The utility model provides a vehicle, refer to fig. 1 to 5 the utility model relates to an embodiment, this vehicle includes:
a storage battery 11;
a power transmission line bundle 40 including a positive electrode lead 41 and a negative electrode lead 42, the positive electrode lead 41 being electrically connected to the positive electrode of the battery 11, and the negative electrode lead 42 being electrically connected to the negative electrode of the battery 11;
the power-on terminal 50 comprises a positive terminal 51 and a negative terminal 52, the positive terminal 51 is electrically connected with the positive lead 41, the negative terminal 52 is electrically connected with the negative lead 42, and the power-on terminal 50 can be exposed outside on the vehicle and used for power-on of an external power supply.
The utility model discloses among the technical scheme, through configuration wiring harness 40 and power connection terminal 50, can realize the urgent power connection to battery 11 under battery 11 insufficient voltage situation to can briefly activate authentication module on the vehicle, and door unblock module, after authentication module verifies the identity information of successful user, obtain the authority of door unblock and make the door unblock, thereby can open the door smoothly in order to get into the car. Without loss of generality, the unlocking switch of the front deck (cabin deck) is usually arranged on the main driving side of the vehicle door, so that when a user smoothly enters the vehicle, the front deck can be unlocked and opened, and a portable emergency power supply or other vehicles can be used for further electrifying the storage battery 11 to start the power system of the vehicle. Certainly, to the motorcycle type that is equipped with power battery, if the vehicle stops just filling the electric pile edge, can also charge flap unlocking module through the activation of urgent power on function, recycle and fill the electric gun that charges on the electric pile and charge to the power battery of vehicle to make power battery can carry out intelligent benefit to the battery 11 of vehicle, and then make each item electronic function of vehicle can normal use, make the user can the unblock open the door. Particularly, the utility model discloses technical scheme is applicable to the motorcycle type that does not dispose mechanical key very much, of course, disposes the motorcycle type of mechanical key and also can adopt this technical scheme equally.
It should be noted that the identity verification module and the vehicle door unlocking module on the vehicle are both electrically connected with the storage battery 11, the identity verification module is also electrically connected with the vehicle door unlocking module through the domain controller, the identity verification module is used for verifying the identity information of the user, and the vehicle door unlocking module unlocks the vehicle door according to the input signal of the identity verification module. Specifically, the identity verification module may be at least one of a wireless key module, a face recognition module, an iris recognition module, and a fingerprint recognition module, wherein the face recognition module, the iris recognition module, or an information collector of the fingerprint recognition module may be disposed on the vehicle door or the vehicle body, for example, a camera (information collector) of the face recognition module is disposed on a vehicle window trim panel, and a fingerprint collector (information collector) of the fingerprint recognition module is disposed on a vehicle door outer handle, and the like. The wireless key module may be any one of technologies such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), NFC (Near Field Communication), bluetooth Communication, Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) Communication, or 5G mobile Communication, where the 5G mobile Communication means that a user can log in a user account using a mobile intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, and then send a control instruction to a vehicle through the 5G mobile Communication technology. Above-mentioned arbitrary authentication module all needs the power supply of battery 11 just can normally work, so can't be activated when battery 11 insufficient voltage and start, leads to the unable unblock of user to open the door. And the utility model discloses technical scheme is through configuration power transmission wiring harness 40 and power transmission terminal 50 on the vehicle, also promptly, provides an emergency power transmission function for battery 11 can work temporarily and to the power supply of devices such as authentication module, thereby can the unblock open the door, so that the user can carry out maintenance operation on next step.
For the convenience of user operation, it is optional to provide the power applying terminal 50 in an area easily accessible to the user, such as an exterior trim of the vehicle, or an electric device provided outside the vehicle. In one embodiment, the power-on terminal 50 is provided on an exterior trim in the front cabin area, specifically, the exterior trim may be a front under cover 21, a front bumper, or a front wheel cover, wherein the front bumper is located at the front end of the vehicle, the front under cover 21 is located below the front impact beam, and the front wheel cover is used to cover the front wheel cover structure of the vehicle body. Since the battery 11, the engine, the motor, or the like is generally provided in the front cabin area, providing the power charging terminals 50 on the front bumper, the under cowl 21, or the front wheel guard in the front cabin area is advantageous in shortening the length of the power charging harness 40, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the vehicle and simplifying the arrangement structure inside the front cabin. Of course, in other embodiments, the power-applying terminal may be provided on an exterior member such as a rear bumper or a door trim.
