The inner trough shell 93 is provided with a sewage opening 931, the inner trough shell 93 and the water scraping structure 922 are arranged in an enclosing manner to form a sewage collecting cavity, and the sewage collecting cavity is communicated with the sewage opening 931. It can be known that, due to the cylindrical design of the rolling brushes 2, a gap is created between two rolling brushes 2, and after the rolling brushes 2 have been operated for a long time, a certain amount of dirt is accumulated in the gap, which seriously affects the cleaning operation of the rolling brushes 2. When the roller brush arrangement 100 is put into operation, the cleaning elements 22 on the roller brush 2 are pressed and compressed, so that the scraper 6 comes into contact with the floor surface, and dirt adhering to the floor surface is effectively scraped off. In a preferred embodiment, a gap is provided between the scraper 6 and the roller brush 2, and the scraper 6 guides the scraped dirt into the gap. A suction device may be provided in the cleaning apparatus main body 201 for collecting the introduced soil into a dust box in the cleaning apparatus main body 201, thereby achieving concentrated collection of the soil and improving cleaning efficiency.
Referring to fig. 14 to 17, the rolling brush device 100 further includes a second locking device 8, and the second locking device 8 is disposed on the second end cap structure 7 and detachably connected to the scraping element 6.
The second end cap structure 7 includes a first fixing portion 71 and a receding portion 72, wherein the first fixing portion 71 is formed by extending the inner wall of the second end cap structure 7 toward a direction close to the roller brush 2, so as to be fixedly connected with the second locking device 8. The relief portion 72 is formed by the second end cap structure 7 being recessed to the side close to the roller brush 2 to provide a mounting space for the second locker 8.
Specifically, the second locking device 8 includes a second pressing member 81, a rotating structure 82, and a fixing plate 83. The second pressing member 81 is provided on the positioning portion 72 and connected to the fixed plate 83 via a rotating structure 82. The fixing plate 83 and the second end cap structure 7 are enclosed to form a second receiving space, the rotating structure 82 is disposed in the second receiving space and detachably connected to the scraping element 6, the rotating structure 82 is configured to have a first state and a second state, when the second pressing element 81 is not acted by external force, the rotating structure 82 is connected to the scraping element 6 in the first state, and when the second pressing element 81 is acted by external force, the rotating structure 82 rotates relative to the fixing plate 83, and the first state is changed to the second state, so as to release the connection with the scraping element 6.
The rotating structure 82 includes a rotating part 821, a rotating shaft 822, a snap projection 823, and a torsion spring 824. The torsion spring 824 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 822, the second pressing member 81 is provided with an insertion hole 811, one end of the torsion spring 824 is flush with the outer wall of the second pressing member 81 after passing through the insertion hole 811, and the other end of the torsion spring 824 is relatively rotatably connected with the fixing plate 83. The rotating part 821 is rotatably connected to the fixing plate 83 through a rotating shaft 822, and a first end of the rotating part 821 is detachably connected to the scraping member 6, so that the detachment/replacement efficiency is improved. The second end of the rotating part 821 is provided with an insertion convex part 8211, the second pressing piece 81 is correspondingly provided with a matching hole 812, and the insertion convex part 8211 penetrates through the matching hole 812, so that the second end of the rotating part 821 is fixedly connected with the second pressing piece 81 (as shown in fig. 16). In this application, the first end of the rotating part 821 is the bottom end thereof, and the second end is the top end thereof. Preferably, the rotating structure 82 is made of a rigid material.
The snap projection 823 is provided at a first end of the rotating part 821 and at an end of the rotating structure 82 facing the scraper 6. In the length direction of the roller brush 2, the orthographic projection area of the shift portion 825 on the fixed plate 83 is larger than the orthographic projection area of the abdicating hole 833 on the fixed plate 83, so that the limiting function of the clamping convex portion 823 is realized.
The fixing plate 83 provides an auxiliary support for the rotating structure 82, and further includes two lugs 832 opposite to the second fixing portion 831.
The second fixing portion 831 is disposed at a position of the fixing plate 83 corresponding to the first fixing portion 71, and the second fixing portion 831 is connected to the first fixing portion 71 in a matching manner. Optionally, the second end cap structure 7 is made of a plastic material. Preferably, the first fixing portion 71 is a convex pillar, and the second fixing portion 831 is a cylindrical hole. Of course, the fixing plate 83 may be connected to the second end cap structure 7 in other manners, which is not further limited in this application.
Preferably, the outer periphery of the lug 832 is a smooth circular arc structure, and the height of the lug 832 in the vertical direction is positively correlated to the distance from the lug 832 to the second end cap structure 7.
The lug 832 is provided with a through hole 8321, and the rotating shaft 822 passes through the lug 832 and the rotating part 821 in sequence, so that the rotating part 821 is rotatably connected to the fixing plate 83. One end of the torsion spring 824 is disposed below the lug 832, and the other end is inserted into the second pressing member 81.
When the scraping element 6 needs to be detached from the roller brush device 100, when the upper half portion of the second pressing element 81 is pressed inward, the second end of the rotating portion 821 fixedly connected to the second pressing element 81 moves inward, and under the action of the rotating shaft 822, the first end of the rotating portion 821 and the second end of the rotating portion 821 move in opposite directions, that is, the first end of the rotating portion 821 moves outward, and then the engaging protrusion 823 on the rotating portion is driven to disengage from the scraping element 6, so that the locking connection between the second locking device 8 and the scraping element 6 is released. After the scraping part 6 is removed, the force application is cancelled, the external force applied to the torsion spring 824 disappears, the second pressing part 81 is driven to reset through the elastic force of the torsion spring, and then the rotating part 821 is reset, so that the one-key type removal of the scraping part 6 is realized, and the removal/replacement efficiency of the scraping part 6 is improved.
Optionally, the outer surfaces of the first pressing piece 31 and the second pressing piece 81 are provided with a plurality of convex lines, so that the friction force during contact can be increased, and the convenience of operation is improved. The rolling brush device 100 is electrically connected with the cleaning device main body 201 through the matching connection of the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion, that is, the cleaning device main body 201 is electrically connected with the driving motor of the rolling brush device 100, so that the driving motor driving gear set 4 drives the rolling brush 2 to rotate, and the rolling brush 2 is enabled to enter a working state. By providing the modularized rolling brush device 100 on the cleaning apparatus 200, the installation/replacement efficiency of the rolling brush 2 is improved, the replacement/maintenance cost is reduced, the user experience is improved, and the structure simplification of the cleaning apparatus main body 201 itself is facilitated.
