Referring to fig. 1-4, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a depilating device 1, which includes a main body 10 and a filter 20, wherein the filter 20 is detachably connected to the main body 10. Further, the filter 20 is provided with at least one sensing element 201, when the filter 20 is connected to the main body 10, the main body 10 recognizes the sensing element 201, confirms that the filter 20 is inserted, turns on the power switch 114 to normally start the depilating apparatus 1, the lighting button 15 can control the lighting mechanism 12 to emit light acting on the skin, and the heat dissipation mechanism 13 is used for sucking air and dissipating heat for the lighting mechanism 12.
It can be understood that an induction device matched with the induction element 201 is arranged in the main body 10, for example, when the induction device in the main body 10 is a hall induction device, the induction element 201 is a magnetic element; when the sensing device in the main body 10 is a photoelectric sensing device, the sensing element 201 may be a light reflecting element, a light absorbing element or a light shielding element; when the sensing device in the main body 10 is a micro-motion sensing device, the sensing member 201 may be a touch member.
Further, main part 10 still includes electric connection's button PCBA 16 and master control PCBA 17, and mechanism 12, heat dissipation mechanism 13 and electric capacity 14 are connected in proper order in one side of master control PCBA 17, form a firm whole, and button PCBA 16 is located on the opposite side of master control PCBA 17, and this arrangement makes the inside modularization of forming of main part 10 arrange, and the structure is firm compact, practices thrift the space. It is understood that the power switch 114 and the light button 15 are electrically connected to the light mechanism 12 through the key PCBA 16.

Referring to fig. 1-5, further, the polishing mechanism 12 includes a body 121, a transparent crystal 125 and a lamp tube 122 installed in the body 121, the body 121 is provided with a light outlet 1211, one end of the transparent crystal 125 is exposed out of the light outlet 1211 for contacting with the skin, the other end of the transparent crystal is directed to the lamp tube 122, the light emitted from the lamp tube 122 is emitted from the light outlet 1211 through the transparent crystal 125, and the filter 20 enters the body 121 from the narrow side of the main body 10 and is located between the transparent crystal 125 and the lamp tube 122.

Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the upper casing 112 and the lower casing 113 are assembled by the snap-fit manner of the snap-fit, so that the dismounting and the maintenance of the present invention can be performed, and at this time, the insertion hole 111 can be defined by the snap-fit of the upper casing 112 and the lower casing 113.
Further, as an embodiment, the sensing element 201 is a magnetic element, and at least one hall element 18 is further disposed in the main body 10, and after the optical filter 20 is inserted into the main body 121, the hall element 18 is aligned and matched with the sensing element 201.
It can be understood that, a threshold of the magnetic field strength is preset in advance for the hall element 18, when the filter 20 is inserted into the body 121, the sensor 201 slowly approaches the hall element 18 to which it is finally corresponding, in this process, the magnetic field strength sensed by the hall element 18 slowly increases until the sensor 201 completely corresponds to the sensor, that is, when the filter 20 is inserted in place, the magnetic field strength sensed by the hall element 18 reaches the preset threshold, at this time, the hall element 18 sends a signal to the control unit that the control circuit can be turned on at the hall element 18, in this state, the control unit receives the switch signal of the power switch 114 to start the depilating apparatus 1, and then the lighting button 15 is pressed to control the lighting tube 122 to emit light; when the filter 20 is not inserted into the body 121, the hall element 18 does not sense the magnetic field strength, the power switch 114 does not work, and the lighting button 15 cannot control the lamp 122 to operate.
It can be understood that the number of the hall elements 18 and the number of the sensors 201 can be the same or different, but it should be ensured that when the filter 20 is inserted into the body 121, at least one of the sensors 201 corresponds to the hall element 18, so as to ensure that the present invention can be used normally.
It can be understood that the specific position of the sensing element 201 on the filtering element 20 may not be limited, and the filtering effect of the filtering element 20 is not affected, at this time, the hall element 18 is set according to the position of the sensing element 201, and the setting requirement is that if and only when the filtering element 20 is inserted into the body 121, the magnetic field intensity received by the hall element 18 corresponding to the sensing element 201 reaches the preset threshold value.
Referring to fig. 3-5, as an embodiment, the optical filter 20 includes an optical filter portion 21 and a handle portion 22, the sensing element 201 is disposed on the handle portion 22, after the optical filter 20 is inserted into the body 121, the optical filter portion 21 corresponds to the light outlet 1211, and an end of the handle portion 22 away from the optical filter portion 21 is exposed out of the body 10, i.e., is exposed out of the insertion hole 111. Through setting up the portion of holding between the fingers 22, the user only needs the contact to hold between the fingers 22 when changing optical filter 20, avoids contacting pollution light filtering part 21, causes the filtering effect variation.
