Referring to fig. 1, 11 and 14, in one embodiment, the exterior wall bracket 21 includes a first connecting frame 211, the first connecting frame 211 includes a first connecting arm 2111 and a first bending arm 2112 connected by bending, the first connecting arm 2111 is connected to the exterior wall bracket 10, and the first bending arm 2112 extends toward the interior wall bracket 22; the inner wall bracket 22 includes a second connecting frame 221 corresponding to the first connecting frame 211, the second connecting frame 221 includes a second connecting arm 2211 and a second bending arm 2212 that are connected by bending, the second connecting arm 2211 is used for abutting against and being fixed on the inner side of the wall 300, and the second bending arm 2212 extends toward the first bending arm 2112 and is connected with the first bending arm 2112.
In this embodiment, the first connecting frame 211 and the second connecting frame 221 are similar to an "L" structure, and are simple in structure and convenient for manufacturing. In order to facilitate assembly and disassembly, the first connecting arm 2111, the first bending arm 2112, the second connecting arm 2211 and the second bending arm 2212 are respectively provided with an assembly hole. During assembly, the assembly holes on the first connecting arm 2111 are aligned with the assembly holes on the outer machine support 10 and locked and fixed through fasteners, and the assembly holes on the first bending arm 2112 are aligned with the assembly holes on the second bending arm 2212 and locked and fixed through fasteners; when the first connecting frame 211 and the second connecting frame 221 are assembled, a U-shaped structure is formed. After the external machine mounting frame 100 is assembled to the wall 300, the external machine mounting frame is abutted against the inner side of the wall 300 through the second connecting arm 2211, and then the external machine mounting frame passes through the fixing hole on the second connecting arm 2211 to be locked and fixed with the wall 300 through the fastener, so that the mounting stability can be ensured. Optionally, the cross sections of the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are all U-shaped, and when the two bending arms are assembled, the two bending arms can be spliced.
When the outdoor unit 200 is required to be installed on the lower side of the window, the outer wall bracket 21 is connected to the top of the outer machine bracket 10, the first connecting arm 2111 is connected to the top beam 112 of the outer machine bracket 10, and a cavity opening towards one side of the wall 300 is formed between the top beam 112, the first connecting arm 2111 and the first bending arm 2112, and the cavity just can avoid the windowsill extending outwards from the window, so that the back surface of the outer machine bracket 10 can be abutted against the outer side of the wall 300. When it is necessary to install the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 at the left or right side of the window, the exterior wall bracket 21 is connected to the right or left side of the exterior machine bracket 10, and the exterior wall extension frame 23 may be provided in consideration of the possible insufficient length of the exterior wall bracket 21, and the exterior wall bracket 21 is connected to the exterior machine bracket 10 through the exterior wall extension frame 23.
In addition, in order to adapt to the wall body 300 with different thickness, the universality is further improved, and in one embodiment, a telescopic adjustment structure is disposed between the second bending arm 2212 and the first bending arm 2112, and the telescopic adjustment structure is used for enabling the second bending arm 2212 to be telescopic and adjustable along the length direction relative to the first bending arm 2112. During assembly, after the second bending arm 2212 is telescopically adjusted to a proper position relative to the first bending arm 2112, the second bending arm 2212 is locked and fixed, so that the outer machine support 10 and the second connecting arm 2211 can be tightly abutted against two sides of the wall body 300. Various embodiments of the telescopic adjusting structure are provided, for example, a plurality of assembling holes are formed in the first bending arm 2112 or the second bending arm 2212, the first bending arm 2112 is moved to a suitable position along the length direction relative to the first bending arm 2112, and then the fastener is fastened and fixed through the two corresponding assembling holes. Of course, in other embodiments, the assembly holes may be formed as oblong holes or bar-shaped slots, and telescopic adjustment may be achieved.
In one embodiment, the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are respectively provided with a plurality of assembly holes along the length direction at intervals, and the plurality of assembly holes on the first bending arm 2112 or the second bending arm 2212 are distributed with unequal hole pitches.
