Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the present application will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof. It should be understood that wherever possible, the same or similar reference numbers used in this application refer to the same components.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a reflow oven 10 according to the present application. As shown in fig. 1, several panels 101 to 107 are disposed around the lower portion of the side of the reflow oven 10, and the space behind the panels 101 to 107 accommodates various devices (not shown) of the reflow oven 10, such as an electric cabinet, an air control panel, a hearth lifting support rod, and the like. The panel 102 and 107 are removably mounted to the frame 17 (shown in fig. 3) of the reflow oven 10 for the purpose of facilitating maintenance and replacement of these devices. Unlike the other panels 102 and 107, the panel 101 near the entrance end of the reflow oven 10 is composed of upper and lower sub-panels, respectively, a mounting panel 13 and a movable panel 14, the mounting panel 13 and the movable panel 14 being aligned in the direction of the height of the reflow oven 10. As will be discussed in detail below, the removable panel 14 is removably mounted to the frame 17 of the reflow oven in a manner similar to the other panels 102 and 107, while the mounting panel 13 is securely mounted to the frame 17 of the reflow oven 10 in a manner that is not readily removable. As shown in fig. 1, the display device 11 is mounted on a mounting panel 13 through a mounting bracket 12. The display device 11 includes a display 111, a cradle 112, a keyboard (not shown), and a mouse (not shown), which are placed on the cradle 112.
The panel 101 is composed of a mounting panel 13 and a movable panel 14. This is because the inventors of the present application found that the back surface of the mounting panel 13 is not provided with the devices of the reflow oven, but only the back surface of the movable panel 14 is provided with the devices of the reflow oven (i.e., the computer main body and the backup power supply (not shown)). Therefore, the inventor of the present application divides the panel 101 into two separate panels 13, 14, an upper panel 13 and a lower panel 14, fixes the upper panel 13 to the frame 17 of the reflow oven in an undetachable manner (e.g., screw connection), so that the connection between the panel 13 and the frame 17 is sufficiently firm to make the installation strength of the panel 13 sufficient to support the display device 11 and the mounting bracket 12, and connects the lower panel 14 to the frame 17 in a detachable manner in a manner similar to the other panels 102 and 107, so that the computer main unit and the backup power supply of the reflow oven 10 disposed behind the panel 14 can still be easily maintained.
As also shown in fig. 1, the reflow oven 10 is provided with a lighthouse support 15 at a position above the panel 101, the lighthouse support 15 being for supporting a lighting device 16, the lighting device 16 being for displaying the operating state of the reflow oven 10. If the operating condition of the reflow oven 10 is abnormal, the lighting device 16 emits light to give an alarm. The inventors of the present application have found that the display device 11 and the mounting bracket 12 are not suitable for being fixed to the lighthouse support post 15. This is because the lighthouse support 15 is a round tube, which is not suitable for the mounting of the mounting bracket 12 according to the present application, and is not strong enough to support the display device 11 and the mounting bracket 12.
Fig. 2 is a partial side view of the reflow oven 10 according to the present application, showing one embodiment of the configuration of the mounting bracket 12. As shown in fig. 2, the mounting bracket 12 includes a first arm 121, a second arm 122, and a third arm 123. The first arms 121, 122, 123 are connected to each other by a steering mechanism, and the first arm 121 is connected to the mounting panel 13 by a steering mechanism, the second arm 122 is connected to the display 111 by a steering mechanism, and the third arm 123 is connected to the bracket 112 by a steering mechanism. By the steering mechanism, the display device 11 can be pivoted to change the position in the direction parallel to the length, width, and height of the reflow oven 10. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the steering mechanism is a sliding bearing. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the steering mechanism may be of other configurations.