Optionally, the sensing element 201 may be hidden in the grip portion 22 by means of encapsulation, plastic package, or the like; or, can set up the storage tank on the portion of kneading the hand 22 and be used for setting up response piece 201 to make in response piece 201 embedding portion of kneading the hand 22, guarantee that response piece 201 does not influence the plug of filtering part 20, also can guarantee the steadiness in the position of response piece 201.
Further, one end of the handle 22 exposed from the main body 10 is provided with a flange 220, and the protruding direction of the flange 220 is perpendicular to the direction of inserting the filter 20 into the main body 10. Through setting up flange 220, when extracting optical filter 20, the finger can have the impetus, prevents that the hand from skidding, reinforcing practicality.
Furthermore, the handle 22 is further provided with a fixing member 221, a groove 1213 is provided in the mounting hole 1212 corresponding to the fixing member 221, and after the optical filter 20 is inserted into the body 121, the fixing member 221 is snapped into the groove 1213. Further, the position of the holding part 22 corresponding to the fixing part 221 is further provided with a yielding groove 222, the fixing part 221 includes a fixed end 2211 and a swinging end 2212, the fixed end 2211 is connected to the inner wall of the yielding groove 222, the swinging end 2212 is suspended on the yielding groove 222, and one side of the swinging end 2212 far away from the yielding groove 222 is provided with a protruding part 2213, under a natural state, the protruding part 2213 protrudes out of the holding part 22, two sides of the protruding part 2213 in the plugging direction are set to be a slope surface, so that when the optical filter 20 goes in and out of the body 121, the swinging end 2212 can be smoothly pushed into the yielding groove 222 by utilizing the slope surface, the phenomenon of jamming cannot occur, and the practicability is enhanced.
Further, an elastic member (not shown) is further disposed in the body 121, and the elastic member contacts the filter 20 for ejecting the filter 20. Through setting up the elastic component, can take out the filter more conveniently through the mode of pressing the resilience and change, improve user experience.
With reference to fig. 4-8, the polishing mechanism 12 further includes a front glass 123, the front glass 123 is disposed in the main body 121 and separates the transparent crystal 125 and the lamp tube 122, after the optical filter 20 is inserted into the main body 121, the optical filter 21 is located on a side of the front glass 123 close to the lamp tube 122, and the optical filter 21 is parallel to the front glass 123. By arranging the front glass sheet 123, dust can be prevented from entering from the light outlet 1211 and affecting the normal lighting of the lamp 122. It is understood that the front glass plate 123 is disposed on a side of the light-transmitting crystal 125 close to the lamp tube 122, and light emitted from the lamp tube 122 first transmits through the front glass plate 123 and then transmits through the light-transmitting crystal 125 to reach the skin. When the optical filter 20 is inserted into the body 121, the optical filter portion 21 is also located between the transparent crystal 125 and the lamp tube 122, and the optical filter portion 21 corresponds to the transparent crystal 125, that is, the light reaching the transparent crystal 125 is the filtered light with the corresponding effective wavelength.
Further, a hollow spacer 1250 is provided in the body 10, and the spacer 1250 seals the region between the light-transmitting crystal 125 and the front glass plate 123. It can be understood that the light-transmitting crystal 125 and the front glass plate 123 sufficiently abut against two sides of the spacer 1250, so that a vacuum is always kept between the light-transmitting crystal 125 and the front glass plate 123, that is, the spacer 1250 seals the area between the light-transmitting crystal 125 and the front glass plate 123, and the gases on two opposite sides of the front glass plate 123 and/or the light-transmitting crystal 125 are prevented from being liquefied and fogged, thereby further improving the light-emitting quality. In addition, hot air is easy to be liquefied into water drops when being cooled, the water drops are easy to generate safety problems when contacting with the circuit board of the depilating apparatus 1, and the partition 1250 is arranged to seal the area between the light-transmitting crystal 125 and the front glass sheet 123, so that the use safety of the depilating apparatus 1 is improved.
Furthermore, the polishing mechanism 12 further includes a hollow partition 1214, the partition 1214 is disposed on one side of the front glass 123 close to the lamp tube 122, one end of the partition 1214 corresponding to the mounting side hole 1212 is opened with a web 12141, one end of the partition 1214 far away from the web 12141 is provided with a step 12142, when the optical filter 20 is inserted into the body 121, the optical filter 21 enters from the web 12141 and finally abuts against the step 12142. By providing the partition 1214, the filter portion 21 can be accurately guided and limited, and the stability of the filter 20 after mounting can be enhanced.
