The bracket 33 includes a first supporting portion 331 and a second supporting portion 332 respectively connected to the ends of the two corresponding brackets 32, and a third supporting portion 333 connected to the first supporting portion 331 and the second supporting portion 332 and forming an arc section downward relative to the first supporting portion 331 and the second supporting portion 332. As shown in fig. 9, a power structure 6 capable of driving the movable blade of the razor structure 4 to rotate is installed in the body 1, the power structure 6 includes a motor 61, a gear set connected to the motor 61, the gear set includes an output gear 62 sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 61, three transmission gears 63 engaged with the output gear 62 and respectively corresponding to the three razor structures 4, and the three transmission gears 63 are distributed in three directions of the output gear 62.
The power structure 6 drives the output gear 62 to rotate through the motor 61, and then drives the three transmission gears 63 meshed with the output gear to rotate, so that the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 9, 10, 11, and 12, the razor structure 4 is linked with the power structure 6 through a transmission structure 5, the transmission structure 5 includes a transmission rod 51 connected with the transmission gear 63, a rotor 52 sleeved on the transmission rod 51 and rotating with the transmission rod 51, and a transmission part 53 disposed on the rotor 52 and connected with the movable knife; a first rotating hole (not shown) is formed in the middle of the transmission gear 63, first saw teeth 511 and second saw teeth 512 are respectively arranged on the peripheries of two ends of the transmission rod 51, the first saw teeth 511 of the transmission rod 51 are inserted into the first rotating hole, the rotor 52 is provided with a second rotating hole 521, the second saw teeth 512 are inserted into the second rotating hole 521 of the rotor 52, and the rotor 52 is in interference fit with the transmission rod 51.
The middle of the rotor 52 is provided with the second rotating hole 521, three elastic protrusions which are arranged at intervals and extend outwards along the axial direction of the second rotating hole 521 are formed at one end of the rotor 52, sliding grooves 523 are formed between the elastic protrusions, and three mounting grooves 522 which are arranged in a staggered mode with the sliding grooves 523 and extend inwards from the other end of the rotor 52 are formed at the other end of the rotor 52. The transmission structure 5 can float synchronously with the tool rest 31.
A sliding protrusion 531 which can slide in the second mounting groove 522 in a matching manner is formed on the inner wall of the end, connected with the rotor 52, of the transmission piece 53, and a pressure spring is further arranged between the transmission piece 53 and the rotor 52; the transmission member 53 floats downwards under the action of the razor structure 4, and after the pressure is released, the transmission member 53 is reset under the action of the compression spring.
The transmission of the transmission structure 5 is not affected by the floating.
A transmission hole for allowing the transmission piece 53 to pass through is formed in the cover 2, and a sealing piece 10 is arranged between the transmission hole and the transmission piece 53 and used for preventing water from entering the machine body.