As shown in fig. 2, the first arm 121 has a first arm first steering mechanism 124 and a first arm second steering mechanism 125 connected to each other at one end near the mounting panel 13, and the first arm first steering mechanism 124 is fixed to the mounting panel 13 such that the first arm 121 is fixedly connected to the mounting panel 13. The first arm first steering mechanism 124 has a first arm first steering mechanism shaft 124 'extending in a direction substantially parallel to the height direction of the reflow oven 10, and the first arm 121 is pivotable about the first arm first steering mechanism shaft 124'. With the pivotal movement of the first arm 121, the display 111 and the bracket 112 can change positions within a plane defined generally parallel to the length and width of the reflow oven 10. The first arm second steering mechanism 125 has a first arm second steering mechanism shaft 125 'extending in a direction substantially parallel to the length direction of the reflow oven, and the first arm 121 is pivotable about the first arm second steering mechanism shaft 125'. As the first arm 121 pivots about the first arm first steering mechanism axis 125', the display 111 and the bracket 112 may change position within a plane defined generally parallel to the height and width of the reflow oven 10. The first arm 121 has a first-arm third steering mechanism 126 at an end near the second arm 122. The second arm 122 is connected to the first arm 121 through a first arm third steering mechanism 126. The first arm third steering mechanism 126 has a first arm third steering mechanism shaft 126 'extending in a direction generally parallel to the length of the reflow oven 10 about which the second arm 122 is pivotable 126'. As the second arm 122 pivots about the first arm third steering mechanism axis 126', the display 111 connected to the second arm 122 may change position within a plane generally parallel to the height and width definition of the reflow oven 10. And because the third arm 123, which is connected to the carriage 112, is connected to the second arm 122, the carriage 112 is also able to change position in a plane generally parallel to the height and width definition of the reflow oven 10 as the second arm 122 pivots about the first arm third steering mechanism axis 126'.
As also shown in fig. 2, the second arm 122 has a second arm first steering mechanism 127 and a second arm second steering mechanism 128 connected to each other at an end near the display 111. The display 111 is connected to the second arm 122 through a second arm first steering mechanism 127 and a second arm second steering mechanism 128. The second arm first steering mechanism 127 has a second arm first steering mechanism axis 127' (see fig. 3) extending in a direction generally parallel to the height of the reflow oven 10 about which the display 111 can pivot so that the position of the display 111 can be changed in a plane generally parallel to the length and width definitions of the reflow oven 10. The second arm second steering mechanism 128 has a second arm second steering mechanism shaft 128' that extends generally parallel to the length of the reflow oven 10 about which the display 111 can pivot such that the position of the display 111 can be changed within a plane generally parallel to the height and width definition of the reflow oven.
Still as shown in fig. 2, the third arm 123 has a third arm first steering mechanism 129 at an end near the bracket 112, and the bracket 112 is connected to the third arm 123 by the third arm first steering mechanism 129. The third arm first steering mechanism 129 has a third arm first steering mechanism axis 129 'extending in a direction generally parallel to the height of the reflow oven 10, and the carriage 112 is pivotable about the third arm first steering mechanism axis 129' so that the carriage 112 and the keyboard and mouse placed on the carriage 112 can change positions in a plane defined generally parallel to the length and width of the reflow oven 10. The third arm 123 has a third-arm second steering mechanism 130 at an end near the second arm 122. The third arm 123 is connected to the second arm 122 through a third arm second steering mechanism 130. The third arm second steering mechanism 130 has a third arm second steering mechanism shaft 130 '(see fig. 3) coaxial with the second arm 122 and extending substantially in parallel to the height direction of the reflow oven 10, and the third arm 123 is pivotable about the third arm second steering mechanism shaft 130'. As the third arm 123 pivots about the third arm second steering mechanism shaft 130', the carriage 112 connected to the third arm 123 and the keyboard and mouse placed on the carriage 112 can change positions within a plane defined generally parallel to the length and width of the reflow oven 10.
As described above, the display 111 and the tray 112 can be pivoted by the steering mechanism to change the positions of the display 111 and the tray 112 in a plane defined substantially parallel to the length and width of the reflow oven 10 and a plane defined substantially parallel to the height and width of the reflow oven 10, so that the display 111 and the tray 112 can be changed in position in the direction parallel to the length, width, and height of the reflow oven, so that the operator can adjust the positions of the display 111 and the keyboard and mouse placed on the tray 112 as desired. This may facilitate the operation of the display device 11 by an operator and may be particularly advantageous for maintenance of the reflow oven 10. During maintenance of the reflow oven 10, the operator may change the position of the display 111 and the bracket 112 to facilitate the operator cleaning the flux within the firebox of the reflow oven 10.
The second arm 122 is provided with a stop mechanism 131. As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the limiting mechanism 131 is a damping nut. The limiting mechanism 131 defines the angle at which the display 111 pivots about the second arm first steering mechanism axis 127'. The third arm 123 is provided with a limit mechanism 141. As shown in FIG. 4, in one embodiment, the stop mechanism 141 is a jack screw. The limiting mechanism 141 defines the angle at which the third arm 123 pivots about the third arm second steering mechanism shaft 130'.