Specifically, the plurality of fitting holes on the first bending arm 2112 may be arranged with equal hole pitches, and the plurality of fitting holes on the second bending arm 2212 may be arranged with unequal hole pitches; the plurality of fitting holes on the first bending arm 2112 may be arranged at unequal hole pitches, and the plurality of fitting holes on the second bending arm 2212 may be arranged at equal hole pitches. It should be noted that, the "hole pitch" refers to a pitch between hole centers of any two adjacent assembly holes, that is, a hole center pitch. The term "equidistant arrangement" means that the pitches of any two adjacent assembly holes in the plurality of assembly holes are equal. For example, the pitch of any adjacent two of the plurality of fitting holes located on the first crimping arm 2112 is 10mm. By "non-equidistant arrangement" is meant that at least one set of adjacent ones of the plurality of mounting holes have a pitch that is different from the pitch of the other mounting holes. For example, the 10 assembly holes on the second bending arm 2212 may be divided into 9 groups of hole pitches, the values of the 9 groups of hole pitches may be different, or the hole pitches of several groups may be the same, and the hole pitches of the remaining groups may be different. In this embodiment, the hole positions on the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are arranged, so that a part of the plurality of assembly holes on the first bending arm 2112 and a part of the plurality of assembly holes on the second bending arm 2212 can be in staggered positions, when the thickness of the wall 300 changes, the second bending arm 2212 can be telescopically adjusted relative to the first bending arm 2112 until the staggered two assembly holes are aligned and then locked and fixed by the fastener, so that the wall 300 with different thicknesses can be better adapted.
In order to further improve the precision of the telescopic adjustment between the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212, further, the pitches of the plurality of fitting holes on the first bending arm 2112 or the second bending arm 2212 are arranged in an equi-differential array. Specifically, the "pitch is arranged in an equidistant array" means that a plurality of groups of pitch of the plurality of assembly holes are arranged in an increasing or decreasing manner according to a constant which is not zero. The example of the plurality of fitting holes on the first bending arm 2112 being arranged at equal pitch and the plurality of fitting holes on the second bending arm 2212 being arranged at equal pitch is described.
For example, a plurality of fitting holes having a diameter of Φ7 are provided in the first crimping arm 2112, and the pitch (hole center distance) between any two adjacent fitting holes is 10mm; the second bending arm 2212 is provided with a plurality of fitting holes having a diameter phi 7, and the hole distances (hole center distances) of the plurality of fitting holes are sequentially increased from 10.5mm by a tolerance of 0.5mm, for example, 10.5mm, 11mm, 11.5mm, 12mm, 12.5mm, 13mm, and the like. After the wall 300 is designed according to the thickness of a common wall, two assembly holes at predetermined positions on the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are aligned and locked and fixed by a fastener (such as a pin). If the wall 300 becomes thicker by 1mm due to painting, the second bending arm 2212 can be moved inwards by 1mm relative to the first bending arm 2112, so that two assembly holes at the other positions of the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are aligned, and then locked and fixed by a fastener. That is, as long as the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 are relatively moved by 0.5mm, the centers of the corresponding assembly holes can be aligned to allow the fasteners to pass through, that is, the precision of telescopic adjustment between the first bending arm 2112 and the second bending arm 2212 is improved to 0.5mm, so that the fine change of the thickness of the wall 300 can be better adapted. The above 0.5mm tolerance is merely illustrative, and the tolerance value may be designed according to the need in practical application, and is not particularly limited herein.
