An embodiment of the utility model provides a transportation bolt assembly for washing machine for clothing treatment facility. The clothes treatment equipment comprises a washing machine, a washing and drying integrated machine and the like, and comprises a top-opening type impeller clothes treatment equipment and a front-opening type rotary drum clothes treatment equipment. The following description will be made by taking a drum washing machine as an example.
Fig. 1 shows a rear view of the drum washing machine, where the front-back direction is the front-back direction of the washing machine in a normal operating state, i.e. the front sealing door of the washing machine is the front, the back of the washing machine is the back, the front is marked as F in fig. 2, and the back is marked as B in fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view taken along the direction a-a in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drum washing machine includes a cabinet 11 and a tub 12, the tub 12 being located inside the cabinet 11; the cabinet 11 may be a casing of a washing machine, and the outer tub 12 is generally placed on the ground and fixed in the cabinet 11, and the drum in the outer tub 12 rotates relative to the outer tub 12 during the washing process to wash, so that the outer tub 12 shakes relative to the cabinet 11, and a certain gap is provided between the outer tub 12 and the cabinet 11.
During transportation, the transportation bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine penetrates forwards from the rear wall of the box body 11, extends into the outer cylinder 12, and fixedly connects the outer cylinder 12 and the box body 11, so that the possibility that the outer cylinder 12 is damaged or the outer cylinder 12 and the box body 11 are connected and fall off due to bumping during transportation is reduced. In some embodiments, a total of 4 transport bolt assemblies 13 are provided for the washing machine to improve the stability of fixing the outer tub 12 and the cabinet 11. After the transportation is finished, the transportation bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine is removed because the transportation bolt assembly for the washing machine is not needed by the clothes treatment equipment in the working state, so that the outer cylinder 12 can shake relative to the box body 11 under the driving of the rotation of the roller to work normally.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the transport bolt assembly 13 for a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first connecting member 30, a second connecting member 40, and a fixing member 50. The fixing member 50 is inserted into and connected with the first connecting member 30 and the second connecting member 40, a first connecting portion is formed on the first connecting member 30, and a second connecting portion is formed on the second connecting member 40; the first connecting part and the second connecting part are sleeved, and a gradually-enlarged diameter part is formed in one of the first connecting part and the second connecting part in a direction away from the other one; the fixing member 50 moves from the box 11 to the outer cylinder 12 to drive the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion to approach each other, and the other of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion deforms along the gradually-enlarged portion in a direction away from the gradually-enlarged portion in a radial direction. By the deformation of the gradually enlarged portion, the second connector 40 can abut against the case 11 in the radial direction, i.e., be fixed with the case 11. Thus, the fixing member 50 is fixed to the outer cylinder 12, the second connecting member 40 or the first connecting member 30 is fixed to the housing 11, and the outer cylinder 12 and the housing 11 are fixed to each other and cannot move relative to each other. The influence of bumping in the transportation process is reduced, and the possibility that the outer cylinder 12 is damaged or the outer cylinder 12 is connected with the box body 11 and falls off is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first connection member 30 has an axis of symmetry L extending in the first direction, i.e., the first connection member 30 is an axisymmetric structure. The symmetry axis L may be a straight line extending along a direction of a maximum length of the dimension of the first connecting member 30, and the length direction is referred to as a first direction, which is a horizontal direction in a normal operation state of the washing machine. During transportation, the transport bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine penetrates the cabinet 11 and the outer tub 12 in a horizontal direction and fixes them together in the horizontal direction.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second connecting member 40 is at least partially sleeved on the first connecting member 30 and contacts with the first connecting member 30. The second connector 40 is internally provided with a cavity 431, so that a part of the second connector 40 can be sleeved on one end of the first connector 30 in the first direction, and the inner wall of the cavity 431 is in abutting contact with the outer surface of the first connector 30 to limit the position of the second connector 40. The second connecting member 40 and the first connecting member 30 are coaxially disposed, that is, the second connecting member 40 is also an axisymmetrical structure and has the same symmetry axis L as the first connecting member 30. The second connector 40 has a head body 41 abuttable with one end of the first connector 30 in the first direction.