Further, it is also possible to select the power-on terminal 50 not to be exposed to the outside during normal use of the vehicle, or to arrange the power-on terminal 50 in an unobvious region outside the vehicle, and to expose the power-on terminal 50 for power-on use when emergency power-on is required, so that the neat and beautiful appearance of the vehicle appearance can be ensured. For example, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a top view of a vehicle, and fig. 2 is a left side view of the vehicle in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the power-on terminal 50 is located on an inner side of the front cabin underbody 21, that is, on a side of the front cabin underbody 21 facing the front impact beam, and when emergency power-on is required, a user only needs to enter the vehicle underbody to reach the power-on terminal 50. Of course, in some embodiments, the power charging terminal may also be disposed in an electrical device outside the vehicle, for example, the power charging terminal is disposed in a portion exposed outside the vehicle of the wiper, and the wiper is provided with an operation opening and a cover plate movably covering the operation opening, and the power charging terminal is at least partially exposed in the operation opening, so that the power charging terminal can be subjected to power charging operation only by detaching the cover plate; similarly, the power-on terminals can be built in the interior of the devices such as the head lamp, the front fog lamp, the clearance lamp, and the license plate lamp. In still other embodiments, the power-on terminals can be exposed outside the vehicle for a long time, for example, the power-on terminals are mounted on a sub-frame, an engine bottom, a gearbox bottom and other structures positioned at the bottom of the vehicle, so that the power-on terminals can be directly seen when a user enters the vehicle; and for example, the power-on terminal is arranged convexly and exposed at the outer side of the exterior trimming part.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the vehicle further includes a front body member 13, and one end of the negative lead 42 is connected to the negative terminal 52, and the other end is grounded to the front body member 13 and is disposed near the battery 11. That is, in the form of a negative ground, and the ground point 1414 is brought close to the battery 11 to shorten the ground loop length and reduce the loop voltage drop. Note that the front vehicle body member 13 is located in the front cabin region, and includes sheet metal parts such as a front side member 13, a front wheel house, a front impact beam, a front sub-frame, and a dash panel, and the bonding point 1414 depends mainly on the arrangement position of the battery 11 in the front cabin region, so any of the sheet metal parts can be used for bonding the bonding wire harness 40. In this embodiment, the bonding point 1414 of the negative electrode lead 42 is located on the inner panel of the front side member 13. Of course, in some embodiments, the other end of the negative lead may be connected directly to the negative terminal of the battery, rather than through the body ground. In other embodiments, a positive bond may also be used.
In order to protect the battery 11 and the power wiring harness 40 from being damaged by an accident, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the vehicle further includes a fuse box 12 electrically connected to the battery 11, and the fuse box 12 is provided with a first fuse (not shown in the drawings) connected in series between the positive electrode lead 41 and the positive electrode of the battery 11. In this way, when the positive terminal 51 and the negative terminal 52 are accidentally shorted, the first fuse can be blown out at a proper time to protect the battery 11 and the power distribution harness 40 from being damaged.
Specifically, in this embodiment, optionally, the specification of the first fuse is 20A to 40A, and the specification of the positive electrode lead 41 is equal to or greater than 4 square millimeters. It can be understood that if the specification selected for the first fuse is too small, the electronic function that can be activated temporarily is very limited, for example, a vehicle model equipped with a door opening motor, the current required by the door opening motor is usually 15A, and the current required by the electric devices such as the identification module is added, so the specification of the first fuse cannot be selected too low, otherwise the emergency power function is not enough to support the vehicle to perform identity verification and unlock and open the door. It is worth mentioning that the electric opening mode of the vehicle door gradually becomes a popular trend, that is, the vehicle door opening motor is used for driving the vehicle door to open, the running current of the vehicle door opening motor of the vehicle type is large, so that a fuse with a higher specification needs to be configured to support the normal running of the vehicle door opening motor. If the specification selected for the first fuse is too large, the emergency power-up is an excessive supply of current to the battery 11, which allows the user to additionally activate other electronic functions, such as activating the brake function of the brake, etc. In order to protect the battery 11 and the associated electronic function modules, this should be avoided as much as possible, i.e. to prevent the user from activating other unnecessary electronic functions, and the specification of the first fuse should not be too high. So, first fuse just can support the vehicle to verify user's identity and unblock open the door can to leave certain design allowance in order to adapt to the electrical part of different motorcycle types. It is easy to understand that the specification of the positive electrode lead 41 should be adapted to the specification of the device, so the specification of the positive electrode lead 41 cannot be too small, otherwise the use requirement in emergency power-on cannot be met.
