The novel device can also carry out manual recovery operation; mainly through manual switching connecting air pipe 2.5 and recovery head 2.2.1, the recovery head is held by the operator to aim at the operation target area for fixed-point recovery operation. The remote control recycling decontamination machine of claim 1, wherein the control system (3) is wirelessly connected with a hand-held remote control terminal (9) through a communication system (6) to realize wireless remote control operation; the control system (3) comprises control logic and abnormal state detection, and realizes the operation function and simultaneously detects information such as electric quantity, wind pressure, recovery volume and the like; the lighting system (5) comprises a lighting lamp and a light sensation switch which are turned on and off by sensing the change of light intensity, and the lighting lamp and the light sensation switch are both electrically connected with the control system (3).
