For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the outdoor unit 200 needs to be installed at the lower side of the window, the external wall bracket 21 is connected to the top of the external unit bracket 10, and the opening of the concave portion 102 faces downward and is directly fastened to the bottom side of the window from top to bottom; as shown in fig. 4 to 6, when the outdoor unit 200 needs to be installed on the right side of the window, the outer wall bracket 21 is connected to the left side of the outdoor unit bracket 10, and the opening of the recess 102 is directed to the right and is directly fastened to the right side of the window from left to right. So that the outdoor unit mounting bracket 100 has better versatility.
Referring to fig. 1, 11 and 14, in one embodiment, the outer wall bracket 21 includes a first connecting bracket 211, the first connecting bracket 211 includes a first connecting arm 2111 and a first bending arm 2112 which are connected in a bending manner, the first connecting arm 2111 is connected with the outer unit bracket 10, and the first bending arm 2112 extends toward the inner wall bracket 22; interior wall support 22 include with first link 211 corresponds the second link 221 that sets up, second link 221 includes the second linking arm 2211 and the second arm 2212 that bends and connect, second linking arm 2211 is used for leaning on and is fixed in the inboard of wall body 300, the orientation of second arm 2212 that bends first arm 2112 extends and with first arm 2112 that bends is connected.
In this embodiment, the first connecting frame 211 and the second connecting frame 221 are both in a structure similar to an "L" shape, and have a simple structure, which is convenient for production and manufacturing. In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly, the first connecting arm 2111, the first bending arm 2112, the second connecting arm 2211 and the second bending arm 2212 are provided with assembling holes. During assembly, the assembly holes in the first connecting arm 2111 are aligned with the assembly holes in the outer machine bracket 10 and are locked and fixed through fasteners, and the assembly holes in the first bending arm 2112 are aligned with the assembly holes in the second bending arm 2212 and are locked and fixed through fasteners; when the first connecting frame 211 and the second connecting frame 221 are assembled, a U-shaped structure is formed. After the outdoor unit mounting bracket 100 is assembled to the wall 300, the second connecting arm 2211 is abutted to the inner side of the wall 300, and then the fastening member passes through the fixing hole in the second connecting arm 2211 to be locked and fixed with the wall 300, so that the mounting stability can be ensured. Optionally, the cross sections of the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are both U-shaped, and when assembling, the two are inserted.
When the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner needs to be installed at the lower side of the window, the outer wall bracket 21 is connected to the top of the outer unit bracket 10, the first connecting arm 2111 is connected to the top beam 112 of the outer unit bracket 10, and at this time, a concave cavity which is open towards one side of the wall 300 is formed among the top beam 112, the first connecting arm 2111 and the first bending arm 2112, and the concave cavity can just avoid a windowsill which extends out of the window, so that the back of the outer unit bracket 10 can be tightly close to the outer side of the wall 300. When the outdoor unit 200 is installed at the left or right side of the window, the outer wall bracket 21 is connected to the right or left side of the outdoor unit bracket 10, and in consideration of the fact that the length of the outer wall bracket 21 may be insufficient, an outer wall extension bracket 23 may be further provided, and the outer wall bracket 21 is connected to the outdoor unit bracket 10 through the outer wall extension bracket 23.
In addition, in order to adapt to the wall 300 with different thicknesses, and further improve the versatility, in one embodiment, a telescopic adjustment structure is provided between the second bending arm 2212 and the first bending arm 2112, and the telescopic adjustment structure is used for enabling the second bending arm 2212 to be telescopically adjusted in the length direction relative to the first bending arm 2112. During assembly, the second bending arm 2212 is adjusted to a proper position relative to the first bending arm 2112 in a telescopic manner, and then the two are locked and fixed, so that the external machine support 10 and the second connecting arm 2211 can be tightly abutted against two sides of the wall 300. For example, the first bending arm 2112 or the second bending arm 2212 is provided with a plurality of assembling holes, the first bending arm 2112 is moved to a proper position along the length direction relative to the first bending arm 2112, and then the fastening member is fastened through the two corresponding assembling holes. Of course, in other embodiments, the assembling holes can be configured as long circular holes or strip-shaped grooves, and telescopic adjustment can also be realized.