The first arm 121 is provided with a locking mechanism. As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the locking mechanism is composed of a hand brake 151 and a gas spring mechanism 152. When the hand brake 151 is in the release position as shown in fig. 5, the lock mechanism is in the locked state in which the pivotal movement of the first arm 121 about the first-arm second steering mechanism shaft 125 'is locked, that is, the first arm 121 cannot pivot about the first-arm second steering mechanism shaft 125'; and the pivotal movement of the second arm 122 about the first arm third steering mechanism axis 126 'is also locked, i.e., the second arm 122 cannot pivot about the first arm third steering mechanism axis 126'. When it is necessary to pivot the first arm 122 about the first-arm second steering mechanism shaft 125 'or to pivot the second arm 122 about the first-arm third steering mechanism shaft 126' to adjust the positions of the display 111 and the bracket 112, the hand brake 151 is pulled upward to release the lock. In other words, when the hand brake 151 is pulled upward, the lock mechanism is in the unlocked state in which the first arm 121 can pivot about the first-arm second steering mechanism shaft 125 'and the second arm 122 can pivot about the first-arm third steering mechanism shaft 126'. In other embodiments, the locking mechanism of the first arm 121 may be of other suitable configurations. It is advantageous to provide a locking mechanism on the first arm 121. The first arm 121 has a long length, and it bears heavy weight from the display device 11 and the mounting bracket 12. The provision of the locking mechanism on the first arm 121 prevents the first arm 121 from undesirably pivoting about the first arm second steering mechanism axis 125 'and also prevents the second arm 122 from undesirably pivoting about the first arm third steering mechanism axis 126'.
Fig. 6 and 7 illustrate the connection between the mounting bracket 12 and the mounting panel 13, and the connection of the mounting panel 13 and the movable panel 14 to the frame 17 of the reflow oven 10. Fig. 6 shows a state in which the mount panel 13 is fixed to the chassis 17, and fig. 7 shows a state in which the mount panel 13 is detached from the chassis 17. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first arm first steering mechanism 124 is connected to the first sheet metal 161, and the first sheet metal 161 is further connected to the second sheet metal 162. The second sheet metal plate 162 is fixed to the mounting panel 13 by screws 165, so that the mounting bracket 12 is fixed to the mounting panel 13. The mounting panel 13 is provided with a plurality of screw holes 171 for receiving screws 172, which screws 172 are secured to corresponding screw holes 173 in the chassis 17, whereby the mounting panel 13 is secured to the chassis 17. The diameter of the screw hole 171 in the mounting panel 13 is configured to be slightly larger than the diameter of the received screw 172. This arrangement is important to the present invention. After the mounting bracket 12 and the display device 11 are mounted on the mounting panel 13, the mounting panel 13 bears a considerable weight, which easily causes a small amount of deviation between the actual position and the predetermined position of the mounting panel 13, so that the gap between the mounting panel 13 and the movable panel 14 and the adjacent panel 102 does not meet the tolerance requirement. By configuring the diameter of the screw hole 171 on the mounting panel 13 to be slightly larger than the diameter of the screw 172, a room is provided for adjusting the position of the mounting panel 13, so as to adjust the gap between the mounting panel 13 and the movable panel 14 and the adjacent panel 102, and the gap meets the tolerance requirement. Also, configuring the diameter of the screw hole 171 on the mounting panel 13 to be slightly larger than the diameter of the screw 172 enables the mounting stability between the mounting panel 13 and the rack 17 to be still ensured.
The movable panel 14 is mounted to the rack 17 in an easily removable manner so that removal is facilitated to service the devices (i.e., the host computer and the backup power supply) behind the movable panel 14. One embodiment of mounting the removable panel 14 is shown in fig. 6-8. In this embodiment, the removable panel 14 is removably mounted to the frame 17 by a triangular lock 163 in cooperation with a screw 181 on the bottom of the frame 17. The triangular lock 163 has a latch bolt 164, and when the latch bolt 164 is pressed against the sheet metal of the frame 17 as shown in fig. 8, and a screw 181 passes through a mounting hole 182 in the bottom of the movable panel 14, the movable panel 14 is mounted to the frame 17. The screw 181 limits only the freedom of movement of the movable panel 14 in the plane defined by the length and width of the reflow oven 10, and does not limit the freedom of movement of the movable panel 14 in the height direction of the reflow oven 10. When it is desired to disassemble the movable panel 14, a tool is used to engage the receiving head of the triangular lock 163 located on the front face of the movable panel 14, and then rotated 90 degrees to rotate the latch 164 90 degrees so that the latch 164 releases the hold down on the sheet metal of the frame 17. At this time, the movable panel 14 may be tilted outward, so that the movable panel 14 may be pulled obliquely upward, so that the screw 181 is removed from the mounting hole 182 at the bottom of the movable panel 14, thereby detaching the movable panel 14 from the rack.