As shown in fig. 4, before the transport bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine is assembled, the head body 41 and the first connecting member 30 have a certain gap in the first direction, that is, a certain gap is formed between the left end wall of the cavity 431 and the left end surface of the first connecting member 30 in fig. 4, so that the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion can be sufficiently abutted in the first direction, and the tapered diameter portion is sufficiently deformed. During assembly, the head body 41 is moved in the first direction toward the first connecting member 30 until abutting against one end of the first connecting member 30. As shown in fig. 5, after the transport bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine is assembled, the head body 41 abuts against and fits with the first connecting member 30 in the first direction without a gap, so that the transport bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine cannot move and is fixed with the box body 11 and the outer cylinder 12.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the fixing element 50 coaxially penetrates through the second connecting element 40 and the first connecting element 30, the fixing element 50 is also an axisymmetric structure having a symmetry axis L, the first connecting element 30 and the second connecting element 40 are both provided with through holes extending along a first direction for the fixing element 50 to pass through, for convenience of description, the two through holes are respectively referred to as a first through hole 31 and a second through hole 42, and the first direction is referred to as an axial direction. The fixing member 50 and the first connecting member 30 are axially abutted against the head body 41, so that the three are axially interlocked or fixed to each other. The fixing member 50 is a main force application part for connecting to the outer cylinder 12 (see fig. 2) through the case 11 in a screw connection manner, and the fixing member 50 is axially fixed to the outer cylinder 12. Further, as described above, the fixing member 50, the first connecting member 30 and the second connecting member 40 are axially interlocked, and therefore, the second connecting member 40 and the first connecting member 30 are also moved along with the axial movement of the fixing member 50, so that the gradually enlarged portion is deformed in a direction away from the gradually enlarged portion in the radial direction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the fastener 50 may include a head 51 and a stem 52. The inner diameter of the end body 41 may be larger than the outer diameter of the shaft 52, which is beneficial for the shaft 52 of the fixing element 50 to smoothly pass through the second connecting element 40, and the second connecting element 40 and the fixing element 50 have a gap in the radial direction. Wherein the head 51 abuts against the head body 41 of the second connecting member 40; thus, when the transport bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine is mounted to the washing machine, the fixing member 50 is coupled and fixed to the cabinet 11 by limiting the axial position of the fixing member 50. The rod portion 52 is connected to one end of the head portion 51 in the first direction, and the rod portion 52 penetrates the second connecting member 40 and the first connecting member 30 in sequence in the first direction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the tapered portion is a step structure located at the first connecting portion, and the second connecting portion is sleeved on the step structure; when the fixing member 50 moves from the housing 11 to the outer cylinder 12, the second connecting portion deforms in a direction away from the stepped structure in the radial direction along the stepped structure. In some embodiments, the step structure may be an axially extending step surface, which may better block further axial movement of the second connector 40 and also may facilitate radial expansion of the second connector.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the surface of the step structure may include an inclined surface 32 extending in the first direction. Here, the inclined surface 32 may be a surface of a truncated cone. The inclined surface 32 is further from the axis of symmetry as it is further from the abutting end of the second connecting element 40, i.e. the outer diameter of the truncated cone at the end remote from the second connecting element is greater than at the opposite end. The second connecting portion of the second connecting member 40 is movable in a direction away from the first direction along the inclined surface 32. Here, moving away from the first direction may be understood as moving radially outward. Here, as shown in fig. 5, the movement can be understood as that the second connecting portion is radially deformed or radially expanded under the guidance of the inclined surface 32, and the deformed shape is shown by a dotted line in the figure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the surface of the first connecting member 30 may further include a first cylindrical surface 33 and a second cylindrical surface 34 respectively connected to two ends of the inclined surface 32 in the first direction, the first cylindrical surface 33 is close to the abutting end of the second connecting member 40 relative to the second cylindrical surface 34, and the diameter of the first cylindrical surface 33 is smaller than that of the second cylindrical surface 34. That is, the diameter of the first cylindrical surface 33 is small for guiding the sleeving of the second connector 40, and the diameter of the second cylindrical surface 34 is large for blocking the further axial movement of the second connector 40, so that the second connecting portion is radially deformed.