In one embodiment, the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are respectively provided with a plurality of assembling holes at intervals along the length direction, and the assembling holes on the first bending arm 2112 or the second bending arm 2212 are arranged in a non-uniform pitch.
Specifically, the plurality of mounting holes on the first bending arm 2112 may be arranged at equal pitches, and the plurality of mounting holes on the second bending arm 2212 may be arranged at unequal pitches; or a plurality of assembly holes located on the first bending arm 2112 may be arranged at unequal pitches, and a plurality of assembly holes located on the second bending arm 2212 may be arranged at equal pitches. It should be noted that the "pitch" refers to the distance between the hole centers of any two adjacent mounting holes, i.e. the pitch between the hole centers. The term "equidistant arrangement" means that the pitches of any two adjacent mounting holes in the plurality of mounting holes are equal. For example, the pitch of any adjacent two of the plurality of fitting holes on the first bending arm 2112 is 10 mm. The term "non-equidistant arrangement" means that at least one group of adjacent assembly holes among the plurality of assembly holes has a pitch different from the other pitches. For example, every two adjacent 10 assembly holes on the second bending arm 2212 may be divided into 9 groups of hole pitches, the numerical values of the 9 groups of hole pitches may be different, or the hole pitches of several groups of the assembly holes may be the same, and the hole pitches of the rest groups may be different. This embodiment is arranged through the hole site to on first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 and is designed, make a plurality of pilot holes on first bending arm 2112 and a plurality of pilot holes on the second bending arm 2212 can have a part to be in the position of staggering, so, when wall body 300 thickness changes, can stretch out and draw back the regulation with the relative first bending arm 2112 of second bending arm 2212, it is fixed to align back rethread fastener locking of two pilot holes up to the dislocation, thereby can adapt to the wall body 300 of different thickness better.
In order to further improve the precision of the telescopic adjustment between the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212, further, the pitch of the plurality of assembling holes on the first bending arm 2112 or the second bending arm 2212 is arranged in an arithmetic progression. Specifically, the term "pitch is arranged in an arithmetic progression" means that the pitch of the plurality of assembly holes is arranged in an increasing or decreasing manner according to a non-zero constant. The description will be given by taking an example in which the plurality of mounting holes provided in the first bending arm 2112 are arranged at equal pitch, and the plurality of mounting holes provided in the second bending arm 2212 are arranged in an arithmetic series.
For example, a plurality of assembling holes with a diameter of Φ 7 are provided on the first bending arm 2112, and the pitch (hole center distance) between any two adjacent assembling holes is 10 mm; a plurality of fitting holes with a diameter of phi 7 are formed in the second bending arm 2212, and the pitch (hole center distance) of the plurality of fitting holes is sequentially increased by a tolerance of 0.5mm, for example, 10.5mm, 11mm, 11.5mm, 12mm, 12.5mm, 13mm, etc., starting from 10.5 mm. After being designed according to the thickness of a certain conventional wall 300, two assembling holes at predetermined positions on the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are aligned and locked and fixed by a fastener (e.g., a pin). If the wall 300 becomes 1mm thick due to painting or the like, the second bending arm 2212 may be moved inward by 1mm relative to the first bending arm 2112, so that the two assembly holes at the other positions on the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are aligned, and then locked and fixed by the fasteners. That is, as long as the relative movement between the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 is 0.5mm, the center of the corresponding assembly hole can be located at the aligned position, and a fastener can pass through the center, that is, the precision of the telescopic adjustment between the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 is improved to 0.5mm, so that the slight change of the thickness of the wall 300 can be better adapted. The above 0.5mm tolerance is only an example, and in practical application, the tolerance value can be designed according to needs, and is not specifically limited herein.