To further accommodate different wall 300 thicknesses, in one embodiment, the second connecting arm 2211 and the second bending arm 2212 have different lengths, and one of the second connecting arm 2211 and the second bending arm 2212 may be detachably connected to the first bending arm 2112. Specifically, the second connecting arm 2211 and the second bending arm 2212 are longer and shorter, so that the second connecting frame 221 is in an "L" structure, and when in practical application, the corresponding long and short sides can be selected to be connected with the first bending arm 2112 of the outer wall bracket 21, so as to adapt to different wall body 300 thicknesses, and further improve universality. For example, as shown in fig. 14, when the outdoor unit is installed at the bottom side of the window, the long arm of the inner wall bracket 22 may be connected to the outer wall bracket 21 as the second bent arm 2212. As shown in fig. 15, when the outdoor unit is installed on the right side of the window, the short arm of the inner wall bracket may be connected to the outer wall bracket 21 as the second bent arm 2212 (i.e., the second connection arm 2211 in fig. 14).
In order to further improve the structural reliability of the outer wall bracket 21 and the inner wall bracket 22, in one embodiment, the outer wall bracket 21 includes two opposite and spaced apart first connection frames 211, the inner wall bracket 22 includes two opposite and spaced apart second connection frames 221, and the first connection frames 211 are detachably connected to the second connection frames 221 in a one-to-one correspondence; the exterior wall bracket 21 further includes a fourth reinforcing rib 212 connected between the two first connection frames 211; and/or, the inner wall bracket 22 further includes a fifth reinforcing rib 222 connected between the two second connection frames 221.
In the present embodiment, the two first connecting frames 211 and the two second connecting frames 221 are both in an "L" structure, and the fourth reinforcing rib 212 and the fifth reinforcing rib 222 are both in a "linear" structure, so that the structure is simple and the production and the manufacturing are convenient. The two ends of the fourth reinforcing rib 212 can be fixed between the two first connecting frames 211 by fasteners, and the two ends of the fifth reinforcing rib 222 can be fixed between the two second connecting frames 221 by fasteners, so that the overall structural strength of the wall bracket 20 is higher and can bear larger force. Of course, in some embodiments, the fourth reinforcing rib 212 may not be disposed between the two first connecting frames 211, and the fourth reinforcing rib 212 may be directly connected between the two top beams 112 of the outer frame 10 as the third reinforcing rib 14.
In order to enable the external mounting frame 100 to have better versatility to adapt to different installation situations, as shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the wall bracket 20 further includes an external extension frame 23, and the external extension frame 23 is selectively assembled to the external bracket 10, and the external extension frame 23 extends to the left and right sides of the external bracket 10 in the left and right directions; when the exterior stand 10 is equipped with the exterior wall extension stand 23, the exterior wall stand 21 is connected to the left or right side of the exterior wall extension stand 23; when the exterior stand 10 is not assembled with the exterior extension stand 23, the exterior stand 21 is coupled to the top of the exterior stand 10.
Specifically, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 is required to be installed at the lower side of the window, the exterior wall bracket 21 may be directly connected to the top of the exterior machine bracket 10 without using the exterior wall extension frame 23. When the outdoor unit 200 is required to be installed on the left or right side of the window, the external wall extension frame 23 is connected to the back of the external machine frame 10, the external wall extension frame 23 extends to both sides of the external machine frame 10 in the left-right direction, and then the external wall frame 21 is connected to the left or right side of the external wall extension frame 23.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, the exterior wall extension frame 23 includes two cross members 231 disposed opposite to each other in the up-down direction at a distance, and a reinforcing beam 232 connected between the two cross members 231, and the exterior wall bracket 21 is detachably connected to the same ends of the two cross members 231. In this embodiment, the cross beam 231 and the reinforcing beam 232 are both in a straight-line structure, and the structure is simple, so that the production and the manufacturing are convenient. The cross beam 231 and the reinforcing beam 232 are provided with assembly holes, and when the assembly is performed, the assembly holes of the reinforcing beam 232 are aligned with the assembly holes of the cross beam 231 and are locked and fixed through fasteners. In order to secure structural stability of the outer wall extension frame 23, the reinforcing beam 232 is optionally provided with a plurality. For example, in the present embodiment, the reinforcing beam 232 is provided even in two along the longitudinal direction of the cross beam 231, so that the reinforcing beam 232 and the cross beam 231 enclose one frame-like body.
