In the air treatment apparatus according to the present invention, the motor 15 may be an AC motor or a DC motor.
In the preferred embodiment, the housing 11 of the air treatment device 1 is rectangular parallelepiped shaped having a top wall 110, a bottom wall 111 and side walls 112. As shown in fig. 1, an electrical component box 20 is disposed on a side wall 112 of the housing 11 and protrudes from the plane of the side wall, and the electrical component box 20 is used for accommodating various electronic devices and/or circuit boards. In particular, when a DC motor is used with the air treatment apparatus, an inverter circuit board is provided in the electrical component box 20 to be used in cooperation with the DC motor.
It is advantageous that the electrical component box 20 is provided on the side wall 112, so that the vertical height dimension of the air treatment apparatus 1 can be as small as possible, which is advantageous in satisfying the height limitation of the installation space, and at the same time, the maintenance and inspection can be easily performed by the operator.
Fig. 2 and 3 show perspective views of the electrical component box 20 on the housing 11. The electrical component box 20 is mainly constituted by a box body 21 and a box cover 31, the box body 21 and the box cover 31 are mounted together by, for example, fasteners, and the box body 21 of the electrical component box 20 is mounted on the side wall 112 of the housing 11 by the fasteners.
The case body 21 of the electric component box 20 mainly includes opposing top and bottom plates 211 and 212 and opposing first and second side plates 215 and 216, and the first and second side plates 215 and 216 connect the top and bottom plates 211 and 212, respectively, so as to surround an opening portion 217 forming the electric component box 20. Herein, the top plate 211, the bottom plate 212, and the side plates refer to plates in which the case body 21 of the electrical component box 20 is in the top, bottom, and vertical positions when the air processing apparatus 1 is in the installation position, respectively.
The cover 31 of the electrical component box 20 has a cover main body 315 that covers the opening 217 of the box 21. The cover main body 315 is shaped and sized to substantially match the opening 217 in the case 21. As shown in fig. 3, the cover main body 315 is a flat plate. Alternatively, in other alternative embodiments, the cover main body 315 may be formed to have an arc-shaped portion or a convex portion.
The electrical component box 20 according to the present invention realizes the fixed connection between the box body 21 and the box cover 31 by the fixing plates 218 and 318 protruding and extending outside the electrical component box 20. Specifically, the first side plate 215 and the second side plate 216 of the case 21 have case fixing plates 218 extending outward, respectively, and the cover 31 has cover fixing plates 318 extending outward from the cover main body 315 at both vertical sides thereof. The case retainer plate 218 and the case cover retainer plate 318 are each generally elongated. The tank securing plate 218 is preferably integrally formed with the side plates of the tank and is angled with respect to the side plates of the tank, as shown in FIG. 2, with the tank securing plate 218 being generally perpendicular to the tank side plates. And the cover fixing plate 318 is formed integrally with the cover main body 315, and as shown in fig. 2, the cover fixing plate 318 and the cover main body 315 are formed as the same plane plate. When the lid 31 is fittingly mounted to the housing 21, the housing retainer plate 218 and the lid retainer plate 318 are fittingly engaged in face-to-face engagement on the exterior of the housing 21 and then fixedly mounted by fasteners such as screws.
To receive the fasteners, one or more first openings 219 are provided in the case retainer plate 218 and one or more second openings 319 are provided in the case cover retainer plate 318. The number and location of the first openings 219 and the second openings 319 correspond to each other. The first opening 219 and the second opening 319 correspond and receive fasteners during installation of the electrical component enclosure 20.
In order to improve the safety of the electrical component box 20 during the installation process, in particular, the top of the box cover fixing plate 318 is provided with a snap-in element configured to snap-in with the box fixing plate 218 to pre-fix the box cover 31 to the box body 21. Pre-fixing is conveniently accomplished by snap-fitting elements into engagement with the top of cassette holder plate 218, which will facilitate mounting of lid 31 on cassette 21 for installation of electrical component cassette 20 by the builder.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the latch member is configured as a latch plate 316 extending from the top of the lid retainer plate 318 in a direction toward the side wall 112 of the device housing 11, the latch plate 316 extending substantially perpendicular to the lid retainer plate 318, or the angle between the latch plate 316 and the lid retainer plate 318 may be less than 90 degrees. The snap plate 316 is preferably integrally formed with the lid retainer plate 318. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the corners 317 of the snap plate 316 are preferably rounded to ensure operational safety.
In other embodiments, the catch element may be formed in a hook shape (not shown), i.e. the catch element comprises a hook portion (not shown) extending downwardly from the end of the catch plate 316 that extends opposite to the lid retainer plate 318, such that the catch element forms a slot into which the top of the lid retainer plate 318 is snapped so that the hook portion abuts the surface of the lid retainer plate 218 that faces away from the lid retainer plate 318, which pre-fastening is particularly simple and efficient for the operator. The hook-shaped snap-in element holds the lid 31 from falling off the cassette more reliably than the plate-shaped snap-in element shown in fig. 4.