To further accommodate different wall 300 thicknesses, in one embodiment, the second connecting arm 2211 and the second bending arm 2212 have different lengths, and either one of the second connecting arm 2211 and the second bending arm 2212 can be detachably connected to the first bending arm 2112. Specifically, the second connecting arm 2211 and the second bending arm 2212 are one longer and one shorter, so that the second connecting frame 221 is of an "L" shaped structure, and in practical application, corresponding long and short sides can be selected to be connected with the first bending arm 2112 of the outer wall bracket 21, so as to adapt to different thicknesses of the wall body 300, and further improve the universality. For example, as shown in fig. 14, when the outdoor unit is installed at the bottom side of the window, the long arm of the inner wall bracket 22 may be connected to the outer wall bracket 21 as a second bending arm 2212. As shown in fig. 15, when the outdoor unit is installed at the right side of the window, the short arm of the inner wall bracket may be connected to the outer wall bracket 21 as a second bending arm 2212 (i.e., a second connecting arm 2211 in fig. 14).
In order to further improve the structural reliability of the outer wall bracket 21 and the inner wall bracket 22, in one embodiment, the outer wall bracket 21 includes two first connecting brackets 211 that are arranged oppositely and at an interval, the inner wall bracket 22 includes two second connecting brackets 221 that are arranged oppositely and at an interval, and the first connecting brackets 211 and the second connecting brackets 221 are detachably connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the outer wall bracket 21 further includes a fourth reinforcing rib 212 connected between the two first connection brackets 211; and/or, the inner wall bracket 22 further includes a fifth reinforcing rib 222 connected between the two second connecting frames 221.
In this embodiment, the two first connecting frames 211 and the two second connecting frames 221 are both in an "L" shape, and the fourth reinforcing rib 212 and the fifth reinforcing rib 222 are both in a "i" shape, so that the structure is simple and the production and manufacturing are convenient. Both ends of the fourth reinforcing rib 212 may be fixed between the two first coupling brackets 211 by a fastener, and both ends of the fifth reinforcing rib 222 may be fixed between the two second coupling brackets 221 by a fastener, so that the overall structural strength of the wall bracket 20 is higher, and the wall bracket can bear a larger force. Of course, in some embodiments, the fourth reinforcing rib 212 may not be disposed between the two first coupling brackets 211, and the fourth reinforcing rib 212 may be directly connected between the two top beams 112 of the outdoor unit bracket 10 as the third reinforcing rib 14.
In order to enable the outdoor unit mounting bracket 100 to have better versatility to adapt to different mounting scenarios, as shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the wall bracket 20 further includes an outer wall extension bracket 23, the outer wall extension bracket 23 is selectively assembled to the outdoor unit bracket 10, and the outer wall extension bracket 23 extends to the left and right sides of the outdoor unit bracket 10 in the left-right direction; when the external unit bracket 10 is assembled with the outer wall extension bracket 23, the outer wall bracket 21 is connected to the left or right side of the outer wall extension bracket 23; when the external unit bracket 10 is not assembled with the external wall extension bracket 23, the external wall bracket 21 is coupled to the top of the external unit bracket 10.