In order to further ensure the installation reliability of the outdoor unit 200, in one embodiment, the outdoor unit mounting frame 100 further includes a fixing member 60, the outdoor unit bracket 10 is provided with a first reserved fixing portion, and when the outdoor unit 200 is assembled to the installation cavity 101, the fixing member 60 is detachably connected to the first reserved fixing portion and the second reserved fixing portion of the outdoor unit 200, respectively.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the first and second reserved fixing portions may be first and second reserved holes, respectively, and the fixing member 60 is provided with first and second connection holes, and when the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 is assembled to the installation cavity 101 of the outdoor unit bracket 10, the first connection hole is aligned with the first reserved hole and locked by the fastener, and the second connection hole is aligned with the second reserved hole and locked by the fastener, so that the fixing member 60 can reliably connect the outdoor unit bracket 10 with the air conditioner outdoor unit 200. Optionally, two fixing pieces 60 are provided, and the two fixing pieces 60 are connected to the front side of the outdoor unit bracket 10 and are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, and the upper left corner and the upper right corner of the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 can be fixed with the outdoor unit bracket 10 by the two fixing pieces 60, so that the installation reliability of the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 can be further ensured.
In practical application, considering the convenience of transportation and storage, each bracket (such as the outer machine bracket 10, the outer wall bracket 21, the inner wall bracket 22, the outer wall extension bracket 23, the top wall bracket 40, etc.) of the outer machine mounting bracket 100 is a detachable structure, after a user purchases the outer machine mounting bracket 100, the user can assemble the outer machine mounting bracket 100, assemble the outer machine mounting bracket 100 to the wall 300, and finally assemble the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 to the outer machine mounting bracket 100. The following description will be given by way of example with reference to fig. 7 to 15, and it should be noted that the following steps of assembling the outdoor unit mounting bracket 100 are not limited, as long as the final assembly is ensured. In addition, the following connection between any two members is preferably performed by fitting a fastener (for example, a screw, a bolt, or the like) through a fitting hole unless otherwise specified.
For example, in the process of assembling the outer machine mount 100, the reinforcing brackets (the first reinforcing rib 12 and the second reinforcing rib 13) may be connected to the left and right side brackets 11 and fastened, and assembled to form the outer machine bracket 10 (as shown in fig. 9); then, one end of the top wall bracket 40 is connected with the damping footing 50, and the other end of the top wall bracket 40 is connected to the bottom of the outer machine bracket 10 through a hole site to form a first preassembled component (as shown in fig. 10); when the outdoor unit bracket 10 is used for installing the outdoor unit 200 on the bottom side of the window, the two first connecting frames 211 of the outer wall bracket 21 are respectively connected with the top beams 112 of the two side brackets 11, and the fourth reinforcing rib 212 is connected between the two first connecting frames 211, so as to form a second preassembled assembly (as shown in fig. 11); then two second connecting frames 221 of the inner wall support 22 are inserted into the corresponding first connecting frames 211, meanwhile, the inner wall support 22 is propped against the wall body 300, the distance between the inner wall support 22 and the outer wall support 21 is adjusted until the inner wall support 22 is propped against the inner wall surface, meanwhile, the back of the outer machine support 10 is propped against the wall surface of the outer wall, then the inner wall support 22 and the outer wall support 21 are connected and fixed by using a fastener, and the fastener is penetrated into a fixing hole of the inner wall support 22 and is tightly propped against the wall. When the outdoor unit bracket 10 is used for installing the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 at the left or right side of the window, the third reinforcing rib 14 is directly connected between the top beams 112 of the two side brackets 11 when the outdoor unit bracket 10 is assembled; then the exterior wall brackets 21 are assembled to the exterior wall extension frame 23 to form a third preassembled assembly (as shown in fig. 12); the outer wall extension frame 23 in the third preassembled component is installed and fixed on the reinforcing support of the outer machine support 10 through hole sites to form a fourth preassembled component (shown in fig. 13); the outer wall bracket 21 and the