In one embodiment, the circuit of the first fuse is in an open state, that is, the circuit of the first fuse is continuously in the open state during normal use of the vehicle, and the circuit of the first fuse is not electrically connected to any load electrical appliance on the vehicle. Therefore, the influence and even damage to the load electrical appliance on the circuit when the emergency power-on function is used can be avoided, and the reverse connection preventing circuit design does not need to be carried out on the circuit where the first fuse is located or the load electrical appliance, so that the electric structure of the vehicle can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the vehicle can be reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, a load electrical appliance may be provided on the circuit where the first fuse is located, and the circuit is designed with an anti-reverse connection circuit.
In one embodiment, the fuse box 12 is provided with a second fuse, and the second fuse is connected in series with the circuit of the authentication module. Thus, the identity authentication module can be protected from damage by the second fuse. In this embodiment, the circuit in which the second fuse is located is set to be different from the circuit in which the first fuse is located, and certainly, in other embodiments, the first fuse and the second fuse can also be configured to be the same fuse, that is, the authentication module, the first fuse and the storage battery are arranged in series, and the authentication module is designed with an anti-reverse connection circuit.
It can be understood that the probability of the occurrence of the power shortage condition of the battery 11 is low, and the user does not usually use the power-on terminal 50, but certain convenience of operation is ensured when the battery is actually used. In order to improve the convenience of the emergency power function, referring to fig. 1, 3 to 6, in an embodiment, the vehicle further includes a mounting base 22 detachably mounted to the exterior trim 21, the mounting base 22 is located inside the exterior trim 21, and the power terminal 50 is located on the mounting base 22. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the exterior trim 21 is configured as a front under-hatch 21. Therefore, the installation base 22 is arranged on the front cabin lower protection plate 21, so that a user can conveniently reach the installation base 22, and the power charging terminal 50 can be detached from the front cabin lower protection plate 21, so that the power charging operation is convenient for the user. It is worth mentioning that the wiring harness 40 may also be configured with a surplus length, such that the mounting base 22 can be pulled away from the vehicle after being removed to a space more convenient for the user to operate. Of course, in some embodiments, it is also possible that the mounting base is connected to a side edge of the exterior trim, and the power-applying terminal is exposed at the side edge of the exterior trim. In other embodiments, the power connection terminal may be directly detachably connected to the inner side of the front under-cabin protective plate, for example, one end of the power connection bundle close to the power connection terminal is provided with a buckle or a magic tape, and is fixed on the front under-cabin protective plate through the buckle or the magic tape. It is worth mentioning that for a vehicle type having a tow hook cover on the front bumper, the load engaging terminal may be provided on the inner side of the tow hook cover.
In consideration of some extreme cases, if the positive terminal 51 and the negative terminal 52 are accidentally short-circuited, and the user finds the problem when the emergency charging function is to be used, the first fuse in the fuse box 12 cannot be replaced due to the failure to open the front deck plate, so that the first fuse burns out and the emergency charging function fails. For example, in the embodiment in which the power charging terminal 50 is provided on the under cowl 21 via the mounting base 22, the power charging terminal 50 may be submerged in water or splashed with water when the vehicle is waded, so that the positive terminal 51 and the negative terminal 52 are short-circuited by running water. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, to solve the above technical problem, in an embodiment, the vehicle further includes a third fuse 23 connected in series between the positive terminal 51 and the positive lead 41, and the third fuse 23 is disposed near the positive terminal 51. Specifically, in the embodiment in which the power feeding terminal 50 is provided on the cowl panel 21 through the mounting base 22, the third fuse 23 is provided on the mounting base 22. Thus, when the vehicle wades into water and causes the positive terminal 51 and the negative terminal 52 to be short-circuited, the third fuse 23 is burned in good time, and if the user finds that the third fuse 23 is burned when the emergency charging function is required, the emergency charging function can be normally used only by replacing the third fuse 23 on the mounting base 22. It will be appreciated that in embodiments where the power charging terminal 50 is provided on the front wheel fender, the third fuse 23 may alternatively be provided on the mounting base 22, i.e. the third fuse 23 may alternatively be added regardless of whether the power charging terminal 50 is located below the wading line of the vehicle. In addition, considering that the occurrence probability of an unexpected state in which the positive electrode terminal 51 and the negative electrode terminal 52 are short-circuited due to, for example, vehicle wading is extremely low, the first fuse may be connected in series only between the positive electrode lead 41 and the battery 11 without providing the third fuse 23. Of course, in some embodiments, the third fuse may be connected in series only between the positive electrode lead and the positive electrode terminal, and the first fuse is not provided, and the third fuse also has the effect of protecting the battery and the power transmission harness. In other embodiments, the power-on terminal and the third fuse can be directly fixed on the inner side of the front cabin lower protective plate.