Specifically, when the outdoor unit 200 is installed at the lower side of the window, the outer wall bracket 21 may be directly connected to the top of the outdoor unit bracket 10 without using the outer wall extension bracket 23. When the outdoor unit 200 needs to be installed on the left or right side of the window, the outer wall extension bracket 23 is connected to the back surface of the outer unit bracket 10, the outer wall extension bracket 23 extends to both sides of the outer unit bracket 10 in the left-right direction, and then the outer wall bracket 21 is connected to the left or right side of the outer wall extension bracket 23.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, the exterior wall extension bracket 23 includes two cross beams 231 disposed opposite to each other in the up-down direction and spaced apart from each other, and a reinforcement beam 232 connected between the two cross beams 231, and the exterior wall bracket 21 is detachably connected to the same end of the two cross beams 231. In this embodiment, the cross beam 231 and the reinforcing beam 232 are both in a line-shaped structure, so that the structure is simple and the production and the manufacturing are convenient. The cross beam 231 and the reinforcing beam 232 are provided with assembly holes, and during assembly, the assembly holes of the reinforcing beam 232 and the assembly holes of the cross beam 231 are aligned and locked and fixed through fasteners. In order to secure the structural stability of the exterior wall-lengthening jig 23, the reinforcement beam 232 is optionally provided in plurality. For example, in the present embodiment, even if two reinforcing beams 232 are provided along the length direction of the cross beam 231, the reinforcing beams 232 and the cross beam 231 enclose to form a frame.
In order to further ensure the installation reliability of the outdoor unit 200, in one embodiment, the outdoor unit installation frame 100 further includes a fixing member 60, the outdoor unit bracket 10 is provided with a first reserved fixing portion, and after the outdoor unit 200 is assembled in the installation cavity 101, the fixing member 60 is detachably connected to the first reserved fixing portion and a second reserved fixing portion of the outdoor unit 200.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the first reserved fixing portion and the second reserved fixing portion may be a first reserved hole and a second reserved hole, and the fixing member 60 is provided with a first connecting hole and a second connecting hole, and after the outdoor unit 200 is assembled to the installation cavity 101 of the outdoor unit bracket 10, the first connecting hole and the first reserved hole are aligned and locked by a fastener, and the second connecting hole and the second reserved hole are aligned and locked by a fastener, so that the fixing member 60 can reliably connect the outdoor unit bracket 10 and the outdoor unit 200. Optionally, two fixing members 60 are provided, the two fixing members 60 are connected to the front side of the outer unit bracket 10 and are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, and the upper left corner and the upper right corner of the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 can be fixed to the outer unit bracket 10 by the two fixing members 60, so that the installation reliability of the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 can be further ensured.
In practical applications, in consideration of convenience in transportation and storage, each of the supports (e.g., the outer unit support 10, the outer wall support 21, the inner wall support 22, the outer wall extension support 23, the top wall support 40, etc.) of the outer unit mounting bracket 100 is a detachable structure, and after purchasing the air conditioner and the outer unit mounting bracket 100, a user may assemble the outer unit mounting bracket 100 to the wall 300, and finally assemble the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 to the outer unit mounting bracket 100. The following describes an installation process of the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner in an embodiment with reference to fig. 7 to 15, and it should be noted that the sequence of the following steps of assembling the outdoor unit installation frame 100 is not limited as long as the final assembly is ensured. In addition, as will be described below, any two members are preferably connected to each other by fitting a fastener (e.g., a screw, a bolt, or the like) to the fitting hole, unless otherwise specified.
