Further, the clasp piece 10 comprises a skin-friendly cloth 15, the skin-friendly cloth 15 is arranged on the other side of the base cloth 12, so that the sewing thread for fixing the clasp ring 13 is hidden between the skin-friendly cloth 15 and the base cloth 12, and therefore the skin of a wearer is prevented from being contacted by the sewing thread when the wearer wears the corresponding underwear, and on one hand, the wearer is prevented from generating strange marks due to direct contact with the sewing thread and skin discomfort caused by friction with the sewing thread, so that the wearing comfort of the wearer is ensured, on the other hand, the sewing thread is prevented from being abraded, and the structural stability of the clasp piece is ensured.

In particular, the skin-friendly surface of the fastening ring member 10 is seamless due to the arrangement of the skin-friendly cloth 15, so that the surface of the fastening ring member 10 is seamless, the appearance of the fastening ring member 10 is beautiful and concise, and the wearing comfort of a wearer is ensured.

Further, the buckle ring piece 10 comprises a sponge layer 16, and the sponge layer 16 is arranged between the ring placing cloth 11 and the base cloth 12, so that the elasticity of the buckle ring piece 10 is improved, the water absorption and the air permeability of the buckle ring piece 10 are improved, and the wearing comfort of a wearer is improved.

It is worth mentioning that the sponge layer 16 enhances the flexibility of the fastening ring member 10, so that the fastening ring member 10 can be suitably washed and squeezed and can be restored to avoid deformation when the wearer washes the corresponding undergarment, thereby extending the life span of the undergarment back button 100.

In particular, except for the upper layer section 111 of the loop-placing cloth 11 at the uppermost layer, the folded section 112 of the loop-placing cloth 11 at the uppermost layer, the other loop-placing cloths 11, the sponge layer 16, the loop-placing cloth 12 and the skin-friendly cloth 15 are fixed by cutting edges, so that a connecting area 17 is formed between the loop-placing cloth 11 at the uppermost layer and the sponge layer 16 for connecting the fastening ring part 10 with the corresponding underwear strap. Wherein the fastening ring member 10 is connected with the corresponding underwear strap in various ways, such as by gluing, sewing, etc., without limitation.

And preferably, the folded section 112 of the loop placing cloth 11 at the uppermost layer, the other loop placing cloths 11, the sponge layer 16, the base cloth 12 and the skin-friendly cloth 15 are fixed by ultrasonic welding and cutting, so that the surface of the loop piece 10 is smooth, the aesthetic degree of the loop piece 10 is further improved, the aesthetic degree of the corresponding underwear is further improved, and a wearer can feel good.

It is understood that, in some embodiments of the present invention, the fabric layers of the fastening ring member 10 may be connected and fixed by other means, such as being connected and fixed by stitches, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

Further, the fastening ring member 10 comprises a connecting cloth 171, the connecting cloth 171 is disposed between the loop placing cloth 11 and the sponge layer 16 on the uppermost layer, and is fixed to the sponge layer 16, the base cloth 12 and the skin-friendly cloth 15 through ultrasonic welding, so as to prevent the sponge layer 16 from being exposed at the connecting region 17, facilitate the fastening ring member 10 to be connected to a corresponding underwear strap at the connecting region 17, and facilitate the corresponding connection of the fastening ring member 10 while improving the aesthetic appearance of the fastening ring member 10.

Preferably, the material of the connecting cloth 171 is the same as the material of the ring-placing cloth 11, so as to further improve the aesthetic appearance of the fastening ring member 10, and to facilitate the production efficiency of the undergarment back fastener 100 and the production cost of the undergarment back fastener 100.

In particular, in this embodiment of the present invention, the connecting cloth 171 is further folded over and connected to the base cloth 12, so as to hide the edges of the sponge layer 16 and the base cloth 12, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the fastening ring member 10.

It is worth mentioning that, in some embodiments of the present invention, the connection cloth 171 is formed by folding the skin-friendly cloth 15, that is, the connection cloth 171 and the skin-friendly cloth 15 are integrally formed, wherein the skin-friendly cloth 15 is folded toward the sponge layer 16 and covers the sponge layer 16 to equivalently form the connection cloth 171 is disposed in the connection area 17.

In particular, the surface cloth of the ring-placing cloth 11 and the skin-friendly cloth 15 is preferably the same, and the ring-placing cloth 11 of the lowest layer can also be formed by folding the skin-friendly cloth 15 equivalently.