In one embodiment, the specification of the third fuse 23 is 20A to 40A. It is to be understood that the reason for limiting the specification of the third fuse 23 is the same as the reason for selecting the first fuse as 20A to 40A discussed above, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. It is worth mentioning that in the embodiment in which the vehicle is provided with both the first fuse and the third fuse 23, the specifications of the first fuse and the third fuse 23 are configured to be the same, for example, both the first fuse and the third fuse 23 are configured to be 30A.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, in an embodiment where the third fuse 23 is disposed on the mounting base 22, further, the mounting base 22 is provided with a first mounting location 221 and a second mounting location 222, the third fuse 23 is disposed on the first mounting location 221, the second mounting location 222 is used for mounting the power distribution harness 40, and one end of the positive terminal 51 passes through the first mounting location 221 and extends to the second mounting location 222. Specifically, the first mounting location 221 is located between the positive terminal 51 and the negative terminal 52. In this way, the first mounting position 221 separates the positive terminal 51 from the negative terminal 52, so that the risk of accidental short circuit between the positive terminal 51 and the negative terminal 52 can be reduced, and the long-term effectiveness of the emergency power-up function is ensured. Of course, in other embodiments, the first mounting location may be located on the same side of the positive terminal as the negative terminal.
In the embodiment where the third fuse 23 is disposed on the mounting base 22, optionally, the first mounting position 221 is configured as a mounting hole 221, the positive terminal 51 is partially located in the mounting hole 221, and the third fuse 23 is inserted into the mounting hole 221 and connected in series to the positive terminal 51. Thus, the third fuse 23 can be conveniently installed and fixed on the installation base 22, and the installation hole 221 structure can protect the third fuse 23, so that the problem that the third fuse 23 is accidentally damaged is avoided. Of course, in other embodiments, the first mounting location may be configured as a hook, and the third fuse may be disposed in the hook and connected to the positive terminal.
In the embodiment where the third fuse 23 is disposed on the mounting base 22, optionally, the second mounting location 222 is configured as a harness interface 222, an outer side surface of the harness interface 222 is provided with a limiting convex portion 223, and the power distribution harness 40 is provided with a limiting hole (not shown in the drawing) corresponding to the limiting convex portion 223. Thus, the detachable connection of the power distribution wiring harness 40 and the mounting base 22 is realized by utilizing the matching structure of the limiting convex part 223 and the limiting hole, the assembly of the power distribution wiring harness 40 to the mounting base 22 by workers on the assembly production line can be facilitated, and the production efficiency is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the second mounting position may be configured as a wiring harness plug, or a threaded hole may be provided on the power-on terminal as the second mounting position, and one end of the power-on wiring harness may be fixed to the threaded hole by a screw.
In the embodiment where the third fuse 23 is provided on the mounting base 22, optionally, the positive terminal 51 is partially embedded in the mounting base 22, and the negative terminal 52 is partially embedded in the mounting base 22. Specifically, the positive terminal 51 and the negative terminal 52 are integrally formed with the mounting base 22 by insert molding, and one end of the positive terminal 51 and one end of the negative terminal 52 are exposed for use in a live-wire mode, and the other end of the positive terminal 51 and the other end of the negative terminal 52 are exposed at the second mounting position 222. Thus, the assembly process between the power charging terminal 50 and the mounting base 22 can be saved, the material management cost and the storage and transportation cost of the vehicle can be reduced, and the connection strength between the power charging terminal 50 and the mounting base 22 can be improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the positive terminal may be fixed to the outer side of the mounting base by a screw or rivet or welding, and the negative terminal may be fixed to the outer side of the mounting base by a screw or rivet or welding.
In the embodiment where the third fuse 23 is disposed on the mounting base 22, further, the vehicle further includes a protective cover 25 detachably mounted on the mounting base 22, and the protective cover 25 covers at least the exposed portion of the power charging terminal 50.
