An inclined drum type shot blasting machine is characterized by comprising an installation frame (1), a square box (2), a reinforcing frame (3), a fixed drum (4), a movable drum (5), a driving shaft (6), a push plate (7), two push cylinders (8), an inner supporting mechanism, a driving mechanism and a shot blasting system, wherein a shot blasting chamber is arranged inside the square box (2), a taking and placing port is formed in the front end face of the square box (2) and communicated with the shot blasting chamber, the reinforcing frame (3) is arranged on the outer wall of the square box (2), the reinforcing frame (3) is rotatably connected with the installation frame (1), the fixed drum (4) is rotatably installed in the inner supporting mechanism, the inner supporting mechanism is installed at the front end of the inner wall of the square box (2), the front end port of the fixed drum (4) is concentrically aligned with the taking and placing port of the square box (2), and the front portion of the movable drum (5) is in sliding limit connection with the rear portion of the fixed drum (4), the rear end face of a movable cylinder (5) is concentrically provided with a driving shaft (6), the driving shaft (6) penetrates through the rear side wall of a square box (2) and is rotatably connected with a reinforcing frame (3) in a sliding mode, a driving mechanism is installed on the reinforcing frame (3), the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the driving shaft (6), a push plate (7) is rotatably connected with the rear end of the driving shaft (6) through a bearing, fixed ends of two push cylinders (8) are installed on the push plate (7), moving ends of the two push cylinders (8) are connected with the reinforcing frame (3), and a shot blasting system is installed on the square box (2).

An inclined drum type shot blasting machine according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of guide grooves (9) and a plurality of guide bars (10), wherein the plurality of guide grooves (9) are uniformly provided on the inner wall of the fixed drum (4), the plurality of guide bars (10) are uniformly provided on the outer wall of the movable drum (5), and the plurality of guide grooves (9) of the fixed drum (4) are slidably connected with the plurality of guide bars (10) of the movable drum (5), respectively.

The inclined drum type shot blasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the inner support mechanism comprises two support frames (11), a plurality of rail wheels (12) and two annular rails (13), the two support frames (11) are respectively installed at the middle part and the front end of the shot blasting chamber of the square box (2), the inner walls of the two support frames (11) are uniformly provided with the plurality of rail wheels (12), the front end and the rear end of the outer wall of the fixed drum (4) are respectively provided with the annular rails (13), and the plurality of rail wheels (12) are respectively in rolling contact with the two annular rails (13).

Inclined-drum shot-blasting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive mechanism comprises a flange bearing (14), a driven wheel (15), motor (16), action wheel (17) and drive belt (18), the outer wall of drive shaft (6) is provided with the spline, install flange bearing (14) on strengthening frame (3), the rear portion of drive shaft (6) and the inner circle sliding connection of flange bearing (14), install on the outer lane flange of flange bearing (14) from driving wheel (15) with one heart, the middle part of following driving wheel (15) is provided with the spline groove that matches with the spline of drive shaft (6), the spline groove of following driving wheel (15) and the spline sliding limit connection of drive shaft (6), motor (16) pass through the support mounting on strengthening frame (3), action wheel (17) are installed to the output shaft of motor (16), drive belt (18) suit is on action wheel (17) and follow driving wheel (15).

The inclined drum type shot blasting machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising two inclined cylinders (24), wherein the upper ends of the two inclined cylinders (24) are rotatably connected to the left and right sides of the reinforcing frame (3), respectively, and the lower ends of the two inclined cylinders (24) are rotatably connected to the mounting frame (1).
