Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of medical equipment, especially, relate to a connect urine device for urinary incontinence female patient.
Background
In clinical practice, urinary incontinence is generally divided into four types, and the different types of urinary incontinence are caused by different diseases, with specific causes as follows: 1. stress Incontinence (Stress Incontinence) is caused by relaxation of female pelvic floor muscles, and is manifested by leakage of urine during coughing and sneezing; 2. urge Incontinence (Urge Incontinence) is caused by urinary system infection, interstitial cystitis, overactive bladder, etc., and patients mainly show Urge Incontinence; 3. genuine Urinary Incontinence (True Urinary Incontinence) is Urinary Incontinence caused by injury of the urethral sphincter due to urethral trauma, surgery, and the like, and is also called complete Urinary Incontinence; 4. overflow Inconence is the result of incomplete bladder emptying in patients with Overflow Incontinence resulting in bladder urine filling and Overflow Incontinence.
The urination organs of female patients are more specially constructed than those of male patients, and therefore, the urine collecting device for female patients with urinary incontinence needs to solve the following problems: the urine receiving device cannot be tightly attached to a urination organ, so that leakage is easy to cause; the device is not easy to fix, and the use effect is influenced; when a patient is in a lying or sitting posture, urine is easy to flow back to cause pollution; the part of the device, which is attached to the urination organs of the patient, cannot keep a breathable and dry state, so that health risks to the urination organs and the surrounding skin are caused.
Prior art also provides some solutions to above-mentioned problem, for example the patent document of publication No. CN211433611U discloses a urinary incontinence women is with collection urine device, including wearing trousers, elasticity cloth and magic subsides, the top of wearing the trousers is provided with elasticity cloth, elasticity cloth and the trousers seam of wearing are provided with the magic subsides on the elasticity cloth, and the magic subsides sew up with elasticity cloth, and the interior bottom of wearing the trousers is provided with connects the urine ware. The beneficial effects are that: the utility model discloses a through set up warm paster on collection urine device, comfort level when can improving initial wearing, it is comparatively practical, through setting up the movable ureter of inserting, can insert women's patient's vagina department and use inserting the ureter, not the time spent can pull out inserting the ureter, application range is extensive, through set up extension spring and fender flow board in catheterization hole below, can sit down or when lying in the incontinence woman, under the effect of extension spring and gravity, the action of pulling fender flow board, shelter from the catheterization hole, can prevent to store up the urine chamber and collect the urine in the urine bag and flow back, play safety and sanitation's effect.
The technical scheme that this patent document discloses uses to dress trousers, magic subsides and elasticity cloth to be fixed in patient's abdomen portion with the device, sets up extension spring and fender stream board in the catheterization hole and can prevent the urine backward flow, but the device's plug-in type ureter stability is not enough. Patent document CN204501173U discloses a female portable urine collector which is fixed to a patient by providing a fixing cup that can be inserted into the patient. The arrangement of the device components into the patient's body is prone to cause tissue damage to the patient, and the comfort of using the device is poor.
Patent document No. CN212214090U discloses a special urine collector for bedridden female patients with renal insufficiency, which uses an arc urine collecting tube inlet to make the device better fit the structure of female vulva, ensuring urine collecting effect, and a urine containing bag connected with the urine collecting tube by screw thread through a drainage tube. Patent document CN206414546U discloses a female urine collector, which discloses a technical scheme that a urine bag is provided with an air bag with the shape matched with the physiological radian of female reproductive organs to ensure the urine collecting effect, and the device is provided with a folding handle for operation. However, the device is limited and operated by using a handle, and is not suitable for urinary incontinence patients.
Therefore, the prior art does not have a solution to all the above problems, and the prior art still has room for improvement in terms of leakage prevention, backflow prevention, and comfort in use.
Furthermore, on the one hand, due to the differences in understanding to the person skilled in the art; on the other hand, since the inventor studied a lot of documents and patents when making the present invention, but the space did not list all details and contents in detail, however, this is by no means the present invention does not possess these prior art features, but on the contrary the present invention has possessed all features of the prior art, and the applicant reserves the right to increase the related prior art in the background art.