For example, in the assembly process of the external machine mount 100, the reinforcing brackets (the first reinforcing rib 12 and the second reinforcing rib 13) and the left and right side brackets 11 may be connected and fixed by fasteners to form the external machine bracket 10 (as shown in fig. 9); then, connecting one end of the top wall bracket 40 with the damping foot 50, and connecting the other end of the top wall bracket 40 to the bottom of the outer unit bracket 10 through the hole position to form a first pre-assembly (as shown in fig. 10); when the outdoor unit bracket 10 is used to mount the outdoor unit 200 on the bottom side of the window, the two first connection brackets 211 of the outer wall bracket 21 are connected to the top beams 112 of the two side brackets 11, respectively, and the fourth reinforcing rib 212 is connected between the two first connection brackets 211, thereby forming a second pre-assembled assembly (as shown in fig. 11); then, the two second connecting frames 221 of the inner wall support 22 are inserted into the corresponding first connecting frames 211, the inner wall support 22 is pushed against the wall 300, the distance between the inner wall support 22 and the outer wall support 21 is adjusted until the inner wall support 22 abuts against the inner wall surface and the back of the outer machine support 10 abuts against the outer wall surface, the inner wall support 22 and the outer wall support 21 are connected and fixed by fasteners, and the fasteners are inserted into the fixing holes of the inner wall support 22 and tightly pushed against the wall. When the outdoor unit bracket 10 is used to mount the outdoor unit 200 on the left or right side of the window, the third reinforcing rib 14 is directly connected between the top beams 112 of the two side brackets 11 when the outdoor unit bracket 10 is assembled; then, assembling the outer wall bracket 21 to the outer wall increasing frame 23 to form a third pre-assembly (as shown in fig. 12); then, the outer wall extension bracket 23 in the third pre-assembly is fixed to the reinforcing bracket of the outer unit bracket 10 through the hole sites to form a fourth pre-assembly (as shown in fig. 13); the outer wall bracket 21 and the inner wall bracket 22 of the fourth pre-assembly are assembled to sandwich the wall 300 between the outer wall extension bracket and the inner wall bracket 22, and the fastening member is inserted into the fastening hole of the inner wall bracket 22 and tightly pressed against the wall. As shown in fig. 7, after the outdoor unit mounting bracket 100 is assembled and fixed to the wall 300, the bottom of the outdoor unit 200 is connected to the base 30, and then inserted into the mounting cavity 101 from the front of the outdoor unit bracket 10 and pushed to the wall 300; finally, one end of the fixing member 60 is connected to the first reserved fixing portion of the outdoor unit bracket 10, and the other end is connected to the second reserved fixing portion of the outdoor unit 200, so that the whole installation process is completed.

Claims (18)

1. An outer quick-witted mounting bracket, its characterized in that includes:
the outdoor unit bracket is provided with a mounting cavity for accommodating an outdoor unit of an air conditioner; and
the wall body support is connected with the outer machine support, the wall body support and the outer machine support are enclosed to form a concave part with an opening at one side, and the concave part is used for being clamped with a wall body, so that the outer machine support is abutted against the outer side of the wall body, and part of the wall body support is abutted against the inner side of the wall body.
2. The outdoor unit mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the outdoor unit bracket comprises two side brackets disposed opposite to each other and spaced apart from each other, and a reinforcing bracket connected between the two side brackets, the reinforcing bracket and the two side brackets enclosing to form the mounting cavity, and a mounting and dismounting opening for mounting and dismounting the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is formed on a side of the mounting cavity facing away from the wall body.

The outdoor unit mounting bracket of claim 2, wherein the two side brackets are spaced apart from each other in a left-right direction, each side bracket includes a main beam extending vertically, and a top beam and a bottom beam respectively disposed at upper and lower ends of the main beam, the top beam and the bottom beam are bent and extended toward a side away from the wall body with respect to the main beam, the reinforcing bracket includes a first reinforcing rib and a second reinforcing rib, the first reinforcing rib is connected between the two bottom beams, and the second reinforcing rib is connected between the two main beams.
4. The outdoor unit mounting bracket of claim 3, wherein the reinforcing bracket further comprises a third reinforcing rib connected between the two top beams.

The outdoor unit mounting bracket of claim 3, further comprising a base for being mounted to a bottom of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, wherein sliding grooves are formed in opposite sides of the two bottom beams, each sliding groove extends along a length direction of the bottom beam, and an insertion port for insertion of a side edge of the base is formed at one end of each sliding groove, which is away from the main beam.

The outdoor unit mounting bracket as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a top wall bracket installed to be inclined with respect to the wall body, a top of the top wall bracket being coupled to a bottom of the outdoor unit bracket, the bottom of the top wall bracket being adapted to abut against the wall body.
