Claims (10)

1. The plastic container bottom overflowing removing device is characterized by comprising an installation support (1), a clamping mechanism (2) which is installed on the installation support (1) and used for clamping a plastic container, and an overflowing removing mechanism (3) which is installed on the installation support (1) and arranged on one side below the plastic container;
the overflow removing mechanism (3) comprises a material removing part (31) which is supported below the plastic container and is horizontally slid and abutted against the bottom of the plastic container, a first guide rod (32) which is arranged on one side, far away from the plastic container, of the material removing part (31) and is horizontally arranged, a first guide sleeve (33) which is arranged on the mounting support (1) and is matched with the first guide rod (32), and a driving assembly (34) for driving the material removing part (31) to horizontally slide; one side of the material removing part (31) departing from the driving component (34) is provided with a material removing gap (8) for allowing waste materials at the bottom of the plastic container to pass through.
2. The plastic container bottom overflow removing device of claim 1, wherein the mounting support (1) is provided with a material abutting mechanism (7) arranged opposite to the overflow removing mechanism (3);
the material pushing mechanism (7) comprises a material pushing part (71) which is used for sliding and pushing against the material removing part (31), at least one positioning slide rod (72) which is arranged on one side, far away from the plastic container, of the material pushing part (71) and is horizontally arranged, a positioning seat (73) which is arranged on the mounting support (1) and is used for the positioning slide rod (72) to slide and penetrate, a spring (74) which is sleeved on the outer side of the positioning slide rod (72) and is arranged on one side, facing the material pushing part (71), of the positioning seat (73), and a limiting part (75) which is arranged on the outer side of the positioning slide rod (72) and is arranged on one side, far away from the material pushing part (71), of the positioning seat (73); the material removing gap (8) is arranged between the material removing part (31) and the material supporting part (71).

The plastic container bottom overflow remover as claimed in claim 2, wherein a second guide bar (76) is horizontally arranged on one side of the material supporting member (71) far away from the plastic container; and a second guide sleeve (77) matched with the second guide rod (76) is arranged on the positioning seat (73).
4. The bottom overflowing preventing device for plastic containers as claimed in claim 2, wherein the positioning seat (73) is provided with a positioning washer (78) for the limiting member (75) to slide against on a side away from the material abutting member (71).

The plastic container bottom flash removing device according to claim 1, wherein the flash removing member (31) comprises a flash removing mounting seat (311) for connecting the driving assembly (34) and the first guide rod (32), and a flash removing plate (312) arranged on the top surface of the flash removing mounting seat (311) and used for sliding against the bottom of the plastic container; the material removing plate (312) is connected with the material removing mounting seat (311) through a connecting bolt (313).

The plastic container bottom overflow removing device is characterized in that the material abutting piece (71) comprises a material abutting mounting seat (711) for connecting the positioning slide rod (72) and the second guide rod (76), and a material abutting plate (712) arranged on the top surface of the material abutting mounting seat (711) and used for sliding abutting with the bottom of the plastic container; the material abutting plate (712) is connected with the material abutting mounting seat (711) through a fixing bolt (713).
7. A plastic container bottom overflowing preventing device as defined in claim 1, wherein the clamping mechanism (2) comprises a pair of abutting assemblies (5) oppositely arranged on the mounting support (1);
the abutting component (5) comprises a supporting rod (51) vertically arranged on the mounting support (1), a fixing plate (52) arranged above the supporting rod (51) and a clamping plate (53) arranged on one side, close to the plastic container, of the fixing plate (52) and used for abutting against the side wall of the plastic container.

The plastic container bottom overflow removing device according to claim 7, wherein an adjusting slide rod (54) is arranged on one side of the clamping plate (53) close to the fixing plate (52), and an adjusting through hole (521) for the adjusting slide rod (54) to pass through is formed in the fixing plate (52); one side of the fixed plate (52) is provided with a locking hole (522) communicated with the adjusting through hole (521), and the fixed plate (52) is provided with a fastening bolt (6) which penetrates through the locking hole (522) and is used for tightly abutting the adjusting slide rod (54) in the adjusting through hole (521).
9. A plastic container bottom spill removing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein said holding plate (53) is provided with guide slopes (531) at both ends.
10. The plastic container bottom overflow remover according to claim 1, further comprising a discharge box (9) disposed below said overflow remover (3) for receiving waste.