In particular, the barrier 1214 is made of teflon, which can improve thermal stability.
Further, the polishing mechanism 12 further includes a rear glass sheet 124, the rear glass sheet 124 is disposed on one side of the partition 1214 close to the lamp tube 122, the front glass sheet 123 and the rear glass sheet 124 abut against two sides of the partition 1214 respectively, the front glass sheet 123, the partition 1214 and the rear glass sheet 124 form a space for accommodating the light-receiving portion, the space is communicated with the outside through the tiger mouth 12141 and the mounting side hole 1212, and the dust is prevented from entering from the mounting side hole 1212 and then further affecting the power of the lamp tube 122.
Further, the polishing mechanism 12 further includes a reflective cup 1220, the lamp tube 122 is disposed in the reflective cup 1220, at least one notch 12143 is further disposed on the partition 1214, and the reflective cup 1220 abuts against the partition 1214 and defines a ventilation hole 12144 with the notch 12143 (as shown in fig. 8). The ventilation holes 12144 are formed to further allow air suction and heat dissipation inside the polishing mechanism 12.
It can be understood that, for better defining the ventilation hole 12144, the abutting end of the reflective cup 1220 and the partition 1214 can be provided with a plurality of abutting blocks 1221, the abutting end of the reflective cup 1220 and the frame where the notch 12143 is located are arranged in a staggered manner, and the plurality of abutting blocks 1221 are spaced apart from the notch 12143, so that the defined ventilation hole 12144 has a larger effective ventilation cross section, and can better dissipate heat by air suction.
Referring to fig. 9, the optical filter portion 21 further includes an optical filter 211 and a frame 212, the frame 212 is connected to the handle 22, and the optical filter 211 is disposed in the frame 212. Through setting up frame 212, easy to assemble and fixed filter 211, simultaneously, when plug optical filter 20, can effectively avoid the wearing and tearing of filter 211, increase life.
Specifically, the material of the frame 212 is a metal material, preferably a stainless steel material, and the heat resistance and the decomposition resistance of the metal material are utilized to enable the frame 212 to better protect the filter 211.
Further, a gap 213 is provided between the optical filter 211 and the handle portion 22, at least one protrusion 223 is provided at one end of the handle portion 22 close to the gap 213, and the protrusion 223 abuts against the optical filter 211. Through the arrangement, the gap 213 can be used for heat dissipation through wind, and the bump 223 can be used for supporting and fixing the optical filter 211, so that the using effect is better, and the practicability is further enhanced.

Specifically, as a further embodiment, the width of the side of the handle 22 where the sensing element 201 is arranged is different from that of the other side, and the shapes of the insertion hole 111 and the mounting side hole 1212 are matched with the handle 22. Optionally, the width of the side of the handle 22 where the sensing element 201 is arranged may be larger than that of the other side; alternatively, the width of the side of the handle 22 where the sensing element 201 is disposed may be smaller than that of the other side. More specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the width D of the handle 22 on one side of the sensing element 201 is greater than the width D of the other side (as shown in fig. 10). This setting can prevent that light filtering part 20 from inserting reversely, causes hall element 18 can not normally respond to response 201, from causing the utility model discloses can not normal use, influence customer experience.
It can be understood that by providing a plurality of hall elements 18, the information of the sensing element 201 can be identified by different hall elements 18, and the control system can intelligently control the voltage and current in the circuit according to different information, so that the lamp 122 can emit light with different intensities to obtain a light source with a proper wavelength.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, the embodiment of the present invention provides an example of function matching, wherein 2 hall elements 18 are disposed in the main body 10, and are respectively a hall element 18a and a hall element 18B, the handle 22 includes a first position a and a second position B, when the optical filter 20 is inserted into the main body 121, the first position a and the second position B respectively correspond to the hall element 18a and the hall element 18B, and whether the first position a and the second position B are disposed with the sensor 201 or not, there are three situations: in the first situation, the sensing element 201 is disposed at the first position a, the sensing element 201 is not disposed at the second position B, and the filter 20 disposed in this way is set to have a whitening effect, and at this time, only the hall element 18a can sense the magnetic field intensity corresponding to the set threshold, and send an enabling signal and light with the intensity for starting the whitening effect to the control system (as shown in fig. 11); in the second case, the sensing element 201 is disposed at the second position B, the sensing element 201 is not disposed at the first position a, and the filter 20 disposed in this way is set to have the acne removing effect, and at this time, only the hall element 18B can sense the magnetic field intensity corresponding to the set threshold, and send an opening signal and light (as shown in fig. 12) for starting the intensity of the acne removing effect to the control system; in the third situation, the sensing element 201 is disposed at both the first position a and the second position B, and the filter 20 is set to be depilating efficacy, and both the hall elements 18a and 18B can sense the magnetic field intensity corresponding to the set threshold, and send the opening signal and the light with the intensity for starting the depilating efficacy to the control system (as shown in fig. 13).