7. The outdoor unit mounting bracket as claimed in claim 6, wherein the top wall bracket is provided at a bottom thereof with a damping foot for abutting against the wall body.
8. The outdoor unit mounting bracket according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the wall bracket comprises an outer wall bracket and an inner wall bracket, the inner wall bracket and the outdoor unit bracket are arranged opposite to each other and spaced apart from each other in a thickness direction of the wall body, the outer wall bracket is connected between the outer unit bracket and the inner wall bracket, the inner wall bracket has a mounting surface for abutting against an inner side of the wall body, and the mounting surface is provided with fixing holes.

The outdoor unit mounting bracket as claimed in claim 8, wherein the outer wall bracket includes a first connecting bracket including a first connecting arm and a first bending arm connected in a bent manner, the first connecting arm being connected to the outer unit bracket, the first bending arm extending toward the inner wall bracket; the interior wall support include with the first link corresponds the second link that sets up, the second link is including the second linking arm and the second arm of bending the connection, the second linking arm is used for leaning on and is fixed in the wall body is inboard, the second arm of bending orientation first arm of bending extend and with first arm of bending is connected.

The outdoor unit mounting bracket as claimed in claim 9, wherein a telescopic adjustment structure is provided between the second bending arm and the first bending arm, the telescopic adjustment structure being adapted to allow the second bending arm to be telescopically adjusted in a longitudinal direction with respect to the first bending arm.

The outdoor unit mounting bracket as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first and second bending arms are each provided with a plurality of mounting holes at intervals along a length direction thereof, and the plurality of mounting holes are formed in the first or second bending arms at unequal intervals.
12. The outdoor unit mounting bracket as set forth in claim 11, wherein the plurality of mounting holes provided in the first bending arm or the second bending arm are arranged in an arithmetic progression.
13. The outdoor unit mounting bracket as set forth in claim 9, wherein the second connecting arm and the second bending arm have different lengths, and one of the second connecting arm and the second bending arm is detachably connected to the first bending arm.
14. The outdoor unit mounting frame as claimed in claim 9, wherein the outer wall bracket includes two first coupling brackets disposed opposite to each other at a distance, the inner wall bracket includes two second coupling brackets disposed opposite to each other at a distance, and the first coupling brackets are detachably coupled to the second coupling brackets in a one-to-one correspondence; the outer wall bracket also comprises a fourth reinforcing rib connected between the two first connecting frames; and/or, the inner wall bracket further comprises a fifth reinforcing rib connected between the two second connecting frames.
15. The outdoor unit mounting bracket as claimed in claim 8, wherein the wall bracket further comprises an outer wall extension bracket selectively mounted to the outdoor unit bracket, the outer wall extension bracket extending to left and right sides of the outdoor unit bracket in a left and right direction; when the outer machine bracket is assembled with the outer wall lengthening bracket, the outer wall bracket is connected to the left side or the right side of the outer wall lengthening bracket; when the outer machine bracket is not assembled with the outer wall lengthening bracket, the outer wall bracket is connected to the top of the outer machine bracket.
16. The outdoor unit mounting bracket as claimed in claim 15, wherein the outer wall extension bracket comprises two cross members disposed opposite to and spaced apart from each other in an up-down direction, and a reinforcing beam coupled between the two cross members, the outer wall bracket being detachably coupled to the same end of the two cross members.

The outdoor unit mounting bracket of claim 1, further comprising a fixing member, wherein the outdoor unit mounting bracket is provided with a first reserved fixing portion, and when the outdoor unit is assembled to the mounting cavity, the fixing member is detachably connected to the first reserved fixing portion and a second reserved fixing portion of the outdoor unit.
18. An air conditioner, comprising an outdoor unit, an indoor unit, and the outdoor unit mounting bracket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the outdoor unit and the indoor unit are connected by a refrigerant pipe, and the outdoor unit mounting bracket is used for mounting the outdoor unit on the outer side of a wall.