In some embodiments, the wall surface of the first through hole 31 is provided with a rib 36 abutting against the fixing member 50. Under the condition that first connecting portion and second connecting portion cup joint, protruding muscle 36 supports under the radial of mounting 50 supports gradually-increased diameter portion, step structure, and the prevention gradually-increased diameter portion is inwards out of shape from radial, makes the second connecting portion more abundant along step structure deformation to keeping away from step structure on radial direction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the projection of the rib 36 in the radial direction of the first link at least partially coincides with the projection of the inclined surface 32 in the radial direction of the first link. Thus, the support action of the rib 36 on the gradually expanding portion is more reliable.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the first connecting member 30 may be provided with a third through hole 35 radially penetrating the first connecting member, i.e. penetrating a single wall of the second cylindrical surface 34, instead of necessarily penetrating two outer circular walls on both sides of the axis of symmetry. As mentioned above, since the first connecting member 30 is provided with the first through hole 31 extending in the first direction, the third through hole 35 passes through the second cylindrical surface 34 and communicates with the first through hole 31. The third through hole 35 is formed, so that the material consumption of the first connecting piece 30 can be reduced, and the cost is further reduced.
In some embodiments, the first connecting member 30 may be a plastic member, and the third through hole 35 may also reduce defects such as air holes and sink marks caused by too thick or too long material and uneven shrinkage in the injection molding process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, an end surface of the first connecting member 30, which is far away from the second connecting member 40, may be provided with a plurality of axial first blind holes 37. Likewise, such a structure can reduce defects such as air holes, sink marks and the like caused by too thick or too long material and uneven shrinkage in the injection molding process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the second connecting member 40 includes a head body 41 and a sleeve 43 connected in sequence in the first direction, and the second through hole 42 penetrates through the head body 41 and the sleeve 43 for the fixing member 50 to pass through. The sleeve 43 is sleeved on the first connecting member 30 and can move along the surface of the first connecting member 30, and one end of the sleeve 43 away from the end body 41 forms a second connecting portion.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, a sleeve 43 is attached to an end of head body 41 adjacent to first connector 30 in a first direction; the inner diameter of sleeve 43 is greater than the inner diameter of head body 41; that is, the sleeve 43 and the head body 41 are both provided with inner holes, the inner hole of the sleeve 43 is the cavity 431, the inner hole of the head body 41 is the second through hole 42, and the inner diameter of the cavity 431 is larger than that of the second through hole 42. The cavity 431 is used for being sleeved on the first connecting element 30, so that the second connecting element 40 and the first connecting element 30 are tightly connected together, and the second connecting element 40 can move along the surface of the first connecting element 30 through the cavity 431 and generate radial movement under the action of the inclined surface 32, namely, both axial movement and radial movement. The second through hole 42 communicates with the cavity 431. When the second connecting member 40 is sleeved on the first connecting member 30, the second through hole 42 is also communicated with the first through hole 31, so that the fixing member 50 coaxially penetrates through the second connecting member 40 and the first connecting member 30. In practical implementation, the inner hole of the sleeve 43 extends toward the end body 41, that is, the axial length of the inner hole of the sleeve 43 is greater than the length of the outer circular surface of the sleeve 43, so as to reduce the material usage and reduce the cost. The steps of the outer wall and the steps of the inner wall can be staggered in the radial direction, stress concentration is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the outer diameter of head body 41 may be greater than the outer diameter of sleeve 43. Thus, the junction between the tip body 41 and the sleeve 43 forms a step. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the step may be used to position the axial position of the transport bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine when the transport bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine is mounted to the washing machine, i.e., the step may be caught on the outer wall of the cabinet 11 of the washing machine, and the sleeve 43 and the first connecting member 30 may extend into the cabinet 11. When the second connecting member 40 abuts against the housing 11 due to the radial movement, the sleeve 43 abutting against the housing 11 inside and the step caught at the outer wall of the housing 11 are fixedly connected to the housing 11. Also, the outer diameter of the head body 41 is large, and the contact area against the fixing member 50 is large, reducing the pressure, and the second connecting member 40 is not easily damaged thereby.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the second connecting portion has a plurality of openings 432 spaced apart in the circumferential direction, and the openings 432 extend along the first direction to an end of the second connecting portion away from the terminal body. In this way, since the sleeve 43, i.e., the outer circumferential surface of the second connecting portion, is discontinuous in the circumferential direction, the second connecting portion is more easily deformed radially under the guidance of the inclined surface 32 and fixed to the case 11 (see fig. 2).