Referring to fig. 14 and 16, in addition, the main body 121 further defines a cooling plate mounting hole 1215, the main body 10 further includes a cooling component 19, and the cooling component 19 contacts the transparent crystal 125 through the cooling plate mounting hole 1215 to cool the transparent crystal 125.
The refrigeration component 19 comprises a refrigeration piece 191, a heat conducting substrate 192, a heat conducting pipe 193 and a heat radiating fin 194, one surface (refrigeration surface) of the refrigeration piece 191 penetrates through a refrigeration piece assembling hole 1215 to be in contact with the light-transmitting crystal 125, and the other surface is sequentially connected with the heat conducting substrate 192, the heat conducting pipe 193 and the heat radiating fin 194. The refrigeration surface of the refrigeration sheet 191 is used for refrigerating the transparent crystal 125, and the generated heat is transmitted to the heat sink 194 through the heat conduction substrate 192 and the heat conduction pipe 193 in sequence and then dissipated.
Further, the main body 10 further includes a heat-sensitive component 195, and the heat-sensitive component 195 penetrates through the polishing mechanism 12 and is closely attached to the transparent crystal 125.
Further, the body 121 is further provided with a temperature measuring hole 1216, one end of the thermosensitive element 195 penetrates through the temperature measuring hole 1216 to contact with the transparent crystal 125, and the other end is electrically connected with the key PCBA 16 and is associated with the refrigerating element 19 through the key PCBA 16.
Further, the thermal sensitive element 195 includes a first thermistor 196 and a thermal conductive silicone grease 197, one side of the thermal conductive silicone grease 197 contacts the transparent crystal 125, and the other side of the thermal conductive silicone grease 197 covers the first thermistor 196, and the temperature change of the transparent crystal 125 can be better sensed by using the thermal conductive silicone grease 197.
It can be understood that light transmission crystal 125 can heat up because of the illumination of fluorescent tube 122, cool down along with the refrigeration of refrigeration subassembly 19, the illumination of fluorescent tube 122 is the interval effect, the interval time is indefinite because of people's the pressing, and the cooling of refrigeration subassembly 19 needs the process time, two times are difficult to unify, and the efficiency of intensification and cooling is also different, injure people for avoiding possible high temperature, need open refrigeration subassembly 19 for a long time when using, consequently can appear the condition that the temperature crosses low influence user experience. The first thermistor 196 is used to preset a threshold value of resistance corresponding to the comfortable temperature, and the refrigeration assembly 19 is controlled to stop operating when the temperature is too low and start operating when the temperature is high, so as to control the transparent crystal 125 at a suitable temperature, i.e. the temperature contacting the skin is a suitable temperature.
Optionally, the first thermistor 196 may be a positive temperature coefficient thermistor, and at this time, the resistance value of the first thermistor 196 increases with the increase of the temperature, the first thermistor 196 and the refrigeration component 19 may be connected in parallel, a smaller resistance value threshold is set, when the temperature is less than the critical temperature corresponding to the resistance value threshold, the current of the branch where the refrigeration component 19 is located will be so small that the refrigeration component 19 cannot be started, so that the refrigeration component 19 stops working, after the temperature increases, the refrigeration component 19 operates again, the set resistance value threshold corresponds to the optimal temperature, and the actual temperature fluctuates up and down around the optimal temperature; or, the first thermistor 196 may be a negative temperature coefficient thermistor, and at this time, the resistance of the first thermistor 196 decreases with the increase of the temperature, the first thermistor 196 and the refrigeration component 19 may be connected in series, a larger resistance threshold is set, when the temperature is less than the critical temperature corresponding to the resistance threshold, the resistance connected to the branch where the refrigeration component 19 is located will be sufficiently large, the current of the branch where the refrigeration component 19 is located will be too small to start the refrigeration component 19, so the refrigeration component 19 stops working, after the temperature increases, the refrigeration component 19 operates again, the set resistance threshold corresponds to the optimal temperature, and the actual temperature fluctuates around the optimal temperature.
Further, the main body 10 further includes an external connection board 161, and the hall element 18 and the first thermistor 196 are connected to the control circuit of the key PCBA 16 through the external connection board 161.