In alternative embodiments, the snap elements on the lid 31 may snap onto the cassette holder plate 218 at locations other than the top of the cassette holder plate 218. For example, a retaining slot may be provided in the middle of the base retaining plate 218, and a retaining member such as a retaining plate 316 or hook may be inserted into the retaining slot to abut against the bottom of the retaining slot, again to ensure that the lid is pre-secured to the base before the lid is secured to the base. It will be appreciated that the size of the snap-in groove can be considerably larger than that of the snap-in element, for example the length of the snap-in groove being 3-5 mm larger than the length of the snap-in element, so that the operator can easily insert the snap-in element into the snap-in groove without careful alignment. In addition, in this case, the cover fixing plate 318 may have a length in the vertical direction shorter than that of the case fixing plate 218.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the cover preferably further includes a protrusion 312 protruding upward from the cover main body 315, and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3, a stopper plate 213 is provided to extend downward from an edge of the top of the case 21 on the side of the opening 217. Preferably, the height of the protruding portion 312 substantially corresponds to the height of the stopper plate 213, and after the lid 31 is mounted on the box body 21, the protruding portion 312 is disposed inside the stopper plate 213, and the stopper plate 213 is adjacent to and preferably abuts against the protruding portion 312. The design of the protruding portion 312 and the stopper plate 213 helps prevent the condensed water falling from above the box body 21 from flowing into the electrical component box 20 through the gap between the cover 31 and the box body 21 as much as possible, and reduces the possibility that the cover 31 falls off from the side away from the box body 21 when the operator mounts the cover 31.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a first reinforcing plate 313 may be provided at the top edge of the protruding portion 312, the first reinforcing plate 313 extending toward the inside of the case body 21 and being provided in abutment with the top plate 211 of the lid 31 from the inside of the case body 21. The lateral width of the first reinforcing plate 313 may coincide with the lateral width of the cover main body 315, or the lateral width of the first reinforcing plate 313 may be smaller than the lateral width of the cover main body 315. The provision of the first reinforcement plate 313 improves the strength of the projection 312 of the cover 21, increasing the stability of the projection 312.
In a preferred embodiment, the projection 312 and the first reinforcement plate 313 may be formed integrally with the cover main body 315.
Further, as can also be seen in fig. 3, the cover main body 315 has a lateral width greater than that of the projection 312. In this way, the side of the cover main body 315 protrudes from the side of the protrusion 312 to form a stepped portion, and the corner 317 of the stepped portion is chamfered to prevent the protruding corner from cutting an operator of the electrical component box 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, a second reinforcing plate 314 is provided at the bottom of the cover main body 315, and preferably, the second reinforcing plate 314 is formed integrally with the cover main plate 315. The second reinforcement plate 314 extends substantially parallel to the cover main body 315. As shown in fig. 3, the second reinforcement panel 314 has a lateral width that is substantially the same as the lateral width of the lid main body 315, but it should be understood that in other alternative embodiments, as may be desired. When the cover 31 is attached to the case 21, the second reinforcing plate 314 is located below the bottom plate 212 of the case 21, and a gap is located between the second reinforcing plate 314 and the bottom plate 212. The second reinforcement plate 314 increases the strength of the bottom of the case cover 31, thereby contributing to the stability of the bottom of the case cover 31. The gap is provided to prevent the second reinforcing plate 314 from colliding with the case 21 when mounted.
When an operator needs to mount the cover 31 of the electrical component box 20 to the box body 21 during installation, commissioning or maintenance of the air treatment apparatus 1, the operator first inserts the protrusion 312 of the cover 31 into the space formed between the top of the box body and the stopper plate 213, and then snaps the snap-fit element to the box body fixing plate 218 of the box body 21, at which time the second reinforcing plate 314 will easily enter below the bottom plate 212 of the box body 21 due to a gap between the second reinforcing plate 314 and the outside of the bottom plate 212. The snap-in elements enable a pre-fixing of the lid 31 with respect to the box 21 and the snap-in of the snap-in elements with respect to the box fixing plate 218 also ensures the positioning of the lid 31 with respect to the box 21. At this point, the first opening 219 in the case retainer plate 218 will be correspondingly aligned with the second opening 319 in the case cover retainer plate 318, and the operator inserts fasteners through the aligned first and second openings 219, 319 and performs a fastening operation. Therefore, the operator completes the installation of the electrical component box 20, the risk of falling off the box cover 31 is avoided in the installation process, and the construction difficulty of the operator is reduced.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, any modifications, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention, as defined by the claims.