In some embodiments, the second connector 40 may be a plastic piece. Compared with the rubber part in the related art, the cost of the plastic part is lower. Moreover, the surface hardness of the plastic part is higher than that of the rubber part, the plastic part is not easy to deform in the application of the axial acting force of the fixing part 50, parts such as gaskets are not needed, the number of the parts is reduced, and the cost is further reduced. Also, since the surface hardness of the plastic member is higher than that of the rubber member, the plastic member can reduce the problem that the transit bolt assembly 13 for the washing machine is not easily disassembled due to the second connector 40 being inserted into the cabinet 11, as compared with the rubber member in the related art (see fig. 2).
In some embodiments, the fastener 50 is a bolt, the head of the bolt is the head 51, and the shank of the bolt is the shank 52. As shown in fig. 5, the head 51 forms an abutting portion that pushes the end of the second connecting member 40, i.e., the end face of the tip body of the second connecting member 40. The portion of the shank 52 outside the first connector 30 is threaded. The thread is an external thread, the shaft 52 is connected to the outer cylinder 12 (see fig. 2) by the external thread provided, and the axial direction of the head 51 is restricted to the head body 41 of the second connecting member 40, so that the fixing member 50 and the outer cylinder 12 are fixed. The outer barrel 12 may be provided with a fixing base provided with an internal thread screwed with the external thread of the fixing member 50. Alternatively, the fixing base is provided with a unthreaded hole, and the fixing member 50 is provided with self-tapping external threads.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, an end surface of the second connecting member 40, which is far away from the first connecting member 30, may be provided with a plurality of axial second blind holes 44, and similarly, such a structure may reduce defects such as air holes and shrinkage marks caused by too thick or too long material and uneven shrinkage in the injection molding process.
The embodiment of the utility model also provides a clothes treatment device, including box, urceolus and as above mentioned transport bolt assembly for washing machine, seted up the fixed orifices on the box, be provided with the fixing base on the urceolus, first connecting piece 30 and second connecting piece 40 are at least partially located in the fixed orifices, fixing piece 50 passes first connecting piece 30 and second connecting piece 40 and is connected with the fixing base; the fixing part 50 moves towards the outer cylinder from the box body, and the second connecting part deforms in the radial direction towards the direction far away from the first connecting part and is tightly matched with the fixing hole. That is, the fixing member 50 is coupled to the outer cylinder, the second coupling portion is fixed to the casing, and the fixing member 50, the first coupling member 30 and the second coupling member 40 are all fixed together, so that the outer cylinder and the casing are fixed together. The possibility that the outer cylinder is damaged or the outer cylinder and the box body are connected and fall off due to bumping in the transportation process is reduced. The laundry treating apparatus of the present embodiment may be the drum washing machine described above, the tub may be the tub 12 described above, and the cabinet may be the cabinet 11 described above.
The process of assembling the transit bolt assembly for the washing machine to the laundry treating apparatus will be described.
