In the description of the present disclosure, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood in specific instances by those of ordinary skill in the art.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a filter plug device is provided. The plug device is capable of transitioning between a collapsed state and an expanded state. For example, the plug device is a memory alloy. When entering the blood vessel, the thrombus filtering device in a contraction state is placed in the catheter, and one end of the thrombus filtering device is connected with a push rod. When the catheter is at the set position, the thrombus filtering device can expand along the radial direction of the blood vessel and start to collect thrombus in the blood vessel by pushing the push rod to drive the thrombus filtering device to extend out of the catheter.
As shown in fig. 1, the filter plug device comprises a filter body, the filter plug body comprises a collecting part 10, a supporting part 20 and a filtering part 30, the collecting part 10 and the filtering part 30 are arranged oppositely, the supporting part 20 is arranged between the collecting part 10 and the filtering part 30, the supporting part 20 comprises a plurality of beams 21, the plurality of beams 21 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the filter body, one end of each beam 21 is connected with the collecting part 10, and the other end of each beam 21 is connected with the filtering part 30.
The filter plug device further comprises a binding structure, the binding structure comprises at least one binding end, the binding end is fixedly connected with the end part of the supporting part 20 and/or the filtering part 30, and the binding end is of a columnar structure. The converging end is of a degradable material, and the end of the filter body is configured to radially expand upon degradation of the converging end.
As shown in fig. 1, the support portion 20 is composed of a plurality of beams 21, and the support portion 20 can be expanded in the radial direction to form a support for the inner wall of the blood vessel. The plurality of beams 21 are arranged annularly in the circumferential direction. The plurality of beams 21 may be arranged in a circular ring shape or a square ring shape.
For example, the beam 21 can drive the filter body connected with the beam to expand radially in the expansion process, and the converging structure has a converging effect on one end of the filter body far away from the beam 21. In this way, the filter body in the expanded state has a conical structure.
In one example, the trap portion 10 of the filter body can function as a filter plug in an expanded state of the filter plug device. The collecting part 10 has a net structure.
For example, the collecting part 10 and the filtering part 30 of the filtering body can function as a filter plug. Alternatively, the collection portion 10 of the filter body is in an open state, and the filter portion 30 of the filter body is capable of filtering thrombus. The restriction structure is used for restricting one end of the filter plug body capable of filtering thrombus.
For example, the binding structure includes two binding ends, namely a first binding end 50 and a second binding end 60, the first binding end 50 binds an end of the collecting part 10 away from the supporting part 20, and the second binding end 60 binds an end of the filtering part 30 away from the supporting part 20.
As shown in FIG. 3, the present embodiment provides a plug device that is capable of transitioning from an expanded state to a stent state. The constricting structure may be degradable, such as a magnesium alloy.
In the actual use process, after thrombolysis is carried out on thrombus collected in the filtering body, the converging structure is slowly degraded. After the converging structure is degraded, the end part of the filtering body bound by the converging structure can be radially opened, and the filter plug device is of a drift diameter structure.
In this way, the two ends of the filtering body can be expanded along the radial direction of the blood vessel after the constriction structure is degraded, so as to be in contact with the inner wall of the blood vessel to support the blood vessel. Thus, after the filter plug device filters the plug, the filter plug device does not need to be taken out.
In addition, since the thrombus-forming blood vessel wall 40 is easily deformed after the thrombus is removed, the thrombus device can be supported by the blood vessel at the site by replacing the thrombus filter device with a stent. Avoiding the formation of thrombus again.
In one example, a connection member 51 is provided at an end of the converging end facing away from the filter body, and a magnetic element is provided on the connection member 51.
For example, the connecting member 51 and the binding end are integrally formed, and both the connecting member 51 and the binding end are made of the same material and are degradable.
In actual use, the push rod is connected to the connecting member 51 to push the filter plug device. The magnetic element is arranged on the connecting part 51, so that the connecting strength of the push rod and the connecting part 51 is increased.
Furthermore, a situation in which the push rod is disengaged from the connecting member 51 in the blood vessel is avoided.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2, the coupling member 51 has a ring structure, and the magnetic element is located on an inner wall of the ring structure.
The push rod is in a hook-like configuration corresponding to the loop configuration so that the push rod can be coupled to the coupling member 51 to push the filter plug assembly.
Alternatively, the connecting part 51 has a concave structure, a thread is provided on the inner wall of the concave structure, and the magnetic element is located at the bottom end of the concave structure.
The push rod is connected with the connecting part 51 through threads, and the end part of the push rod can be attracted by the magnetic element. In this way, the strength of the connection between the connection member 51 and the push rod is further increased, and the push rod is further prevented from being detached from the connection member 51 in the blood vessel.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a barb structure 22 is provided on the beam 21, a portion of the beam 21 being contactable with an inner surface of the side wall of the blood vessel in an expanded state of the embolic device, the barb structure 22 being configured to pierce the side wall of the blood vessel.
