The cleaning device can efficiently clean the products, and further can clean other agricultural products such as peanuts.

As shown in fig. 2, the two sides of the discharging draining board 7 are provided with side plates 71, the discharging draining board 7 is provided with a plurality of bar-shaped through holes 73, the bar-shaped through holes 73 are arranged along the inclined direction of the discharging draining board 7, the bar-shaped through holes 73 are uniformly spaced, and the lower end of the discharging draining board 7 is provided with a discharge nozzle 74 in the shape of a necking. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving motor 4 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the frame 1, an output shaft of the driving motor 4 is connected with a first driving sprocket 17, a rotating shaft 18 is arranged below the orientation base 3 on the frame 1, the rotating shaft 18 is arranged along the width direction of the orientation base 3, one end of the rotating shaft 18 is provided with a first driven sprocket 19, and a first chain 20 is sleeved between the first driving sprocket 17 and the first driven sprocket 19; the other end of the rotating shaft 18 is connected with a half gear 21, one half of the outer peripheral surface of the half gear 21 is a tooth surface, the other half of the outer peripheral surface is a smooth surface, an annular connecting seat 22 is arranged on the bottom surface of the directional base 3, the half gear 21 is inserted into the annular connecting seat 22, racks 22a are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the annular connecting seat 22, and the half gear 21 can be meshed with the two racks 22 a. When a workpiece to be cleaned enters the directional base 3, the power provided by the driving motor 4 drives the rotating shaft 18 to rotate through chain transmission, when the half gear 21 on the rotating shaft 18 rotates, the half gear 21 is in meshing transmission with the rack 22a on the upper side and the rack 22a on the lower side of the annular connecting seat 22 in a clearance manner, the continuous rotation of the half gear 21 is converted into the reciprocating movement of the directional base 3, and the workpiece to be cleaned moves forwards under the reciprocating movement of the directional base 3; a gradually narrowing directional limiting strip 3e is arranged above the directional base 3, and the directional limiting strip 3e can be changed and adjusted according to the shape and the size of the workpiece to be cleaned. Under the continuous reciprocating movement of the directional base 3, the workpiece gradually becomes a position required by ideal high-pressure water jet cleaning under the action of a directional limiting strip 3 e; in order to reduce the friction between the orientation base 3 and the rack 1, a linear moving slide rail is arranged below the orientation base 3, and the orientation base 3 is stable and reliable in vibration and small in abrasion.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the roller brush 5 is located above the output end 3b of the directional base 3, the support plates 23 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the directional base 3, two ends of the roller brush 5 are connected to the two support plates 23 through bearings, the output shaft of the driving motor 4 is further connected with a second driving sprocket 24, one end of the roller brush 5 is provided with a second driven sprocket 25, and a second chain 26 is sleeved between the second driving sprocket 24 and the second driven sprocket 25. In order to assist the continuous transmission of the workpiece between the orientation base 3 and the positioning channel 62, the hard roller brush 5 is arranged, the roller brush 5 continuously rotates to continuously convey the workpiece from the orientation base 3 into the positioning channel 62, and meanwhile, in the process that the hard fiber of the roller brush 5 is contacted with the surface of the workpiece, partial dirt is removed, and the cleaning and dirt removing functions are achieved to a certain degree.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a sewage collecting box 27 is arranged on the rack 1, the sewage collecting box 27 is arranged along the length direction of the rack 1 and is located below the directional base 3, the positioning seat 6 and the discharging draining plate 7, a solid-liquid separation sieve 28 is arranged in the sewage collecting box 27, a solid dirt collecting box 29 is detachably arranged at one end of the sewage collecting box 27, a waste water discharge pipeline 30 is connected to the other end of the sewage collecting box 27, and a waste water discharge valve 31 is arranged on the waste water discharge pipeline 30. The solid-liquid separation sieve 28 is an arc-shaped plate with two high sides and a low middle part, the arc-shaped plate is obliquely arranged along the length direction of the arc-shaped plate, a plurality of water passing circular holes 28a are formed in the arc-shaped plate, the sewage collecting box 27 is provided with a vertical supporting baffle plate 28b, the solid-liquid separation sieve 28 is arranged on the supporting baffle plate 28b, the solid sewage collecting box 29 is arranged at one end of the sewage collecting box 27 in a drawing mode, the solid sewage collecting box 29 is located below the directional base 3, and the waste water discharge pipeline 30 is connected to the bottom of the other end of the sewage collecting box 27 or is close to the bottom of the sewage collecting box 27. The cleaning wastewater discharged by the traditional high-pressure water jet cleaning device is in a solid-liquid mixed state, on one hand, the device wastewater discharge port and a factory building sewer are easily blocked, on the other hand, solid dirt attached to the surface of a workpiece is directly discharged, and serious visual pollution and olfactory pollution are caused to the surrounding environment, so that the solid dirt cleaned is managed to be intensively treated. The device uses the solid-liquid separation sieve 28 which is obliquely arranged, so that solid dirt can slide forwards under the action of the self gravity, and meanwhile, sewage is continuously supplied from the high-pressure water jet cleaning part and provides kinetic energy to push the solid dirt to slide; therefore, the solid dirt on the arc-shaped plate will roll down to the lower side of the solid-liquid separation sieve 28; further, one side frame below the solid-liquid separation screen 28 is arranged on the solid dirt collecting box 29, and the fallen solid dirt can directly fall into the solid dirt collecting box 29. When the workpiece is on the directional base 3, large-particle solid dirt which falls down preliminarily directly falls into the solid dirt collecting box 29, and the solid dirt collecting box 29 can be drawn out, so that the solid dirt in the solid dirt collecting box 29 can be conveniently and regularly cleaned, and subsequent centralized treatment is facilitated.

The nozzle 15 is a fan-shaped nozzle 15; a steering joint 34 is arranged between the target distance adjusting base 11a and the first spray pipe 12 or the second spray pipe 14, a connecting shaft 11e is arranged on the side surface of the target distance adjusting base 11a, one end of the steering joint 34 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 11e, a locking rod 35 is arranged at the end of the steering joint, and the other end of the steering joint 34 is connected with one end of the first spray pipe 12 or the second spray pipe 14 through a diamond clamp 36.
The target distance adjusting pedestal 11a in this embodiment is used to bear and support the entire parameter adjusting device. For example, when the workpiece just enters the jet cleaning part, the target distance of the first jet cleaning process is required to be as small as possible, the small target distance can provide large jet hitting force, and stubborn attachments on the surface of the workpiece can be thoroughly broken at the stage. The second efflux cleaning process is mainly for washing the broken filth of first efflux cleaning process clean, and in effective cleaning range, the target distance should be as big as possible for fan-shaped efflux's coverage area is bigger, and the filth washes more thoroughly comprehensively.
