The dust particle counter can adopt a light scattering type, particles in the air are scattered under the irradiation of light, converted into electric pulses through a photoelectric converter and then converted into the number and the size of the particles through an electronic circuit, and a user can visually see the number and the size of the dust in the untreated air.
The dust particle counter can also adopt a dust sensor, the PM2.5 in the air is detected by adopting the particle counting principle, the dust with the diameter of more than 1 mu m can be sensitively detected, the sensitivity is high, the consistency is good, the untreated air is detected by the dust sensor, and the detection result is displayed, so that a user can objectively judge the indoor air; and the result displayed by the dust particle counter is compared with the condition of the dust particles observed by the user through the sight channel after being purified by the purification module 2, so that the user can more clearly know the purification effect of the purification module 2; in addition, if the dust particle counter shows that the amount of dust in the untreated air is large, after the air is purified by the purification module 2, a user still sees a large amount of dust through the viewing channel, which indicates that the purification effect of the purification module 2 on the air is poor, and the filter screen of the purification module 2 needs to be replaced, or the dust collecting plate of the purification module 2 needs to be cleaned.