inner wall bracket 22 of the fourth pre-assembly are assembled so that the wall 300 is sandwiched between the outer wall extension frame and the inner wall bracket 22, and the fastening members are inserted into the fixing holes of the inner wall bracket 22 and tightly supported to the wall. As shown in fig. 7, after the outer machine mounting frame 100 is assembled and fixed to the wall 300, the bottom of the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 is connected to the base 30, and then inserted into the mounting cavity 101 from the front of the outer machine bracket 10, and pushed into place toward the wall 300; finally, one end of the fixing piece 60 is connected with the first reserved fixing part of the outer machine bracket 10, and the other end is connected with the second reserved fixing part on the air conditioner outdoor unit 200, so that the whole installation process is completed.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit 200, an air conditioner indoor unit and an outer machine mounting frame 100, wherein the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 is connected with the air conditioner indoor unit through a refrigerant pipeline, and the outer machine mounting frame 100 is used for mounting the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 on the outer side of a wall body 300. The specific structure of the external machine mounting frame 100 refers to the above embodiment, and because the air conditioner adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, the air conditioner has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments, and will not be described in detail herein.
The air conditioner of the present invention is equipped with the outdoor unit installation frame 100, and a user can install the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 outside the wall body 300 by himself/herself through the outdoor unit installation frame 100 after purchasing the air conditioner. Specifically, when installing the air condensing units 200, first with outer quick-witted mounting bracket 100 from the opening part joint in wall body 300 of concave part 102, with the air condensing units 200 assemble outside to the installation cavity 101 of outer quick-witted support 10 in can, the installation is simple and convenient, the user can install by oneself at home, need not to wait professional installer and go up the door installation, can effectively promote installation effectiveness to can save and go up the door installation cost, practice thrift installation cost. If the air conditioner needs to be reinstalled and used in a place to be replaced, only the air conditioner outdoor unit 200 and the outdoor unit mounting frame 100 are required to be detached respectively, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Claims (18)

1. An external machine mounting bracket, characterized by comprising:
the outer machine bracket is provided with an installation cavity for accommodating an air conditioner outdoor unit; and
the wall body support is connected with the outer machine support, the wall body support and the outer machine support enclose to form a concave part with one side open, the concave part is used for being clamped with a wall body, so that the outer machine support is propped against the outer side of the wall body, and part of the wall body support is propped against the inner side of the wall body.
2. The outdoor unit mounting rack of claim 1, wherein the outdoor unit bracket comprises two side brackets which are opposite and arranged at intervals, and a reinforcing bracket connected between the two side brackets, wherein the reinforcing bracket and the two side brackets enclose to form the mounting cavity, and a dismounting opening for dismounting the air conditioner outdoor unit is formed on one side of the mounting cavity, which is away from the wall.
3. The exterior machine mounting frame according to claim 2, wherein two side brackets are arranged at intervals in a left-right direction, each side bracket comprises a main beam extending up and down, and a top beam and a bottom beam respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the main beam, the top beam and the bottom beam are bent and extended towards one side away from the wall body relative to the main beam, the reinforcing brackets comprise a first reinforcing rib and a second reinforcing rib, the first reinforcing rib is connected between the two bottom beams, and the second reinforcing rib is connected between the two main beams.
4. The exterior mount of claim 3, wherein the reinforcement bracket further comprises a third reinforcement rib connected between the two top beams.

The outdoor unit mounting rack of claim 3, further comprising a base for assembly to the bottom of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, wherein the opposite sides of the two bottom beams are respectively provided with sliding grooves, each sliding groove extends along the length direction of the bottom beam, and one end of each sliding groove, which is away from the main beam, is provided with a plugging port for plugging the side edge of the base.
