The bearing part 133 includes one or more limiting grooves for bearing the cleaning target. The width of the limiting groove is larger than that of the cleaning target object. In one embodiment, one or more suction cups 134, which can be vacuum cups, are disposed on the bottom surface of the retaining groove. One or more suction cups 134 are recessed in the bottom surface of the retaining groove so that the suction cups are parallel to or slightly above the bottom surface of the retaining groove. When the object to be cleaned is placed in the limiting groove, the sucking disc 134 adsorbs the object to be cleaned in the limiting groove, so that the object to be cleaned is prevented from moving in the cleaning process.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile module according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the moving module 110 includes a transverse slide rail 111 and a longitudinal slide rail 112, the transverse slide rail 111 is disposed on the workbench 140, and the longitudinal slide rail 112 is disposed on the transverse slide rail 111, so that the longitudinal slide rail 112 can move transversely as a whole. The transverse sliding rail 111 comprises two parallel transverse rails, at least one of the rails is provided with a servo motor 1111, and the servo motor 1111 is used for driving the structure on the rail to move transversely.
The longitudinal slide rails 112 are fixed to the lateral slide rails 111 by brackets 1121. The lower surface of the supporting plate 1121 may include a slider, which can be embedded into two parallel tracks of the lateral sliding rail 111. The longitudinal slide rail 112 includes two longitudinal rails disposed in parallel, at least one of the rails is mounted with a servo motor 1122, and the servo motor 1122 is used for driving the elastic platform 121 on the rail to move longitudinally. The longitudinal slide rail 112 includes a mounting seat 1123 thereon, and the cleaning module 120 is capable of moving longitudinally as a whole by the fixed connection between the mounting seat 1123 and the fixing block 126 of the cleaning module 120.
The lateral slide rail 111 and the longitudinal slide rail 112 include crash blocks 113, which are respectively disposed at both ends of the lateral slide rail 111 and the longitudinal slide rail 112. The material of the bumper block 113 includes, but is not limited to, rubber and polyurethane. The anti-collision block 113 can prevent the lateral slide rail 111 and the longitudinal slide rail 112 from moving beyond the normal working range. In addition, the anti-collision block 113 has the function of absorbing energy, and the transverse slide rail 111 and the longitudinal slide rail 112 cannot collide on the anti-collision block 113 to cause the problem of collision injury.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of an automatic cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the automatic cleaning apparatus includes an upper chassis 101 and a lower chassis 102, wherein the upper chassis 101 is fixed to the lower chassis 102. The upper housing 101 accommodates the automatic cleaning apparatus 100 therein.
The signal lamp 103 is installed on the top of the upper chassis 101, and the signal lamp 103 may indicate the operating state of the automatic cleaning apparatus by using different colors. The signal light 103 may be a bar-panel Light Emitting Diode (LED) light that blinks and beeps to signal a warning when the automatic cleaning apparatus malfunctions.
The upper casing 101 further comprises a display panel 104, a feeding port 105 and function buttons 106, wherein the display panel 104, the feeding port 105 and the function buttons 106 are arranged on the front panel of the upper casing 101. The display panel 104 is used for displaying the working parameters of the automatic cleaning device and the information of the current cleaning target, and the information of the cleaning target at least comprises the identification ID of the cleaning target. The cleaning object can be placed and taken out by the worker through the feed opening 105, and the working condition of the inside can be seen through the feed opening. The function button 106 is arranged on the lower part of the front panel, so that the operation of workers is facilitated. The function buttons 106 include, but are not limited to, a power button, a start button, a reset button, and an emergency stop button. A box door is arranged on one side or two sides of the upper case 101, so that workers can conveniently check and maintain internal devices.
The lower case 102 can accommodate devices such as an industrial personal computer, an air pump, a power module and the like. The industrial personal computer, the air pump, the power module and other devices are arranged inside the lower case 102, so that the physical and electrical injuries of workers can be avoided, and the volume of the automatic cleaning equipment can be reduced. The front and/or rear panels of the lower housing 102 include doors to facilitate inspection and maintenance of internal components by personnel.

Claims (14)

1. An automatic cleaning device, comprising: the cleaning device comprises a flexible supporting piece, a vibration motor, a cleaning assembly and a fastening assembly, wherein the flexible supporting piece is used for supporting the vibration motor and the cleaning assembly, the fastening assembly is used for fixing an object to be cleaned, and the flexible supporting piece and the fastening assembly are arranged on a workbench; wherein,
the cleaning assembly comprises a connecting rod, the connecting rod penetrates through the flexible supporting piece, a first end of the connecting rod is connected to the vibration motor, and a second end of the connecting rod is provided with a cleaning head;
the flexible support is movably mounted adjacent the fastening assembly to enable the cleaning head to contact an object to be cleaned on the fastening assembly.
2. The robotic cleaning device of claim 1, wherein a distance between the first end of the linkage and the flexible support is greater than a distance between the second end of the linkage and the flexible support.
3. The automatic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the flexible supporting member comprises a limiting portion, a supporting portion and a fixing portion, the limiting portion is connected with the fixing portion through the supporting portion, and the limiting portion is parallel to the fixing portion to form an I-shaped supporting member; the limiting part is provided with a through hole, and the size of the through hole is matched with that of the connecting rod.

The automatic cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the flexible support further comprises a pressing plate having a groove thereon, the position-limiting portion having a groove thereon, the pressing plate and the groove on the position-limiting portion forming a through hole when the pressing plate is mounted on the position-limiting portion.
5. The automatic cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the fixing portion comprises one or more fixing holes, and the distance from the center of the fixing hole to the top surface of the limiting portion is 45-50 mm.
6. An automatic cleaning device according to claim 3, characterized in that the width of the support is 20-25 mm.
7. The automatic cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the fixing portion comprises one or more fixing holes, the distance from the center of the fixing hole to the top surface of the limiting portion is 48 mm, and the width of the supporting portion is 22 mm.
8. The automatic cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the flexible support has a thickness of 10-15 mm and a hardness of HD 80-90.
9. The automatic cleaning device according to claim 1, further comprising: the flexible support part is connected with the rigid fixing part through the flexible isolation part.
10. The automatic cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the cleaning head comprises a brush having a fluid path disposed therein, the fluid path being filled with a cleaning fluid.

The robotic cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the fastening assembly comprises: the bearing part is used for bearing the target object to be cleaned, the bearing part is arranged below the lifting part, and the lifting part compresses or releases the target object to be cleaned on the bearing part by adjusting the height of the lower end part.
12. The automatic cleaning device according to claim 11, wherein the elevating portion includes a cylinder and a pressing block elastically connected to the cylinder with a spring; one or more suckers are arranged on the bearing part.

The automatic cleaning device according to claim 1, further comprising: the horizontal sliding rail is arranged on the workbench, the longitudinal sliding rail is arranged on the horizontal sliding rail, so that the longitudinal sliding rail can transversely move integrally, and the flexible support is fixed on the longitudinal sliding rail, so that the flexible support can longitudinally move integrally.
