole body have a streamline appearance.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the present invention, in the present embodiment, at least one limiting portion 70 may be disposed in a plurality and disposed at suitable positions on the upper surface 55 of the saddle 50. As shown in fig. 6, two position-limiting portions 70 are disposed on the upper surface 55 of the saddle 50, and their positions can be flexibly set according to the requirement, for example, correspondingly disposed on two sides opposite to each other, so as to meet various requirements in use.
In another embodiment (not shown), at least one of the limiting portions 70 is one and is disposed at the position of the groove 53 (see fig. 3), the limiting portion 70 is divided into two parts by the groove 53 and is disposed on the upper surface 55 of the saddle 50 along the two end surfaces 54, and extends outward along the upper surface 55 near the two end surfaces 54 to form two protrusions 711, the protrusions 711 of the limiting portion 70 are locked together by the locking element 80 at the two end surfaces 54 by matching with the notch of the groove 53, and a recess 712 can be formed to accommodate the pull rod link 31 (for example, in fig. 6, a recess 712 (not shown in fig. 6) is formed by the two protrusions 711 of the groove (not shown in fig. 6) at the side of the locking element 80). In another embodiment, two protrusions 711 may be disposed on the groove 53 and the side relatively far from the groove 53 to form the recess 712. Thus, regardless of whether the seat cushion base 30 is in the reverse rotation state, i.e., regardless of whether the pull link 31 is in different operating states such as forward or backward, the seat cushion base 30 can be stably fixed by being engaged with any one of the plurality of corresponding stoppers 70 (shown in fig. 6).
To sum up, the utility model has the following characteristics:
firstly, through the arrangement of at least one limiting groove, the seat cushion base can be held in the at least one limiting groove, so that the stability is improved, and the problem that the seat cushion arranged at the top of the seat cushion base is rocked is avoided.