Through such a mode, filter the body and can be fixed in the position of settlement, avoid filtering the self-movement of body in the blood vessel.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a recess 23 is provided on the beam 21 at a position corresponding to the barb structure 22, the recess 23 is matched with the barb structure 22, and the barb structure 22 is accommodated in the recess 23 when the filter plug body is in a contracted state.
For example, in the process of forming the barb, the shape of the barb structure is cut on the surface of the beam 21, and the cut portion penetrates through the height direction of the beam 21 to form the barb structure 22 having one end connected to the beam 21, and the edge of the barb structure 22 away from the end connected to the beam 21 forms a free end which can be moved relative to the recess 23. During expansion of the filter plug device, the barb structures 22 project from the recesses 23, and in the collapsed state of the filter plug device, the barb structures are located in the recesses.
In this way, the filter bolt device is prevented from contacting the outer wall of the beam 21 in the contracted state, and the barb structure 22 is damaged or the inclination angle between the barb structure 22 and the beam 21 is changed. By embedding the barb structures 22 in the recesses 23, an effective protection of the barb structures 22 is provided.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in a state where the filter body is expanded, both the collecting part 10 and the filtering part 30 have meshes 24, and the size of the meshes 24 of the collecting part 10 is larger than that of the meshes 24 of the filtering part 30.
The supporting portion 20 is located between the collecting portion 10 and the filtering portion 30, and during the radial expansion of the supporting portion 20, the collecting portion 10 and the filtering portion 30 are also expanded in the radial direction.
In one embodiment of the present application, the binding structure binds one end of the collecting section 10 and also binds one end of the filtering section 30. Thus, the collecting part 10 and the filtering part 30 are both tapered.
The collecting part 10 and the filtering part 30 are formed in a net structure. The collecting part 10 can filter the thrombus formation having a large volume, and the thrombus formation having a small volume is secondarily filtered by the filtering part 30 through the supporting part 20 and the filtering part 30.
In this way, the efficiency of the filter plug can be increased.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the collecting part 10 and the meshes 24 of the filtering part 30 are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction, and the number of the meshes 24 of the collecting part 10 is smaller than that of the meshes 24 of the filtering part 30.
By reducing the density of the meshes 24 of the collecting section 10, there is a difference in density between the collecting section 10 and the meshes 24 of the filtering section 30, so that thrombi of different sizes can be collected.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1-3, the filter portion 30 includes a first rib 31 extending from one end of the beam 21, the collecting portion 10 includes a third rib 11 extending from the other end of the beam 21, and the first rib 31 and the third rib 11 have a chamfered end.
For example, the end of the first rib 31 is fixedly connected with the constricted end. Optionally, the end of the third rib 11 is fixedly connected with the constricted end. Alternatively, the distal end of the first rib 31 and the end of the third rib 11 are both fixedly connected to the constricted end.
In this way, the collecting part 10 and the filtering part 30 are formed in a net structure.
Optionally, the filtering portion 30 includes a plurality of first ribs 31 extending from one end of the beam 21, the collecting portion 10 includes at least one third rib 11 extending from the other end of the beam 21, a second rib 32 extending from a position where two adjacent first ribs 31 are connected, a fourth rib 12 extending from a position where two adjacent third ribs 11 are connected, and a bundling end is fixedly connected to an end of the second rib 32 and/or an end of the fourth rib 12.
As shown in fig. 3, a third rib 11 extends from the end of the beam 21 close to the collecting part 10, and two first ribs 31 extend from the end of the beam 21 close to the filtering part 30.
In this way, the size of the meshes 24 of the collecting part 10 can be made larger than that of the meshes 24 of the filtering part 30.
Optionally, the number of the third ribs 11 extending from the end of the beam 21 near the collecting part 10 is 2 or 3, etc. The number of the first ribs 31 extending from the end of the beam 21 near the filter portion 30 is 4 or 5.
Here, the number of the first ribs 31 extending from one end of each beam 21 and the number of the third ribs 11 extending from the other end of each beam 21 are not specifically limited, and those skilled in the art can set the number according to the size and density of the mesh holes 24.
In this way, the number of ribs can be increased, and the density of the mesh 24 can be changed by adjusting the number of ribs.
In one example, the ratio of the length of the second ribs 32 to the length of the first ribs 31 is less than or equal to 1: 2; the ratio of the length of the fourth bead 12 to the length of the third bead 11 is greater than or equal to 1: 2.
in this ratio range, the size of the mesh 24 is more convenient for the filter plug part to form a net structure in the radial direction of the blood vessel, and the effect of the filter plug can be further increased.