Therefore, equivalently, the skin-friendly cloth 15 can be formed by folding the ring-placing cloth 11 of the lowest layer and wrapping the base cloth 12, so as to enhance the integrity of the fastening ring piece 10. And it can be understood that, when the ring-placing cloth 11 is implemented as a single integrally formed cloth, during the production process, the integrally formed ring-placing cloth 11 is folded back to form a step-stacked configuration corresponding to one side of the base cloth 12, and is further folded over and wrapped around the base cloth 12 to equivalently form the skin-friendly cloth 15.

That is, the fastening ring member 10 protrudes at least one row of the fastening rings 13 to form at least one position marker on the fastening ring member 10, so that when the undergarment back-up buckle 100 is applied to the corresponding undergarment, the fastening ring member 10 can generate obvious tactile feedback to the wearer during the wearing process of the wearer to facilitate the wearing of the undergarment and ensure the fastening accuracy of the undergarment back-up buckle 100 by the wearer, and the undergarment back-up buckle 100 adopts a hidden-stitch design to avoid the skin of the wearer directly contacting the stitches to generate friction with the stitches, thereby avoiding the discomfort of the wearer and ensuring the wearing comfort of the wearer.

The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims (10)

1. A retaining ring, comprising:

a primary backing;

at least two rows of retaining rings; and

a ring-laying cloth, wherein the number of the ring-laying cloths is more than the number of the rows of the buckle rings, each of the ring-laying cloths is arranged on the same side of the base cloth in a step-stacked configuration, wherein one end of the other ring-laying cloths except for the ring-laying cloth of the lowermost layer is folded back so that the ring-laying cloths are divided to have an upper layer section and a folded-back section, the folded-back sections of the ring-laying cloths of the previous layer are sequentially arranged on the base cloth in a state of being overlapped with the upper layer section of the ring-laying cloth of the next layer to form a step-stacked configuration of each ring-laying cloth, thereby forming a ring-laying pocket between the folded-back section of the ring-laying cloth of the previous layer and the upper layer section of the ring-laying cloth of the next layer, wherein the buckle rings are arranged in the ring-laying pocket in a state of being protruded out of a gap between the folded-back section and the upper layer section, and are fixedly connected to the folded-back section and the upper layer, wherein the upper layer section of at least one upper ring-placing cloth is pressed on the base cloth at a position adjacent to the ring-placing pocket so as to protrude out of the upper layer section and the reverse section of the upper ring-placing cloth of the upper layer and the upper layer section of the lower ring-placing cloth of the lower layer by a height formed by stacking.

2. The clasp piece according to claim 1, wherein the upper layer segment of the ring placement cloth is pressed to the primary cloth in an ultrasonic indentation process.

3. The loop component of claim 1 wherein said loop component comprises a skin-friendly cloth disposed on the other side of said primary backing.

4. The clasp part of claim 3, wherein the clasp is sewn to the folded section and the upper layer section that make up the ring pocket in which it is located, and to the primary backing, such that the clasp is secured to the ring pocket.

5. The grommet device according to claim 3, wherein said grommet device comprises a sponge layer disposed between said grommet device and said base fabric.

6. The fastener element according to claim 5, wherein the folded-back section of the loop-placing cloth, the other loop-placing cloths, the sponge layer, the loop-placing cloth and the cut edge of the skin-friendly cloth of the uppermost layer are fixed except for the upper layer section of the loop-placing cloth of the uppermost layer, thereby creating a connection zone between the loop-placing cloth of the uppermost layer and the sponge layer for connection with a corresponding undergarment strap.

7. The buckle element according to claim 6, wherein the folded back section of the loop-placing cloth of the uppermost layer, the other loop-placing cloths, the sponge layer, the primary backing cloth, and the skin-friendly cloth are fixed by ultrasonic welding and cutting.

8. The buckle piece according to claim 7, wherein said buckle piece comprises a connecting cloth which is disposed between said hoop placing cloth and said sponge layer on the uppermost layer and is fixed to said sponge layer, said base cloth, and said skin-friendly cloth by ultrasonic welding.

9. The clasp piece according to claim 8, wherein the connecting cloth is formed by folding over the skin-friendly cloth.

10. The fastening ring member according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the loop placement cloth is an integrally formed piece of cloth, and the integrally formed loop placement cloth is folded back multiple times to form a form in which each loop placement cloth is stacked in steps.