6. The exterior mounting of claim 1, further comprising a top wall bracket disposed obliquely with respect to the wall, a top of the top wall bracket being connected to a bottom of the exterior bracket, the bottom of the top wall bracket being adapted to abut the wall.
7. The exterior mounting of claim 6, wherein the bottom of the top wall bracket is provided with damping feet for abutting the wall.
8. The exterior mount according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the wall bracket includes an exterior wall bracket and an interior wall bracket, the interior wall bracket and the exterior wall bracket are disposed opposite to and spaced apart from each other in a thickness direction of the wall, the exterior wall bracket is connected between the exterior wall bracket and the interior wall bracket, the interior wall bracket has a mounting surface for abutting against an inner side of the wall, and the mounting surface is provided with a fixing hole.
9. The exterior mount of claim 8, wherein the exterior wall bracket includes a first link including a first link arm and a first flex arm connected in a flex, the first link arm being connected to the exterior wall bracket, the first flex arm extending toward the interior wall bracket; the inner wall support comprises a second connecting frame which is arranged corresponding to the first connecting frame, the second connecting frame comprises a second connecting arm and a second bending arm which are connected in a bending mode, the second connecting arm is used for propping against and being fixed on the inner side of the wall body, and the second bending arm extends towards the first bending arm and is connected with the first bending arm.
10. The external mounting frame according to claim 9, wherein a telescopic adjustment structure is provided between the second bending arm and the first bending arm, and the telescopic adjustment structure is configured to enable the second bending arm to be telescopic adjusted along a length direction relative to the first bending arm.
11. The external machine mounting frame according to claim 9, wherein the first bending arm and the second bending arm are each provided with a plurality of mounting holes at intervals along the length direction, and the plurality of mounting holes on the first bending arm or the second bending arm are arranged in a non-uniform hole pitch.
12. The external mounting bracket of claim 11, wherein the plurality of mounting holes in the first or second crimping arms are arranged in an equidistant array.
13. The external mounting bracket of claim 9, wherein the second connecting arm and the second crimping arm are different in length, and wherein one of the second connecting arm and the second crimping arm is detachably connected to the first crimping arm.
14. The exterior mounting of claim 9, wherein the exterior wall bracket comprises two opposite and spaced apart first connection brackets, the interior wall bracket comprises two opposite and spaced apart second connection brackets, and the first connection brackets are detachably connected to the second connection brackets in a one-to-one correspondence; the outer wall bracket further comprises a fourth reinforcing rib connected between the two first connecting frames; and/or, the inner wall bracket further comprises a fifth reinforcing rib connected between the two second connecting frames.
15. The exterior mounting of claim 8, wherein the wall bracket further comprises an exterior wall extension bracket selectively attachable to the exterior bracket, the exterior wall extension bracket extending in a left-right direction to left and right sides of the exterior bracket; when the outer machine support is provided with the outer wall extension frame, the outer wall support is connected to the left side or the right side of the outer wall extension frame; when the outer machine support is not assembled with the outer wall growth frame, the outer wall support is connected to the top of the outer machine support.
16. The exterior mounting of claim 15, wherein said exterior wall extension frame comprises two beams opposite in the up-down direction and spaced apart, and a reinforcing beam connected between said two beams, said exterior wall bracket being removably connected to the same end of said two beams.
17. The outdoor unit mounting rack of claim 1, further comprising a fixing member, wherein the outdoor unit bracket is provided with a first reserved fixing portion, and the fixing member is detachably connected to the first reserved fixing portion and a second reserved fixing portion of the air conditioner outdoor unit, respectively, after the air conditioner outdoor unit is assembled to the mounting cavity.
18. An air conditioner, characterized by comprising an air conditioner outdoor unit, an air conditioner indoor unit and an outdoor unit mounting frame according to any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the air conditioner outdoor unit is connected with the air conditioner indoor unit through a refrigerant pipeline, and the outdoor unit mounting frame is used for mounting the air conditioner outdoor unit on the outer side of a wall body.
